One of the better KFC i've been to, I live near here. One day I was in and some lady was being a total Karen. She was yelling at them to hurry up when they already told her it might take longer than usual due to long lines and short staff. They were still incredibly patient and kind with her as she continued to chew them out. I made sure to let the manager know that she handled the situation very well!
After a busy day the family wanted a quick dinner The cashier Ozzy help take our order and help suggesting meals on the menu and prices we got two number ones and a chicken sandwich and chocken wraps also ask Selina to help separate the orders for the family everything came out great Thank you ozzy and Selina and the kfc crew for a wonderful dinner tonight and a great job
They are fast with mobile orders! Parking is a bit strange and you have to enter the drive thru from the back.
Had to wait 30 minutes for chicken but I didn't mind! Great staff and hard-working people. Don't generally like to eat out during COVID-19 because I feel for the employees. They deserve Hazard Pay!
Exceptional chicken quality and potato wedges. Fast service and friendly staff. Must be the reasons why the strong establishment dares to compete face to face with the formidable opponents such as Popeyes and Church's Chicken. 2 thumbs up!

The service attitude of the staff here is very good. Today I ordered my lunch on the app. When I got home after picking up my order, I found that there was an "error" in the food. I went back to the restaurant to ask about the situation, and the staff patiently explained Having to wait and finally find out that the correct item was in another bag that I didn't check, I was wrong. Thanks again to the staff here.
Foods great but I noticed the last 2 times we've ordered famous bowls. They've been a bit skimpy with the chicken and very little cheese on top. Maybe next time I'll get something else from the menu.

KFC has always been good,but, when you ask for 1 thing not to be on your order,they manage to screw it up on both orders. Fast foods are moving to fast! Check the orders while in line. You paid for it.they should get it done right!!!
2019- Good food. Thank you for having fried apple pies. They are terrific and good! July 26th, 2021 - KFC's prices are out of control! They charged me $6.50 for TWO tiny chicken legs. That's $3.25 a piece! Back in 2014 I use to pay 4.99 for a three piece dark meat, mashed potatos, coleslaw, biscuit and a drink. Now it's $10.99. Are they out of their mind??? An employee told me it's because of the minimum wage hike. If they are not careful KFC is going to over price themselves out of business.
The chicken has good flavor but extremely greasy. The mashed potatoes seem watered down, the Cole slaw was decent and biscuits were very good. Customer service was good and the place was clean
I would give this place 5 stars, but the management here hasn't checked the expiration dates on their cookies, because for the last couple of months, their cookies have been hard and stale. Big time bummer, to get cookies only to find out they're inedible

The food was good but the establishment had about 3 of the 5 or so tables dirty and not ready to be seated on. I felt rushed to order my food and and staff was not very friendly towards me or the gentleman who ordered before me. Almost seemed bothered by someone ordering inside since the restaurant is definitely designed with the drive thru as the priority. Over all a mediocre experience. Definitely could use some improvements.
Prices are different when you order online as opposed to when you order at the restaurant. Which is not right, especially when you order online and you are NOT able to pay using your EBT. Therefore I'm forced to pay more just because I am using EBT. And before I was able to go through the drive thru using my ebt card. Now I'm forced to go inside. Which is not always easy when you have kids in the car.
Went thru drive thru and was told one price then at the window my price went from $17.00 and some change to $29.00 and some change. The food is way too expensive and the lid to the gravy was not put on properly so by the time I got home my gravy was everywhere. Poor management on training employees.

If you're going to require customers to use the automated kiosk because the attendant is busy w/ drive-thrus, you're kiosk should be programmed to offer a paper receipt. When charging, especially sales tax, the merchant is required by state law to provide a receipt. YOU don't get around it simply by offering a text or email receipt. These are PLOYS by KFC to harvest customers' personal data. (I don't need to hear from the mgr. so you can defer from the " we're sorry to hear... " patterned response.) This is a corporate matter that needs to be addressed.

