Went in for a quick dinner, service was fast and pleasant. We got our two delicious burgers which tasted great within 8minutes and got to enjoy some well roasted peanuts whilst we waited. Would recommend

Freshly grilled patties with good range of toppings. Price premium is 100% worth it for superior taste and quality over other high street burger joints. Milkshakes also top notch, but very pricey/should be larger for the price. Must try if you like burgers

Great taste but you do tend to pay more than at a typical fastfood restaurants. I have only tried the vegetarian options here. I definitely prefer the cheese veggie sandwich to the grilled cheese which I find slightly cheaper and greasier. The fries are cooked in peanut oil so they taste amazing (especially the Cajun seasoned option) except perhaps to those with nut allergies. The milkshakes are incredible and have a good range of options, although I didn't particularly enjoy the vanilla flavoured one (prefer the one at Creams). Their house Mayo is yummy, more cheesy flavour than typical mayo and my friend swears their coca cola taste far better than the one you find in stores. The venue is bright and clean and you get unlimited peanuts as you wait for your order to be prepared.

WOW one if there best burgers ever. Had the Bacon Cheeseburger with all the toppings £9.95, nit cheap but you can taste the quality, also had small cajun fries which are extra. Burger is sooooo large it doesn't fit into your mouth and it's very very filling. Great place for a treat and the best tasting burger I've ever had and that's saying something, well worth the cost. Highly recommend this place.

Very friendly service, quick and efficient too. Food is amazing, great burgers with a wide variety of toppings that you can get really creative with. With the right toppings the burgers are absolutely amazing. Fries are usually pretty generous as per every Five Guys, fried well and tastes good. Atmosphere is great, located next to an arcade and a cinema you'll expect a lot of people usually there after school. The only thing neutral worth mentioning is the price point - it's quite expensive, but I do think it's worth it for the portion size and taste. Overall a great food restaurant that serves the best burgers out of any fast food joint.

I drive past this place most days and have always been curious as to what it has to offer. A few weekends ago we stopped here for what I thought would be a quick bite .... it turned out to be a big burger meal and fries and quite nice. I liked their milkshake, too.

Last Saturday I was with my family for lunch because my son had his birthday and a manager of the shift Gori he was so kind and a perfect costumer service ...in the end he give to our kids free milkshakes...the food was delicious and we enjoyed it.. ☺️

Located in the Rotunda this restaurant is spacious and clean. Staff are always friendly and the food is delicious. Ordering is simple but don't make the rookie error of forgetting to add toppings on to your sandwich. Veggies have got options two with my favourite being the toasted cheese sandwich. Plenty of seats to choose from on two levels.

Not so busy on weekday, plenty of empty seats. Other half is fan of their burgers and chips but being a veggie I’ve next to no option. Their vegetarian sandwich (which comes in a burger bun) is okish nothing special. They could try and do something for vegetarians. Their pistachio milkshake was really good. Love the salted roasted peanuts 🥜 A fun snack while you chat.

Omg the best burger ever!!!!! All made to order and you select your toppings, onion, mushroom, sauce etc. It is super expensive thought £9.95 for a bacon cheese burger. Then £3.50 for chips and £3.95 for a refill drink. Considering its fast food and pumped out similar to McDonalds its very expensive. My husband and I had a burger each, shared chips and a drink and it was around £26. Despite the cost the burgers are the best and in mu option worth the money my husband however doesn't see it the same way lol.

Very tasty and good hamburgers, quality is defentitly very good and they are super tasty and I can say they are the best double cheeseburgers in UK. Price is very expensive. A meal for 1 with small chips and drink is 16.50. Meal for 2 will be always around 40£.

Great service and above average burgers. I especially liked the chips, which really tasted of the peanut oil they fry them in. A reliable burger for sure - just be warned that the “little burger” and “little fries” may be more than enough to satisfy your hunger.

The fries are obviously the best I have ever had in similar places. The slightly expensive burger has this genuine taste and feels like it just came out of the fire. However if you are fun of not so crispy bacon avoid the bacon burger. The bacon is so crispy that it hurts your mouth. Very pioneer thought the free peanuts and the free refill of refreshments.

I must say the service and atmosphere of this Fiveguys was amazing! Hritik Was on the floor and brung us our order. His customer service was incredible and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves thank you to the whole team at Kingston.

I go to Five Guys pretty often, and the staff at the Kingston location are super friendly. They always make you feel welcome. The fries here also taste really fresh and crispy, The only downside is the drink machine—sometimes the drinks taste watered down. It makes me wonder if the syrup wasn’t refilled properly.

