Best location front of the lake, morning coffee with a pretty view, service is fast and friendly, only take out

This was truly an amazing experience. The employees were very friendly teards me and my friends. The fries were crisp and tasty. The games were very fun and entertaining. Best restaurant in town. I will definitely come again.

If you’re visiting and in the area, why not seat overlooking at the lake. Not very often will you come across a McDonald’s with a window overlooking towards the lake during winter time, but during nicer weather conditions there’s a large outdoor seating area also overlooking the lake. Clean restrooms, clean restaurants. Fast and friendly service.

This McDonald's had the best view I've ever experienced at McDonald's. The lake was beautiful the only other thing that I've ever seen more beautiful at McDonald's is a hot chick. The food was what you expect from McDonald's and the thing extra special it was very crowded. As it is one of the one of the familiar faces one might see along this road and also is a great place to get a picture with your family.

My kids had a great time at this location. There are a lot of shops , restaurants. The kids had fun feeding the ducks . I would of gave 5 ⭐ But the restaurant floor was pretty dirty . There was food under most of the tables.

We had breakfast up here in the Village yesterday. This McDonald's is located on the lower level of the village and very easy to get to with lots of parking close by. It's the only one around until crestline or big bear, but they close early for fast food, there's no drive through, the staff frequently seems to make mistakes and not be paying attention, their customer service is lacking for dine in compared to what it used to be. For example, if you dined in previously, they would give you a tent card with your order number on it and they would being your food to your table when ready. Now, they just give you a receipt the same as if you ordered take out. We like to sit outside because it's the best part of this location since it provides a great lake view, but we can't hear our number called outside because there is no intercom and they don't come out to call out the numbers, so we have to sit inside temporarily just to wait for our food. It usually takes a fairly long time for a McDonald's, and often times we have to go check on it after a while. Once we get our food, then we can go find a table outside where we can eat. Not only is it inconvenient, and I can't really get my kid situated because we are going to have to move tables, but it also puts you in contact with two different areas during one visit which doesn't seem as sanitary and is not preferred during covid. Outside is pretty with the lake view, but there aren't really patio lights or anything for night, just a big street light by the lake. The tables are usually slim pickings because they don't get cleaned often and there's many birds that poop on the tables. It happens, but I've NEVER seen an employee come out and wipe down the tables and I've been here at least 20 times. 😬 we only go because of the view and because it's the only local fast food so it's a treat for my kid. If they improved management there it would probably be booming, but I've never seen a manager there either. It always seems like it's just being run by a bunch of kids who are almost always unorganized, frazzled, and overall uninterested in providing quality customer service.

Has become the local hangout for local kids. Most are pretty rude and will steal your food if you’re not watching. They leave the place an absolute mess after eating. While grossly understaffed as I’m assuming they are being grossly underpaid for what the extreme cost of living is in this area they manage to usually do an excellent job. Today not so much, my fries were the wrong size and usually are a smaller of what I order. My burger was also not what I ordered, will return after shopping to exchange it.

I went here on Sunday and it wasn't that busy but it seems they are a big lazy at this location and I say that because as someone who has worked in a restaurant before it's odd to see so many of the trash cans full to the brim when they weren't even busy and they do not have a drive thru so it's only people coming inside that they have to deal with. This location I think could use some better leadership as it just ran a bit sloppy. The food however was good like usual but it did take a solid 15 minutes for the food to come when they were slow. (By slow I mean they only had 5 people in line behind me) I'd eat here again but they should improve how this location is operated.

Usually the best place to eat outside. But that area is closed due to Covid 19. And also their restrooms are closed. But the price was right and ccx we ccx enjoyed sitting on a stone fence with great views of Lake Arrowhead

What can I say except it’s a McDonald’s in a tourist area so it’s busy and filthy.

The BEST tasting McDonald’s you’ll have (tastes like the 90s) with the BEST view! The problem?! Seriously ZERO enforcement of mask mandates. We came to lake arrowhead during the week to get away from people and do a safe trip, but it was Impossible to feel safe inside this McDonalds while ordering. No one had a mask on while ordering and no one enforced it… the coffee shop in the village can do it, so McDonald’s should be able to also. Please make us feel safe… enforce the mask mandate.

Came in on 11/20 at 5pm to order, in a fairly quiet time while its snowing. I walked up to order and when I was greeted at the counter I was told to order at the automated ordering screen. I highly dislike these screens and do not wish to use them. After standing at the register for a second he came over with an obvious attitude that I was ordering at his inconvenience. Once I had ordered he said to go get my drink cup from over by the automated kiosks. I just chose not to drink from the cups because I do not trust any cup left out in the public. When my food was ready I noticed he called my number from the counter, where as all other customers had their food taken to their table. It was so apparent to me he was unhappy with me from the moment I walked into the restaurant, all be it I had only been polite and my only special request was to order from the register. At this point I'll probly just avoid McDonald's all together seeing as driving to crestline in the snow is more hassle then it's worth.