Walked into KFC from the rain and was about to place my order. Another person walked in after me and said to the counter person excuse me, he showed him his phone which I think may have had an order he placed. I started to give the counter person my order but he brushed me to the side and took the order of the other person instead. This was very rude of the person that walked in after me and VERY RUDE of the counter person to by pass me and make me wait. KFC lost a customer, Churches Chicken is just down the street. 02/03/19 3:00 pm
To the owner of this KFC franchise you better check your employees on how they prepare the chicken, because they don’t know Jack! This is the worst KFC chicken I’ve ever eaten, it’s dry as Mojave dessert 🤷🏽♂️ if there’s only a zero star 🤦🏽♂️
It was dirty. Chicken was nasty. Indian employees need to treat customers better. They want the $$ but treat customers rudely. Go to Popeyes much better chicken and restaurant.
Indian lady is so rude. She talks to you as if you are an idiot. The food was good. Nice hot and fresh. Eating area was very dirty and no one was in the area eating so it should have been cleaned already. I forgot the ladies name but it started with a G. It really bothers me when I spend my hard earned money at a place and the employees are rude.
I'll be brisk, I USED to go here all the time. But this last time on July 31st, my meal came with a little visitor under the paper at the bottom of the box. It could not fly, so it just ran around in the box. I contacted KFC corporate and never heard from them at all. So... that left me with only one option... to give a single star because it's the lowest thing I could give. My dog ate the chicken. At least he had no complaints.
Worst customer service. They don’t even try talking to you at the window I had to ask them if that was all. No communication and didn’t even get my condiments or utensils. Learn how to treat your customers better!
Today 4/7 around 3:30 I placed and two order from drive-thru, before driving to the next window the cashier ask if I will like additional items and I agree to it. When I picked up my my meals at the next window the cashier did not even look at me she was too busy talking with her Co-workers. So when I got home I realized I was missing the items. So I called and the associate just told me come in any time before Sunday and I would get additional items. But never once did she apologize. I then decided to call back and speak to the manager. Never gave me her name and only apologized because I mention it. While I was taking to the manager she was talking to other people. I hope they can get some additional training because after Popeyes opens they are really going to loose customers.
The service staff (female, about 40 or 50 years old) who ordered at the front desk had a very poor service attitude, as if they could not understand English. She made me pay a lot of things that I didn’t want. The most important thing was that when I opened the box, those the chicken seems to have been eaten!!!
Very upset with rude service from Gopika. Was in a car accident and asked to use the restroom due to my diabetes and was refused. I explained to her i was just hit by a car from behind and there was no restroom near by and was told i had to purchase something. I understand your policy but show some humanity. I was in an accident. Will never eat at KFC because of the customer service. I did purchase something because being diabetic doesn't always allow one to just hold it. Very disappointed.
Horrible Manager. I ate there for dinner a few days ago & the manager called the cashier from her table behind me on her cell phone to tell him he & others in back could not have drinks near them & was yelling at him about cleaning & how the inspector would take points off . She was Rude demeaning & prepotent. I almost got up & told her something but instead I choose to make it public. Sad thing is she's also a Minority. No wonder they never last. I have 2 words for that poor cashier kid & back workers "Class Action" she's an Employee just like you all.
Order the Mac n cheese bowl and it’s suppose to come with chicken and I only got 5 pieces of chicken. It was like they didn’t want to put and chicken. I’m gonna go to a different location. Bad management... check the orders so you can see what your employees are giving the customers. I don’t recommend this location at all.
Extremely rude cashier/manager named Gopika. Spoke to me like I was a child when I told her the bathroom was smelly and dirty. I do not know the quality of food that this place has when the bathrooms are kept so dirty. Avoid at ALL COSTS.
I won't be going back to this KFC again. They were extremely rude and after looking at my receipt, I was over charged. Next time I'll go get high cholesterol at the Popeyes or Church's chicken, both a couple blocks away, in either direction
I went thru the drive thru ordered 3 $5.00 strp meal w/wedges got mashed instead. Called them they argued with me kept cutting me off. Besides that I had 2 little strips and one regular size strip. She would not let be speak. She said I was wrong. I will not go back there again. They where very rude, the girl I spoke with sounded like a girl in a hard core prison movie.
Horrible customer service. I waited over 15 minutes for wings and they gave us old ones!!! WTH!!?? If you’re going to give me old food, don’t make me wait. I have tried calling the manager Lupita but she is never available. I will call the health department too, I am most certain they have roaches in their kitchen, because I got sick after eating the wings.

The girl who picked up the phone was literally wheezing of laughter before she could even speak to me. I asked her my question and she wasn't listening. I asked again for the manager and this girl was not understanding a simple task while being rude. After a while of waiting for the manager after I asked for them(she didn't tell the manager) I hear someone from the background yelling at the girl on the phone to just tell me they weren't not hiring and to just hang up and it clearly wasn't the manager. SUPER unprofessional and rude.
This place is HORRIBLE. Go to JOLLIBEE instead. Waaay better chicken and Service. The chicken that we got was half ass breaded and it felt old like it was sitting there for hours or could’ve been the day before. It didn’t taste good at all. Service was ok but I can tell they were understaffed. They also for got to give us the ranch we payed for. I’m not a big fan of KFC over all. The service and quality has gone down significantly. I recommend going to jollibee. Chicken is fresh and the service is great.

She made me take my daughters drink out her mouth and give it back when i was a few cents short and responded to me with "the combo would've been cheaper" with an attitude so rough and doing this face like shes mad. I dont know what her problem was that day so i returned all the food and she says "and you're returning it just because you want right?" Sarcastically. Now i understand why franchise's like these are always on social media always stirring things hecause if someone was having a bad day and someone like ms.bani approaches you in this manner can really go south. But whatever i hope she gets customer service training

Made app order, asked if everything was in ties up bag, she said yes, when we opened it up there were no napkins (OK) but then we never had utensils to eat the four sides, pretty sloppy, also asked for hot sauce, she grabbed a handful to give to me but bag was already tied up, she seemed mad to put them in a small bag for us
I used to love coming to this KFC on Hacienda and Amar but I stopped coming here because I always screwed up my order well mind you it's been years since I've been here I decided to order a chicken sandwich they asked me spicy or just regular I say regular I can't eat the spicy it's like they poured the whole entire gallon of spicy sauce on this sandwich I can't even eat it I hate this place. And it's my fault I should have checked the sandwich before I left the restaurant but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and I got screwed
This is the worst kfc location in the area… go to the one off Glendora, better food and wayyyyyy better customer service. The lady here didn’t even have my online order pulled up although online it showed as being prepared n yet there was no other customers there smh ohhh and she didn’t want to give me more then 2 hot sauce packets….. 🤯
Had a very unpleasant visit today. As I was ordering food to eat in. I discovered a small cockroach on the counter, I mentioned it to the cashier all She did was smash it and hide it under something like a metal stand.. Please keep your restaurant sanitized and free of bugs Some people would just walk out and report this to HR

The parking here is almost nonexistent. The way the driveways are layout it can be dangerous. Off of Hacienda the driveway is exist only with parking on one side and drive-thru on the other side.