I just came here to write a review and say how GOOOOOD the customer service was. By far it was the best fast food customer service experience i ever had. “Hrithik” welcomed us and was taking care if we need anything. My order was missing just a cheese, and “Hrithik” just made me another hotdog for free and gave it to me in less than 3 minutes. Shoutout to “Hrithik” for his amazing job and i wish more restaurants have staff like him.

Last night my family and I had another fantastic experience at Five Guys Kingston…. The food was delicious as always, and the staff was very friendly as usual. I would also like to mention the cleanliness of the restaurant, the bathroom was spotless, which is hard to find when you go to a restaurant on a Saturday night!! Congratulations to the staff!! No wonder this is my son's favorite restaurant!! Next Sunday we will be there once again!!!

We piped up here for weekend lunch! This location is just down from the odeon cinema. So it is great place to have meal or snack before the movie start :) and huge seating available. Staff are friendly and clean area. Also they have customer toilet !! Good location. And the tasty is absolutely amazing 🤩 we really like the five guys burger. Even little burger is big enough me.

Great burgers even though not cheap!

It was OK, never had a five guys before, left non-plussed I wouldn't say its a destination burger place for me, but to be fair the milkshake was very flavoursome, & the burger very filling a small chips were also enough for 2 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful with a ready smile that came over as generous rather than forced.

Burgers are really nice and spicy fries good. The fizzy drinks machine has dozens of choices including sugar free versions. The only negative is none of it is cheap but it is good quality. Wish they would get an electronic sign with the order numbers on instead of the staff calling out what orders are ready as it's not easy to hear them unless you are seated close by or are engaged in conversation.

Been a while since I had one of these, and no complaints. It's fast food, but decent. Nice that you build the burger yourself, refillable soft drinks a bonus too. Staff efficient and polite but not exactly a towering asset to the franchise. Quiet, clean, fast but perhaps a little expensive. Restrooms surprisingly presentable.

Food is great as always. I only had fries at our last visit but they put the spice in a little pot which meant I could share the fries. Best. Fries. Ever! Atmosphere is a bit lacking but only because its quite a big restaurant and it was 3pm!

I love this place! My girlfriend and I often stop in here before we see a film at the cinema. I honestly think these are the best burgers you can get in the UK, and the fries are always fresh and crispy. Really good quality and great tasting. My favourite is the bacon cheeseburger, go all the way and double up on the bacon and cheese Mmmm. Only downside is £10 for a burger on its own is a bit steep. It's another £5.50 for large chips and £5.50 for a milkshake. This makes it a £21 meal. I personally can't afford it at this price so I'm going to make the most of the 50% government scheme while I can! Also, I'm going to probably offend a lot of environmentalists and I'm all for the environment but the chucks in the milkshake are so large, the paper straws can't cope. Its a chore to try and drink it. £5.50 for a milkshake that is difficult to drink is dissapointing. Please bring back Plastic straws!

We also ordered fries and these were made from fresh potatoes and it tasted really nice with peri peri. They also have a bottomless drink and this was a really nice. I went to FIVE GUYS in Kingston for the one thing I always go to FIVE guys . CAJUN SPICED FRIES;) and they did not disappoint. I always go for the large perfect for 2! Crisp haven. Actually their fries are so good, is dangerous to love next to a Five Guys;) I only give 4 Stars to motivate the chain to finally bring out a good vegan burger. I know is hard as it is a traditionally beef burger place but the world is changing and having plant based options can only be good for business and the world.

They make the ugliest yet the tastiest burgers in the area… but you do pay for it and as a treat occasionally it’s great. But the price paid for a drinks cup full of chips? £5.50… now that’s taking the p*ss but when they’re cold and not cooked fresh as you arrive… that’s why they get 3 stars and not the 5 those tasty burgers deserve.

Honestly not impressed. I keep hearing about this place bit it was very underwhelming but also very expensive. To be fair, if you order a large portion, that is REALLY what you get. Never seen so many fries in one portion. Definitely not the best burger I've ever had, not even close.

I have heard many positive comments about five guys but it's taken me a long time to try it . wasn't impressed . early lunchtime. almost empty, less atmosphere. burger patties were good but nothing special . rest of burger especially the bun was yuk . looked old . greasy from where it was warmed up . very unimpressed

Maybe it was a mistake ordering the cheese bacon burger at nearly twelve bucks. Cheese was too strongly flavoured, the pattiies were good, moist unlike that served at u know who but at a much lower price. Not enough pickles and jalapeño peppers. For 12 bucks, disappointed. Chips at nearly six bucks, good sized portion, more than I could eat. Worth the money,not in my book. OK u get free peanuts and water and ice but u eat your burger in the tin foil wrap. Lots of hype about the potatoes, but dont say what type of potatoe which is as equally important. Why are we even discussing potatoes, easiest veggie to grow and as they used to say cheap as chips but not the case today.

