Always a good meal, we love the throwback Thursdays! Flavors sorta remind me of taco time in Washington.

I haven’t been to this location in a very long time but decided to stop in for lunch, I was happy to see how much the service has improved from our last visit. Andrew, the GM even took the time to come talk with us and check on our meal, he really made us feel welcome. After this experience we will definitely be back more often. Shout out to all the employees on staff, everyone was fantastic.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If there was an Olympic sport for being a host, Sophia at Tijuana Flats would take the GOLD, the SILVER, the BRONZE, and probably invent a new medal just so she could win that too. From the moment I walked in, it was like being greeted by the Queen of Hospitality herself — except way cooler, because she did it with a smile that could light up the entire restaurant and probably half of Florida. Sophia didn’t just seat us. No, no, no. She orchestrated an entire EXPERIENCE. She floated us to our table like some kind of taco angel descending from salsa heaven. She made us feel like VIP celebrities — honestly, I was waiting for paparazzi to pop out from behind the hot sauce bar. Her energy? Immaculate. Her timing? Flawless. Her vibe? Somewhere between best friend, hype-woman, and professional customer service wizard. I’m convinced Sophia has superpowers, because how else do you explain someone making me feel THAT excited to sit down and eat burritos? If the food was a 10/10, Sophia made the whole night a 15/10. Somebody give this girl a raise, a promotion, and maybe a lifetime supply of queso because she deserves it. TL;DR: Sophia isn’t just a host. She’s THE host. The GOAT of Tijuana Flats. Don’t walk — RUN to this place just to be seated by her. 🌮🔥

I love crunchy tacos and some places, the tacos come out soggy but not here! The only downside to this place is having to go to the counter to order. There is an amazing selection of hot sauce too.

But I’ll be honest — in recent years, after visiting several locations around Port St. Lucie and Jupiter, I started to lose hope. The quality just wasn’t what it used to be, and it felt like the magic was fading. Then I came to this location — and it completely turned things around. Not only did it restore my faith in Tijuana Flats, it delivered the best meal I’ve ever had at any Tijuana Flats, ever. Everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and absolutely bursting with flavor. The staff was attentive, the place was spotless, and the food was just… next level. This franchise deserves all the praise in the world. They brought the quality back — and then some. If you’ve been disappointed lately or are wondering if Tijuana Flats still has what it takes, this location proves that it absolutely does.

Friendly staff, pet friendly outside, when i told the cashier i had a pet she offered a dog bowl, treats and delivered to our table. 2 entrees, 2 drinks and an appetizer for $20 on Saturdays is a great value. Love the hot sauces!

My first time there. I was greeted as I came in. The server/cashier was upbeat and personable. She walked me through the menu options and gave me time to make a decision. She took my order and I found a table. The dining room was very clean. My server brought out my food and made sure I had everything I needed. Throughout my stay she would come and check back in to see if I needed anything. The portion was very big (burrito)and came with tortilla chips. I got the combo, which came with a drink and a side. My side was their guacamole. The burrito was delicious. It had the right balance of ingredients. The guacamole was superb; It tasted freshly made. The Chips were crisp and didn't taste greasy. Overall a very pleasant experience. I'll definitely be eating there again (and again).

Ordered to go for dinner between 6-6:30p.m. on a Friday. Wasn't very busy. Our order of 4 meals, 1 chimichanga, 1 burrito, 1 quesadilla and 1 bowl, came out within 10 minutes or so. Very good food, tons of flavor. Will be back!

I love this restaurant, but I never order it on DoorDash because the food is always either wrong or it’s cold. Today I was just really craving the restaurants food and placed a priority DoorDash order for two tacos, queso and a large Coke. I actually hate Coke and I would never drink Coke ever in my life. I started panicking because DoorDash won’t let you change your order once you submitted it, and the only option is to lose the money that you paid for an item that you do not want. I ended up calling the resturant (I would never do this and have never Jacksonville food workers are not nice in my experience) HOWEVER whoever she was was so so so sweet and so kind. she was so quick to fix my order and make my food for me correctly. Also the tacos wrapped in aluminum foil to keep them hot. That’s never happened before in my takeout experience with Tiana flats at any location before. And the wonderful woman/girl even wrote a nice little note/:-) on my sprite , I think that that this the best way to show you truly care as a company. Or else I wouldn’t take time out of my day to type a thank you message. Thank you to whoever answered the phone for me today :) <3

There is a new GM who was from the original crew back in 2006 before the corporate weenies took over and made it all about the money. The food is turning back into that tummy filling goodness and the atmosphere of Jax beach. I encourage everyone who used to love the food and atmosphere at Tijuanas on beach to return and give it another chance. I can't add a photo because I ate all my food.

