I had an awesome experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to my server, Sierra! From the moment I was seated, she was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Took my order smoothly, drinks were refilled, food was hot/fresh and provided great service.

Place is a little loud but that’s a sports bar for you. The cashiers are friendly, waiters even more friendly, I believe her name was Paris. Truly exceptional service.

Our server T was fantastic. Great personality and did an excellent job of taking care of our table.

I have always enjoyed going down to the local Bdubs, ordering some wings and a few beers. However this particular establishment stood out to me. As I entered the building I noticed a sort of sexual tension in the air, but Matthew our server was able to quickly establish dominance assuring us that we will be taken care of. Although the service wasn’t the fastest, Matthew satisfied all of my needs leaving me with a a sense of content and weak in the knees. Also ask about Greg he is both a mover and a shaker.

I've Never had buffalo wild wings, but the Customer Service is great. Greeted properly N Nicely. It feels like I would have a great Night there N lookz to be a place for sport guys who like to eat. Side Note; it smellz amazing in there.

Justin made this a very amazing first experience. Justin is very friendly and attentive. He made the best house margarita and really cares about you. I will definitely ask to be seated in his section again. I don't know which was better the food or the service. Update: We were seated in Justin's section and he was very busy with large tables so someone else waited on us. We watched as Justin rushed around but he still took time to ask us how we were doing and if he could get us anything. I have to give Justin a 15 out of 10!

Idk why this place is low rated. We went twice in one weekend and the food was consistent both times. Hot, fresh, & came out of the kitchen fast. Servers & hosts have all exuded wonderful customer service! Will be a frequent flyer!

Personally, if I had to choose my favorite restaurant with the best service ever it was this one! Me and my husband dined in for an early dinner today and the food came out fast and it was all perfect. Our server Audrey made sure everything was perfect and she was very sweet. Audrey was hands-down one of the best servers we’ve ever had here in Killeen. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we sat down. Our drinks and food were always perfect and came out quickly, and she checked on us just the right amount without ever being overbearing. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does. Audrey made our whole visit better we’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again!

I had decided not to go back to this location because of a bad experience. I was asked to give it another try. I am so glad I did, Alyssa our server was busy but stopped by to check on us every time going to another table. The food was good and the new honey heat sauce is wonderful! I will now be going back for the wings and wedges

Last night we ate here and had probably the best service from any establishment. Maria was very helpful and attentive. Even the kids noticed how great she was. Definitely as for Maria, she’s on top of her game.

I ordered the boneless wings. I got half Nashville Hot and half Lemon 🍋 Pepper flavors. The food was good. Service was not bad, but also wasn't the very best I've ever received. It could've been better. But I will blame it on it being a very busy night. At least it looked like they had my waiter spread thin. She was waiting several tables. Like I said, service wasn't horrible, it just took my waiter a while before she came back around to us to check on us. However, when she did come around she was pleasant and she did get everything we needed, so there's that. My husband got the traditional wings. Half Hot 🥵🔥 and half Lemon Pepper. He had no complaints about his food. Great place to catch a game or some sports TV.

Wings were great, sides were great, beer was ice cold. Would have been a great place if the service wasn't so terrible. Not particularly rude, just totally indifferent and SUPER slow. Took forever to get waited on, then25 minutes to get an appetizer and another 10 minutes after that before my beer finally arrived. Around an hour before before my wings finally arrived. We had chips and queso, not that many chips, when I asked for more chips, they charged extra. In all, we were there over 2 hours for a beer, queso, and 10 wings. And they weren't very full. There probably wasn't but 4 other tables seated besides us. It would easily be a 10 if they had decent service.

I’m being generous with 3 stars. The food was hot and was good! However….. We were led to a booth (see picture) that the seat was torn on both sides. When we asked to move to another booth right behind it, we were told that there weren’t enough servers to be seated at the next table. We were offered a regular table and that was fine. No more than 5 minutes later, she came to seat other patrons at the very booth we asked for, that she told us we couldn’t sit at because there weren’t enough servers. The service was okay, but the food saved this review. I also find it odd that you don’t toss your tenders in a sauce when requested. I was told it could be drizzled but not tossed. But you toss your boneless wings in a sauce, correct? What’s the difference?

