The quintessential burger place on hillside. If you're tired of some chef driven nonsense burger with a runny egg (yuck) or some wagyu marinated bull, this is the spot. If you want a very normal but quality burger, come here. I've only gone beyond the normal to Oklahoma, but I like single patties more than double. Remove the tomato if you like, add the raw onions if you're feeling savory; great burger place!

Not many burger place I been into, I was so impressed. Amazing Burgers, I have tried 3 out of 6 they offer. Tripple Bee is my choice. Dont forget to try Truffle Fries. My daughter loved chicken nugets and they are real chicken(they confirmed), not process meat. Service is excellent, since they opened new, it can be improved. I like the decoration they put.

This might be the most underrated burger spot. All burgers are delicious. And they don’t just have smash burgers, the NACHO LIBRE is a classic fatter patty reminds you of the best picnic charcoal grilled burger, it’s my favorite . They are always consistent i eat here 1-2 times a month. They have tater tots too, but their fries could better.

I love Burgers. Infact.. I love them so much.. I've made them well over 300+ times and perfected my own style. I'm always excited to see a new burger joint. I was even more excited to see a Halal Burger joint. Not only a Halal burger joint, but a Halal GRASS FED burger joint! The taunting of "coming soon" was a bit too overwhelming... Why? Because if you know Halal (Halal is not cart food!) or Kosher food, you know it's not cheap and let alone when the meat is grass fed. Finally after it has opened and I struggled to not go there during opening day.. today I made it happen! Walked in, liked the vibe and decore. The staff was friendly. The menu is clean, clear and straight forward. Prices are AMAZING again for the quality. I got the Lunatic burger & sweet potato fries. The Lunatic burger had Maple Beef 🥓! Say what?! The bun was soft but not soggy with the smoked ghost mayo. The Patty has an excellent char crust, always cooked to a medium to maintain the quality and simplicity. The Gouda is pronounced but not potent (for those who aren't used to stronger cheese smell) and the ghost pepper sauce is good but not to the level ghost peppers are meant to be, but it's good. Bacon was slightly sweet and not over powering and delicious. The sweet potato fries were just "perfect!" I was asked " how would you compare this to Shake Shack?!" I say... It's better! Why? Halal, Grass fed beef, cheap pricing and not being a chain beats Shake Shack in almost anyway. Now can there be improvements? Sure.. but I'm perfectly content with what is being served. 😁 Sorry for the long post! Wife's telling me "no one will read this long post!" Me and my friends went to this place today for lunch. I went for the very first time and had super delicious yummiest burger and the customer service was excellent. Please everyone do try the Hot Chick, Lunatic, The original, Chicken Nuggets at least once and you will wants to go always that I can assure!

Kind of like a halal shake shack concept But better tasting. Their quality of ingredients are top notch and you can taste it. I like that they use recyclable take out packaging. I didn't get to try all their specials but I'm happy with what I ordered and with the service. Staff are welcoming and friendly, easy to communicate with and have good people skills. The decor is simple with roomy atmosphere. I'd definitely stop by again whenever I'm in Hillside.

Halalbee’s is a place with excellent food and service. All their burgers are made to order with fresh ingredients and packed with good flavors. They’re a local place that represents good quality and serves a good community. The burgers are a classic with a unique twist that melts together to create something delicious and never disappoints. A must try is the Oklahoma and the truffle burger. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. All burgers are paired well with the sides, my personal favorite are the sweet fries and onion rings that pair well with their sauces. Lastly, you can’t forget about the classic homemade milkshakes that makes your meal the cherry on top.

So finally, they just have a new branch in Brooklyn, and tried the halalbees Serrano spicy and the Lunatic one. Before saying about the burger, let’s talk about the entrance and the customer support, this place is great, not saying wow but compared to other halal option this one of the best in Brooklyn, can I say I New York! The Serrano was awesome, everything is fresh, bacon, cheese everything feels great. Tried the Lunatic too, it’s crunchy because of the vegetables, has some spices, it’s different taste compared to Serrano, but again the fresh made and the other ingredients made it great. I’m giving them 5/5 to thanks and appreciate their initiative. Will go again with family and friends. Note for the owner: can you please have drinks options like fruits shake, smoothie or soft ice cream?

