8/19/25 This Starbucks has a relaxing atmosphere, and the seating area is well maintained and clean. My husband and I had two spicy falafel pockets with Americanos, while our daughter enjoyed a blueberry muffin with a pink drink topped with cold foam. It was the perfect stop for a filling breakfast and good coffee. The service was friendly, and everything came out just right — a reliable spot to start the day.
Everyone who works here is very friendly!
We like this location a lot. Very busy at ten thirty AM, but service was great and prompt. Cars are lined up around the building, we did the sit down inside kale mushroom egg bites are so tasty and lo Cal! This Starbucks is Awesome... Plus we have family that works here, very very hard worker... Much Love!

The drive-through attendant had a horrible and sarcastic attitude. I said I would like to get my usual drink and was about to proceed in ordering my drink when he cut me off to say “I don’t know what your usual drink is”. To top it off he got my drink wrong.
I hate to leave a bad review for a location that has otherwise been good 9 out of 10 times. However, today I was disappointed with a shoot from the hip remark from an employee. I ordered an iced drink and was given a hot one. Not something I make a big deal about, I can pour a drink on ice as I understand orders are taken all day and im sure they blend together. It is also possible that in my need of caffeine, saying "iced" slipped my order as well. However, to correct the issue I just asked for a large cup of ice on my way out. After being handed the cup of ice I hear, "anything else your highness?" I made the choice to not dignify the response with a reply and left.
I usually order a Venti Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte with vanilla sweet cream milk and extra caramel lining the cup. At other Starbucks locations, my drink is always made correctly, and I’ve never had a complaint. However, at the Starbucks by evo location, my experience has been very disappointing. Most recently, my drink was made with whipped cream (which I did not ask for) and barely any caramel, even though I requested extra. On top of that, it tasted like plain milk with almost no flavor. I paid nearly $10 for what felt like a cup of bland milk with only a hint of caramel. I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but the inconsistency and carelessness at this location compared to others is frustrating, especially for the price. I hope this can be addressed so future experiences are more consistent and enjoyable.
Just went thru the drive thru and asked for a green tea with strawberry inclusion and I got maybe three pieces of strawberry I asked to buy a little cup of inclusion and at first they said no so my husband asked if they could add more my cup they JUST GAVE ME AND I PAID FOR INCLUSIONS and she said she would have to ask. She really didn’t even wanna try and she wouldn’t look at me or my husband she ended up asking and they just gave me a little cup because my husband was insistent. I wouldn’t be so annoyed if she wasn’t so dismissive. I get they were busy but I PAID for the extra inclusions for them to put two to three pieces in and then act like I’m taking up their time. I went to the Kyle frontage road Starbucks today for the first time. The problem was the breakfast sandwich I ordered. The pictures online and in the stores look great, with thick, crispy bacon and cheese that was melting over the bacon and egg. I know it was made fresh, I saw it being made. In reality, I got a dry, flavorless sandwich. Not worth $6. The bacon was very thin and fatty, so low quality. The cheese was the thinest slice of cheddar I have ever seen, not melting over anything. The egg was the egg, no problems there. The reason I know it was not good food is that many years ago, I had a spectacular Starbucks breakfast sandwich. So much so that I still think about it to this day. I know it is not the particular locations fault. I did eat it, since I was very hungry. The problem is that corporate America has become so greedy. They do not care how much their quality declines or how much the prices rise, as long as the CEO has a huge salary and bonus. I will never buy another sandwich from Starbucks again. So disappointing.
“Manager” would not fulfill my order, that I order daily. 8/3/24 3:01pm Cold brew with a side of sweet cream cold foam. Told me she could not put the foam in a cup on the side. Which I orderly normally, and even gladly to pay the additional $1.25 that I normally get charged for it being on the side. Gladly drove to the San Marcos location and was able to order.
A drive thru employee was extremely rude.
I asked for a cup of ice water and was told that I couldn’t receive one unless I made a purchase. I’ve been going to Starbucks for years and Have sat in their place of business to do work and never have. I’ve been told this rule before.
I just experienced significant frustration during my visit on 09/ 27/ 2025 at 4:51pm . I ordered two coffees, which took 12 minutes to prepare, despite there being no other customers in the lobby or building at that time. It appeared that drive-through orders were prioritized, leaving me feeling overlooked. Unfortunately, I wasted valuable time during my lunch break which is only 30 minutes.
Ordered a blended venti white chocolate mocha but it was not blended at all.
Disappointed with the service I just received from the young lady at this location. My app was not working properly for a discounted drink for $3. Attempted to order a tea after waiting for the long line only to be told I’d have to order through the app to redeem. Sad to say I won’t be ordering anything from here again. Lost a loyal customer over a half off drink due to the lack of respect and empathy displayed when service matters most.
