I ordered the steak breakfast combo. This is not my first time here but this time I have a good experience. My steak is cooking right and the server David is very attentive. The only downside of Ihop is that they don't have a good coffee menu for coffee lovers like me.

Very friendly and understanding. Has no problem making sure I had everything I needed including an extra hot water to go and cream for my coffee water refills just really good service and very friendly also some cute girls here! There is a night shift closer with glasses who is soft spoken I could see myself giving her a kid too! She's amazing 😍 it's too bad I am dedicated to fire and am only trying to raise I couple of dogs. If I wasn't so harmed by one girl I'd trust someone else but it's not going to happen now. Am very happy I went here anyway will be back again!

I had not been to an Ihop restaurant in got to be 15 years. We went for breakfast. I got a seniors menu item called 2x2x2. 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes. $10.49. They wanted $4.95 for a soda. I just can't do that much. So I ordered water. The food was OK. I live in the Las Vegas area. So that's high price for a breakfast in my neck of the woods. But. It's CA, so you know everything costs more. What i was very surprised at. Was how big the menu got. It will probably be another 15 years before I would go to another Ihop. But I would keep it in mind if it was convenient. They need to advertise better. Prices seem a tad high to me. Like that $5 soda. That kind of stuff just turns me off to places

Location : Good, Parking: Good, Service:Okay, Price for food given: Average, Overall: I have been here a few times and always seemed busy before covid. Now the place was pretty empty. I do admit my sandwich was decent. But I did not understand the amount of time it took to check on us. With no body around it seemed to take way too much waiting for the server to come back. I do hope this was random and wish to see it better next visit...

I've always heard good things about dining at IHOP, but this place doesn't live even close to them. My pancakes were served on a place that they barely fit on, the food was cold, the butter was very hard and the toast was overly buttered. I wouldn't recommend eating here, not matter how much you may love pancakes. My pancakes seemed to he halfway cooked and very soggy, even though the butter was on top of them and very hard.

where is your best waiter genesis? I haven’t seen her in days and i don’t like how anyone else serves me, she’s the nicest and most polite and always treats my family right. If anyone goes here make sure you ask for Genesis no one else would give you 5 star service like her.

Absolutely horrible. I've popped into this location for years. It's obvious this is under new management and ownership, but not for the better. I will usually go in on Sundays when I'm in the area. The servers were running around trying to keep up (I know it's not their fault) and it was easy to see they were stressed out. In the past this place ran smoothly. Again, I've only gone here on Sundays, and have been served by almost everyone there at some point. I don't see some of the regular guys and gals that used to be there anymore. As I mentioned before in other reviews, I've been in food service since 1999, and have experience in working in restaurants. They're running a skeleton crew on Sundays now at this location. I understand it's important to cut the cost here and there, but what this place is doing is insulting to the customers that have gotten used to the fast and friendly service this location once had. I blame management, and if they had any sense, they'd realize they're running this place into the ground.

This is so sad. Only two waiters for the whole restaurant. Got here on a Tuesday 10:30 am. Few busy tables but I took 10 minutes to be seated. They rushed us two times asking our order but we weren’t ready yet, then nobody came back to ask for our orders despite raising our hands a couple of times but nothing. We decided to leave because we felt just ignored. Instruct your staff to at least explain customers that they’re short staffed. 30 minutes lost. So sad.

To our table. Walk in and go to your far left*. That table has bugs and they have a tiny hole in the wall where they live. Waitress moved us to a table right next to the bathroom. Smell like dangerous diarrhea! But what ever I was hungry. Blocked the smell and still ate my food. I dont even know why I even did that. No manger came to us and apologized. No discount. Waitress walks away leave us her tablet to pay. Expect a tip. I won't come back here ever. Btw. Waitress was really nice. But dlwas not happy with the service. There's tiny black bugs. Dirty carpet. Be careful

HAIR IN MY FOOD !!! Went there a week ago, noticed how dirty the dinning area was. Fingerprints and smudge markings on plastic partitions, carpet is extremely dirty, workers uniforms were dirty BUT.. what sealed the deal for me was, while eating my delicious pancakes, I found HAIR IN MY FOOD!! See the attached pictures. I'm actively working with IHOP Headquarters. The manger needs to make their employees wear hairnets .. They are touching our food. This is disgusting.