By far the best fast food halal place in NYC! I have been coming here for years with my husband but since we moved from the city we pass by when we can. Today we stoped by during Iftar time and were greeted with dates to break our fast, so considerate especially since we were on the road. Even an hour later our food was delicious & fresh! I was new to the restaurant and the Cashier Abir took his to greet me once I walked in. He went over the menu and helped me make a decision that was to my taste buds. The food was cooked to order everything tasted so fresh and flavorful. I had the double burger and hot honey chicken wings with sweet potato fries. It was so good I came back to see Abir again and ordered chicken over rice. This is 10/10 from customer service to quality food at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to anyone willing to give them a try.

One of the best burger place I have tried so far. Their patties are super tender and juicy. One of my friend recommended me this place and I must say it’s worth visiting here. They serve halal food. I tried their Nacho burger and it was super delicious. Though this one is a bit spicy so if you can’t take spice then I would suggest you ordering another burger. Didn’t try the other burgers on the menue but that’s definitely on the list.

We simply love their burgers. Its been years we are enjoying their burgers delivered via Uber. We recently got a chance to dine in, and we loved the friendly attendend at the cash counter. Our most favorite is Porto bee. Oklahoma, lunatic, Libre nacho are equally good. We love their sweet potato fries. Naga wings were delicious. My kids loved black diamond and salted caramel shakes, too.

The best burger I've ever had is the truffle mushroom burger. I don't think there's anything better than this in New York. The doneness of the meat, the taste of the truffle mushrooms, and the aroma of the caramelized onions are absolutely mouthwatering. Can’t go wrong with a grass fed halal organic burgers! I had the mile high which was fantastic. The burger was juicy, the portobello mushroom was extra crispy, and the cheese was perfectly stringy. Also tried both the regular fries and the truffle fries. Both were amazing!

Asa alamu alaikum....this is by far the cleanest halal restaurant i've ever been to. The burgers were more like a slider size just a little bit bigger but they were delicious and tender. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the place didn’t have heat both times during my visit, not offering / telling me About their promotions, and perks. They’re currently running a promotion (2.14.19 <~ my visit) 4 burgers (they show you the options) and fries for $21.95! That’s an amazing deal. The burgers are delicious, moist, juicy, and flavorful & cooked to the right temperature. (They don’t ask, they just do it correct) The Panko Chicken Nuggets are delicious and 100% white meat! It’s so good, try it! Their milkshake are yummy. I’ve been back twice in one week so that’s always a good sign! The spicy chicken sandwich is good but I prefer. Certain other Chik Fila over them. This sport is for the burgers! 100% grass fed and delicious! Street parking isn’t bad but can be during the week. Their perk system looks promising but they need to inform patrons and make sure they’re letting use it during transactions. 4.5 / 5!

Visited this place for lunch with family, liked the burgers a lot but they made one mistake, got normal fries instead of truffle fries I ordered. The burgers are medium sized, not too little big but great overall. Got the stuffed and Oklahoma burger 🤗. I liked the cleanliness of the restaurant and the overall vibe! Randomly stopped here for lunch after a visit to the Doctor. The food here is pretty pricey but made very well so it's worth the cost you pay for. The double Cheeseburger I had tasted good but definitely a bit on the greasy side, extra napkins are needed to eat that burger. I had Onion rings and they were prepared very well. Had some grape soda to quench my thirst and a Salted Caramel Shake. The shake was fine, normally shakes stand out very well for me but I wasn't really astounded by the flavor, maybe I could've opted for a chocolate one. Service was very courteous and there was a lot of space to eat in so a very comfortable area to relax and eat in.

Got a double Oklahoma burger, some fries and a black and white shake. The burger was delicious but at $14, it was pretty steep. The normal fries that I got were good and not bad for the price (about $5). My black and white shake was good but tasted like more of a chocolate shake than a mix between chocolate and vanilla. Also, it was a minor inconvenience but some of the plastic wrap had gotten stuck to the burger so I had to make sure that I got all the plastic off the burger before eating. That said, the food was overall great and I would definitely return if in the area.

I'm very disappointed with Halalbee's. I ordered two burgers, and both of them were dry as brick. The chicken cutlet was very hard with minimal sauce on the bun. The chicken cutlet in Hot chick burger was smelling in one side, and it looked a decade old.

The food was mediocre. I had the lunatic burger. The redeeming quality of the burger was that it had a nice kick to it, due to the peppers. The food was not worth the price point.

We visited HalalBees during their burger promotion, expecting a variety of options as advertised. Unfortunately, they required us to come in person just to see what was available. To our disappointment, they only had the Original and Porto options left. This isn’t their first promotion, so one would expect better planning for stock. It felt misleading, as if the limited options were designed to get customers in the door and make a sale, rather than truly offering the promotion as advertised. A better approach would be clearer communication about availability or preparing sufficient stock to meet demand. As it stands, this felt like a deceptive practice and left us frustrated.

