Though kind of complicated, our order was filled correctly, right down to the number of different hot sauce packets. The tacos were filled to the brim, as well as the burrito and crunchwrap. I don't know if this was a different crew making our food, but everything was spot-on. Oh, and of course our food was delicious. The wait in the drive-thru line was not long. This is my favorite Taco Bell!

I have been going to Taco Bell for 52 years! I love their food. My mom used to give me twenty five cents for a taco and a Pepsi. Yum,yum,yum! I miss their bellbeefers and enchiritos though! Maybe as a special gift for my birthday you could whip me up a batch?

This is my favorite TB because I don't have to check the bag to make sure they got my order right. My boy Bryon is always quick, professional, and accurate. What more can you ask from fast food?

Haven't been to a Taco Bell in a long time and this is the first time in probably a couple years I do say customer service was excellent friendly and the order was perfect to the T there's nothing to complain about the food was great service was great I would like to thank them for their kind and considerate mannerisms towards the customers and makes all the difference in the world I definitely will will be going back there for sure

This is the only taco bell opened in night time. I was coming from San Diego and there was no taco bell open after 11 pm from San Diego to Lake Forest. I admire the management for their great service and closing time.

Friendly staff serving up tasty Mexican food. I like the cantina tacos and happy hour specials on regular sized drinks from 2-5pm.

Good food at this Taco Bell on a regular basis. Service has also been good on all visits save one and could have been that person was just having a bad day or is no longer with them as I haven't seen that particular person again so not going to sing a star for what appears to have been isolated. This location also has pizza but check availability before getting your heart set as they have run out at times or you have to wait for them to be fully cooked, at least 10-15 min from the smaller ovens.

Finally an exceptional experience at Taco Bell. I have had trouble with food quality at this location before but, this time they pulled it off we ordered for a family of 5 and had lots of different menu items. Everything was on point so glad to say! We all walked out as happy campers. Go Taco Bell!

A Nice and Clean location at the intersection of 5 and 405 freeways. There is a Happy hour between 2-5 everyday. We always get the Box Deals.

It's Taco Bell so you know what to expect. I will say the parking lot can get quite busy, especially around (weekday) lunch time because The Hat is right next door and 'shares' the same parking lot. The drive thru for both places can be nightmarish at peak times.

This is basically a typical Taco Bell but it's in a good location near the freeway and they are open late so it's convenient to come here. They also competently fill the orders that night so that's cool.

Drive thru was fast with 3 cars in front of me. I only was there about 5 mins total. Not bad. Employees were friendly and it seems management had their team together. Even in lunch rush hour the line kept moving. Good for a quick drive thru place.

The food here I good. Service staff are friendly and seem happy to serve us. They served our food quickly considering they were quite busy wen we went. Overall a nice place to grab a delicious and cheap meal.

Drove through late night. Friendly employee. Taco Bell continues to be a lot more expensive than their nearest competition, Del Taco and adds too many sauces etc that are likely fattening and unhealthy. All in all a decent late night stop on the way home.

So I decided to get the new naked chicken chalupa and other items today, to realize they forgot my naked chalupa 😢 I was a bit disappointed because it is 3.49 and it's been a while since I've had one. I'm still giving them a 4 star because the food was delicious but totally would have been a 5 with that naked chalupa.

Tacos went soggy really fast, 10 minutes later they were falling apart. Not sure if this is always but I'll update if I give them another try.

It was good. I ordered a salad. My husband ordered tacos but they didn't give him the choice of soft or crispy tacos and so they made the soft tacos which went into the garbage.

Wow I'm actually impressed with the quality of the food here! Most taco bells give you only a tiny amount of tomatoes and cheese on the Gorditas. Finally served what it should look like! Good job!

I generally get the craving box here. Although I do like the healthier salad they offer. They very rarely mess up an order and the few times it's happened were extremely busy times and they corrected it right away. Mistakes happen and I appreciate places that don't drive me away with bad CS. I recommend this location when you need something quick and yummy.

I came through the drive-thru and ordered my food and drove up to the pick up window. Edgar greeted me. Took my payment and gave me my order all with an upbeat attitude and kind energy. This Taco Bell is a competent Taco Bell. They have the screens to take your order, the way many fast food places do now. The food is fine. Its Taco Bell, so if your like Taco Bell then you will like the food here. I wish they would bring back the Baja Chalupas. I am not as big of a fan of the regular one that they load with sour cream. I dont get Chalupas anymore though because they will make you fat. If you dont care if you are fat then you should get a Chalpua cuz they are pretty tastey. The crew that works here get me my food super fast snd they are always very nice when i am there.