Very disappointed with Five guys. This is my last and final visit as the burger and fries does not qualify for an average rating but just below average. Soggy bun and very average patty. Fries are dry and a bit over cooked. There are so many other burger outlets which are far better. I have to confirm again this is my 3rd dining experience and the result is as bad as the other 2 previous ones. Sorry for this review but it’s better to be truthful

Wasn't satisfied with my burger purchase here. First of all they got the ingredients wrong, I didn't ask for mustard and they didn't add on the onions, they had to give me it on a tray for me to add. The burger wasn't as warm as it should've been considering it was 'eat in'. The lad that served me was friendly and even offered me some water as I didn't order a soft drink. If you're positioning your brand as a 'premium burger joint' at least get the ingredients right. If you mess up, chuck some fries in to make it feel fair for the customer. They did apologise but I still didn't get the burger I was expecting.

Had the cheeseburger for lunch on this rainy afternoon, and it was good. Great fries , cooked crispy on the out and soft inside. However I would like more acidity in the jalapenos, and some salt on the Patty. P.s: free peanuts while you wait for the order, now that's a charm.

Food was very bland. Service was great and having a roasted nuts box that's complimentary to all customers is amazing but the burger it's self was less to be desired. The patty lacked any seasoning. But the cheese, onions and mushrooms gave it a little flavor. Salt was non existent had it not been for the fries which were salted to perfection. Really disappointed since my first experience of 5 Guys was in Orlando a few minutes from my apartment. Completely different in all categories. Who ever is in charge of burgers, a little salt and pepper goes a long way. Onions and mushrooms slightly salted enhance the flavor too.

A buddy of mine who lives in the area recommended the burgers here, so I decided to give it a try. Honestly, I was a bit disappointed—they didn’t taste any better than what I could get back in the US, maybe even a bit worse. On top of that, it was pretty pricey. They gave me so many French fries that I only ate about 10% of them. Would I go back? Probably not for the burger. But to be fair, the service was excellent—quick, smooth, and very friendly. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which made the experience better overall. Still, next time I’d try something else on the menu. Cheers, BN

A above average five guys it’s a very large chains so there is plenty of seating and different tables available. Bathroom were very clean which was great and don’t require any passcodes or passwords. Because of the amount of Uber eats orders they receive the service is a little on the slow side. Milkshake was delicious !

Customer service is great, but it way overpriced for what it is. The fries I was given were half burnt and could have fed 3 people. The extras in the hamburger were all at the bottom, rather than divided equally through the burger. The only positive thing is the flavoured drinks. Not sure that’s worth £17 for a burger tho

Burger is just ok (easy if the comparison is McDonald) and not worth the price. It's become way too expensive post-covid. I love the fries though, of which they give less now compared to a few months ago.

I don't understand how they can charge £10+ for a cheeseburger that literally had no flavour. It was all squashed and the bread was soggy and the burger meat has no seasoning and no flavour to it. McDonald's and Burger King aren't great but they taste better and are half the price. I literally can't understand what the fuss is about. I came to five guys a few years ago and had the same view then but thought I'd give it another go as people kept telling me how good the burgers were and I thought I may just have had bad luck but that was a different five guys and I can only conclude that they're just not very tasty / nice burgers. I rated Byron when they were going and Honest Burger and Gourmet Burger Kitchen are way better than these guys.

First thing I want to say is that the food, especially the burger was great. What wasn’t good though is the refusal to provide tap water. When I was paying I asked for a cup for water and I heard she said no, but I didn’t hear for what so I just paid. When I received the food I asked the waiter/staff if I could get a cup for water. He said there is a new policy where no one can get water because some people use it to fill it up with fizzy drinks instead. I pointed out that it’s not legal to refuse tap water at a restaurant, but even then, I said “why don’t you fill it up instead and bring it to us”. He said he’ll ask the manager and the manager just said no, no water. I told the staff member what am I supposed to do, fill my hands up with water and drink from them, he just smiled and said I understand but that’s the managers decision. In the end I had to wash down the food with water in those little sauce containers which is such a stupid thing to do. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, if there is a problem, there is always a solution, it’s common sense. It’s not a busy restaurant, there is always 3-4 customers in there at a time. You could have a staff member keep a lookout as they are walking around tidying up the front of house, or you could actually move the soda machines to a more visible location, but to ban tap water outright is ridiculous. As I was leaving I saw a couple with cups of water, I asked them if it was a soda cup or just a water cup and he said it was a water cup. Unacceptable.

It was a while I went there, but I wasn't impressed. The burger was nothing to write home about and the fries was really boring and tasteless. Paying so much for mediocre food is not okay. The place is spacious, shame about their overpriced burgers. You can still have fresh ingredients and not charging so much for the burgers.

