Horrible, I ordered through the Rappi app and they sent something else with add-ons that I didn't ask for. I've been to the store in person and they always tell me they don't have Subways or bread or whatever the Subway I choose has. They also always tell me they don't have change. They serve you very rudely, but when the manager is there, they treat you well. Of all of Cuernavaca, this is the worst Subway I've been to 😠 I didn't ask for pickles or chilies and they put them on all my Subways, they always do the same thing to me.

Terrible service. A girl was very rude while preparing my Subway and turned around when I was ready to pay, in a very rude manner because I asked her to put vegetables and she wanted to put only what she said.

The products are delicious. However, the customer service is TERRIBLE. They don't seem to care about their jobs at all. I think if they gave them some customer service training, the business would be much better. I don't recommend it solely because of the service.

The ones that serve me to begin with had me closed for 15 minutes. And their service is terrible, and to change things up, they say they have to give you the series, as it says, you can't change the dressing, and they don't even ask you if you like it or not. They provide very bad service.

This branch is terrible. There's no variety of bread; they only have one or at most two types. The vegetables don't look fresh, and the worst part is the service. Three people behind the counter with the worst attitude, a long line, and they do nothing. One of them is even serving without a mask. I wish the chain could do something about it.

This branch never has a variety, usually there is only one type of bread, and the ingredients are not fresh, they give you less ingredients than they should be, after 7 pm they tell you there is no service and sometimes there is even no one at the counter, bad service

Twice I've come, they never have service. Once I went in the afternoon at 2 PM, and they didn't have any. And at 7 PM, they didn't have any either. I don't know why they always deny service.

This is the worst branch. The service is almost always bad; they take forever, they're not very attentive, and they've ignored me more than once. In terms of quality, it's the worst of all the Subway locations I know; I always get ice-cold sandwiches. The star rating is for the branch, not Subway itself.

What's wrong with this company? We also ate at the Subway on Paseo Cuauhnáhuac, and the lettuce was disgusting; it looked like it was several days old. They need a better way to store it. It definitely deserves a very bad rating!! Sorry!! 🤷🏼

Terrible service, they don't serve because they're doing other things, and if I ask for my Subway to be hot, the guy at the register says they don't handle it, so only cold or toasted, when other Subways do. Guys who don't care about their job.
