The area is just really nice and when I want alone time I take a stroll along the area and thats my favorite part if the day and the pool is amazing and always is cleaned and the ppl who work there are so nice and helpful!!!! I love this RV park most and I've traveled my whole life so I stayed at A LOT!!!!

As I usually come in to sit down in the drive thru and order something to eat I usually get fast service very dependable on my order be incorrect and I enjoy the smiling faces and their customer service I have been coming to this Sonic since I was about 11 years old I recently moved back cousin Alabama we have no Sonics so I am a Sonic fan when I come back home and I enjoy the happy hour drinks with my children and I I wanted to thank you for y'all services and thank you for my children making them happy and quiet one of their hollering that they're hungry

I always buy a large order of cheese tater tots"with extra cheese" & a fellow named BJ always takes my order. He is very polite& very helpful. Somtimes I order a wonderful Cheesecake Shake. Along time ago the workers would come to.your car on roller skates. And your food would be put on your window. When you were through you would honk your horn and the worker would come get your tray & your trash. Sonic used to give out peppermint with your meal. I haven't received a peppermint from Sonic in years.

Working 12 hr days and it's HOT! Stopped to get a griller sandwich, a Route 44 Dr Pepper and a Route 44 cup of ice. I couldn't get the cup of ice. The explanation was the ice machine was waiting for a repair man, but yet I had ice in my drink. The lil fella with fake oainted nails was rude. Dairy Queen is just across the street. This is the second Donic to do this. Finished with Sonic!!

Delicious corn dog! Service was fast and the car hop Issac was so helpful when we were needy and in decisive. Fastest Sonic I’ve ever been too!!!

I had a great experience today and was skeptical about coming here again only because last time wasn't so good. I pulled into a bay and ordered a chili cheese Coney meal. Ms. Shelby was the carhop and brought my order to me with a smile on her face and was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed like ketchup, mustard, etc. My order was right and she got a $5 tip from me because she took the time to make sure I was a happy customer. Sonic needs more employees like Ms. Shelby and maybe they would have more business I don't know but, thank you for a much better experience and I will definitely be back!!

We dont live far from this sonic and we have been here with the night shift and the service and quality of the food is extremely poor. But today we tried it with the day shift and left happy and full!! My wife is prego and has her cravings. The staff today was very patient and understanding. They got her exactly what she wanted!! I’m a sweet tea fan. This location has a great sweet tea blend. I do my morning drink stop there. Like 1/2 price. And then I usually hit it again for the Happy Hour in the afternoon. Food wise: the bacon is always done to a great consistency. Breakfast foods are banging. Burgers are always hot. The dude sandwich rocks here for some reason. And of course the treats are great. (As always). Oh! Staff is sweet, efficient, and fast. 👍 ❤️🙌

Love the happy hour drink prices and the jalapeno burgers. Don't like not having a public restroom.

Love there diet coke, diet cherry and vanilla . Cheese sticks . Not so much those in Tatum.

Good food, it was way to oily, it was like they took the tater tots from the grease straight to the container. Too greasy to eat. I hate wasting food but I couldn't eat them. Service was good.

Good service, but I ordered a junior sausage burrito, was not sure there was any sausage until I opened it up and saw 3 pieces of sausage , not enough.

Food came out hot, especially the onion rings. The onion rings were breaded and cooked perfectly so 5 stars for this! And, they put napkins in both bags and Ketchup, too!

Good service and friendly people. Whatever you do stop here before the Tatum sonic, it's Horrible. Bad service on multiple occasions and haven't been back since I waited 45 minutes for my food. The manager said the cooks sucked and gave us out of date coupons.. I never complained to them to make sure they didn't spit in my food or anything. Just haven't been back.

The service is good & there's no long wait, & my food is still hot. Especially my fries. And they fix my burger the way I like it w/grilled onions. Thank You Sonic

I could tell they were short staffed by the wait time and food temperature, but it was clean and the carhop was nice. They were not very busy but it took almost 15 minutes to get a kids meal and mozz. Will still return bc I've had a couple other pleasant experiences at this location.

Car hop was in good smiling mood even though she was having to go in the ridiculous pouring rain. The people on the speaker taking the order though seemed put out to have to talk to us & the cheese tots had all the tots but maybe 2% of the cheese it should have. We keep going yo diff sonics in the area hoping to get one that works for us, but every time its the cheese tots thats wrong. We didnt even say anything this time, just took em home and fixed them. After a long day of working a 12hr shift of industrial labor, he didnt even feel like having to go thru what we do on cheese tots everytime.

