Love this DQ. Super friendly, they know my name and remember what I like! Some days they are short on help but they're hiring! And still I rarely wait long and they bring it out to my car if needed.

I always like to stop by this location when I'm in the area. Thanks for a pleasant lunch.

You can never go wrong with a banana split... it's fruit with soft serve... fruit is good for you... I always change mine to chocolate, caramel and hot fudge... but it is basically fruit with soft serve I tell you...

Manager at this location very nice. My husband and I stopped in around 530 on a Friday and asked for the $5 special. We did not realize the special was over at 4pm. The manager gave us the deal anyway. On our way out I saw a sign that the special was over at 4pm and the manager was kind enough to honor our request anyway. That's great customer service!

This Dairy Queen has been there many years, and is still as great as it was back in the 1970’s!! It is a huge childhood memory for me!.. My family ate there every Friday at 5:00 pm on the way to our lake house for 13+ years! I LOVE THIS DAIRY QUEEN! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The food is okay, the prices are inflated for what it is. The employees are all friendly, but the service is very slow. If they could find some efficiencies in price and meal prep it would be excellent.

Definitely not the best DQ location on the lake. Every time I go my order is either taken incorrectly, some of my food is forgotten or its almost cold. The staff isnt the greatest or very knowledgeable of their jobs.

We stopped in for an ice cream treat on my wife's birthday. I guess we fo enough business with DQ, that they sent her a free treat. We showed them the email for the free treat, but they could not honor it. They said they are part of the Texas DQ. This is where the email came from They still could not make it work. These website problems happen all of the time. They have our rewards account all screwed up. It just deleted $15.00 in rewards yesterday. I guess we will contact corporate again with these issues

We stopped in at what is likely the busiest time of the week, (Sunday after Church Services). There seemed to be a neighborly fellowship throughout the dining area. We had gone through the drive-up and were asked to wait out front to receive our sandwiches.(for about 15 minutes.) I finished my milkshake and decided to take the opportunity to use the washroom, but after waiting more than five minutes for the use of the small locked-room to become available, decided it wasn’t worth it.

Don't expect to get to the deals you fund on their website cause they don't always honor them. That's false advertisement. Which to me is stupid

The place needs a little fixing up ! The employees are very nice.,and they keep it really clean .the location isn't the greatest being off by its self .and after eating and then to walk outside and get a fresh breath of WhAT smells like someone taking a dump by the fence at the run down next door

Slow. Say in the drive through for 20 minutes without it moving. I was the 4th car back so I just left without ordering.

The blizzards were partly melted and 1/2" down from the top of the cup. We had smalls. Disappointed especially at the cost.

Today I ordered the family style chicken strip meal. It was $32 with taxes and horrible. The chicken was seriously overcooked. I ordered strips and have ordered the regular meal multiple times. I know the difference between a strip and a nugget. They we not strip. The French fry were limp and mushy and the bread was not grilled at all. I felt like I was robbed because of the quality. It was not even edible. Quite the disappointment. Never again

I wouldn’t normally give 1 star for something so trivial but this is Dairy Queen and you would think that you could order a banana split or banana split blizzard and not be told “sorry we’re out of bananas “ not once, not twice, not three times, but 8 times in a row over a period of several months. I can understand this happening on the rare occasion but 8 times in a row is ridiculous.

Bad experience. Burger was cold, seriously cold cheese was not melted. Beef taco salad had zero beef and i got an attitude from the kids working the counter for having the nerve to ask for beef on my beef taco salad.

The workers are rude here and one of the newer girls working drive thru window is one of the worst. She actually rolled her eyes at me. While sitting at the drive thru window also noticed one of the workers walking around in the kitchen with a cigarette between her fingers. I will never go to this dairy queen again. I go several times a week but will start going to one of the other dairy queens nearby.

I ordered a 6 peace chicken strips and they gave me literally 3 not to mention I waited 20 mins for my order there was a new kid working the drive thru line and the other chick that was working with him was sitting in the booth on the phone while the new kids had a drive thru full of people they honestly need me staff

Worst customer service i have ever had at a dairy queen. Also the worst food i have ever had from any dairy queen. It made me and my friend feel very sick. Employees are very rude and sarcastic. The wait was extremely long. The employee was very upset and told us we would have a wonderful day. Then when we start eating there was hair in our food. I really feel like they put the hair in it there on purpose.

