Clean store conveniently located just off of I-35. The staff was friendly and they made my drink quickly and accurately. free wifi as well. Stop in and check em out.

Very expensive if you want something fancy or something that is seasonal. But if you want a regular coffee with a shot of expresso it will only be $2. The gentleman that was there was awesome he fixed my coffee perfect that's why I give it a 3 🌟 the other staff needs to be more friendly..greet you when you come in.. The place was dirty they could keep someone cleaning the tables or wipe coffee off the floor/tables. Other than that good place to get coffee.

Too much froth on my White Chocolate Mocha. Could have been scooped out before serving. Barely any coffee in my cup. Taste was ok, not very hot. Presentation could have been better on the frappe. Butterscotch flavor was mild.

They NEVER fill my cup when I get cold foam at this location…. I come to this location weekly, I go to other locations as well pretty often this is the only store I have this issue with and it’s been for as long as I can remember 😭 i really love this location it’s very convenient for me but I feel like I’m getting jipped on my $7 drink

I usually stop by this Starbucks for my morning drink before heading to work, but today’s experience was pretty disappointing. One of my drinks came out empty, and when I went back, one of the older baristas said they were out of decaf Americano and offered to replace it, which was fine — but the overall vibe from the staff was just off. No one seemed friendly or welcoming, and when I asked for a cup holder before leaving, I got looks that made me feel like I was bothering them. I work with all kinds of people every day, and even on rough days, I know not to take it out on anyone. Hopefully management can work on improving the customer service here — it felt like the team this morning really didn’t want to be there.

Place is trashed. Only 3 customers, so even if they were busy earlier, they have time to sweep now. Trash cans overflowing everywhere just a sloppy environment. Coffee was good

Didn't like the drink tastes like 100% ice with no sweetness and milk and cookie. The worst frappe I ever had. I ordered mocha cookie crumble. Don’t come here unless you want them poking holes in your cup. Kindly asked if they could remake my drink because it tasted like nothing. Barista said ok for me to wait in the front and he’d bring it out. Once he did he didn’t look too happy. Handed me my drink and noticed it was the same cup from before which is fine but this time it was over spilling and had two slits on the top part of the cup and when I went to stir my coffee it got all over me. Was gonna go back in but decided to just leave. Def need to work on their customer service.

I am a frequent flyer of Starbucks. This was by far the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had! Apparently every single person there was allergic to customer service. Took a few minutes to even get someone to take our order, and when she did it was clear she was extremely inconvenienced by having to do her job. There was no “hello” “how are you” nope, “what can I get you”. Did anyone smile? Absolutely not! You don’t need to love your job to do a good job. Management really needs to do more training apparently. Oh, and don’t you dare ask them to put something in your drink that you paid for. She barely looked at me the entire time and didn’t say a word! So disrespectful!

I am a regular for iced matcha latte and go with oat milk and light ice. Looking at it immediately I felt something different but the server insisted he used oat milk but it did not seem like, I contented it but he insisted he used . Also the ice was half the cup, no where it men’s light ice,,,very disappointed, would never visit this store again. Adding the pic for reference on how much ice he used.