I went in today for a nice lunch and I felt rushed by our server karah. I get it gets packed but no need to be rushing us. Saying she has other tables to attend as we had just sat down. Our daughter's fries didn't get there until she was done with her food. A month ago we got 6 free wings for supporting a community event at Buffalo Wild Wings then we tried to use it along with another coupon we had for a highschool fundraiser. At first we were told we couldn't use either then they had to split our check to be able to use one then when we go to redeem our $25 gift card. Karah sighs and looks at us as if it's an issue to redeem it.

This was my first time here. Definitely don't think I'm going back. The soda machine and tea containers looked like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. The walls looked dusty and floors looked like they needed to be cleaned and it just opened. My buffalo chicken sandwich was bland other than the mound of sauce on it. Not impressed at all.

Wow...total garbage customer service today. Also I got lied to about wing sizes being "larger" which is why they cut down on serving sizes and still charging the same amount. Wings are still the same but cost more and when asking about meal specials they don't give clarification on what they have so they just change what's the most confident to ring up.

Came here a hand full of times while they were not busy and two of those times we got the same server names Cara/kara and both times she had a poor attitude and seemed annoyed anytime we’d ask for anything then food always took forever and she would always say it’s because they were busy but there was only a few tables. Definitely not impressed and see why they weren’t busy and won’t be back

It's hard not giving just a one-star review, but the waitress was sweet and was trying so she gets two stars. The rest, definitely one star. They were totally unprepared. We were told there wasn't really a bartender and they would do the best that we could. I ordered a standard drink that most bartenders would know how to make, but this bartender was consulting menus, looking at her screen, and definitely didn't know how to make a Sex on the Beach drink. My husband ordered a margarita and it tasted like water. We had ordered food but decided to leave. It just looks like a warehouse with some tables that were put up. No actual atmosphere at all. It also seemed like nobody really knew what was going on. There were a lot of very young people working there, not that being young is a bad thing because there are so many wonderful qualities about younger people. But I'm talking about experience here. You've got to have experienced people working the registers, hostess, cooks, and the people making the drinks. If you don't, what are you really offering customers? I'm so sad because we were looking for a place that's open late where we could get some appetizers and drinks after 9:00 p.m. but it definitely won't be here. We're pretty new to the area, 3 years so I guess that's new, but we have been generally disappointed with most restaurants in the area. There are a few really great ones though, so I guess we will be eating at Roadhouse and Cheddar's going forward! Hopefully you'll do better in the future.

I did an online order and went in a few minutes after the expected time for it to be ready and still waited another 15ish minutes before getting the food. The staff was friendly and you could tell they were trying, but it definitely seemed like they should have more people working there to make it a better work environment for the team - and a manager/leader that helped to control the situation at hand and take some pressure off of the team. We didn't hate the wings, but they were really dry and didn't have hardly any sauce on them. I think we will stick with ordering from PH when it comes to wings from now on and just have them delivered.

Update 4 months later (Covid times and all): sadly we are disappointed with a couple of things; how extremely minimal the 'regular' order of potato wedges turned out after ordering this time around thru door dash, especially since we've ordered a regular appetizer of them in-store and they've never been like this. My roommate and I have ordered thru Door dash in the past few times in the past few months but this isn't cool.. I DO appreciate the stickers on the bags containing out orders!.. It's been a while since we've ordered (this this time with our usual order) because I was pretty irritated that I was shorted a couple wings in my box last time. I thought all boxes and bags were supposed to have a decent sized sticker indicating tampering from drivers 🙄 who knows.. I REALLY wish I could because there are so many signs pointing to: NO when you order from here, especially when utilizing a delivery service.

In my opinion, the sample platter for $9.99 is overwhelming for the kitchen staff, the waitress was great, but she could only bring what was available. Just seems to take too long even when you decide to ask for your check.

