Eva is so nice!! My husband and I visited for the first time and she was very patient and knowledgeable with us!
Food is always good here. It's the service of the employees I enjoy. Conversation and chill.
Update, previous review for Arby's was erroneous. Lenten season brings us the best fishwich out there, (cod or polluck) and Arby's beats the others hands down! Order was repeated back and correct and fresh too!
Line was longer but moved really quick, not chick FIL a quick but definitely better than McDonald's or burger King. The food was good and hot. It was even neatly out together, not the easiest thing to do with anything involving cheddar cheese sauce. The fries were fresh too.
I like this place , it doesn't seem like it would be a good location, but they're as good as any Arby's anywhere. The food is excellent and the service is pretty good too. I even got out of there in about 5 minutes with some awesome hot sandwiches. The only bad thing is that I will run out of coupons and they don't put them out as often as everyone else. Being a cheapskate ever since my time in service I tend to go to places I have coupons for.
There was a Black manager there and he exemplified customer service. My car over heated while in line and he went out of his way to help me. Caring people are hard to find. The food was good too!! I ate it while waiting for my car to cool down :-)
The service was super accommodating win for the meat mountain and they were really polite hooking me up! My wife was being indecisive and I told her I would bring her all the meats and Arby's delivered! Thanks again for having some fun at theregister. I know it's stressful when these orders come through. I suggest dining in. The staff is awesome!
I'm loving the new menu items at Arby's . Them mozzarella sticks are my favorite! But let's not forget about the Buffalo boneless wings . Not salty or too spicy ~ flavored just right. And I can dig the prices too. Heyyyy! I can afford to return another day this week. Lol 😆
I love Arby’s. The ham and Swiss sliders are my absolute favorite. This particular one is always nice and the food is always hot. They forgot one of my sliders so I had get back in the drive thru but they didn’t make me wait and bought it outside so I didn’t have to wait in line.
I was passing through town and stopped to go inside. The whole restaurant is closed off & you have to use the drive-thru. Very disappointed in that but the food is good, sweet potato fries were good, and the guy working the window that told me to "have a great life", as his parting goodbye was sincere. I've never been told that before from a drive-thru worker he was really awesome and sweet. The Rubens the bomb!
Great food. Awesome service. Love the manager Adam. He is helpful and has a cheery attitude. It was clean and neat. Food was great. My sandwich had something i was allergic to it and i didnt realize it until i had it. They replaced it with no problem. Love this place.
This arbys was rockin. Upbeat, clean and friendly staff atmosphere was right. The best Arbys I've been to in quite a long time. Food was actually made to order CORRECTLY, LET ME REPEAT CORRECTLY. WITHOUT FLAW!!!! will return.
Friendly and attentive staff make this Arby's a stand out among fast food restaurants. The restaurant is neat and clean, the only problem is the ice machine for the self serve drinks is no operational and the staff has to get you ice from the machine behind the counter.
Best mozzarella sticks with ranch hold the marinara. by far, per the little one and his daddy. I like the chicken ranch wrap, always with a Dr Pepper and some thick, tasty shake. They have seasonal shakes and an orange cream shake that is loved the most but their mint chocolate chip shake is pretty good as well! Service is never quick but for a good reason, it’s always fresh!
Very great service with Alejandra Lopez very sweet lady
Haven’t been to an Arby’s in over 10 years. Not great experiences in the past. But I was out running errands and I decided to give this location a try. I went through the drive through the other day and the red haired lady working the window was just so genuinely pleasant and happy and helpful. It kinda made my day. With all the stresses in the world especially in the food service industry it was nice to see someone who really cares, with attention to detail and pleasant attitude. It was just a great experience. I will definitely be back.
We were traveling back to DFW. I haven't been to Arby's in years. I wish I knew the name of the angel who served us at 12:13 pm on 11/18/23. She had wonderful suggestions for our meals and made our experience very pleasant. She was so sweet, I would stop back at this store just for her!