Usually one of our favorite places. We got the lg order of honey bbq popcorn chicken with tater tots lg blue ocean water slush and lg cherry lemonade. When we got our food, it was cold.. everything was cold.. the popcorn chicken was too hard to even chew... pushed the red button and was told itd be re done. The car hop is the one who came out to get the cold food and to apologize.. then had to bring it back out 25 minutes later... tater tots seemed to be room temp but chicken was hot and wasn't too hard to eat this time.. manager never once apologized or said anything. Was thinking management should have handled it but guess we was wrong.. car hop was a nice young lady that even under pressure smiled the whole time and apologized.. Me

It was clean but spoiled by the server/carhop coming outside and vaping with her friend right in front of our vehicle. We had steak sandwiches that you could tell were hastily thrown together. Toppings were on one side and a very small dollop of mayo on the other. NOT impressed at all!

Decent burgers. You don't get catsup for your fries unless you ask for it. Drive thru gets you out way faster than parking. Takes too long to get food.

I've NEVER had a bad cherry limeade until this visit. A bunch of youngsters working, apparently not knowing how to be nice or take an order correctly. The drink was horrible, and the food was messed up. I may not be going back for a while. 🥺

They were not friendly and food was cold. I have been there twice with the same results. Tea was good though.

Have been here several times. First time they got our order wrong. Last several times, it has taken forever to get our food even though they weren't too busy. This time, the car hop was not very plesant. She came to the car, handed us our food in a rush, and left without saying a word. She didn't read us our order back, ask if we needed anything else or anything.

Use to be the best they mess my orders up and we live to far to run back in town. People in kitchen need to keep hands off their hair and face. Pay attention to your customer.

Shorted our order of tots. We went back and the manager who had a count of the difference between the medium and the large fries told us he only owed us 6 tots for each order. What? What happened to I’m sorry you had to come all the way back here. I’m so sorry we shorted you. Here’s 2 large tot orders! This is not Starbucks for sure. Management is not the great PR people they used to be.

I have just had the worst experience at this sonic drive-in. I went through the drive-through and asked a simple question because I was getting a number one, but I did not want any cheese. I discovered that if you purchase a combo, the price includes cheese, and if you do not get cheese, you still pay the same price. Once I got to the window, the young lady at the window never said a word to me. She proceeded to go ham, me three drinks, and I requested a drink carrier. As I was putting the drink carrier on the backseat floor, she proceeded to attempt to give me my food at the same time. I requested that she hold on for a second so I could put the drink carrier in the backseat. During that process, she just held my food out of the window like she had an issue with me. I then asked her for a catch-up, and to a certain extent, I felt she had thrown it at me. This is not a welcoming location, and I would advise you to locate a different sonic.

Super annoying to receive your order and when you check it you're missing something. I had ordered ahead and had to wait a few minutes for my order to be done when I got there. No big deal I waited about 10-15 minutes. Food is brought out and at first I thought only one bag so i asked and was told everything was in the bag. I while I was driving off I had my daughter check the food and sure enough I was missing two of the cheeseburgers that I had ordered. So instead of parking in a stall and waiting for somebody to help me I went around to the drive-thru and let them know what had happened. I had to wait again another 10 minutes for them to make my two missing burgers so all in all I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a call ahead order. Restaurant was not super busy so I'm not sure what excuse they had for leaving out two cheeseburgers. Just glad I checked my bag before I headed all the way home because if I had made it home first I would have had two very upset hunger kids.

Obvious staffing issues. Order took 30 minutes and was wrong, took an additional 10 minutes to get corrected. I think the cook was actually running it to the car.

My honey bbq boneless wings were super dry. Don't order boneless wings from there.

I think it's unfair that you go during happy hour & you order a route 44 but have to pay full price & the carhop throws some random bs to explain why route 44 doesn't get happy hour price .. prior I gave 4 stars I'm taking back 3 cuz this sonic can't get it right no more

I was eating a chili cheese dog just now, ate 3/4 of it before getting home.. when I get home, I noticed the bun had MOLD all over it, including the bite I was about to take. The cook who was working just now needs to be fired, disgusting practices at this sonic

I've been here twice in the past month and everything was so salty I threw it in the trash. Thought maybe the first time was a fluke but second time same thing. Used to be good here.

Very disappointed...my chicken strip etc were overcooked and cold...gravy was so cold and too thick to heat up in the microwave. Foot long hotdogs were hard and cold also...don't know who's cooking or managing tonight but need to step up the customer service. Normally we don't have any complaints...but tonight makes me rethink going back

Order a sweet tea with lemon. Tasted like old bitter tea. When I poured it out it had something black in the bottom of my cup. I tried calling, no answer. Horrible tasting I hope I don't get sick

Worse place to ever purchase food. The place should be torn down at this point. Even the slushes don’t have enough juice in them. My onion rings taste like they were cooked in month old grease. The community of lakeport deserve better than this. Don’t waste your money on the food here.