In search of the new chicken wings for a couple days and several locations, I found them in Lake Forest. These wings are crispy, hot, and great flavor. One week is a short time and I don't know but might try to go back again. Without the dipping sauce I would imagine it's low carb and high protein, if you're into that sort of thing.

3 stars for cool staff, forgot two items worth about $8 in our order though. All I’m saying is I hope the CEO reads this and gives me free Taco Bell for life, or a back massage, either works.

I love Taco Bell, however there may be a problem with the service at this location. It's 10pm on a Tuesday night and the drive thru line is ten cars long and nothing has happened in over half an hour. Cars are leaving and Taco Bell is losing customers. Owner may want to check on his staff...

Not bad place and service is good, but sencond time in a year I got food poisoning from here. Only thing I ate that day was eggs my wife made all of us and taco bell. She didnt get sick so I assume it was this place.

Drive in order at 8:30pm. Not busy. They didn't cut the grilled chicken on my salad and my husband didn't receive the chocolate for his banana French toast, but the guy in the sporty BMW in front of us got a special handshake from his bro at the window. Plus the sandwiches weren't marked as to which was the special order.

This was a very sad place. It felt like a post apocalyptic taco bell. There was nothing for self service except for the soda fountain. There were no napkins, beverage caps, straws, napkins, or sauce. Everything comes from the Central control at the counter. I had burrito which was about 90 miscellaneous and 10% meat or simulated meat. The taco was a little better, but there was no sour cream. We were given cups for drinks. The food came out fast with napkins and sufficient sauce in medium and hot packets. We were given three napkins and considering the food is no good without the sauce the napkins weren't enough for even one person. I went to wash my hands and face and it was a sad bathroom. There was not even a mirror. I was fair in terms of cleanliness, but it was dated and stained. We looked across the street and commented about why went to Taco Bell instead. The experience is a stark contrast to Del Taco, which to my surprise had real meat, real avocado, and real beans and rice. My feeling is that the taco Bell's post apocalyptic centralized control will lose our to Del Taco's wealthy democratic approach, of course this is just one store and maybe not representative of all Del taco places.

I usually like Taco Bell but the constant menu changes has me finding my Mexican food fix elsewhere. First they discontinued the Green sauce, then the Cheesy Potato Burrito and now the Double Decker Taco and I'm finding less and less items on the menu attractive enough to stop. This isn't necessarily a item that pertains to this location but they didn't have what I wanted so here we are. This will probably be the last time I go to any Taco Bell. Otherwise this location has good service, fast and the food was hot but not the food I wanted. If you're going to Taco Bell this location is as good as any unless you want a double decker taco.

Really mid taco bell. They take forever to bring your order out and when you wait at the counter no one comes to help. The food is borderline bad compared to other locations as the meat is soggy and there's too little.

Yes the prices are good and the food but the place is not inviting at all, smell really really bad, smell like a big dumpster and all the tables and floor were dirty, and the kitchen also looks horrible. I did not feel comfortable eating at this smelly place.

Extremely long wait to get to drive thru window at 8 PM. 25 minutes! All food was lukewarm to cold. No eating utensils for the 3 pintos & cheese the 3 of us got. Only one cook on duty?

Two stars for a) slow processing b) cleanliness and c) not having forks/spoons. Ordered one chalupa box and Mexican pizza today evening. Took approx 10 mins to prpepare and there wasn't anyone else in the store besides us. It seemed as if they prioritized drive through order over those in store. The place where they store spoons and forks were filled with trash (by previous customers) but even other trash cans were overflowing. And even when someone from the group asked for fork and spoon, they handed two sforks but explained the sfork bin had trash but didn't bother cleaning that up.

Hours listed as being open until 2 am. They aren't consistent with being open for their listed hours. I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

I have been to plenty of Taco Bell’s but this one has had to been the worst one. The service was great but I order my typical burrito the size of the burrito was extremely small! It must of probably be the staff when I went it was 1145 PM must of been a bunch of teenagers who do not care.