Fresh food that is made to order. The wait for the food preparation is worth it. If you haven't already done so, give their Traditional Greek Gyros a try (with extra sauce). They are absolutely delicious! 😋 5-Star service all the way!!!
Valentina and Adam we're AMAZING and so patient with me when I went in during lunch rush with a dairy allergy. They were friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable even when I felt like a bother they assured me I was as important as any customer! The food is correct and delicious every time we eat from here, and all that only took 7 minutes (to-go)!! This is lengthy but it was seriously so amazing.
Never that busy. Good food and the best curley frys around
This place is really good me and my family love coming here to eat.
Fresh food and came out pretty fast. I always enjoy coming here
Honestly one of the best Arby's we have been to in years! Clean, fresh, friendly and KSBJ on radio. Glad to have found one near for when craving hits
I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. I decided to go in today and employee at the register was very helpful and friendly. I got a Greek gyro, a roast beef gyro and some white cheddar mac & cheese. They were all really good. I will be back.
Though short staffed and no doubt stressed beyond belief, the staff at this particular Arby’s is courteous, genuine and helpful. The cashier and manager went out of their way to make my husband and I feel like we were the only customers in the restaurant! The manager took time to talk with us like we were old friends. Did I mention the food is delicious?! The new bbq brisket sandwich is to die for and the sweet treats are delectable! Highly recommend!!
Great location. This location is extremely clean inside and out. Great customer service given from all employees especially Mrs. Jade!!! Mrs. Jade was very kind very helpful and knew exactly what was in the sandwhices...she was very professional!!! The food is delicious and I recommend this location...its very clean!!! Thank you all for such great service and delicious fresh food!!
I used to be the guy that would adamantly refuse to eat at Arby's but they've made a lot of changes and absolutely for the better. I know chic-fil-a is always packed but ridiculously fast at service but when that Fad Rush begins try Arby's. You may be surprised.
I would've gave 3 stars but I got a free sandwich because of a birthday email coupon. Brisket sandwich was very tasty. Service was good, but nothing was spectacularly great about this location. Just your average Arby's
This is a pretty good place to get some quick food. The roast beef is what they are best known for, but our favorite is the Greek Gyros. Add a large order of the Sweet potato waffle fries, and you are good to go. They do have a good variety of sandwiches to choose from. The only reason to not get 5 stars is that service is not consistent. Give them a try.
Food was great. I have fallen in love with Arby's all over again. I haven't eaten at this establishment in years. The "Roast beef " sandwich was hot and fresh service was good. I nice change from the old burger.
The fish sandwiches are a good size and taste better than some of the big burger places. The employees were very pleasant and helpful. The "on sale" promo sandwiches are the best value.
The Diablo Chicken sandwich. Although it is hot, It wasn’t as spicy as I expected to be. The chicken was good but I don’t think anyone can beat Popeyes chicken sandwich. It does come with the small vanilla shake so that may have offset the hot somewhat. Regardless; I will be trying the Brisket version.
It's been 15 years since I ate Arby's. I decided to try to fish sandwiches since they are 2 for $5. I ordered a classic and a cajun fish sandwich and a medium mint shake to wash it all down. As stated in the commercials the fish is larger than the buns, so the fish isn't small, unlike some other fast food places. I was hoping for the fish to have spices on it for the cajun sandwich but the only difference is the tartar sauce is spicier.
Went in because I like the food and there was a rebate available via an app I use. But, their machine they use to print receipts wasn't working. So, no rebate.
The Greek Gyros are kind of bland. Had to put horsey sauce on it for flavor. It was very messy to eat in the car. They only give you 1 napkin per meal (3) so we asked and got 3 more. The jalapeño bites. Mostly imitation cheese and batter. You never know until you try I guess.
I called my order in 10 minutes ahead of time. I got there and the drive thru was 7 cars deep. So I went inside and they had 5 people in line only 1register open still had to wait. You would think they would open up the other register so the customers can get in and out.
