Had a really enjoyable lunch from Carls Jr today. I had it delivered with DoorDash and was a great experience. Carls Jr modified my chicken and cheeseburger just the way I wanted it and was super fresh and fast. Definitely will order from this Carls again since it can be hit or miss at times

Great service by Raymond and the Manager Liz. Food quality & portions are good with nice deals available on the app and thru many coupons. Don't understand why people sit in the drive-thru (and burn gas) when you can eat inside! Will be back :)

They are always pretty fast at getting my to go order to me quick considering I order 7 to 10 different items.

I very much enjoy the chicken tenders and they are a great size but there burgurs are a bit to heavy for me and i threw up a few times after.

at my work they had some different coupons I chose Carl's jr. My wife likes burgers that you can see the meat not the ones where the patty looks more like a sausage patty with lettuce tomato and onions so i got the coupon for the thickburger after church we stopped by Carl's jr. There was no wait we're able to order and pick up her food pretty quick the guy that took our order and gave us some food was very friendly it was almost a perfect trip when I got home I also ordered some taquitos with a side of guacamole guess what no guacamole about a 15-minute drive back to the place it was only a $1.25 so I decided forget it I'm not going back the taquitos would have tasted better with the guacamole the thickburger was good my wife was happy thats the bottom line ( married men you know what i mean )

For me, Carl's is one of America's finest burgers. They have been very consistent with their recipe throughout each and every branch they put up.

We only use drive thru this evening. At the pick up window, we added deserts and the cashier was so friendly that she did it immediately for us. Efficient and good customer service here.

I usually go here to eat when I am riding my scooter. They have pretty good bbq sauce and their drinks are on point. The fries and the chicken stars need no explanation. My family is very satisfied with the meals they get, consisting of the taco salad, the chicken stars, the western bacon burger, and some burritos. Overall, this resturant very much deserves 4 stars.

It has been 11 years since the last time we ate at a Carl's Junior after a really bad experience. Despite getting our drive-thru order slightly wrong this time, overall we were pleased. We could clearly understand our cashier on the speaker. She was friendly and they had our order ready in a reasonable time. Perhaps, we will try Carl's again. We used to take the family there multiple times each week.

The burgers and drinks were good. But with nobody else in line the Carl's Jr. In La Palma had us pull around to the front to wait for our food. So even though i asked for fresh fries they were not fresh. And they were cold.

Love the beyond burgers and love the service! The prices are still a bit high for a plant based burger but the taste is amazing. They need to be able to accept the coupons for the beyond as well and that would be 5 stars! Can’t wait for more options for the plant based.

Love carls junior. Went to this specific location. I asked if they had their value chicken sandwich the manager informed me They haven’t had that sandwich for years. Passed by their last window with a huge sign that said their value chicken sandwich. Wow, live and learn!

This particular Carl's had only 3 people working at the time and only one was cooking the food.. the drive thru people got served first even if they weren't even in the drive thru before we ordered (3 cars were in the drive thru before we ordered...they served about 5 or 6 before we got our order) the fries were cold as if our order was ready a while ago but just sitting on the counter too long.. and to top it off almost $10 per meal other than their box meals..it's getting expensive..food quality other than the cold fries was fine

We presented a coupon buy one get one free Chorizo burrito, the blond manger( she is there once awhile) said no Chorizo B today, and said no substitute, so that was very rude, so me and my wife end up order breakfast combo, that is not diplomatic, I believe the head quarter send her there to improve the image and business

Food was fine but the service was slow. Went through the drive through and it took about 25 mins from the time I arrived till the food arrived.

$6 burger with lettuce wrap used to be $5 with a really thick juicy burger and more lettuce. Then it became $6. Now it's $6.50 with a thin burger and just a very thin lettuce wrap. I think I'm going back patronizing Burger King.

This Carl's Jr has given me Luke warm food each time. Fries are always soggy and oily. One time two workers were arguing with each other the drive up window.