For the first time in years of eating Five Guys fries, I received fries with the distinct smell of reused oil. I know this smell very well—it’s that “off” smell fries get when the oil has been used too many times. It’s unpleasant and unmistakable, and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced it from a Five Guys order. The best part of Five Guys has always been the quality of their peanut oil fries, so please make sure to maintain that standard!

Ordered a one patty burger, fries and a shake (on Uber Eats). Recieved this unwanted double double abomination and nothing else. Driver claimed he checked and was told there was no second bag. Received a partial refund, but still paid far too much.

Pore customer service I asked for a bag after spending £18 for a takeaway so I could put some nuts in they wouldn’t let me. I could’ve just walked out with a box but they wouldn’t give me a bath but I’m not in the bag so he didn’t spill over the seat because I’ve got an hour drive considering I go in every other week or every couple of weeks I thought it was very unreasonable and then just have the staff stand there and laugh at me so our principal I asked for a full refund

Ordered on Uber eats and deliveroo previously, order is never correct, had a hair inside once. This is 4 orders now. Unbelievable how they can get orders incorrectly at this rate. Horrible.

Visited twice this year, both times have been abysmal failures of the staff. The first time they somehow managed to confuse my order of a bacon cheeseburger as a hot dog. They were a bit busy, and offered to replace it (which I declined as I was in a hurry) so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. This latest time, however, I was waiting for half an hour. Whilst the place was virtually empty. People who ordered after me were getting their food. When I finally managed to catch someone's attention, I was told there was a "printer error" that had ONLY affected my order, and they hadn't even made it. I was offered a free milkshake, but if I wanted one of those, I would've ordered it. I won't be giving it a third try.

I was charged over £18 for one small, lousy hotdog with fries and a milkshake... For these prices the junk food really should be a cut above the competition, exceptionally good, with a much more comfortable eat-in experience, but it just isn't. For this money It's appalling. Take basic food with the fries chucked loosely onto a tray, sit on hard wooden seats in a large echoey, noisy space with hugely inflated prices and you have a pretty miserable eating experience. No wonder the place was completely empty. I will award a generous 1 star for the milkshake. Congratulations. Never again.

My wife ordered deliveroo. My burger arrived with 0 pattys in it. No beef. They essentially gave me a toppings in a bun. The most idiotic part of this is, 5 guys burgers contain 2 patty’s. So they didn’t miss 1, they somehow missed putting anything in it and wrapped it up and charged me 13 quid for the privilege. There’s a specsavers and a job centre down the road for whatever troglodyte made that, or rather failed to make that burger.

30 min ago I ordered a cheese burger and fries with Uber eat , this is my second time I am receiving my food cold and not fresh chips very less cugin, and my son always love five guys fries , this is last time I am ordering with Uber eat from five guys , and I am not recommending their delivery services .

They’ve recently installed PIN coded maglocks onto their toilets. The keypads are pretty discreet and there was no signage. I pushed the toilet door quite hard thinking it was just stuck and they accused me of breaking their lock. Never before have I had to enter a PIN code to get into a restaurant toilet. Crazy…

Really disappointed by the flavour of the burger. We waited a long time for the food and had to prompt the table service we had opted for. The small milkshake was tiny and I was disappointed that cherry is no longer an option. Lots of chips as always. Very uncomfortable wooden seats and.

Awful customer service. 20 minutes for a milkshake when I asked 5 minutes in where it is everyone else who was in my group had their food and drinks. When I asked the one who was making them him and his college was laughing at me. It was so disrespectful to see that from a fast food place what has such high expectations. For the first time coming I definitely won’t be coming back. When I asked for a manager he still have the courage to sit there and laugh. Then when I got the milkshake 25 minutes after. It had food all over it. Where his hands weren’t clean. Not impressed at all!!

Poorest service ever, expensive, pretentious....maybe tasty, but is it really worth it??? Paid over £30 for three hot dogs, two soft drinks and portion of chips...after lengthy wait the brown bag got handed over, on the bottom three hot dogs wrapped in aluminium foil, and chips just thrown in on the top....so in order to retrieve the hot dogs you just dig through the hot, greasy chips??? When I have asked the server what it was he just said "that is how we serve it, Five Guys is about not perfect, messy food" - honestly, exact words of the Manager on Duty..., I am assuming the idea is - "you eat sh...tty food, you may as well eat like a pig...", Very, very disappointing not to mention potential health hazards, some of the servers did hot wear gloves, so actually you are eating chips touched by somebody's hands, also I have noticed some liquid pooling on the floor in the food preparation are....not sure if it is an American style...or just very badly managed joint...never again....