The service was simply terrible! Our servers name was Britt, she simply forgot about everything, asked for straws, waited 10 min and had to ask again. Then she brought the appetizer out - had to ask for napkins & she again forgot. (No wonder if all you are interested in, is the dudes on the table behind us.) Then our dinner came out and again, I had to ask for napkins and silverware. After her not bringing the requested silverware, I walked up to the front and told them I am not happy with the service provided and again asked to get silverware so my son could eat. They asked me who the server was, I pointed her out but nothing else happened concerning this situation. I would have at least expected an apology. Then while still eating, she pops up asking me if I want my check. „Sure, I‘ll take it while still stuffing the wrap in my face“.

Used to live bww but this place continues to go down hill every year. Appetizers always come out cold. Good takes forever. Clientele is a little scratch just look at social media posts for this location. Management is rude or nowhere to be found.

Ordered carryout, just a few wings, nothing crazy. Arrive at perscribed pickup time and good isn't ready. Wait 20 more minutes and get the food marked with my order. Get to my hotel and find the wrong food, with someone elses name and was for delivery. Ruined itnfor two people with that one. Go for a refund, and they offer me fresh food after I just ask gor a refund. I declined and they asked for my card info for a refund instead of going off the order number. Seemed sketchy, but that is for BWW to get back to me on. Would not at all recommend getting pickup food, because this all happened while the restaraunt was relatively empty.

I came in tonight with a large party. Our waitress was super friendly, but the service was not good. And the food was not either. The "boneless wings" were generally as small or smaller than chicken nuggets and were a solid 4 out of 10 at best. After receiving my meal and getting the check early, I placed an order for large French fries, which took over an hour to finally arrive, despite reminding my waitress no less than three times. And when they finally came out, I was told I didn't have to pay, but the fries were cold as hell and had clearly been sitting for a while. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend coming here. I would understand more if it were a busy night, but it wasn't. Several of the staff members themselves said it was a slow night, so the quality of service to me seems inexcusable.

The fact that my order was ready within the 10 minutes it took to get there should've been a red flag. Wings were hard and still had feathers on some. Not all wings were sauced either. Fries were hot, but you can tell they weren't fresh. Normally, I have a great experience but this time was not so good. Simple fixes for the future. There were barely people in, so I think a little extra time on the order would have made my food better.

Nachos and chips & guacamole appetizers were bland. The kind you'd find in a nursing home. Even the jalapeños had little to no spice. Chicken original sandwich and Buffalo ranch sandwich were dry and bland. Fries tasted stale. Wings were crunchy and disappointing. Service... she went to every table but ours. I had my hand up for 5 minutes and finally got up and went to the front to get my son a glass of water. The front staff were very helpful. But our waitress was horrible with service. Visited for a family outing, hoping for a great wings experience, but sadly, it fell short of expectations. Despite a 15-minute wait for a table, the real disappointment started when we were seated. Our waitress, in a gray shirt, displayed an unpleasant attitude, particularly towards my wife. It escalated to the point where she had to leave with our baby due to the disrespect shown. Our food took an entire hour, and what made it worse was watching tables seated after us getting served much earlier. Only after involving the manager did our food start being prepared. Regrettably, no apology from the waitress, just avoidance. The manager, thankfully, was understanding and helpful in resolving the situation.

I can only review the service as i never ate. I entered for early dinner and the restaurant was not very busy. The young lady at the door greated me and another one handed me a menu and said i could sit where i liked. That was the only interaction i had while I sat there for the next 15 minutes. They were short staffed for a weekend. Took long with the food and brought out the food before drinks. Disappointed . The waitress was nice tho. The “Elf”, Rex, the hostess/greeter was awesome. My husband loves Buffalo Wild Wings. We decided to go for lunch today and it was the worst experience. First, the host asked us so many questions before taking us to a seat, including how many people and we said 2 and then she proceeded to ask if it was all adults dining when she saw the 2 of us standing there. We ordered drinks, an appetizer and wings right away and we waited nearly 10 minutes for our drinks. Our chips and queso didn’t come out for nearly 30 min and our food was almost a 50 min wait. They were not busy and had plenty of servers. When our food came out we got no plates, no silverware and no napkins and my husband had to go ask for these things at the register and the wings were lukewarm and the potato wedges looked like they had been sitting for hours. We had to ask for refills as well. Then we got our bill and they now charge for ranch and blue cheese and for carrots?! The menu does not say they charge for those things! My husband left saying that was the most disappointing visit and he wasn’t sure he wants to go back which shocked me because like I said he loves their wings!