Front counter lady on register had bad additude i was paciently waiting for my change and she took like 4 min and since i was there standing waiting for her she told the lady in the back in spanish that i want everything on the menu which i found extremely rude i was gonna complaint but was on the job on break and didnt want to be late on the next job by the way the lady has a tattoo on the right side of her neck please give her a warning so she can be polite and do her job right

I'm a doordash delivery driver and I really wanted to take over the order to have the process go a bit faster since Delivery Apps are timing their drivers and the meals at perfect timing so they arrive hot for customers.

Wanted some fries at 10:10 at night, so I said "Large Crisscut fries". *inaudible phrase* "Uh, yes?" I got to the window and he hands me a large fruit punch. When I try to clarify that I wanted fries, he rolls his eyes and defeatedly starts to pull the drink back in the window. I say I'll just take the drink and add the fries. I pay again, and wait 10 minutes with three cars behind me for the fries. Fine food, terrible communication and service.

Other Carl's jr still offers free refills but this one doesn't. With this pandemic you would think you can still get refills when eating in the parking lot. But There's a lady that is kind enough to make you come back. But this rockabilly guy has a...iffy attitude. Would be one star if it wasn't for that lady.

Got a biscuit with egg, bacon, and cheese. The biscuit is so hard to swallow, each bite requires something to wash it down. Not that great, all I can taste was the biscuit. Very thin portion of egg and two small thin bacon, $4.99.

The guy who was on the intercom either hates his life or his job. Very unprofessional all the way around. The girl at the drive thru was rude, didn't give any napkins or ranch (which I requested) I didn't check the bag (which is my fault) but I literally has 4 small fried zucchini. My son got the wrong burger. Chalking it up to horrible customer service. (This isn't the 1st time it's happened-unfortunately it's the closest fast food restaurant near my aunt) After this though, not ever going back.

I went through the drive thru on 3/30/21. I ordered a plain hamburger meal combo and a big chicken filet sandwich. I got the food but I didn't check what was in the bags until I got home. The person who packed the food put the wrong sandwich in one of my bags. My big chicken filet wasn't in the bag. Instead there was another burger with jalapenos and cheese. I went back to the restaurant to get the big chicken filet sandwich that I ordered. I showed the woman at the front counter my receipt and explained that part of my order was wrong and I wanted my sandwich. She said that she remembered the order because they were 2 separate orders. She argued that she wanted me to show her proof that the order wasn't right.She was so sure that she put the correct food in the bags. She wanted the jalapeno burger back. I didn't bring the food back because I had opened the boxes. I told the cashier that I didn't want any money back. I just wanted the missing sandwich. I didn't understand what the big deal was. I asked to speak to her manager and she said was in charge. I finally got what I wanted. I don't want to come back to this location again. Bad service.

The service was horrible. They say that they're happy to help, but when I asked for a side of ranch for my fries, they acted as if I was stealing from their personal stash. The manager of the La Palma location was über lazy and ordered EVERYONE around. Most Carl's Jr locations are good, but their location at Valley View and Moody is horrid. I will not be going back there.

I just got a guacamole bacon angus beef burger. I was very hungry but I couldn’t get passed the first bite. Everything is good except the angus! The beef tasted like it was boiled and not grilled. Disgusting. First and last time I go there.

Staff if very unfriendly. They always assume that you're hispanic even though they're in an area where there's a lot of asians. Why not communicate in English. Their bathroom is dirty. They did not improve and it seems worse given they have all the time to get improvements done. I used to go to this branch back in the pre-covid days. Not too happy with what I saw and witnessed. Got a double burger with one piece of meat. Went back and got it replaced. Problem is I had to drive back. No apologies no "make up" items. Lost an opportunity to show grace in their error.

The 5 dollar box here is a rip off. They give you the tinest three chicken pieces. Also forgot the BBQ sauce. My husband pretty much had an appetizer, not a meal.

I had to wait over 15 minutes for my order. They were having technical difficulties. This particular place seems to have multiple problems. I have not had problems at other Carl's..just the one in La Palma. The franchise owner really needs to step things up. I probably won't be going to this one any time soon.
