This chipotle is RARE. Le crème de la crème, the Latina Employee and Latin gentleman who helped us out were very kind, cool, and relaxed when helping us. They gave us FAT BURRITOS and did an AMAZING job providing good food and healthy portions. They gave a CHIPOTLE amount and I’m HAPPY they helped me! They even laughed at how hard it was to wrap my burrito and for you two working today I hope you know you are AMAZING!! Thanks guys! We come by often but today specifically it was around 4pm-ish

Great consistent fresh food. Friendly team and very welcoming with great smiling faces. Shows as proud to work here. Seemingly the serving portions are getting smaller. But the reality is its a fair measured portion. I typically eat 2 times on each visit. Lunch & Dinner.

Great, fresh, real food which is prepared locally at each Chipotle location. All food is cooked at the restaurant which makes the black beans, chicken, steak and brown rice with salsa and guacamole taste exceptional when you order a bowl. You can also have a burrito with the same ingredients.

Ok so being in California right now is just weird. The whole mask thing is over the top... whatever. Anyway typical Chipotle with good food and competent employees but it just seemed very sterile and empty. Some of you may like that so now you know.

The good is pretty good for the price, and the customer service was quite good. I asked for lettuce, but the crew member heard "guacamole", and they made the whole meal free because of that. No complaints from me!

Food was good The cashier and the other person's at this particular store were a little weird but didn't feel like at other Chipotle locations. Actually I felt uncomfortable and I will not be planning to come back at this specific location.

This is a build-your-own burrito or taco restaurant that offers locally-sourced food which is organic in origin. I think one of the neatest things about going to this restaurant is well you have the same ingredients the staff is putting in varying amounts because it's just the staff of what you call out so you get a different Taste of food each time you go.

Ordered in between 4:30 and 5:00 PM. I think they had just prepared for dinner time as the store was spotless! It was my first time redeeming points and the cashier very patiently showed me how to do it. Love those burritos 😋

I enjoyed this actually. It was fast service, nice and neat. I got a chicken burrito. It did not taste half bad. It's obviously not traditional Mexican. It's calmex which it is pretty good at. The chicken was juicy the rice had a lime taste to it. The beans were just average. The cheese is like something you'd see at a fancy restaurant (fancy Mexican restaurant) the chicken was also a little spicy but not over baring. It was really pleasant and I'll probably come again.

Good food if you like cilantro unfortunately every thing has cilantro. Plus all depends on who serves you cause the portions don’t seem to make sense. Love the food and service is exceptional. Just wish they would offer cilantro free options.

This place is next to a high school, it gets mighty crowded during lunch. Portions are nice. The indoor speaker system is a disaster. All treble no bass. Someone needs to address it. Way too loud and at such frequency it's was a drill in my ears.

DO NOT order a quesadilla here! It's not on the menu and each time we go they quote a different but equally ridiculous price for a simple cheese quesadilla (no meat). This time they quoted $9(!!) and stuffed the cheese into a ball and wrapped the tortilla around it. I asked why it wasn't flat like a regular quesadilla as I didn't want to eat a ball of cheese. They said they can no longer make it that way. Instead, we made it a quick stop at Del Taco right next door on our way home and paid $5 for 2x quesadillas. I repeat: Don't waste $9-12 on one cheese ball!

Chipotle has certain level of quality. But if you compare this one to other branches, considering the customer flow, hours and the amount, quality of the food they are giving, finally, seeing their poor service and crappy loud deaf music, two stars are too kind to them.

This particular restaurant is too stingy with their meat portions nor do they know how to make a quesadilla.

I've been coming to this local chipotle for over 12 years and I'm pretty distraught at the recent quality. I've recently and consistently eaten here and was given significantly smaller portions than ever before. I have also been overcharged twice. I must say I've lost my "taste" for this location and started going to the location a mile down El Toro, off of Rockfield.

Long Line! This is the worst customer service at any Chipotle. I waited 19:30 mins in a long slow line. They are just too slow and manger does not speed them up. Food is good, but not worth waiting and standing forever.

This location sucks! Total rice Nazis! I asked for extra rice and the little boy behind the counter gives me 2 half-filled scoops. I repeat myself and he proceeds to ad a laughable quarter spoon! I ask him if he's joking, he ads another quarter spoon. Mind you at this point he's given me a total of 1.5 spoons! I got annoyed and told him I can do this all day. At this point a nice young lady steps in, apologizes for the little boy and finishes my order. This is the third time I've had this issue at this location. From now on I'll drive the extra few miles and go to the Foothill Ranch location. They're waaaaaayyyy better!

Fajita veggies weren’t fully cooked. Steak was dry. Portions were half the size of other chipotles in the area… got half the amount steak that I’ve gotten at other locations.. will not come back to this one.

Paid $10+ for a bowl that looks like they ran out of food mid-prep. Barely any chicken, mostly plain rice, and zero attempt to make it right. Not the first time this location has been stingy but this is the worst I've seen it. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to this location for about two years now because it’s about 10 minutes from my work and it’s convenient on my lunch breaks. But lately when I pick up my online orders, they’ve almost constantly been wrong. Today I ordered a bowl with guac & the bowl did not have any guac, and instead had cheese. I have a dairy allergy, so now I’m at work with another eight hours left of my shift and no lunch. It’s nice that chipotle will comp me a free meal, but I do wish the workers would pay more attention to detail when preparing online orders because now, yet again, I cannot eat a lunch. I’m sure the in store service is fine but I would not recommend placing any mobile orders at this location.

I bought a $3.48 cup of lemonade at 9pm.... the store closes at 11pm.. I went back to get more... and ALL the lemonades had been removed by 9:15.. why is this store closing up almost 2 hours earlier than they claim to be open?...... I’ve moved here last year from New Jersey, where I frequented Chipotle weekly. I’ve tried this location 3 times, at first I thought maybe it was a fluke that the chicken here was so much more spicy hot than what I was used to in NJ, but after 3 tries, it was obvious that they made the chicken a lot hotter here than northeast part of the country - just too hot to be enjoyable to me. Sorry, they’ve lost me as a customer.

Poor customer service, seems like none of them want to be there. All the tables were filthy with other people's spilt food and napkins all used up all over the tables. Worst yet...i tracked my BEATS airpods to their location and when calling to get an answer they REFUSE to answer the phone for customers??? Place at this point is OVER RATED and in desperate need to me made over.
