**Review for Cava:** I recently dined at Cava, and the experience was fantastic. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly customizable. But what really stood out was the service—our server, T, was exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. She truly made the meal more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the food and the amazing service!

I truly enjoyed my experience at the restaurant due to the incredible staff they have in place. Made everything even two more times enjoyable. The young gentleman that explained all the different hummas to me was so patient. Now to the food omg so incredibly delicious the harissa avocado bowl is my go too with harissa vinaigrette and Greek vinaigrette. It such a filling bowl enough for two meals in one. I wish I remembered my server name but honestly I'm so bad with them. It around 7pm doe.

Never a dull bowl for me here. Healthy and lots of great options. You can choose from a gyro , bowl or salad and you pick all your base, proteins and fix-ins. Fave for today Bow Base- spinach , rice, original hummus, feta hummus Protein - Harisa chicken Toppings - cucumber , pickled red onion , Feta cheese olives and pita crisps

The Harrissa Avocado Bowl was amazing it was fresh, flavorful, and it had a perfect mixture of spice and creaminess. Everything tasted really high quality and the portions were perfect didn’t have to say extra. On top of that the atmosphere was super clean, welcoming everything was stocked which made the whole experience better.

I went there today for the first time, but it won't be my last. I got the chicken and rice bowl and it was delicious. They service it with 1/4 slice of pita bread but I also got the baked ones which are addictive.

Cava is SO GOOD. If you haven’t been I would highly recommend checking it out. This was one of my first times having Mediterranean food and let me just say I do not think it will be my last time trying it. The only thing I didn’t love was the drinks, but that was just because I wish the strawberry drink and sweet tea were sweeter. All in all it was great and I wish I had one back home.

We have been to this Cava many times, and the food is always consistently good. We typically opt for the two meat bowl, with the large variety of options to customize our bowl. While the food is good, the service is a bit inconsistent. For example, on a recent visit my wife was the first in line and proceeded to order her two meat bowl as usual. When she got to the checkout, the server charged her for an extra side of meat. When questioned about the extra charge, the server said that we had to let them know we wanted to split the meat selection between two half-portions in advance. Otherwise, they always put two full portions of each meat choice on the bowl. That was the first time we had ever heard such nonsense, but the server was insistent, and the others working the line did not show any concern either. Anyway, on other occasions we’ve had them forget to put the Nan and have to explicitly remind them that Nan comes with our order. We’ll go back here, but wish they would improve their staff training to provide a consistent experience.

I put 2 stars not because of the food, the food was great but not the service. I ordered cava all the time, but this is my first time in this location. I will never be back at this location. I placed my order of food around 815-Ish it notified me that it’ll be ready by 8:30 and when I arrived at 9:05. I’m still waiting for my food that was not prepared and when I finally got the food it was missing an item which was a side, so I had to let them know that this specific item was missing that I ordered, and they gave me the wrong side. So After I told him it was the wrong side they underdo it cause I checked the other sides and compared and it was at least half an inch under. I’m guessing because they’re in a rush but still for my order to be something so simple. Simple like two pita bread and four crazy feta sides, it should’ve be done by 8:30 and I’m there at 9:05 and it’s still not done. It’s kind of ridiculous.. The photo I added was the other side that was made compared to the one they finally did.. normally, I wouldn’t get mad about this, but the fact the price is so high kind of makes me mad. I looked at other peoples reviews and I’m not the only one that is mad with a customer service here. Y’all need to do better training people at that location!

They almost always forget something in my delivery orders. It never fails. I pay money and they forget the simplest things which I don’t understand how when the order is printed out and easy to read. Highly disappointing I’ve ordered from better locations who take into account how much money I spend because they actually care about their customers.

The food, which is supposed to taste refreshing and delicious, ended up being disappointing. I chose this location because it’s close to where I’m staying for work, but compared to other CAVA locations I’ve visited, the way they applied the sauces here was overwhelming. They added so much at the end that it completely overpowered the meal — I couldn’t even finish it. I hope management can train the staff to drizzle the sauce lightly rather than squeezing the bottle as if it needs to be emptied onto the food.

First time I ordered delivery from Cava and I was so disappointed. It's like they put whatever they wanted in my bowl, completely not what I ordered and I can't eat it. So after calling their help line, they took my information, including a screen shot of my receipt (even though I ordered it online) and a photo of my food to prove that I'm not lying. MAYBE they'll refund me within 2 days if approved.

I don’t love leaving bad reviews on Google, which is why I dug out the receipt to possibly see if there was a place I could leave feedback for this specific Cava privately… but as pictured, there is none. We eat at Cava pretty frequently, at the vintage location. Craving a pita, we ordered at this location to-go, and were met with a pretty discombobulated meal. My pita couldn’t even be folded correctly (the only extra thing we ordered on it was avocado), which to mention: we also did not receive and paid $2.55 extra for. Really upsetting, as whenever we can afford cava it is such a treat. I had to unfold it and eat it like a salad, by which time the pita was quite soggy. Was not a pleasant or enjoyable meal at all, and really quite disappointed that in this economy I paid almost $3 extra for something I didn’t receive.

FYI spoke to manager which was the employee with necklaces. He clearly didn’t care he gave me some vouchers and told me here you for your troubles. Well that’s not what I wanted. Well… I had to make a few alterations to my review… well we came later in the day today. Well the employees looked so happy to be at work. There was one gentlemen with a piercing on his left eye well he was not friendly at all would not even talk or say your welcome after we where thanking him for making our food. The employees just were not it. There was also a female worker tonight. There was a young man with glasses and a goatee with two distinctive necklaces that was friendly. This is a good place to eat for healthy reasons but the workers just don’t fill that vibe. PREVIEWS REVIEW!! We went to cava yesterday and the food was great. It is definitely a healthier option. It’s a definitely must try. Oh and it does have a long line during lunch but you’re better off probably waiting than ordering ahead.
