So tasty! Super friendly staff.

Comparing with other sub sandwiches around this one tastes better. The ingredients are simple but very well done. The employees are friendly and efficient. The place is clean and organized.

This is my favorite location literally!! I’ve been going here for last 2 years and i have always had the best experience. The staff are soooo friendly and so kind! The supervisor always has great attitude and smiles all the time! Great vibe!!

Great place to get great fast food. The employees are courteous & efficient. It's like a conveyor belt in their, & they are still nice. Food is hot & tasty,the restaurant was clean & the utensils & napkins were full. Overall it was perfect in and out. They're were two of us.

Love Panda Express for its value and taste. All the ones I’ve visited, even the ones in Mexico, all have a nearly identical setup. I keep buying Gift Cards for the free Bowl and I think I have over $100.

We just had a great experience at the Panda Express in Lake Forest! Staff member “Jury“ helped us out and what a guy! He was super friendly and my kids said it was the best time they ever had at a Panda Express lol. Food is fresh and tasty, and staff members are courteous and helpful. What more could you want from a Panda?

I have been craving Orange chicken a lot recently and this Panda Express has exceeded my expectations every single time! The food was always good, every staff member was nice to assist me in a timely manner and the store is always clean. They definitely foster a healthy work environment and are a staple here in Lake Forest! If you want to eat some fast Chinese food look no further cause it's the best spot in town for Panda!

I don't know what it is about this place. It smells good taste great but feels horrible coming out. And for some reason I can't stop. My chicken egg rolls either were not cooked all the way through or had been sitting out and were just soggy. The staff is friendly and nice to places clean didn't have a chance to go to the bathroom. So I can't say anything about that. Overall the experience was good except for the fact that I had to drinking some pepto to ease my upset stomach

Crowded at times but line moves fast. Lots of employees here to help you along. Good seating inside and out. Place is well kept and clean. Sometimes you have to ask for the fortune cookies but not a big deal. Smiles all around here and the food seems to be always fresh.

They used to be awesome. My food used to touch the lid of the box. Now, it does not even go up the edge of the bottom container. They used to give double the food for half the price. So this place is only 25% as good as 3 years ago. Rip. Never going back. Mom and pop Chinese blows this place away in quality and value..

Not a bad Panda location. We came in today, Saturday around 1:30 pm. It wasn’t too busy, people come and go. We decided to dine-in. Parking can be a little hectic, there are right on one of the entrance to a shopping plaza, and traffic in that area can get real busy. You can eat inside, and also there a few tables and chairs outside, 2 at the front, and 2 more at the back. Staff was ok, could be a bit more friendly, but no, they were not rude. It just didn’t seemed too welcoming. The ladies serving our food were pretty quick. Also, the amount of food was good, no complaints there. At least they were more than enough for us to even take some some leftovers. Food was good, it was flavorful, nothing crazy, but the food was good for a Panda Express. Overall, not a bad place to stop by and get some quick food!

Don’t get me wrong the food here is great. On the other hand, both times I’ve been to this location the bathroom has been pretty dirty. Now for the service, we had a $100 bill, we asked if there is any way they could accept it and one of the employees (the meat slicer) yelled at us and said “absolutely not buddy” and proceeded to give us dirty looks as we ate in the restaurant. I would have let the rudeness slide, but the devious looks he was giving me made me feel uncomfortable.

Used to be good quality sandwich but they are getting very sloppy and the quality is going way down. The bread on my last couple of sandwiches has been over baked and hard. Too many other options out there now.

The food is sometimes prepared long long before you arrive. This leads to very mushy vegetables in the dished. This place was also so so very cold with the a/c on high in the evening in winter. They said this was to keep the employees cool as they are in the kitchen. I asked why not find balance to allow some comfort for the guests. They said it's not their concern to keep us comfortable. It's ridiculous , I'd say it was around 57 degrees

I used to go there every day, I was gone for a few months, and the experience was terrible,the change managers, WoW...the place looked dirty, to many employees doing nothing, I asked for a Mike's way and they put so much vinegar that she had to put the sandwich side ways to take out the excess, then came the part to cut it, I asked them to wrap cut it, so it wouldn't come apart they refused stating that he had worked there for more than two years so he cut like that and off course it all came out, he had to put it back together. They tried to charge me twice, Since I had already paid and added the tip I asked for the tip back, bad service terrible sandwich (all sagging) and been lecture on how I had to get my meal no thank you, he didn't returned the money. Try to speak with the manager (True) over the phone, he hang up on me. I'm sure they all are worth 20 dollars an hour but not my business ever again,.

The manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and rude. It was shocking how horrible he was. He made a mistake on a large order we had, —over $160 worth. He did not want to make a sandwich he forgot in the order. When we went back to the store to grab the sandwich he forgot to make he THREW it at us and was yelling! All we wanted was the sandwich that he forgot….. I hope corporate sees this because Jersey Mikes normally always has great service, just not this location.

Horrible customer service. I have allergies so I politely asked for my food to be prepared using clean gloves and a clean knife. There was a big black guy who said yes yes yes good, and started wiping the table without paying attention to me. Then he started looking at his colleague, a Latin guy, and whispering something about me and giggling. I wanted to eat inside, but the attitude made me feel disgusted to stay there. How do you even hire such ill-mannered boorish people? You should train your staff better!

This location is always extremely stingy with their servings. They don't fill it up all the way or if they do there's lots of air pockets. A little bit extra goes a long way to making customers happy. Not only was the portion of orange chicken small, half of it was small chunks of batter. It was not good.

Rudest worker ever rushing me to order and since when do they not do free samples? Also let you workers get tips maybe they would be nicer ? Orange chicken was majority hard breading pieces with no meat and only 4 shrimps had proper breading it's just sad I'll stick with panda inn in the future

The staff here is very unfriendly. I’ve been coming a long time and I previously ordered Orange chicken but last time it was very dry and poor quality. It tasted like old meat. So I asked if I could try a piece to see if it was good this time. The woman who helped me refused and was extremely rude about it.

I want to the Panda Express to pick up some food. When I came home to eat I found hair in my food. How disgusting and unprofessional. Especially right now during Covid. I tried calling and no answer. How gross. Definitely not coming back or recommend.

Food quality was ok, the chow mein was a little dry and noodles kind of cut short, but the worst was they didn't put the Beijing beef in our order and when we got home they were already closed.
