We were in town on Friday and left Saturday after the convention we attended and were searching something that all 6 of us could agree on. We used to have a restaurant close to us in, but it closed down a few years back so being able to eat here was what we agreed on. From the speed our server brought out the food to ensuring everyone had refills and even making sure everything was right, was outstanding. Now, to my meal: "The Logan" being cooked well done with a loaded baked potato and cinnamon apples. Most places have THE HARDEST time keeping the tenderness and the flavor of a well done steak in tact. I also believe that is was Gordon Ramsey who said you'd ruin a perfectly good steak cooking it like that. He has no clue on what he's talking about because this steak was cooked to P E R F E C T I O N. The sheer tenderness of it and the flavor alone almost brought me to tears. My absolute compliments go to the chef and the crew that night on the entire meal The next time we are in this area, we will be swinging by again

The last 5 times we have done to-go, the baked potatoes have been horrible to the point we couldn't even eat them. Just sucks when you want a steak and baked potato and you can't even eat the baked potato.

Came for Father's Day lunch. The food was great, but our waitress is what earned them 5 stars. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was sweet and fun and very attentive. We had a couple of waitresses, but this one really brought white glove service. In case she's found we discussed how she was getting her dad a burrito treat later in the day.

This evening (7/11/2025 - 6:30pm) my family and I went out for dinner and it was probably one of the best experiences we’ve had at the Burleson location. Our server Country was absolutely AMAZING! The food was really good tonight, but what made tonight better was Country. From taking our order to handing us the check she made sure to provide exemplary service! She went above and beyond the entire time we were there and we will definitely ask for her again when we return!

Country Lynn is an exceptional, phenomenal, make me wanna comeback kind of waitress. She checked on us throughout the time we were dining. If she said she was going to take care of you she did just that. She knew her job and she was good at it. Very attentive and I personally believe she need a raise. This young lady that provides friendly service can actually go to other restaurants and teach them what providing quality service should look like. When I say you have a jewel, I mean you do. I love this restaurant soooo much. I came here for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. It was so delicious. The restaurant is very clean and has lots of cool decorations on the wall. There are tvs to watch sports and a bar for drinks. The only downside was the bathroom door was wide open, because i guess the A.C. broke. But there are still stalls so you can use the bathroom in privacy. They also don’t have peanuts anymore🥲. Our server was so kind (I forgot her name but she had space buns). The food was also phenomenal. We got the bbq platter, hamburger, and teriyaki chicken. All of it was cooked to perfection. The only complaint was that the chicken was a bit under seasoned. TLDR: yummy family restaurant with kind servers. 5/5⭐️ would recommend

Outstanding prime rib .. french dip and bbq ribs were both good. But my mother-in-law had the cedar plank salmon... simply fantastic!!! The smoke flavor throughout. Topped with something beyond yummy... the most impressive thing by far was the moist flavorful salmon. Great job team Logan's

Awesome dinner. I had the grilled chicken based on Jennifer’s recommendation and wasn’t disappointed. And the sweet potatoes are always a hit. We never had to ask for a refill and Jennifer made it a pleasant experience for my husband and I. We will definitely be back soon!

First time I have been in a Logan's Roadhouse, a great managed steak house in Burleson, TX @ I-35 with a very warming atmosphere. The waitress Samantha did a perfect job, she was very friendly and professional. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection, a beautiful put together salad, bacon topped steak, salmon and a delicious desert all for a very fair price. We had a great time and when we will be in the area again we will certainly stop there again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience at Logan’s Steakhouse – Burleson, TX Everything was outstanding! The wedge salad was fresh and flavorful, the potato skins were perfectly loaded, and the grilled shrimp had amazing garlic seasoning. My steak came out exactly medium, just how I ordered, and the rice was so good I ate it all. The staff was friendly from start to finish and even greeted me on the way out. I’ve been to Logan’s in Burleson several times in the past month or so and it’s been great! The food has been consistent—entrees included a burger, a salad, and a sirloin with baked potato. The rolls have been superb. I’ve been for lunch and supper. Perhaps the best part is a gal named Country who is an excellent server. She remembers the details and comes back several times during the meal. I’ve started requesting her specifically if she is working. It’s great to have a go-to waitperson when you dine out and they remember you.

