You will certainly get a Venezuelan experience here. All types of Arepas, empanadas were fantastic the Mandoca was excellent. Be sure to get Jugo de Guanabana (think milkshake)!!

We have enjoyed their food for years and we are really liking the new location. This is without a doubt the best Venezuelan food in Katy TX, so you will not regret stopping by with your family for a great meal. My kids love everything there, from Cachapas with beef and cheese, the Pasticho (lasagna) and the beef milanesa with fried yucca and plantains. Don’t forget to try their Venezuelan empanadas as appetizers, specially the shrimp empanadas and ground beef one, you can also add some tequenos. My favorite is their hen soup and the “cruzado” soup (hen and beef rib soup), which is great to build your defenses when you are feeling under the weather. The staff is very friendly and you can ask them anything without hesitation. Venezuelan food is delicious and Chamos is definitely the best Venezuelan restaurant in town. Give it a shot, you will definitely come back for more!

One of the best, probably the best right now, venezuelan restaurant in Houston. The taste is just perfect, the quantity, the quality, it has that typical Venezuelan flavor! Gonna be driving a lot from Cypress just to eat here.

Excellent service beginning with the Gloriana waitress who was very kind and helpful. The grilled chicken with Russian salad, fried yucca and tostones was delicious. I gave it four stars because one part of the restaurant was hot and Gloriana moved us to the other part of the restaurant and it was a big difference the A/C was as it should be. The music should be played as background music and not so loud so as not to disturb and to have a more comfortable atmosphere.

She greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome right away. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in at the perfect time. She remembered our special requests, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything was just right. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out and made our dining experience so enjoyable. I would definitely come back and request her again. Highly recommend!

Nice place for Venezuelan food. Great value for the money. Large portions and nice variety. Big empanadas and Pabellon Criollo is the best we have tried in Katy.

The food isn’t bad, but def I have tasted better Colombian food. Good price for the portion you receive. The staff were attentive, it’s clean and welcoming environment. At times it’s too loud, or staff are distracted - the young lady kept forgetting our order and continue to apologize.

I ordered a pechuga a la plancha along with the 3 sides that come along with it. 30 to 40 minutes after the food that they served me messed up my stomach 😫. Not ever coming back, hopefully they make sure to enforce for more cleanliness while they cooking and also avoid the cross contamination.

This night we picked the dinner in this place ,we only enjoyed the soup..the meat was terrible, I don't recommending this restaurant.

Good luck getting a handicap parking spot. Employees park in them and owner could care less. Rude wait staff and the food sucks.