I've been here a few times the last two times. The food was cold and I was in the drive-thru. I don't live that far from there so I was shocked when my daughter's food was cold and my food was cold too. I probably will not go back to that. Taco Bell is getting cold. Food twice is not good

I like the staff, but this locations charges 1.73 for a dollar item that is 1 dollar at other Taco Bell's. I'm reviewing for January 2021. What happened to the prices at this location? They set their own prices for many of the items. A Del Taco nearby does the same thing, except they show dollar prices on the menu but actually charge you more without telling you.

We were frequent visitors to this Taco Bell but now they've started to use AI for their drive thru. This is frustrating (it doesn't work well) and doesn't align with our values, so we're taking our business elsewhere.

Every time I go and pick up an order for Uber eats the location is always closed tonight I arrived at 11:45 there are people inside and the hours say they are supposed to close at 1:00 am this location is costing me money it cost more in gas just to drive to location then I get paid when the store is closed I will tell all my customers to not order from this location

I was barely greeted when i came up to the counter, then they didn't want to take my order and instead referred me to the kiosk.

Went through drive through and bought several combos today. I was charged extra $1 for jalapeño sauce, which is understandable. I paid with my card and they forgot to return it back to me. The person on the drive-thru is no where to be seen so I moved my car forward and parked. Walked inside the lobby and asked for it. That one person was holding some cash and appears to be my card when I asked for it. When I got home I checked my bank and sure enough, there was an extra charge. This have been a common thing for people that handle the payments at drive-thru. Some were accidentally forgotten to return the card, sometimes its their modus operandi. They will pocket the cash paid by the next customer and charge the amount purchased to the forgotten card they have in their hand. They will give you all kinds of excuse but in the end, you’ll see in their face that they’re lying. My mistake was to easily trust them. Some drive-thru they let you slide the card in their machine. This one Taco Bell, they stopped doing that right after the mask mandate was lifted.

Drive through was slow. They skimp on the beef. My Mexican pizza was empty around the edges and the beefy frito burrito was all Tortilla and cold. Ordered hot coffee and receive it last, cold and 3/4 filled. plus customer order behind me was already complete.

10/17 I normally try to avoid this taco bell during my lunch break because they purposely lock the doors during the lunch hour to keep additional customers from coming in because their drive thru gets overwhelmed.  Nonetheless I chose to make a visit again drive thru wasn't as busy so the doors weren't locked.  I placed an order to go.  When they called my order I wasn't sure if it was mine so i stood by the counter to wait for the cashier to finish with the customer he was helping.  I double checked with the cashier to make sure the order was mine since it was on a tray and I had asked if it was to go.  After confirming that it was mine I hear the lady in the back telling another employee in Spanish that yes that order was for me and that she had been calling my name multiple times and instead of getting my order I was just standing there like an idiot.  I am fluent in Spanish and was shocked to hear that, I am assuming she was the manager since she was wearing a different shirt compared to the other employees.  Never going back to this location.

Store closed at 6:15 p.m. (officially until 6:45 p.m.), they do not like working

AI loudspeaker screaming ads is louder than I thought possible, loud enough to physically hurt. I was startled, in pain, and asked it to stop - the cashier ignored me. When the AI continued screaming, I ordered 10000 water cups and instantly the cashier appeared with a rude attitude, so clearly she was listening. My ear was still ringing a bit when I got to the other location on Trabuco, but at least they took my order politely and without causing physical pain. Absolutely negative stars, I will never return to this one.

around 11:27pm today 12/28/2023 me and my family were pulling up to the drive through after a long day of traveling and we were simply hungry and ready to order, as we pull up to the drive-thru me and my family are laughing at a conversation that had just happened in the car, as soon as we get ready to order the girl who was taking our order mocks our laugh and goes “ha ha ha ha” and we are left speechless, we have never had a worker be rude to us at any fast food facilities around so we were pretty shaken up, we decide to go to another location to order food since we felt extremely uncomfortable and left with the thought that this rude worker would possibly spit in our food or harm us pulling up to the window with her snarky rude laugh, we then decide to turn the other cheek and drive up to the window and let the girl with her head gear over her hat(so we knew it was her)with light brown hair in a ponytail/bun about 5’1 or 5’0 that we did not appreciate the way she treated us and that we weren’t laughing at her so there was no need to mock us or any customer that pulls up to the drive thru to get a simple meal. Please do better Taco Bell, it’s service workers like these that keep customers from coming back.