This is a 2nd time downgrade review. They started with a 5 over a year ago, and have slowly declined. This review takes into consideration the last 10 or so visits (we eat out a lot) since I lowered them from 5 to 4. The food is still good, if you go inside, but the service seems to be slowly dying. The last 5 times we have been there, they have messed up our order every time, and we now go inside as we no longer seem to be able to get hot fries(crinkly cut, one of the big reasons we go there) from the drive-thru. They need to clean out their packet holder or whatever as we haven't got an order from their in awhile that didn't have sticky packets. I can see once every blue moon, things happen, but literally I know at least the last 5 times had this. Also the last time my wife went in the employees were talking about how they were intentionally going to make someone in the drive thru wait because they thought they were inpatient. Don't talk about that right in front of other customers. Anyhow, I think they can easily turn this location around by just vetting, or managing, or both their employees a little bit better, and caring a little more about the small things, and customer service. That said, I can't knock this location as being the only one whose service has gone down hill. It seems like bad service has become more prevelant across the board over the last year or so. All the more reason now is when places should look to improve their service to help distinguish themselves and maybe pick up a few more loyal customers.
If you’re in a hurry don’t bother. I always have to wait for my online order, 10-15 minutes past original pick up, 9/10 times they don’t even start it until I get to the store
I went to the drive -thru and ordered the #3, which I believe is the French dip combo. I get to the window, and the cashier said they ran out of dip. He should've told me that from the beginning, and I wouldn't have ordered it and would've gone somewhere else. I always have problems at that location. I won't go back again, that's the last time!
The y took 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches ready and no one came In or thru dri e thru. There were more conversations about a sandwich some guy wanted to make then foodbeing prepared. All tables were dirty and empty of customers. They did.up.grade our cups and give out extra cups. We went at 625
Basic roast beef sandwich is usually good. Half The time we have visited tables aren't clean. They say they guarantee satisfaction but when we have had a bad experience and notified them via email they never respond so don't believe the guarantee.
While the food was delicious the manager was too much. Above being gay He was very annoying. Calling me momma, sister girl. He was too ghetto. I have heard him be absolutely rude to his employees. Talking down to them or just screaming at them. I'm never expressed by someone being overly fake. Couldn't enjoy my food.
Arbys not real close to house... Been awhile since ive been... Fryz were delicious as was shake(although not thick enough). Sandwich was VERY subpar. Meat wasn't very tasteful... As was cheese... No sauce was put on sandwich... Not the arbys that I remember .
I order the number one with Swiss cheese I took one bite, it was too salty nor did they even melt that she's. They just slap it on there. I did not like it or finished it
Very disappointed. This Arby's recently went through remodel. Saw good reviews on the limited time burger. It was overcooked (charcoal on edges) and there was no marinara with my cheese sticks. Won't bother going back as this was prime time, should not have been overcooking anything.
Wanted to try the new fish sandwich. It didn't change my life, but its doable if you prefer deep fried flavorless sandwiches with processed cheese products. The only saving grace was the Hawaiian bread bun. I felt sorry that poor sandwich and its lackluster tartar sauce. What can I say, but this filet fell flat.
I ordered a roast beaf burger, but I was whitout mayo, onion, letucce, tomatoes, it was basically just the bread and the roast beef soo meeeh, it has a restroom for just one person and I was not cleaned up
It was ok but the food was cool when we finally got it
Look, it’s an Arby’s. You know why you’re there, but the staff is friendlier than most locations and they’re generous with sauces.
It was me and my bae 1st time eating Arby's. Honestly Arby's is just overpriced. The Philly cheese steak was good. They should keep that on the menu. Bae chicken sandwich was ok. Wasn't crispy like they just cooked it. Most likely won't be going bae. Oh and them jalapeno poppers lol Arby's gotta do better
Got 2/3rds of my order right. Ordered a buffalo slider and got a classic beef and cheddar.
It appears very dirty. Restrooms were beyond nasty. Needless to say, I didn't eat, but my husband said his food wasn't good.