Was in drive thru for 30 minutes. Place my order. Got window paid was ask to drive around wait for my order. The young lady said it was taco Tuesday and they were so busy. 20 minutes later I got my good. 2 hamburgers. I get home the burgers wasn't fix the way I had order them. I called up there was told sorry. It was taco Tuesday they were so busy that the order must got mix up.thanks for letting them no about their mistakes. Ok I will agree they were busy if they can fix something beside tacos on Tuesday then they need someone who can handle the other orders or post a sign saying it's taco Tuesday we are to busy to fix anything besides tacos. The manager was rude didn't really care if the order was wrong or not. It's so sad.

Me and family got tacos from here once, but once we got home I find no taco meat in the taco. There kitchen is not ever clean and there food is over priced. I can now see why they are so slow, and they lay off half their employees. The Teddies treats company sucks. I regret ever buying food from here.

Tried to order on the app, couldn’t get pass the kids meal drink and it didn’t recognize the options I made, so I tried to call in. No answer after the 3rd time I drove up there. Told the window what happened. No sorry, no let me tell somebody, just deer in the headlight look. So I had to wait because it was a large order, which is what I tried to avoid. Very disappointed! Usually I love going to this Dairy Queen, but last night was not good. Went through the drive thru and was asked to pull around like normal but don't mind cause food always comes out hot and fresh. Sat there waiting and saw young man take food to another car and I was already thinking that it was our order we had been parked waiting significantly longer. The other car sat for a few minutes and then drove back to the drive thru. Almost immediately employee brings same bag of food back out and to us this time. Didn't mention anything about it going to the wrong car so I ask did that just go out to another car? She responded saying yes but it's all there. No apology or anything. I stated I am sorry if it's already been in someone else's car I do not want it, I would rather get a refund. Again no apology or offer to remake the meal. She gets annoyed and says well you will have to come in or go back through the drive thru. So I go back through the drive thru and another employee possibly manager or supervisor is at the window and simply asks if I want it back on my card or cash. Again no apologies or asking how can we make this right for you or offering to remake the order or anything of the sort. They do not know if the other car had opened up the wraps on the burgers or taken it apart inspecting the sandwiches or anything I am not the only person that would be uncomfortable accepting food that was taken and left at the wrong car first. I wouldn't have wanted any freebies or anything else but a simple apology and offer to remake the meal for chance of any contamination or anything like that.

Came through Friday march 17th During the evening we had to tell drive thru our order 7 times then got our food with our. Extra veggies on the side .. the fries had a HAIR in them horrible experience wish I could give them no stars because that is how terrible. The service and food was .. also learn to change the grease our onion rings tasted like old burnt oil. … do better DQ

Not impressed with the food here. Definitely a lot of flies. The fries tasted horrible, I think someone should fry them in fresh oil. Don't ask for extra salsa for your nachos, they charge50 cents for the equivalency of a spoonful... Only positive point of my experience was the sweet young lady who took our order and served our food. If the restaurant could be molded around her and her spirit, this place would receive 5 stars every time!

Let me start off by saying I’m pregnant and I crave Dairy Queen burgers! I called in an order today at the kemp location and when I opened my food at home, there was a dirty, used napkin sitting on top of my French fries. Drove all the way back up there, and then was given my order, and was made wrong! (I guess I should check, but all I get is a plain and dry burger). I then waited a while and decided to go to the seven points location which is owned by Shirley as well. Got my food, once again MADE WRONG. Shirley, can you train your employees? I really don’t understand how this happens everytime I come to your establishment.

They are racist here… avoid it at all cost. Don’t spend your money at places like this. I sat in the drive thru. With no cars present in front or behind me and only 2 cars in the front of the restaurant. They can see me through the drive through class and no one ever came on the speaker to take my order. When I circled around the window I could see a large Caucasian lady hiding behind one of the machines so I couldn’t see her with the headset. DO NOT PATRON THIS PLACE!!!

I can not understand how this place can consistently mess up such simple orders. I come to this location when I just need a Diary Queen burger because it's closest to my house. I am tired of having to order something I don't want because I can't trust them to make my food correctly. I went through the drive through on 5/8 around 4:30. I ordered a large fry. The drive through cashier was beyond rude. I said hi and thank you. All she said was the total cost. I looked in the bag and the large fry was only half way full. I asked her to please fill it. She just walks off and says nothing. She came back with the fries and I said thank you very much and again she ignored me, not one word from here. Horrible service.

Can’t believe this cost me $3.02 WITH a coupon ($0.50 off)! Buyer beware! Yep-they got an extra dollar from me today for the “extra” charge for “nuts and whipped cream” but won’t get a penny more from me nor all my friends I tell! Only customer in drive-thru and took some time to get it.
