I had such a great experience at IHOP! Briana was very attentive from the moment we sat down. My food came out super quick, and she constantly made sure I had everything I needed without me even having to ask. I’ve honestly never been in and out of IHOP so fast with such amazing service. On top of that, she was so friendly - she made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back, and asking for her!
Cloie was amazing. Her customer skills are great. She’s so sweet and made sure to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed for a great breakfast! Her kindness and attention made it even better! Thank you Cloie!
After my last experience, I was hesitant to come back to this location. Our server, Patience was an absolute delight. She was quick, knowledgeable, and engaging. I would give her more stars if I could.
Cynthia was our server & Quana was our manager. They were very attentive & nice. Briana another server stopped by & asked if we needed anything. Great teamwork
Cloié was so professional her smile was contagious, I received top tier service from her. She is one of the many reasons I will be returning, along with the food today my service and atmosphere were exceptional. Thank you Cloié for going above and beyond for making my experience worth while!
Absolutely loved our service from Patience! She was attentive, personable, and enjoyable to interact with. The food was great, portion sizes were large, and this is the best IHOP experience I’ve had in a while.

Haven't been to an IHOP in many years, but we've been to this one 3 times in the past couple months. Consistently good and friendly service and food was good as well. I like this smaller style restaurant, it's much more laid back and not so crazy like the bigger ones.
I eat here alot the staff is always friendly and always smiling love that. Makes me feel like I am in the company of family. The wait staff is amazing and very aware of customers needs. Love that even more....LOVE IHOP IT is the best. And mostest of all there is always plenty of staff on duty..... again I love love love IHOP.... I do miss all the different flavors of syrup on the table but I am an old man and very old school and remember a younger IHOP.....Richard
We really enjoyed our visit today to IHOP. Both of us had the pancake combo; side substitutions are a plus. Briana was our waitress and she was very attentive and pleasant to talk to. Will visit this location again soon!
Had a great breakfast with tasty food but what made it the BEST was Alyssa’s service. She was very sweet, helpful and that smile is contagious. She really made us feel welcome. Will be coming back!
Johnny was great, very respectful and polite. He served us with exactly what we ordered and in a timely manner. It was challenging to ring us up, but he was polite and made it through when the system came back on after temporary power outage.
This location has good food and they're usually pretty quick to serve. We had a red headed lady who was a bit brusk, but got the order exactly right and it got better as we dined. However when we went again on Saturday I believe, we got a woman who became nasty with my business associate before we could be seated. She basically told my associate, that we would wait at register until she seated us where she wanted to. We left that time. Usually we get staff like Cloie and a few others who are very sweet and hospitable.
It’s been a while since I’ve been in here- I used to be a regular and knew staff by name, etc. Since then, they discontinued the impossible breakfast sausage which was my only protein substitute as a vegetarian so that is a bummer. Regardless, Heather did amazing. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and I appreciate her attentiveness.
Its average. You should know exactly what youre getting at IHOP and this one doesnt disappoint…much. Its clean, the service is friendly, the kitchen turned it out in a reasonable time. Bit of a problem with correct order on one dish but it was corrected. If you want pancakes on a Thursday night, you can get them here.
Took a very long time to get food. Entire order did not come out at same time. Pancakes took 10 mins longer to arrive. They were cold. Warm syrup arrived before pancakes. Syrup was cold. Waitress do not check on us once drinks were placed at table.
Came to ihop for a little snack with my husband we got the senior French toast and my husbands French toast was RAW like are you serious ihop our waitress alysa was very nice about the situation offered to have it remade or if we wanted anything else but at the point we just didn’t want anything anymore the waitress fixed the situation and left us satisfied thank you great service ! Food? Not so much do better ihop cooks
Stop letting your customers walk around barefoot!! It’s clear this is an issue based on a previous compliant. I get that it puts your employees in a difficult situation but management needs to enforce this! It’s unsanitary, no one wants to see it.
We were greeted at a normal time and sat down in a good enough time as well. But our server clearly wasn’t in the mood to do her job. When giving us our drinks there was blue liquid on the straws that she gave us. And it took a moment for her to come back and give us new straws. To add when giving us our food she forgot that we asked for hot syrup. That took quite a while for her to bring to us as well that we just decided to use the syrup on the table. I could see if it was super busy but it was not. Please also note that for some reason whenever we would ask for something and she would appear she disappear really fast. Leaving the stuff on the table and almost run walking away fast as to maybe avoid us or avoid being called upon. Even after we finish eating we waited about 11 minutes for our check and just thought we could pay up front since she was maybe busy with other people. Since I have read previous reviews from this IHOP I don’t know that my concerns will be addressed but here what I can say. The server was over all sweet and kind. I’m sure on her best day she would have been more helpful but please understand that when serving people always give your best. You never know what other people are dealing with and ihop that has been around for a long time is a familiar warm experience that brings joy. It’s saddens me to know I wasn’t able to get that experience I normally experience when I come to one. To end things were alright but was disappointing and unsatisfactory.
