Delicious corn dog! Service was fast and the car hop Issac was so helpful when we were needy and in decisive. Fastest Sonic I’ve ever been too!!!

I had a great experience today and was skeptical about coming here again only because last time wasn't so good. I pulled into a bay and ordered a chili cheese Coney meal. Ms. Shelby was the carhop and brought my order to me with a smile on her face and was very polite and made sure I had everything I needed like ketchup, mustard, etc. My order was right and she got a $5 tip from me because she took the time to make sure I was a happy customer. Sonic needs more employees like Ms. Shelby and maybe they would have more business I don't know but, thank you for a much better experience and I will definitely be back!!
We dont live far from this sonic and we have been here with the night shift and the service and quality of the food is extremely poor. But today we tried it with the day shift and left happy and full!! My wife is prego and has her cravings. The staff today was very patient and understanding. They got her exactly what she wanted!! Thank you day shift!!
I’m a sweet tea fan. This location has a great sweet tea blend. I do my morning drink stop there. Like 1/2 price. And then I usually hit it again for the Happy Hour in the afternoon. Food wise: the bacon is always done to a great consistency. Breakfast foods are banging. Burgers are always hot. The dude sandwich rocks here for some reason. And of course the treats are great. (As always). Oh! Staff is sweet, efficient, and fast. 👍 ❤️🙌
I could tell they were short staffed by the wait time and food temperature, but it was clean and the carhop was nice. They were not very busy but it took almost 15 minutes to get a kids meal and mozz. Will still return bc I've had a couple other pleasant experiences at this location.
I've NEVER had a bad cherry limeade until this visit. A bunch of youngsters working, apparently not knowing how to be nice or take an order correctly. The drink was horrible, and the food was messed up. I may not be going back for a while. 🥺
Shorted our order of tots. We went back and the manager who had a count of the difference between the medium and the large fries told us he only owed us 6 tots for each order. What? What happened to I’m sorry you had to come all the way back here. I’m so sorry we shorted you. Here’s 2 large tot orders! This is not Starbucks for sure. Management is not the great PR people they used to be.
I have just had the worst experience at this sonic drive-in. I went through the drive-through and asked a simple question because I was getting a number one, but I did not want any cheese. I discovered that if you purchase a combo, the price includes cheese, and if you do not get cheese, you still pay the same price. Once I got to the window, the young lady at the window never said a word to me. She proceeded to go ham, me three drinks, and I requested a drink carrier. As I was putting the drink carrier on the backseat floor, she proceeded to attempt to give me my food at the same time. I requested that she hold on for a second so I could put the drink carrier in the backseat. During that process, she just held my food out of the window like she had an issue with me. I then asked her for a catch-up, and to a certain extent, I felt she had thrown it at me. This is not a welcoming location, and I would advise you to locate a different sonic.
Super annoying to receive your order and when you check it you're missing something. I had ordered ahead and had to wait a few minutes for my order to be done when I got there. No big deal I waited about 10-15 minutes. Food is brought out and at first I thought only one bag so i asked and was told everything was in the bag. I while I was driving off I had my daughter check the food and sure enough I was missing two of the cheeseburgers that I had ordered. So instead of parking in a stall and waiting for somebody to help me I went around to the drive-thru and let them know what had happened. I had to wait again another 10 minutes for them to make my two missing burgers so all in all I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a call ahead order. Restaurant was not super busy so I'm not sure what excuse they had for leaving out two cheeseburgers. Just glad I checked my bag before I headed all the way home because if I had made it home first I would have had two very upset hunger kids.
Placed a mobile order ahead of time for 3 hot fudge sundaes and got there when the order was estimated to be ready. The sundaes are shown with whipped cream and a cherry on top. When the guy came out he handed us three containers just dripping with ice cream but just ice cream and chocolate syrup. Didn’t stay long enough for us to ask for cherries and whipped cream. We went over to family dollar and got stuff for our sundaes instead. I’ve had several other poor experiences at this location and this will be my last time doing business here.
I have been going there 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast for a very long time, But every since you have changed the breakfast crew recently, IT JUST SUCKS You never know what you are going to get with food order, some employees friendly others don't even speak, sometime napkins sometimes not, sometimes receipt, sometimes not, I will be going elsewhere for my breakfast from now on !
My breakfast burrito was awful. I threw it out. Didn't get picante i asked for. No napkins, no salt and pepper. I did get a mint, it still didn't get rid of the bad taste.
Do not go to this location. Sat behind a person in the drive thru for 10 min and they nobody had even come on to take their order yet. Finally pulled around to a stall, pressed the button and big surprise, nobody ever answered to take our order. There were no other cars even there besides us. Not sure what they were doing in there, but definitely not working. Zipped over to Dairy Queen instead, ordered and had our food in 5 minutes. Zero starts for Sonic, 10 for Dairy Queen.
Purchased a Frito Pie and paid 3.50 est almost $4 and apparently you use the short hotdog containers to make them. There was barely food chips, or chilli to even get a 5 year old full. Very disappointed and will NEVER stop there again it was a rip off 👎🏾
Purchased a bacon burger, got home and realized there wasn't a single piece of bacon. I've at least received 1 slice of bacon there before but now not even a single slice and the patty tastes really off. No receipt on or in my bag. They need someone at this location who knows what they are doing! Not just a bunch of little kids who can't even act right.
Worst sonic I’ve been to in a while and that’s saying a lot considering before I got to this one I passed about 100 other locations on a long road trip. I placed an online order and they got every aspect of it wrong and the disgruntled car hop was just the icing on top. Would have been better to pick up food from the family dollar behind the store
I order 3 ultimate meat and cheese burritos, one bacon burrito, and one jr burrito. We basically got all junior bacon burritos. There was ONE tator tot, and no sausage or cheese sauce to speak of in this one. And the other 2 ultimates were just as pathetic. By the time you removed the excessive amount of tortilla due to no filling, you probably would be better off with a jr burrito. Pretty much a waste of $32.
I am a normal customer with this sonic, I usually go about once or twice a week. I would normally give their service a 4 or 5 star but due to a very rude drive-through cashier, they now only get a one star, and have completely lost my service. Customer service goes a long way and when you are being rude and shooing people away without giving them their entire order, is unacceptable. My sister had to go inside the store and speak to the manager where the girl continued with her attitude and started yelling at her, claiming "I didn't do anything or make your food." You don't have to make my food to have an attitude with someone over a speaker or at a window.
Very Disappointing! Horrible customer service! My daughter waited over an hour on the order she placed. It was a very busy time, so she gave them the benefit of the doubt by waiting. When she pushed the button for service to ask about our order, they said they never received an order. A woman originally took the order and had a horrible attitude. If you don’t like working there, then leave. There are plenty of other people that would appreciate a job. Will never do business here again! Management should work with their employees on customer service skills.