Went in on a Wednesday to try the grilled mesquite steak special...Great over all experience. Alton, our server, was attentive, enthusiastic and accommodating. He went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was great. The service industry needs more servers like him, which makes an overall meal experience an enjoyable one rather than inconveniencing the wait staff and leaving with a bad taste in our mouths. Fantastic experience,Our server Charlie answered any question and helped us with any preferences. I haven't been to Logan's since before their remodeling - the atmosphere is terrific! Seating has improved and the decor was impressive.Highly recommended.

To top it all off, I may finally get to meet the person behind my perfectly cooked steaks—Papi. His skill in preparing the best steaks I've ever had is truly remarkable. The food was delicious. I got a full rack of ribs, knowing that I would have to take most of it home. But a full rack is only $5 more than a half rack. Can't pass that up. Chili was good, put it on my baked potato. Good prices and the wait staff was very nice. Will definitely be back

Hmmm, haven't been to a Logan's roadhouse in a long time. Decent menu and friendly service. Had the salmon to mix things up a bit, excellent choice!!! Cuts easy on a bed of carbs plus broccoli hot and tasty. Now I gotta give da good wit da bad; the lighting where I sat was horrible! Had to hold my menu in the isle to get adequate light on it to read. And i swear...another light came on to help brighten it up so I could see. I wasn't da only one that noticed this either...I'm I being monitored by da machine now??? Cuz my reviews are on point..?

Haven't been to a Logans in years. But man, has it changed. 1st, the server was not the issue. The problem I have is that they killed the feel. 1. No more peanuts on the floor. 2. Don't even know if they offer them anymore. 3. The rolls are not the same. I remember them being soft and fluffy like texas Roadhouse. Or maybe it's just me. 4. The chicken fried steak was flavorless. My buddy got a steak. He wasn't that impressed with it. I will say the place was clean. Food came out at a good pace. Employees were friendly. Just doesn't feel like the Logan I remember.

A nice place to sit down and have a good steak meal; but be aware when you go in a big group because my two daughters didn't even get their food at all and my wife food was cold because it had been just sitting in the window, it was about 20 people in our group and they did not give the little lady that done her best any help because she definitely could have used it; but an hour later they were able to fix the bill

Logan's is not our typical steak stop, but we thought we'd give it a shot. I only gave it 3 stars, because compared to Texas Roadhouse, it's more pricey, and the portion is noticeably smaller. I'm glad we decided to sit at the bar. The atmosphere was great, and our bartender - Mandy - was phenomenal. She was engaging, kind, and professional. We were also fortunate enough to interact with other workers that added to our wonderful experience. Thank you, everyone, for the awesome experience. We enjoyed every last one of you.

We checked in for curbside and got a text back saying a team member would be out with our food soon. We waited around 20 minutes… nothing. I finally went inside and let the guy at the front know, and he handed me my food, then basically followed me out to tell me “you have to call the number because the text system doesn’t work.” First of all, why are you still using the text system if it doesn’t work? Second, there is no phone number posted anywhere on the curbside spots, so I have no idea what number he expected us to magically know. He was also getting a little too close for comfort until more people walked in, otherwise I probably would’ve said more. No one is a “curbside regular” enough to know your text system is broken. Maybe get a new one or fix the one you have. That sounds like a Logan’s Roadhouse problem, not mine.

We probably will no go back... But they probably don't want us back... Good paying customers wanting a $30. steak be worth eating. Not too much to ask for...

Texas Roadhouse is my husband's favorite restaurant. So for his Birthday, I wanted to celebrate there. I called ahead of time to ask if they could accommodate a group of 14. I was told yes, it would not be a problem because they could put tables together. When we arrived, we were told that the other big group was checking out so we waited. 45 minutes later, another big group of 12-14 came in and were seated immediately! I asked to speak to manager but was told he’s not available! I made sure before we ever came that our group could be accommodated. Ya’ll were rude! We left and went to another steakhouse.

Ordered steak well done had blood coming out. Waitress didn't come check on us until after everyone at the table had finished there food. No refills on drinks. Don't waste your money coming here.

