Our food was very good, both traditional and Americanized menu items. On our last visit I think there was a staffing change over just after we ordered our food. Our server took our order, delivered most of our food and then was gone. After the meal we waited for over 45 minutes for someone to check in on our party. When we asked for boxes and the check it felt like the server was irritated that we had asked. I'm not sure there was communication between the staff going off shift and those remaining on site. With so much competition in this area, this kind of misstep is unfortunate.

Best place for doing a birthday party if you want Chinese food and you have 10 people or more since they have a second restaurant next to the main restaurant for a group of 10 or more. Sometimes, when the main restaurant is full house, they open the second restaurant for 6-8 people too. Pecking duck & walnut shrimp are the best but other dishes are very good too.

Went in the evening and we had no wait time and the food was good.The menu has so many things to pick from that you have to go over the menu a few times! I myself, the last time ordered coconut shrimp, very delicious.Thisctime I picked sweet and sour chicken and I liked it very much!

We are regulars here because we really enjoy the food. Their lunch specials are super affordable and available 7 days a week, except weekends and holidays. The mainly Cantonese menu features all my favorites: beef with bittermelon, Kung Pao chicken, any seasonal vegetables, French style beef. Lunch specials come with complimentary egg drop or hot and sour soup.

I tried this restaurant for the first time today with one of my groups. They had lunch specials you could choose from. I had their mixed veggie dish which came with white rice and a choice of soup. The veggie dish was good. It had bok choy which I love. I had their sweet and sour soup. I enjoyed that as well. The wait staff was not friendly but warmed up to us at the end. Since we had a big group, we sat in the big dining room with many tables set up for big parties. There’s plenty of free parking.

Food is the standard Cantonese food. It's great. I would say it's very similar to China Garden's dishes but the restaurant is newer, and feels cleaner. I think the price point is also similar. The service was quick and attentive, not that they smiled a lot but it's kind of a standard Chinese restaurant service. We were told it usually gets very busy during weekends. We came on a weekday dinner and it wasn't too busy. If you don't like the crowd, maybe come try it during weekdays.

The food here is very flavorful and memorable. Their almond tea dessert reminds me of the ones I used to have when I was younger as the flavors are so aromatic from the great quality almond powder they use. It was just too bad they discontinued it for a while. However, recently their overall quality has dropped, but it may just be that one experience.

We have been coming here for the past 2 years and the place is always busy during dinner. So we didn't want to wait and decided to get take-out. The food here is probably the best I had around irvine area.

Do not order anything with BBQ pork (like assorted BBQ plate) It’s very dry and hard to chew

This restaurant has the rudest employees/owners. They have no customer service. I called to order food they yelled at me and was very unhelpful. They messed up the order and it was so expensive

This used to be an amazing chinese restaurant, but the quality has seriously declined recently. Their peking duck now tastes like it's been left out for weeks, the tofu casserole is bland, the fried fish has no seasoning, and their veggie dishes are undercooked. Such a shame...

Disappointed. I always go there to take my elderly mother moo shu pork with the delicious plum sauce. Returned home, opened it. They no longer serve it with the sauce. It was very bland. All they had to do was tell me and I would have ordered something else. This was Tues 12/23 7:30 pm takeaway. And I even tipped them. Just a courtesy hey we don't serve it with plum sauce anymore would have been appreciated.
