I tried Combo #2 with the Insane Hot flavor along with the So tteok So tteok and Chi tteok Chi tteok, and everything was really satisfying. The chicken strips were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I also liked that they use chicken breast, so it didn’t feel greasy or heavy. The spice level was great, and eating the hot chicken with kimchi was actually a really good combination. The tangy kimchi balanced the heat nicely. The fries portion was generous and made the meal feel really filling. The So tteok So tteok and Chi tteok Chi tteok were also delicious. The sweet and spicy sauce with the chewy rice cakes, sausage, and chicken reminded me of Korean street food back home. Overall, the food tasted clean, flavorful, and comforting. It was nice to be able to enjoy tteok skewer style snacks that reminded me of Korea. I would definitely come back when I am craving Korean style street food.

Tried Burnin’ Mouth today and I’m honestly so satisfied! 🔥 The chicken was super crispy and full of flavor — absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered hit the spot. Definitely coming back!

This was one of the best chicken I had so far in California. Not too salty and just the right level of spiciness (I had the "good" level which was the medium level). I've had Dave's Hot Chicken before, but I personally enjoyed Burnin' Mouth more. 주문 받아주신 분께서 사장님이신 것 같은데 한국 분이셨고 친절하게 주문 받아주셨습니다.

First time this location. I got "Good" spicy level sandwich this time and that was perfect for me. not too mild, not too spicy. also, their portion for combo was amazing! you should try when you get the galleria mall.

Insane level was a disappointment, I though it was going to be crazy hot but it is close to buffalo hot level a little bit less spicy, I need a challenge, overall great chicken really good customer service and the fries are to die for.

$16 for dumplings and a soda and the dumplings were just okay.

Chicken katsu combo was disappointing due to the amount of chicken..picture looks like its a lot more but you get 1 thin piece which should be at least 2 of those..

I bought the #2, 3 piece combo. It tasted like sweaty armpits. And for the price of $16, not worth it. I’m giving two stars because the cashier was sweet. Please improve on your quality of food. And if you are going to be cheap with the ingredients used in your food, lower the price!

The ramen on the menu is different from the ramen that's actually served, and the staff doesn't even know the difference. Both the sotteok and the gimbap were defrosted and dried. I'm embarrassed that non-Korean customers might think all Korean food is like this after eating here. Highly NOT recommended.

Unacceptable service and food quality. There was hair in my food! When I went to inform them an associate apologized and said sorry one of our members doesn’t wear a hat and they were offering me a refund. However, another associate came by and said if we already ate part of it then there can be no refund. I’m sorry but I didn’t know I had to scan my food for hair before I ate it. I discovered the hair while I was eating it. It was disgusting!!! And honestly the food didn’t even taste good to begin with. She then offered me $2 and I simply told her to keep the money. But never ever will I go here again. And I advise others to stay away too.

Just don’t do it. Pick any other place but not this one. The chicken was so over cooked the skin was burnt off. When I bit into the chicken it was flexible and bendable like plastic instead of allowing me to bite through. This must be normal because the worker told me it was supposed to be burnt, that is how they cook it! $15 wasted

I bought 5 peace wings i didnt eat them even tho the taste was good i couldnt chew them cause it was so hard to chew it was undercoocked & alota oil i spemlnd 18$ i domt think it was worth it but atleast i got to experience to not come back again thats my opinion

The experience was awfull the filipino lady at the register ran out of receipt paper and I have to wait in order to get my receipt and gave me wrong one I wait about 15 min and nobody called my number they gave me the number 35 and when I went ask for order they gave me an ugly bowl and asked for the number 1 combo coo coo sandwich mild the point is the lady was forcing me to get the ugly bowl and refused to get my money back and on top of that she was accusing me of that I ordered at 2:45 pm .