I'm not from this area and I don't live here. However, I visit my sister often, and this was my second visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. The first visit was last year during football season, and they had no wings. I understood and gave it a pass, although that was weird for a wing restaurant. But yesterday was insane! There was a ridiculous wait time. They had no blue cheese, no potato wedges, no cheese curds, and several other missing items from the menu. The overpriced drinks were very low on alcohol and bland tasting. The only highlight was MARIA our server was nothing short of amazing! She was naturally getting flack from customers given they were out of a lot of items and the kitchen was slow she was pleasant and bright! She was the only reason we stayed and didn't go somewhere else. To remain pleasant when management puts you in a situation to be yelled at and berated by customers is not easy to do. I go to BWW all the time in other cities and I've yet to come across one as awful or close to awful as this one. I hope Maria knows her pleasant ways, honest and attempt at quickest service possible was truly appreciated!

We were sat for 1 hour and 30 minutes and no food given. Turned out the food was never actually placed. The waitress kept telling us she will check on our food and see how long its got left but we never got our food. We then questioned the waitress and she realised she never placed the order. We felt like she was initially lying to us about checking on our order. The seats were ruined and falling apart, the menus were sticky and covered in mystery “goo”, our food took SO long to come out, and halfway through our visit I looked to my right and noticed GUM ON THE WALL. Sad because we love the food but I won’t be returning for a long while. Get it together Killeen bdubs.

Listen the best things was the drinks! Where is management??? We came here with our kids 3YO and 10YO and they were ready to eat! We waited an hour for our food! The crowd wasn’t packed at all. Spoke to management blamed Uber eats, take out and her not having enough staff for the kitchen. When our waitress told us they were jamming music and not even trying to send the food out! Last time for BWW!! Killeen BWW that is!!!!! I am currently searching for the GM like ASAP! Destiny was a horrible waitress! Do not eat here at all! HORRIBLE!

Do not ever order uber eats to get food from Buffalo wild wings. They didn't make my order correct the food had hair in it. When I called the KILLEEN TEXAS LOCATION THE FAKE GM AMANDA which she lied about who she was. Told me to basically it was uber fault and that she was not going to do nothing about it. I am currently on the phone with the corporate office.

My second visit to Buffalo in 10 years, the first was terrible in Lewisville TX, the second in Killeen TX was much worse. It took 10 minutes for us to be served, we ordered two beers and at the same time we ordered a house plater and two different types of sandwiches. It took 10 minutes for the house plater to arrive, 10 minutes later the “lukewarm” beers arrived and my sandwich, my friend’s sandwich arrived 20 minutes later. It was a terrible mess, the waiter was rude, especially when I asked for ketchup and he slammed the bottle on the table. They are completely lost inside the bar, terrible service. I still don’t understand anything that happened. That’s why this location is so empty.

First time there. Made us wait on a table 10 minutes but there where only 7 tables occupied. Than we get a table without any ,some will be with you momentarily. 20 minutes go by nothing no one comes by as to take like a drink order. All the other tables have their food or are already done. Walked out needless to say won't be back.

I went in for some wings for Veteran’s Day. I had to work mid shift so I just put the bag of food in the fridge until after work. When I got home I noticed that I was given two boxes of fries instead of wings. When I called the store I was put on a loop and hung up on. Multiple times. This was at 11pm and they are still open until 1am. I don’t recommend this business.

Ordered food online. We had 6 different sauces to go along with our order. Instead we go 0 dipping sauces and 6 bags of veggies.

