I had been there a few times and everything was pretty good. But yesterday I went and they are very rude from the moment you walk in. The wings are delicious but the service is very bad, the waitress was a little annoyed when we arrived. We arrived at night but still had time to eat peacefully before closing time. They brought us the bill without asking for it (understandable given the time), but she just came and put it on the table. We placed the bill and they took it away, but THEY NEVER GAVE US CHANGE (maybe they took it as a tip, but without asking permission). Instead of change, they started removing empty chairs and washing the floor. They didn't put up the sign about the wet floor and my companion almost slipped.

I arrived on a quieter Thursday with four people and the service was excellent. The beer and wings were very good quality, I recommend it. However, I'm giving it two stars because I arrived the next day with my partner (just two people) and they were refusing us entry, asking if there were more of us. We told the receptionist we'd be there until late and she said there were no tables available... when we clearly saw plenty of space at the available tables. It's clearly an elitist business, what a shame... go in a group so they'll let you in.

It seems to me the accountants have been looking for ways to squeeze more money out of people. The smallest wings I've ever seen, the smallest burgers ever, and worst of all, rolls of napkins on each table instead of individual napkins. What a shame, because it used to be so good.

The food is so-so, the problem isn't the service, the problem is that they take more than 40 minutes to bring your order, and if you pay for a buffet and have to wait between orders, how awful!

When we arrived we waited 15 minutes for a table. When we went in they took our order, only the drinks arrived and the food arrived after 45 minutes. We ordered it to eat there and it arrived in takeout packaging

Terrible service. The last three times I've been, it's taken a long time to serve me. The waiters forget your orders and are poorly organized, and the food arrives cold.