My order wasn't correct went back around to get correct order only to get into a debate with the speaker guy & The big white guy cook who walks 3-4 cars down just to Yell at me in front of other drive thru cars . Tells me " I EVEN HEARD YOU !!!! his face was all red... He grabbed my order bag walked back inside. So i never went back until now 4/12 /22 or 13. Tasha her team all did great ! my food was hot & fresh ! she double checked my order before giving it to me .. EXCELLENT service good attitude! i had to post my bad Experience on here because Mysteriously it somehow eased..7 months ago.
Went to Arby's in particular for their fish sandwich, IMHO it's the best fastfood fish out there at this time. But this time I got such a mixed bag on the quality ...we ordered 2 fish ,an 8pc jalapeno poppers and a cherry popover. One fish Sammie was perfect But the 2nd fish wasn't edible, it was wet mushy coating fish looked funny maybe undercooked? The poppers were stuffed w/ cream cheese , the coating was crispy but the skin on the pepper was too tough to bite and chew and was a watery mess inside so could not eat them... then to top it off my poor popover was over microwaved so it was a gummy hot mess..sure wasn't flakey. So only that one fish sandwich was good enough to eat. I'm really really surprised! never had any problems with Arby's before so we want to try it again and hope the food is cooked right from now on. I'm just so Disappointed ☹️
Went through the drive-through and ordered 4 beef and cheddar sandwiches, 2 large fries, and extra sauces. When I got home, the sandwiches had no cheddar sauce, and there were no sauce packets in the bags. Even though it wasn't what I ordered, it still tasted good.
Wrong order. Made it very clear, yet they still messed it up. Food was good tho. Maybe only recommend dine in so if there’s any issue it can be resolved. Service wasn’t bad, it was just non-existence.
They're great, when their door isn't locked. It's 11:30 am, July 18th. A Monday. Once again, I just walked up to go inside, and it's locked. Dining room closed. The sign clearly states that dine-in opens at 10am. This is the third time this has happened. Are they understaffed? Are they hiding in there because they don't want to work the front counter? I see people going thru the drive thru. What gives? At least put a sign out that says something like "temporarily closed" or something. Or even update your hours so my maps app can tell me you're not open so I don't waste a trip. UPDATE: reduced to 1 star because I did what their "sorry you had a bad experience" bot told me to, and absolutely nothing happened. I filled out their pointless form, and there was no "reaching out" of any kind. It was ignored. All the responses to the negative feedback are just fake copy-pasted replies, probably done by a bot.
Since the remodel the guy that does the drive-thru window weekdays has a terrible attitude and 3 of the last 3 times I have gone there they gave me the wrong sandwich... at least 2 of the times it was one that I ate with a great deal distain, this last time they made me a ruben- not a chance in the firey underground am I eating that when I ordered the turkey.
This location take long time to attend the drive through there is 5 people and is nobody at the window when I try to reach someone I have 25 minutes here just for a kids meal
If I Could Give Zero Stars I Would. I Went Thru the Drive-Thru Last Night To Get My Daughter a Meal. The Person Taking the Order Was Very Rude and Had a Serious Attitude Problem. Needless to Say I Did Not Finish Placing The Order and I Drove Off. I Will Not Be Coming Back There, That was the 2nd Time I've Gone There and Their People Were Rude While Taking the Order.
Door Dash order of a Turkey and swiss sandwich with No spicy honey mustard with extra bacon and a French dip double meat. Sandwich was covered with spicy honey mustard, and no extra bacon. French dip had single meat and surprise the bacon was on it instead of the other sandwich. Au Jus was ice cold. The only thing they got right was the drink. So disappointing! We order a lot from them and very rarely do they get the order correct.
Cold fries should be thrown out, not served to takeouts. You owe me an order of large curly fries. Or maybe I'll just go to McDonald's they are more consistent and their fries are much better anyways.
Didn’t receive au jus for French dip. Had a hair in my roast beef double. Their paper bags tear so easily. The bottom had a hole from the wetness of the meat from the French dip no dip. To top it off, you can’t reach anyone as their phone number doesn’t go thru. I have spent many dollars with this Arby’s and sometimes have seen less than normal service. Today I am done with this location.