He was even picking up the fries by hand to put them into the bag. It didn’t feel sanitary at all. Can we please follow the etiquette of proper food handling hygiene and make sure gloves are worn so we don’t get sick or there’s no risk of cross contamination.

Dude, the food was good. I went in and ordered four burgers 🍔 (they had a deal, four for twenty bucks, usually they're like seven bucks each). I waited almost an hour for my food. I was getting annoyed after twenty minutes, but I figured they were doing online orders first. When I asked about the delay, the dude just gave me a blank stare. (Seriously, you can't make this stuff up). Oh, and I was the only one there besides a couple eating. Two stars for the vibe, 'cause the place was kinda run-down and the door wouldn't shut.

Got the Nacho Libre burger and chai milkshake. Its supposed to have a 5 oz grass-fed beef patty but certainly didn't feel like it. Whole burger felt like a smaller kids size portion. Potato bun. HFCS ketchup. Shake was loaded with sugar. Have an option to pick sugar level and other no sugar or low sugar options. Overall very low quality fast food. At least get ketchup w/o HFCS! Positives were clean place, prayer accommodation, and friendly staff. Overall I think they can do much better and that may come with a slight increase in prices but I think it would be well worth it.

We placed an order for pickup, and as usual, I went with “The Lunatic,” which I get every time. Unfortunately, I was disappointed, as it tasted a bit bland and came with no sauce at all. The order included five burgers: two Firecracker Chickens, one Nacho, one Lunatic, and one Hot Chick. However, the sauces provided were extremely minimal—just one small container and three packets of ketchup. To add to the disappointment, the burgers didn’t seem as delicious as they usually are from the family today. I’ve ordered from here many times before, but this experience was underwhelming.

What happened? This was a family favorite for years. I raved about this place to everyone I knew and couldn’t get enough. Someone told me the quality was no longer the same and I was hoping they’d be wrong. To my immense disappointment, I can confirm their burgers have become dry and are no longer as flavorful. Something has definitely changed. I’ll now have to find a new go-to burger spot. Very sad.

The quality of their food is 1000% not worth the money. I got the regular burger, wings, and a shake for $30 basically. The wings were undercooked even though I asked specifically for it to be extra well done burnt if they had to. Burger was okay relatively for the price. I would recommend driving a little more and finding a better place. I heard a lot of people say their quality went down dramatically. I can honestly say it’s not worth the money.

This is the 3rd time this has happened and I have no choice but to write a review. I order the lunatic and there’s never any jalapeños or beef bacon in it. It’s always missing one or the other and at that point I might as well get a regular burger. The people inside aren’t the most pleasant either but the food usually hits the spot- have to find an alternative halal burger joint.

Typical fast food restaurant, mimics a typical McDonald or Burger king. Deep fried good with hydrogenated oils maybe tasty and a kid’s favorite, but unhealthy. Ok for an occasional quick bite. Not for daily consumption

Disappointed....in a community close to 2 schools and various mosques and daycares full of kids who eat halal there are no specific kids meals on the menu . You have to ask and its "nuggets and fries" $16.00 for"truffle fries " and chicken nuggets truffle fries basic frozen crinkle fries with Parmesan cheese sprinkled ungenerously barely a hint of truffle oil if any. Fries are the size of a 7 year old child hand. No wonder people just go to Micky D's or checkers across the street . Better value ..even though quality here has gone down immensely. For a small business they're too expensive and less accommodating to their own halal community. Fat black flies almost landing on the food .. probably because there is open garbage in house. Don't even know who runs the place anymore. Dismissive cashier, unaccommodating. Focused mostly on the online orders. Music kept shifting from beautiful Arabic to inappropriate rap. Waste of money and food a child cannot take home to heat up because it will be rubber by next day.

Ordered double decker burger, the burger itself costed $13 dollars, for $13 dollars expected quality food. After eating i had to throw up, they used some cheap buns from local grocery store, patties had no flavor at all instead can taste the oil. Expensive place

Lettuce was not fresh at all. Food quality was not on part with price. Bun quality was not satisfactory. It was very soft and lacked flavor. Felt like dollar tree quality. Willing to give this place another chance because of good customer service.

I had 4 original burgers and one of them were supposed to be with NO CHEESE and this what I got. This is very disappointing because I m allergic to cheese, literally had to throw out my burger.