Whole entree left off the order plus the kids drinks. Had to drive all the way back up there after I was assured when I picked up the order that everything was in the two bags. Not offered anything as compensation for having to drive all the way back to the restaurant. Not even a free drink while I waited. Horrible experience and now I get to go home and get cold food. I have given Logan’s Roadhouse several times to get it together when it comes to cooking and making foods that my family orders when we go eat at Logan’s. Within the past 2 months. I’ve received half cooked ribs that are still frozen In the middle, hamburgers well chard and Cesar salads that are heavily dressed with dressing to the point it’s almost tasting the bottle than eating healthy; not to mention small bowls that the macaroni come in that looks like a child size serving! Granted I complain to the waiter. I know it’s not their fault as they are not the cooks and mgt doesn’t seem to care to empathize on the situation! Unfortunately, today is my last time going to Logan’s. When I go I just end up frustrated and spending way too much money on crap cooked food! Very disappointing

UPDATE: no more peanuts. Our service was super slow, it took 20 minutes for waitress to even greet us. No lettuce available, so switched order to soup. Hubby's sandwich arrived cold, as did my soup , which was more crumbled bacon than soup, and a small bowl at that. We were there for more than hour, mostly waiting for waitress to place order, get our order, and pay for order. Won't go back

This is the 2nd time trying this place when we travel and management and food is trash. Our waitress vita was great very helpful and tried to make things right BUT Again food is trash so cant blame her. Management didn't care stake was overcooked and cold vegetables make it make sense.

Slowest service / food delivery I’ve had in a very long time. 36 minutes in, we finally got lunch. Beyond that, when the food finally arrived the order was wrong. Won’t be going back Edit... my wife and I made the mistake of giving them a second chance... the steak I had was tougher than rubber, Goodyear needs to do some product testing to see if this meat would last longer than rubber on the road.

Had to eat my dinner with no drink. No refills until the waitress brought the check. Like I have to go my whole meal without a drink, then when it’s “check time” you wana ask about drinks and apologize after I ate my meal with nothing to drink. Terrible experience. Should have asked for a refund. How can they think it’s “ok” to eat without a drink.

Absolutely terrible. Went on Saturday night and never got our dinner. Waited an hour. People came in after us and they were served. We were not. The management clearly does not care or pay attention. Was Absolutely the worst service you could have provided. Insulting how the "manager" offered to help after I had to go find him after asking to speak to him (he never came to our tsble)

Today was our 1st time visiting, and unfortunately, it will be our last. Or wishful thinking was that this establishment would have excellent food as Texas Road House, but boy was we wrong. First, it took a substantial amount of time for our food to get to us. And since we've retired from the vegetarian lifestyle, we thought to give a "Thoroughly-Done," Burger and an "Off-the-Bone rack of ribs a try. Everyone is different, and some like their meat medium-rare, but not my household. My ribs were burnt to a crisp and highly tuff! It wasn't very good it was awful! By the way, I don't know who would allow their children to eat pink, red, or bloody animals, but I refuse to.

I am here now at the restaurant 8/4/25 at 830pm. Food was just fine. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. The reason for the 1 star review is the hostess. She was super rude when we walked in. Threw our menus on the table right behind her hostess stand. She then commenced to argue with (who I assume) is her boyfriend. Slamming to go orders on the counter. Cussing loudly at her boyfriend. Normally, I wouldn’t mind a good show. But I am here with my children and they don’t need to witness domestic violence first hand. I let the manager know and all she said was “I have been asking her all shift to calm down”. How about you let her go home? Terrible atmosphere. I truly hope the hostess’ night gets better, but her personal problems need to stay at home. This is not the face you want greeting you when you first walk into the restaurant. I will never visit this location again.

The waiter Country was inattentive to us. Once the food was brought to our table, they never checked on us again until it was time for the check. Country was very attentive to the 8 top two tables away but walked past us more than half a dozen times without a word. If we had been checked on, they would have known the food wasn't correct. My drink was empty and I was never offered a second drink. I wanted to order dessert and was not given the opportunity because Country brought the check and never asked. Genuinely did not enjoy this meal and could not get out soon enough.