I’m almost 30 mins waiting for 2 sandwiches and 2 apple turnovers. This location has always been horrible and I stopped using it. I saw it was remodeled so I figured I’d try it again. New building same terrible service.
I’ve been ordering from this location for many years, however, lately the service has been declining. During my latest visit, I was greeted by a drive thru customer service rep who goes by the name Bianca David. She was unfortunately, very condescending and unwelcoming. She clearly did not wish to be there. I asked her a simple question about my order and was treated like I was a nobody. Then, she went completely silent and didn’t reveal my total or ask of my order was complete. I just had to complete the transaction as quickly as possible. Very unfortunate. Seems like this individual is not made for the service industry and perhaps should work in a place where interaction with the public is not required. To be honest, I’m glad I have other food options in that area.
Worst roast beef slice I’ve encountered at an Arby’s in years- and when I asked for a refund they then require you to give personal information to process- against the rules of a credit card processor. Eat somewhere else, save your money
I usually love Arby's which is why I stopped by this one on my way home from work. The drive through service was quick and the server was polite but the sandwich was awful. It was dry and tasteless. Even the sauces didn't help and the meat had a funny flavor. I threw the sandwich away after a couple of bites
Super long wait 10 minutes to get our order taken and 30min to get our food once we ordered. Staff was rude and arguing with each other. When asked for some red ranch the staff member rolled their eyes at us. We asked for no sauce on one of the items and it came with double sauce. This was after the eyeroll, so we wiped it off and dealt with it as it wasn't worth the effort to deal with them again.
Worst tasting fast food, pressed roast beef not real roast beef, terrible! Counter person, not able 2 understand what he was saying. Never asked what we wanted on sandwich. Chicken sandwich with chunks of chicken was very dry. Will never come back. 25 years ago they were a great fast food chain. Quality of meat is very poor. What happened!
Slowest location ever! 25 minutes for 2 sliders! Ridiculous.
I recently visited this Arby’s and was extremely disappointed with the experience, largely due to poor management by the shift manager. During my visit, I noticed several issues that made the experience very frustrating. The shift manager was unprofessional and rude when approached. Instead of resolving issues, seemed dismissive and uninterested in customers concerns. It was evident that the shift manager did not effectively manage the team, which affected the quality of the food and service. This level of management reflects poorly on the establishment, and I hope the company takes the feedback seriously to improve customer experiences in the future. Dine in order was prepared incorrectly, and NO refund has been issued to this date after involving district manager as well as regional manager.
I ordered four classic roast beef sandwiches and was told in the window that I would have a wait because of a bunch of customers at the counter. I proceeded to wait 30 mins in the drive thru along with a few others to get my order and would have left but I had already paid when I was told about the wait and didn’t expect it to be as long of a eait. Have been to this place a dozen times and almost every time I’ve had an issue.
I generally will let a few bad visits go, but after tonights drive through order I may understand what tipping these days means. The girl at drive through who took my order , ran my card, and maybe mad shakes asked for a tip to help her saving for college. I would notmally think of that as asking for donation , but instead the order was short one item, another item was wrong and i paid over 30 for two people to eat. I guess tip is for getting the orders correct, pay for good service. What does she use her paycheck for if she is asking for donations. Tips are for good service. You EARN. The tip
Haven't ate at Arby's in a long time. Got a craving for it stopped got a roast beef sandwich. Eat it did not feel good the rest of the day...
Too many people are standing around while other customers are waiting to place an order. Most of the tables were dirty and not cleaned. Not to mention the food was not hot. I don't even want to know what the restroom looks like at this point. I love Arby's but this particular location I'll never come here again.
first time trying it out and i am disappointed. not sure if its just this location or maybe the lack of staff because of covid. i placed an order for myself and my two kids. took them about 20 minutes to get me my order. so i make it home and everything was cold. with my driving and it not taking me long to get home it should of been some what warm. nope cold. fries tasted old. the chicken sandwich wasnt too bad but i would have liked it fresh.