Haven’t been here in a while and had lunch. I was bummed to find out they don’t have the tostadas on the menu on the menu. But Drew said that he could accommodate us and went back and made some. BRING BACK THE TOSTADAS!!!

The chef makes some dishes with really good, unique flavor, and fresh toppings. The quicker serve restaurant provides a decent, sharable inside. 🇲🇽 Meals I enjoy their very large and filling bangin chicken tostadas with a small side of queso and larger side of salsa with extra chips. What would these super flavorful tostadas look like as the main part of a yummy provided meal for a crowd as they use Tijuana’s special, most popular sauce? Since the tostadas are good and not soggy fresh, I wish to be super hungry and able to eat the whole main meal as I take my time eating. I enjoy all the light topping with jalapeños on the side and request plenty of shredded lettuce. 🌽 🫓 🫘 🐥 🥬 🍅 🥛 🧀 🧅 🫕 💃 Their very large, filling, and scrumptious beef chimichanga is a really good chimichanga. There is plenty inside, a good bake, and the queso provides a nice topping. I ask for the dish wet style and wish to try jalapeños in a cup on the side. I accept all other listed toppings and really appreciate the good amount of fresh salad topping ingredients they provide. Also, I enjoy the provided small side of chips. I may need to request a small salsa. I am fine having slight leftover chimichanga to eat the next day but enjoy coming hungry with time to eat as I sit down and crave the meal. 🫓 🐮 🌿 🧀 🍅 🥬 🧅 🥛 💃 Their nachos look great and fresh with ground beef, refried beans, shredded cheese, queso, lettuce, sour cream, diced tomato, and diced onion with fresh jalapeño and fresh red salsa sweetly on the side. 🌽 🫓 🐮 🫘 🧀 🫕 🥬 🥛 🍅 🧅 💃 Info I really appreciate their fresh ingredients. I wish their tacos were higher quality. Also, I wish the inside was a more peaceful, shared dining experience. The staff are really great when they are not too stressed. Drink For a special treat, I also really appreciate their healthy drink options. They have a great housemade strawberry lemonade and sometimes a few cane sugar Mexican Jarritos options. I enjoy pineapple the most. 🥤 🍓 🍋 💦 🧊 🍍

Tijuana Flats is a great quick-service tex-mex restaurant. I particularly like the hot sauce bar and I keep oscillating between my favorite. It's not fancy - it's good food fast.

Service is consistently friendly and efficient. The food is of good quality for an affordable price, and their rewards program helps the value even more. Cleaning of the tables and floor can sometimes suffer when things get busy.

For quick service Mexican food this is pretty good and I've been multiple times. Sad they closed so many locations this past year. In my experience the food has flavor and isn't greasy. I prefer tex-mex spices vs 'authentic' Mexican fare. It's quick, decently priced and if you like eclectic hot sauces they got you. Maybe like 10 or so for you to try.

I love Tijuana flats but it's a hit or miss coming here I assume depending on the managers and employees it depends on what you'll be served that day sometimes I do get disappointed but it hasn't stopped me from going but I do go less frequently. At this location the dine in service is not very good compared to other locations. Most times the person in charge of handling the tables will just walk around and ask 1 or 2 tables if they need anything and then disappear into the back for several minutes. I understand them though since not everyone tips them but I get upset because I do and I'm usually the one they ignore lol but like I said earlier it hasn't stopped me from going to Tijuana flats.

Consistently excellent service. Food came quickly, staff constantly checked on us for refills and togo containers. A great experience.

I us3d to really like this place but it's has changed. Food is ok but you get less. Restaurant is not very clean and this is what you get for a total of $12.99 2 taco and a drink. It's a bit ridiculous.

The atmosphere is nice, more like a daily bar, the food not too impressive.The chicken seemed to me combined with older meat, the rice that I paid for to complete the dish was not more than two spoons and the black beans insignificant.

Ordered the quesadillas with everything on them. The woman who rang us up came to our table later and said she forgot to charge us for my food, but she'd still put my order in. When I got my food it didn't have any toppings. I had to go up and ask for them. By the time I got the toppings, my food was cold. Wasn't a good experience.