You have to be kidding me, I order a hot dog and tater tots, it came out with fries, I said I want my tots fresh and you guessed it cold. Sent them back again, and they tried to throw them back in the grease. Now I have been here for 20 minutes and finally hot tots.

Hamburger was not freshly made, t It wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. Fries were lukewarm and hard. Not a great fast food experience. Drink was good though so 1 star for the drink

The frys we're dry and old they had been sitting for to dang long.! I was in a hurry and just didn't have time to take the time to go back! Very very disappointed ! I'm a normal customer stop here nearly everyday. Today I stopped and ordered small chili cheese fries. Got home took a couple bites and was just dripping grease. Made my stomach queasy. It was like they took the fries out of the frier and put them in the container then put greasy chili on top.

Food tastes fake, drinks come with mostly ice and no fountain refills, the building is getting pretty nasty, and the payment system at the car charged a $20 dollar automatic tip. Not impressed

🐌 slow. Only business at this store was us. It took 20 minutes to get a Sunday and a small milkshake. This is the norm for this Sonic. We try to avoid this one, but try it once in awhile to see if they improve. Sadly not today. If you are in a hurry avoid this SONIC drive inn.

Do any of your drive in stalls work? Every stall I park in every single time Is always turned off. I have to park in 3/4 different stalls to find one that’s on. If it isn’t working then block it off. Food is never warm and 99% of the time the order is either incomplete or wrong.

Got two of the new double oreo cones and it was bogus. Pretty sure it was just this sonic. They completely filled the cones with plain soft serve and put a scoop of cream sauce and a small scoop of oreo on top. It was supposed to be mixed all in the icecream. Oh well... seems like it was a lazy way to get around all that work of mixing it. Smh

Placed a mobile order ahead of time for 3 hot fudge sundaes and got there when the order was estimated to be ready. The sundaes are shown with whipped cream and a cherry on top. When the guy came out he handed us three containers just dripping with ice cream but just ice cream and chocolate syrup. Didn’t stay long enough for us to ask for cherries and whipped cream. We went over to family dollar and got stuff for our sundaes instead. I’ve had several other poor experiences at this location and this will be my last time doing business here.

I have been going there 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast for a very long time, But every since you have changed the breakfast crew recently, IT JUST SUCKS You never know what you are going to get with food order, some employees friendly others don't even speak, sometime napkins sometimes not, sometimes receipt, sometimes not, I will be going elsewhere for my breakfast from now on !

Do not go to this location. Sat behind a person in the drive thru for 10 min and they nobody had even come on to take their order yet. Finally pulled around to a stall, pressed the button and big surprise, nobody ever answered to take our order. There were no other cars even there besides us. Not sure what they were doing in there, but definitely not working. Zipped over to Dairy Queen instead, ordered and had our food in 5 minutes. Zero starts for Sonic, 10 for Dairy Queen.

Purchased a Frito Pie and paid 3.50 est almost $4 and apparently you use the short hotdog containers to make them. There was barely food chips, or chilli to even get a 5 year old full. Very disappointed and will NEVER stop there again it was a rip off 👎🏾

I've at least received 1 slice of bacon there before but now not even a single slice and the patty tastes really off. No receipt on or in my bag. Worst sonic I’ve been to in a while and that’s saying a lot considering before I got to this one I passed about 100 other locations on a long road trip. I placed an online order and they got every aspect of it wrong and the disgruntled car hop was just the icing on top. Would have been better to pick up food from the family dollar behind the store

I order 3 ultimate meat and cheese burritos, one bacon burrito, and one jr burrito. We basically got all junior bacon burritos. There was ONE tator tot, and no sausage or cheese sauce to speak of in this one. And the other 2 ultimates were just as pathetic. By the time you removed the excessive amount of tortilla due to no filling, you probably would be better off with a jr burrito. Pretty much a waste of $32.

I am a normal customer with this sonic, I usually go about once or twice a week. I would normally give their service a 4 or 5 star but due to a very rude drive-through cashier, they now only get a one star, and have completely lost my service. Customer service goes a long way and when you are being rude and shooing people away without giving them their entire order, is unacceptable. My sister had to go inside the store and speak to the manager where the girl continued with her attitude and started yelling at her, claiming "I didn't do anything or make your food." You don't have to make my food to have an attitude with someone over a speaker or at a window.

Very Disappointing! Horrible customer service! My daughter waited over an hour on the order she placed. It was a very busy time, so she gave them the benefit of the doubt by waiting. When she pushed the button for service to ask about our order, they said they never received an order. A woman originally took the order and had a horrible attitude. If you don’t like working there, then leave. There are plenty of other people that would appreciate a job. Will never do business here again! Management should work with their employees on customer service skills.
