Came to eat before starting a big job and was very impressed with the sandwich I ordered the famous star I remember being a kid ordering the famous star after seeing the commercial of the burger dripping. I would get upset and tell my dad hey this is not like the commercial. Today that was not the case. Thank you Lucy for the great burger. And thanks to the girl up front for the positive energy and great service.

I always like it here. Been coming here since I was a kid with a lot of good memories. Food quality & portions are good and service is typically fast. Don't understand why people use the drive-thru and burn gas when you can eat here. Open late also!

I absolutely love Carl’s Jr.. But every time I come here it seems like support staff is much kinder than management. Some of the managers are really great, but the one that I see often genuinely lacks some customer service skills. I could say thank you three times and he wouldn’t say you’re welcome once.

Great drive-thru experience. Ordered a Famous Star with extra onions and the total order was perfect. Carl's has tasty charbroiled burgers and they didn't disappoint. Drive-thru service was fast and friendly.

The service here was quick , the food was fresh and hot. The only problem I have with Carl's Jr. is that their prices are pretty high. I mean you could order 2 burgers and drinks and it will cost you almost $20. That's a bit pricey. Over all this particular store was good and I would recommend it to others.

They see us like mexicans and they didn't listen to what we order and they don't give the things we order

10:30Am 9/14/23 Cashier short changed when I order food. She did not print receipt, hand me a wrong receipt and short change by $10. She needs to be fire. She shouldn't be cashier for drive through... There isn't anyone but me ask me to drive around to the front and then short change. Nice try!!! disturb my attention for drive around When there isnt any other people cars. whatsoever...Make sure to pay attention when she asks you meet you in the front for take out food.. Especially there isn't anyone in line but you! She was stealing from company and she was stealing from customer. The food tastes kinda not fresh.. She didn't clearly print the receipt.. I asked.. But she said it's too late... That tells me she was stealing!!!!

No wonder there's no traffic in this store . Heshe is acting like there's 100 customers in the store . Heshe can't be a cashier very rude to older customer like me . Or Heshe needs to go back to retraining zero customer service VERY VERY VERY RUDE

Instead of giving my food they ask me to park my car front of the restaurant I waited 15 min. and I saw 2 other drive thru order served at drive thru leave and saw 1 person order inside got he's food and leave. So I went inside and saw they were starting to make my food. He said it's been busy and didn't even say sorry. And I go home and check my food and 1 order was not correct.