Without a doubt, this was one of the worst experiences I have gone through at Buffalo Wild Wings. To begin, I asked for limes for my well vodka with club soda. It took three times to get my fruit, and after I got my fruit, the drink had tonic in it. When I complained, the manager was rude and condescending. After getting my bill, I was charged for doubles, and I did not order one double. I was charged $9.50 for a single well vodka, and on the menu top shelf, Gray Goose, was 8.50. What? Insane. The waitress even said the bartender gave me an over pour. What? I cannot believe this happened. After I complained, the manager took $30.00 off my bill. The entire crew was trying to gaslight me and blame me for lack of communication. In the end, I felt conned. I will contact the corporate office on Monday.

Hands down , the worse experience of a restaurant I ever been to in this entire city .... my sandwich was so dry and the chicken was hard and my buffalo tenders literally had a drop of buffalo sauce on it . Amanda the manager told me she could do half off ...when half of my sandwich wasn’t even existent anyways ....then told me to just call the complaint line .. so .. here I am ...below is a pic of what I received versus the actual food . It’s almost comical . This sandwich looks like it was ordered from wish .

Horrible service. I ordered a hamburger through UberEats from this location and the burger was completely wrong. It had everything on it that I said I didn’t want on there. My husband is allergic to mayo and sure enough, the burger came with mayo on it. The manager said it wasn’t their fault and that UberEats would have to be the one to refund us.

So for veterans day , they offered a 10 piece boneless with fries. Sorry as hell on the quality . Food was literally as cold as the actual temp in the building. They had pre-made boxes for the food . The chicken is salvageable, these fries. Dead as a doorknob. Asked for 2 sauces since i opted out of ranch or blue cheese (health reasons). Was responded with uhh no just pick one. Not to mention the rude lady at the door with the kanakelon curly braids when I wanted to use the restroom before I got in the line. Shorty said what you need and stood in front of the door like a club bouncer. I said yeah the restroom . I understand it's an overwhelming day for service workers , being i am one as well , but yall gotta fix yalls attitudes. And quick. Picture added after wings were refried, at my own dwelling, and tossed in sauce. How was a half empty ramekin of sauce going to cover all 10 wings🥹

This place must hire all the old mcdonald employees. Serving wings has no sauce and fry’s have no dry rub on everyone’s meal. Like that over half the product they totally forget about on each meal! You need to fire the people working at this location!

Date night was horrible! The food came out cold after waiting almost a hour. The Orchid Apple drink was bland and not tasty. It was flat and so was the quality of food!

Very expensive veggies o. Salad seemed like we're in freezer for too long grilled chicken was hard and cold . Over $50. Per salad and sampler not and we order water to drink first and last time there they had very few customers on Sunday everywhere was full now I understand why.

Placed order at 8:48pm. Arrived at the store at 9:10 for pickup. When I arrive, order was not ready. There was a party of 2 that were placing their order at the counter for to go when I arrive. After waiting 15 minutes I had asked for an estimated time. I was then given another individual's order that was not mine. I returned the order and proceeded to wait until 9:48 pm and then had asked for a refund. After asking for a refund my order had magically appeared. Upon entering vehicle to inspect the temperature of the food, the only item that was what I would consider warm was the cheesesteak. The tater tots were room temperature; the cheese curds were room temperature and the tortilla on the wrap was slightly warm. An employee had approached me outside, asking for my name to give credit on the next visit, which I had returned a question and asked if it could be put in a relative's name as I won't be returning to this location. Had this been a busy night I would have understood, but I counted a total of 7 customers at the time I was in the establishment.

Service was bad on a slow day. Our waiter put in the wrong appetizer for us, wrong wings for my kids, and my daughter got two pans of fries instead of wings and fries. Her wings came out looking like it was sitting for a while. Never got a refill on drinks and just slow service overall. We waited about 25 mins for our check and some other server came tot he rescue. They have a bad fruit fly problem and the bathroom needs renovation.

7 Feb 26 went there to eat lunch around noon. Horrible service. I actually had to walk up to the bar and ask for the beer that i ordered 20 minutes ago. Drinks were empty and there was only 4 other couples in there. Food was alright besides getting a tiny broken nugget that they called a wing. Had to ask for a replacement. Food is always inconsistent as in how many fries they give you. Overall this was our worst time there and wont be coming back.