Prices are much higher than other McDonalds. They forgot our daughter's chicken McNuggets, and our soft drinks. To be fair there were cups next to the kiosk where we ordered, I'm assuming we were instructed to get them. The atmosphere is really nice once we got outside and started eating.

I order triple shots latte very weekday but this location just can’t keep the quality of coffee anymore. One day they forgot to put sugar in my coffee and another day they use blew coffee instead of espresso shots. As a coffee lover, I can tell the difference and barely finish my cup today. I have pretty good espresso machine at home but I still spend $7 dollars every day for their coffee. If they can’t keep the quality, I would rather to do it myself.

No cash registers open and only 2/4 self check out working, long line to order. Very understaffed. Food was good

There was a problem with the kiosks either it wouldn't print a receipt or the payment pad wasn't working, only one person on register with a lot of people in line the night before placed an order in the app for delivery and our order was never completed after being pushed back 4 or 5 times. What was supposed to be a quick stop turned into a drawn-out ordeal, should have went to a normal restaurant would have taken the same time for about the same price but would have benn better quality...also outdoor seating was disgusting with cigarette ash on tables and dried up ketchup

Fries were so salty couldn't eat them. Ordered 2 pumpkin pies, got cherry and pumpkin. Asked about apple pies was told 30 mins to prepare. Hours are different everyday. Hour before close they only take credit card, no cash. Had a female worker who just stood around talking to other workers and was rude to customers. She wasn't helping do refills or anything. I ordered a large fry and 2 pies, it took 16 minutes. This location needs management and retraining to meet McDonald's standards.

The staff ignored people for long stretches before finally returning to take their orders, none of the soda machines were working, and all of the tables in the seating area were so filthy that I had to open a supply cabinet myself to clean one off just to eat there. A truly awful experience.

A HAIR in my drink?!!!?! this is absolutely outrageous I’m so sick to my stomach right now. This is the THIRD time this has happened to me. Put your hair up!!🤮 I’m never coming here again!

This location is a joke. The girl at the counter struggled to take my order. I get it working on Halloween is hard, she was rude and didn't respond when we told her the tomatos were missing from my burger. Maybe the staff would be less overwhelmed if the soda machine wasn't behind a plastic box. I hate seeing these anti-homeless designs as it shows a deep distrust for the community and it makes everyone suffer for it. I was literally dressed as a clown but I am not joking about this review.

Worst McDonald's in terms of service. It is already more expensive than regular ones, given the location, I will give it a pass. However, they gave us half amount of the ice cream we ordered. My sundae was only filled half way, my friend's cone was completely slanted and was about to fall off. I asked the girl to fill my sundae she said no, I asked her to re-do my friends cone she said she can just give us a cup. Worst service ever!!

The worst experience I’ve ever ever had at McDonald’s. I don’t expect much as I know this is a fast food restaurant took 30 minutes to get our food for two people, two cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, and an order of fries. It wasn’t packed there were only a few of us in there all waiting staring at each other. As soon as we got to the car and started to leave, we started to take our food out and realized it was all stone cold But we had already waited long enough and we’re so frustrated with the whole thing in general we sucked it up and ate it instead of going inside and waiting for another 30 minutes for new food.

Lots of tourists come to visit this beautiful area. Unfortunately, McDonald's in Arrowhead village is the worst I've seen. Service was terrible, all trash bins are overflowing with trash, very dirty floors and the bathroom was filthy. There was no napkins at the table so I went to the front to ask for some napkins. No employees at the front. I kept calling, "excuses me".. "hello" .. no answer! I can hear them laughing and talking in the back. I leaned over the counter and grabbed some napkins and left. This is a poor kept covid19 regulations facility.. what a shame McDonald's!!

I have not been to this McDonalds for about a year. I ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, fries & a drink to go. I got home & the fries tasted uncooked & were limp. I received a crispy chicken sandwich w/a soggy not crisp coated piece of chicken, 2 kosher pickles & a soggy bun!!!!!!!!! This is the second time my order was wrong. I love their fries but will no longer order food except their coffee. I was so looking forward to a good fast food lunch & was totally disappointed for the second time.

I am leaving this one star review bc I've been standing in line for 15 mins and no one helped me u order. After a while a lady standing by my side asked if we were getting helped soon and the man behind the register said he was going to be too busy to take our orders. Now I can understand if a business is busy and there is a wait but I also felt like we should have heard from someone that we were waisting our time standing in line. Unfortunately I did not have as much time to wait bc I was on break from work trying to get se lunch, and had to walk out when I realized I would not get service at this place in time. The blame is not one person alone. Multiple workers saw the line growing and still no one was taking order.