Recent experience was unusual. Not opening on time, I was meeting 8 people there coming in from Busch Airport.. manager would Not let me in told me to go through drive through..Also stated I had to pay for 2 iced teas because She sent me through drive in window Because None of her staff or employees showed up.. Explain why Customers have to pay the price for a poorly ran food chain? I really don't appreciate this From now on I'm going to go to the Kuykendahl location where that manager treats her customer like guests.. I'm letting my entire school know not to come here again. What a loss.. I'm never gonna be back
Food is great. It's Arby's. But waiting 20-30 minutes in a drive thru line of 4 cars only to be told they "hadn't started my order yet" is very frustrating. I'd recommend trying a different location Edit: aaaaand they got my order wrong. Definitely order elsewhere... Or at least check your order before you leave
Waited 30 minutes for food with only 2 customers inside. Cashier up front had his pants hanging off his rear end. Last thing you want to see from someone making your food. Ordered dine in and received cold food in a to go bag that was sitting on a shelf. Food was incorrect. Floor was sticking to my feet. DO NOT COME HERE
They are serving fish with the 7 dollar box because they ran out of chicken smh it's been 3 days in a row I have to drive off because they don't have what's advertised smh 😭🤬😡
Ordered a cold sandwich dine in , it took 23 minutes to get my food. The bread was hard as rock . I tried to get fruit punch from the fountain it tasted of strong syrup so I tried to use water to rinse the cup but the water didn’t work. This location has to be one if the reasons people think Arby’s is nasty.
Ok in houston not many Arby's are around. I love Arby's. So tonight I drive to get it 24 minutes and they are out of roast beef!!!😬😬😳😳😲😲 like how do you run out of the main original meat that made Arby's Arby's?,,? Thats crazy. As a fast food manager of 12 yrs you think the truck orders woukd be automatically added cases appropriate to stores quarterly yield depending on promotional or special added extra to not run out. Just saying
Philly cheesesteak.... More like Philly Dontsteak. Was terrible. Like eating dogmeat with mayonnaise on crappy bread... i was very hungry and could only choke down 2 bites of the grizzly mayo perpetuated "beef" Also got a medium fry amd it was smaller than a small fry from another location. Should just got the roastbeef curtain sandwich as normal...
Ordered in drive thru, was behind only one other customer and waited half an hour and the people in front of us still hadn't received there food. I walked into the front to see what was going on and was never even acknowledged. It is no wonder why this location has diminished over the past few years. The worst thing is I wasted my time and still had no food. I will never go back to this location and can't wait for a better food spot to show up or new ownership. Something has to change otherwise it won't be long before they will have no other choice but to close their doors.
Came in at 620ish and waited ~5mins at the counter where no one was in sight. Finally, 3 employees emerged from the back, and I had to greet myself bc one just walked to the registered and just stood there like this is normal every day. I decided not to get fries bc there were no QA timers on anything in the bin. I'm glad I didn't bc while I waited for my food I watched them serve all the old food to orders in drove through. The lobby was clean and stocked, but the drink station was dirty. The sandwich i ordered was hot and fresh, and the guy in the grill area prepared it fast with a good presentation.. Do better Arby's Management... the grill guy outshined you
I have gone to this arbys 3 times now and my food is never correct. I was a previous general manager for arbys for over 10 years so I admit I have a higher sense of what is right. I asked for a classic roast beef sliced extra thin…I don’t know if this location is corporate or a franchise but per corporate guidelines a standard sandwich should have 8-10 wafer thin slices on it. My “extra thin” sandwich has 5 thick slices.😳 and the last time I came here they told me they couldn’t even do extra thin, which I know isn’t true as I’ve made hundreds of extra thin sandwiches in my arbys career. my fries and cheese cups are half empty and my jalapeño poppers weren’t even in the bag and when I tried calling the location no one answers. This is unacceptable for the cost of the food here!