Worst experience ever! Buy $55 worth of takeout get home start pulling food out and realize they didn’t give me the right chicken sandwich, call the restaurant tell them I ordered the chicken sandwich that comes with coleslaw and they told me I ordered the wrong sandwich clearly the order details say different then they say come pick up the coleslaw uh for a sandwich that’ll already be cold? No thank you then these clowns tell us that they didn’t have any coleslaw so that’s why my sandwich was given to me that way. Are you kidding me?! When from the beginning they should’ve asked if we wanted to substitute for something else since I couldn’t get the sandwich the way I wanted, no they instead lied and tried to hide the fact that the sandwich wasn’t made how it was supposed to be and on top of that they refused to give a refund until today when we had to call back once again to get this resolved their GM should’ve have reached out way before now but never bothered low class establishment

Stood waiting for 10 minutes at the front. Countless employees walked by and didn’t even say a word. When someone finally took us to a table it was the dirtiest table I’ve ever seen. If the floors and tables are that disgusting, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This place is horrible. Beyond rude. Beyond dirty. We are called out and will never go back. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered through the app and waited for awhile until they gave me the food. Came home and got ready to eat when my sister informed me that she received the wrong chicken sandwich. So I proceeded to call the restaurant and waited a minute until someone answered the phone. I told the young man what happened and he proceeded to tell me that I had ordered the wrong chicken sandwich. It was supposed to come with coleslaw but it didn’t have any coleslaw on the sandwich. Not was it the correct chicken sandwich. It was supposed to be a southern style chicken sandwich with coleslaw. He argued with me and then had the nerve to say that we could come to the restaurant and get the coleslaw. I then asked for a manager. I was on hold for a few minutes before the manager answered. I went through the story again only for him to say that they had run out of coleslaw. He also said that we could come back to the restaurant and get the coleslaw. I also told him that the young man was rude and I didn’t appreciate that at all. He appeared to defend the young man. Yeah I’m not ever going back to that restaurant again. Not after I was lied to repeatedly. Oh and the guacamole was brown. Totally disgusting. Will not eat there again.

Food was good. Service was poor. Waitress was rude when my pregnant wife struggled to order. I was never offered a refill and the whole restaurant had no forks so I had to eat my meal with a butter knife. Probably won't come back but might order online.

Went there this evening on Veterans Day Nov 11.The 3 Hostess that were outside were so disrespectful in front of all the guest that stood in line. Spoke very loudly and swore around the guest using profanity and being very offensive. Will never go back there ever again

Waited 15 minutes to be seated another 15 minutes for our waiter to even greet us and take our drink order. Eventually got out food BEFORE we got our appetizer. Food was cold and had to ask about forgotten food. On top of that the entire restaurant was absolutely DISGUSTING! Food and trash all over the floor and tables went the entire hour and a half that we sat there uncleaned. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend not coming to the location.

I just bought 6 chicken wings, the chicken wings are delicious but I'm confused that they reused crushed celery??? I ordered here twice. Last time I lost money and there was no food. When I ordered to take away, they delivered it to my home. When I got home, I didn't see it. I lost $58. Today, the same situation happened again. Hey, do you really respect your customers' health???

What a disaster! I thought this was a restaurant but it seems more like a criminal enterprise. Disgraceful service with little care or attention to detail. The server bailed on us as soon as we arrived. The restaurant was not crowded but our group was told to order from our phones because they were too busy to help us. So we could not ask any questions about the menu or receive any recommendations. However, other tables nearby were ordering with the server! My friend ordered a burger and his meal came out over an hour later. My other friend got charged a chocolate cake that belonged to someone else. Another friend was charged two extra beers that he never ordered. We can tolerate unresponsiveness but overcharging is fraud. We had to constantly hunt the servers down for more drinks and ask them twice because they would forget. Food was average but service is pitiful. Worst restaurant experience in Killeen, TX. Management needs to be removed by corporate ASAP
