Had my sons 4th birthday catered here and they did an excellent job. The woman i spoke with let me get very detailed with the sandwichs. allowing me to order a little bit of each type on different breads. everyone at the party loved them. i will definately have them cater again for upcoming parties.
I come here to get a sandwich for my son almost every friday. The ladies I know our exact order and are always so friendly and kind. My son says the meatball sandwich on cheesebread is the best ever.
Very clean always has more then one kind of soup. Very pleasant workers. Great Service my favorite spot this one.
Went there on 8/14/21, mid day. The young lady who tended to us was exceptionally great. She greeted us when we walked in and gave us A+ service. I couldn't make out her name tag, but she stands out amongst anyone else there. Outstanding service. Thank you
Went in today at 11am and Aaron made my sandwich he was by himself with a line of 8 people he kept everything professional and made my sandwich very well with care he even spoke to me in Spanish great customer service love this location
Aaron was my sandwich maker he was very polite and made my sandwich very well. Very friendly and nice customer service 5 out of 5 stars.
Two of any of their foot longs for $10! I was their last customer and all ingredients were fresh.

Great selection at a great price. Always a happy staff with great service. Everyday we receive through our phone app the special of the day. Very clean well maintained.

Maybe don’t do a bunch of different stuff with the same gloves on. He made meat sandwiches then made my vegetarian sandwich, and grabbed multiple to go orders in the middle of putting my veggies on …all in the same gloves. Other than that great.

We went with the kids. Unfortunately the lady who served us did not have much pleasant manner. Subway is always our family favorite, but we'll possibly go to another nearby location from now.
The staff is nice, but the bread is stale every time I've eaten at this location. Really makes the sandwich unappetizing. Don't eat here if you wear dentures or you will not be able to enjoy the food.

This is one of the worst fast food customer service experience I have had. Tonight this location had two very careless and irresponsible young women working. I truly felt cheated and robbed by their actions. And a blatant disregard for a reasonable and responsible actions is the root of it all. Over what should have been an honest response of “we ran out of soup,” turned into a clear disregard of common curtesy. I went in and bought a foot long that was carelessly thrown together. When I asked what soup they had I was told they only had broccoli cheese soup. Prefect for me since that’s what I wanted. Paid full price for my food and left. As I’m driving to the freeway (I don’t live close) I grab the soup and insanely notice it’s empty. I give it a shake and notice a very light slosh. I pull over and open it up and find it’s not even half full. Beyond shocked. I drive back. I walk in the young lady with blond hair is putting her hair in a ponytail turns instantly red, with a big smile and disappeared behind the wall for what feels like 5 minuets (probably what was really 1 minute.) she comes back and asks politely what she can help with and I ask for the girl that helped me. I ask her (the brunette) if this is a joke. Clearly I’m pissed for wasting my time. I demand a refund and for the managers name. I’m met with an idk the manager, idk if we are corporate or franchise etc. I ask why she sold me this she said that’s all we had. What this all comes down to is a simple “sorry we are out of soup.” From the first time I ordered. It’s so simple. Instead I could have made it all the way home without what I paid for. 15 miles is how far my house is and I could have avoided the run around and the disappointment. Instead I feel like they tried to steal from me. I paid for something I didn’t even get. Why? Why do that to someone. The worst part is I felt the minutes I walked in the blond girl knew why I was back. I saw her face turn red and smile like she thought it was funny. To these girls the whole this was just a big joke. This is so sad. I will be contacting the next level.
I came in for lunch today and I was waiting with another person. The employee was making a sandwich and told us that it would be a minute. Another employee walked up and started helping the lady behind us while completely ignoring us. Then she proceeded to keep asking her questions even while we had not yet been helped. I went to another subway instead.
Everything was delicious except for the two women staff that were rude to me. Customer service should be your number one priority.
I was served by a "Felicia" and was extremely displeased with her service . There was no greeting, she rushed into and through the order and was unbelievably hasty. (there was a single other customer who was already being served by another worker) She had an irritated tone all the way through the order and was extremely skimpy with the vegetables. Even her wrapping was messy so all together I'm very disappointed and unsatisfied with my order and experience.
Went there on Saturday last! Tried to order kids meal was told kid needed to be present then told had to have milk or juice. I am on a diet and the kids meal has worked well for me. Funny as it may seem this was the owner, completely missed customer satisfaction when at Subway School. Ended up buying three sandwiches spending 29.00 will not go back and reaching out to corporate
It's definitely 0. We want some sandwiches and ordered via subway app. But they said they did not receive the order. And checked my email which has order receipt twice or triple times. This is not the first time you guys didn't receive the mobile order and double check my emails. Do I need to ask free sandwiches? Why do you think I will do that? Because I'm an Asian? If the mobile order system is not working well. Please find some good IT guys or do not let users use the app with a unsatisfied experience. Wasting my time.
Worst experience at Subway ever. I went in to get myself a sandwich around 5 p.m. September 6th and they had no bread. All they had left was some old white bread and old wheat bread and told me I can wait for some new bread. I waited over 10 minutes and the rude staff that worked there didn't even acknowledge my existence as new customers came in and were served ahead of me. Absolutely rude staff and dirty tables. Every single table in there was filthy. This place is a joke and this particular establishment of subway has put shame to having a fresh clean experience. I will never go to Subway again thank you LaVerne Subway
They always get my pickup order wrong. How hard is it to follow directions on making a sandwich. I always find out when I get home then have to drive all the way back. Check your order before you leave I guess
Well first off, i can't rate the food/sandwiches here because i decided to walkout. Ive had sandwiches here before and they're always good, but on this particular day i walked in to two male employees making and fixing sandwiches for the general public, and honestly as funny as it might seem I've never had a problem with another man making my food, let alone a sandwich, but there's was one male here at this location making sandwiches for people, that had a full grown beard, i mean his beard was so grown out you can sweep the floor with it!!! The problem wasnt the beard, the problem was that he failed to put on a BEARD NET... it should be protocol to wear a hair net/beard net when working in places that serves food, let alone as a cook, or directly touching the food! I know nobodies perfect, neither am I, but sometimes we need to be on top of things like this, because decency goes along way! Last thing i wanna think about is wether employees that serve people in establishments like these wash their hands after going to the restroom! So that was my experience and take on this location... it doesnt completely ruined me going back to a subway again, but please be more aware of self hygiene and protocols when serving people...