Worst Taco Bell on the planet! I have been going to taco bell for over 50yrs, the guys are the dumbest... I ordered a combination burrito, they had no clue what that was. I told them a beef and bean burrito, the same reaction. I have been coming to this particular taco bell for over 30yrs! No more... Del Taco is around the corner, their employees have brains. Losers!

We are pretty frequent regulars here and never had a problem in the past, but they have shorted us an item the past five times in a row we've gone (and we go through the drive-through and collectively order several small things, so I don't want to hold up the line digging through the bag counting items), and they've put meat in our orders twice when we've specifically asked for bean substitutes. This last time I went, my order very literally looked like it was dumped straight into the bag with the containers dropped in as an afterthought. I'm pretty patient with fast food mishaps, but it was done so poorly (and they managed to short me an item again on a very small order this time) that it actually made me wonder if I'm being specifically singled out by the employees. I doubt that's the case, but I'm regardless confused and frustrated by this sharp decline in quality of service. I just don't want to be charged repeatedly for things I'm not getting.

Will not return after my second visit; why? They do NOT participate in the national Taco Bell advertised values!!! For instance my supposed $5 box was $5.99 at this place for instance. I do like Taco Bell sauces though and this is right across from my bowling alley. So, when I left bowling I was super hungry and went there. Also, they have only Pepsi prodcuts. I am a diet COKE person.

Love the food. But this particular location is constantly closing early (going against hours of operations). There have been several occasions where I check the hours of operations both online and at the actual restaurant and show up to see that they have closed early. Don't understand why they close early so often but a little consistency in your hours of operation would be appreciated. I even placed a mobile order through the app, the app said that they close at 1 am. I showed up at 11:40 pm to pick up my mobile order, employees were still inside but they completely ignored everyone who drove up to the drive through and we all just drove off. Hours of operations clearly said they closed at 1 am daily. Get your act together please.

Older lady gave me the wrong order and got mad when I wanted a refund. She can barely speak English so I don’t know why she’s taking orders.

Had some plastic in my chicken quesadilla and didn’t realize it until the end. Chicken was chewer than usual, but thought it was just old chicken or got a horrible part of it. Turns out it was plastic. Probably from a glove or something else.

I give one star the management sucks taking a huge online order on a very understaffed kitchen. The manager was no where to be found.

Ordered online for a pickup, signs said drive thru is open and I can see the workers inside . Once other people arrived, they had no choice and delivered the other orders. Me however she said that I'm not getting my order because I was rude by knocking on the window after 15 minutes of waiting. Couldn't cancel my order and today have to spend more time trying to get back the $12 of food not received. Thank you very much for listening to my venting and saving me a trip to psychologist. Beware, this location uses a "virtual assistant" for taking orders at the drive-thru, and it is set INCREDIBLY loud to the point my ears were ringing after the first sentence, and I was rolling my window up between exchanges to preserve my sanity. Also, there was no menu to look at before you arrive at the speaker, so the virtual assistant is constantly pestering you at 100+ decibels about ordering additional items while you try to parse the menu while not bursting an eardrum or having a panic attack. The actual employees working there were very nice and easy to work with - I just wish that corporate would employ enough of them to also staff the drive-thru with real people, instead of this virtual scab. The food is fine - it's Taco Bell ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Very strange experience today. Wife and I placed a mobile order and we went to use restrooms inside before eating. One of two was occupied, so we went in together in the other one. In about 30 seconds, got a knock on the door that would not stop. After finishing #1 and both of us washing our hands, we opened the bathroom door. Was vividly told by Paula that only 1 person can be in the restroom at a time. Asked if it was store policy or corporate and she did not hesitate to say corporate. Called corporate who stated they aren’t aware of such a policy, but told they will inquire further. Normally I wouldn’t be bothered if I’m told in a nice tone as perhaps a FYI, but female employee was very rude. Not sure what happened to her or others in restroom recently.

10/26/23 Ordered through the mobile app got my food came back to work to find a long piece of plastic in my soft taco. Seems like it was from the plastic bag that the meat is warmed and stored in before they put it into the container for the day. All I can say is be more cautious how you open the bags. And those who order from here be check the food before you take a bite. The piece of plastic is fer ser as long as the taco it’s self. Which is not shown in the images below.