Went to pick up a take out order, paid for it and waited 10 minutes while the food sat on the counter & the staff was in the back talking paying no attention Asked about the food and the two girls working pretended like it hadn’t been sitting there and started laughing when we asked what the problem was I asked to speak with a manager & they laughed again the manager was incompetent & didn’t offer a solution Restaurant needs new staff asap

I recently visited this restaurant with my wife and was completely taken aback by the poor customer service from the cashier, which i didn't he name but has beard and glass . From the moment I approached the counter, they were rude and visibly irritated. Simple questions about the menu seemed to annoy them, and their snappy responses made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. I hope management takes note and addresses this issue because the service definitely overshadowed the food.

I ordered $60 worth of food on the online app. No doubt about it I picked my proteins for two of my orders which had no additional cost but for some reason it didn’t reflect on the order. Today I went to this place and I asked for two tacos it was all normal at first but gave me plain chip, plain tacos, and I have to pay for sauce? Why is sauce money? Also there was this rude brunette girl named Emma she was highly disrespectful and gave horrible service.

Ordered 3 chicken tacos that came with chips, so I added a salsa. Before even eating the tacos, I started on the chips & salsa. Eventually, I lifted a brown hard thick object from my salsa cup. The size of my thumb. It wasn’t chicken and I don’t know what it was but I know it shouldn’t have been in my food PERIOD. I became disgusted and sick; therefore, I threw away all my food. I ordered the chicken nachos and a kids burrito. The nacho chips were stale and soggy, the cheese was like glue and there wasn’t any queso on it at all. Also the chicken was missing from my nachos. I called and spoke to the manager and she said there wasn’t anything she could do but remake them. I don’t want anymore food from there. Everytime I go or get delivery it’s disgusting. Today near 5pm me and my family decided to eat here which we have many times before. We ordered our food the cashier was great until we an actually got our food. We received plain chips and dry food cold almost as if it had been sitting out for a bit we then asked for salsa which is regularly supposed to come with the food that we ordered but instead we were met with a price of an extra dollar for a tiny thing of salsa. That is insane we already spent almost 60$ on food yet we can’t have a bit a salsa to go with our food? We spoke with a worker named ema/emma to which was very rude and refused to give us any salsa nor even explain why the salsa no longer came with it. On top of the on that there were barely any chips in the plate and no sour cream which was supposed to be included while others around us received sour cream, queso, and salsa there’s no way this wasn’t discrimination since my family are full of poc. Disgusting horrible service never returning again lost a customer.

I took my family to Tijuana Flats yesterday for their taco Tuesday deal and after our experience I will never return. First the dining room was closed for plunging issues, which happens, but that was just the beginning. We ordered 2 taco deals and a small queso and it totaled $21. We asked the girl at the register why it was so much and she said because we got the drink and chips combo. We thought that was included in the $7.99 deal so we essentially paid $5 for a tiny queso. Then our food came out and we asked for more chips since we were charged for the addition combo. The girl who brought the food said that was a mistake and we shouldn’t have been charged for that, but then just walked away. We brought the food next door to eat and my husband’s order was wrong. He brought back his order and said he got 2 chicken tacos instead of one chicken and one beef. The manager took his box, opened it, took out the one taco and replaced it with a beef, and handed him back the box opened. Kind of grossed us out. All of that plus the food was smaller portions than when the deal was only $6.99 so it’s just not worth the money for the poor customer service and mid food.

Today at 5:20pm, a lady with brunette hair named ema was extremely rude and selective with us customers. We spent 60 on dry food that normally comes with salsa but she wanted us to pay an extra 1.15 for 1 salsa. Why offer chips with no salsa. Please make that make sense.

Dinner for 2 spent $37 for 2 burritos no taste shrimp was not cooked it was like rubber, the burritos were mostly rice and refried beans. And 3 raw shrimp. that will be my last time going to tijuana's flats on beach blvd. I think they also had the sauces mixed up it was very spicy for being a sweet sauce. My wife had emailed them so far no reply back. And this was on a fri. At 7pm it was not even late. Bad experience wasn't happy especially for the price.

Today near 5pm me and my family decided to eat here which we have many times before. We ordered our food the cashier was great until we an actually got our food. We received plain chips and dry food cold almost as if it had been sitting out for a bit we then asked for salsa which is regularly supposed to come with the food that we ordered but instead we were met with a price of an extra dollar for a tiny thing of salsa. That is insane we already spent almost 60$ on food yet we can’t have a bit a salsa to go with our food? We spoke with a worker named ema/emma to which was very rude and refused to give us any salsa nor even explain why the salsa no longer came with it. On top of the on that there were barely any chips in the plate and no sour cream which was supposed to be included while others around us received sour cream, queso, and salsa there’s no way this wasn’t discrimination since my family are full of poc. Disgusting horrible service never returning again lost a customer.