From start to finish, not a great experience. From rude a rude hostess, to my wife getting the wrong food and my eggs having hair in them. Our server only came to our table twice and another server is the one who helped us more than who was supposed to. No apology for the messed up orders or hair in the food and no attempt to correct it. Will not be returning. Do better, ihop. Do better.
We had a terrible experience when we went here on a Sunday for my daughter's birthday. This is what she chose for her birthday dinner. We went and we were pretty immediately sat. However it was 24 minutes before anybody came to ask us our drink order and she was a manager. The manager walked to the back and then 10 minutes later the waitress came and said can I get your drink order. We said the manager already got it and she said she's on the phone now and she doesn't understand what she is trying to tell her. We then waited another 10-12 minutes for our drinks and for her to take our order. Finally after nearly an hour we received our food which was decent. The frustrating part is there were 3 tables total in the whole restaurant.
Worst IHOP experience I’ve ever had. Our waitress didn’t check on us even once. I had to get up and ask for the check myself. The restaurant was dirty, and to make it worse, they seated us right next to a broom that stayed there the entire time we were eating. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience
Waited 20 minutes to be seated. Eggs weren't cooked properly, ordered over medium. They brought us over easy, uncooked whites are gross. Every thing was cold except for sausage. We thought the waitress was going to pick a meal closest to what we ordered. Instead everything was al a carte which ended up costing 50.00 with a tip. What happened to the $8.00 breakfast specials? Will never eat here again.
I was he Sunday morning and I hasking for a orange juice, is terrible looks like a orange juice but test like a water, I can said they mixed the juice with water or something, the food take so long and is not really great. About the service im glad the lady is so nice and try to help me whit the food.
Came here with friends and we were a party of seven. As soon as we walked in the 4 workers at the front were arguing about where to seat us.. right in front of us which is really unprofessional. We got sat and were at our table for 10-12 minutes. Multiple waitresses walked by us, manager(I think) too, and no one helped us or even got our drink order. We ended up leaving and as we get to the front counter, the manger guy and about 4 waitresses are just hanging out and talking... Terrible service. We ended up going to Sunny Street Cafe, which was allover a way better experience.
Only my son and I sat for 15 minutes and no waitress addressed that we were there. I’m not white or black like everyone that was in there and maybe that’s the reason why I was ignored. But 1 table or black ladies was helped with 2 waitresses. It’s ridiculous that I had to wait and never get service and left. As I walked out I asked a lady who the manager was. She said me. I told her I had been waiting and all she said was “oh I’m sorry”. Terrible service.
Don’t even order from here. You will not get your food or your money back. I placed an order for pick and the estimated time was about 30 minutes, so I waited for about 45 minutes because I knew they were going to take a bit longer since I had ordered from them before (just one time plus this new one). I get there, waited for like 10 minutes before anyone would even bother to attend me then after that I get told that they haven’t started my order because they’re “backed up” which I understand that happens, so I asked how much time for it to be done, which they said about 15-20 more minutes or to cancel and get a refund. I chose to cancel and then they tell me that I have to call the number online to get my refund. I called almost as soon as they told me that and they told me that I have to wait X number of business days for the owner of this location to call me and see if he’s going to process my refund. Like? Why can’t they just void the order and give me my money back because we’re talking about a big family order that is not cheap to get just for the lady on the phone to tell me that I have to wait a certain amount of days for the owner to call me and then she even said that if I didn’t hear back from the owner, to call the number online again. This is horrible. No food or money back yet.
Times are really tough financially I'm sure for everyone around and my aunt really wanted to treat us for breakfast so we met here. Our server seemed to be the only person doing anything. No one told her she was sat and I saw 2 other servers and a manager just chatting away while we had to wait 40 minutes to get coffee. When the food did come out the hashbrowns we're almost cold. Thankfully our server did get us fresh ones but man what a waste of what could be a nice breakfast. Also there were only 2 other tables when we came in so I find it hard to understand why this was so hard. I've worked in the restaurant industry it's incredibly embarrassing for a manager to just stand around as she sees a section not get waters or coffee for over 15 minutes. Mind you we waited 40 minutes for it. Help your server? Idk do something besides standing near a computer. What a disappointment. Never going back to this location no customer service or respect for guests time. Communication can help as well but no just awkward waiting around.
I’m sure the food is fine but I sat at the front door waiting for someone to leave the kitchen just to ask if I need anything. I could hear the staffs conversation in the kitchen. But yet ten minutes and no one walked out to the floor to check on customer seated or if anyone was here to be seated. Had three employees look at me and just keep walking. While waiting a seated customer got up and walked to the kitchen just to order some more coffee cause the staff here could care less if you need anything. By far the worst location I have ever stepped and I will never return. I will be reporting this location to the corporate office Monday morning.
