I’ve earned rewards for flame broiler, tried using it here and they said they don’t take them, yet they were also advertising it in this location and I was able to use it online. Didn’t make sense to me how there were so many QR codes around to earn rewards and they told me I couldn’t use my $5 off …

Odd smell inside. Ordered two bowls, asked for brown rice and was given white. I didn't notice until I got home.

This store doesn’t want customers. I came on Oct. 7th at 8pm and the doors were locked. This was a Tuesday, a whole hour before closing time. Online and on the window it said this place closes at 9pm. There were two workers in the store that saw and ignored me as I tried to get in. The looked like they were cleaning and getting ready to close. Don’t waste your time coming here, you’re just gonna be ignored.

Be careful, I ordered from here through Uber eats cause they had buy 1 get one free and i got food posioning 😭 never again.

Bad experience, the guy making the food had a full beard not wearing no covering. I found a hair on my food. I don’t recommend this place.

I ordered 2 bowls and was charged $19.46 and I didn’t even receive a receipt also they gave me the wrong order because I didn’t get any vegetables so yea I got ripped off and it was a big Spanish guy and a skinny guy was the cook! So be careful when u eat here and also this was my first time eating here what a bad experience!

I've been to multiple Flame Broiler's and this has to be the most outdated one in terms of protein and sauces.. also I got charged almost 14$ for a half and half regular bowl no add ons, when it's usually 9$ at other locations Customer service was great though

Experience wasnt as we expected. Flame broiler is my wife's and I favorite spot to eat on our healthy days but todays experience was not so well. Young lady by the name vira was in a bad mood and was not professional at all. We did not feel welcomed and comfortable. We will not be going to this location again.

Got the chicken/beef combo plate. Both meats were overcooked and chewy. There is a hint of flavor, but not too palatable. The cabbage salad was meh. Upcharge for all white meat chicken. Hefty upcharge for kimchee, which is ridiculous considering it is fermented cabbage,and they skimp on everything but the rice. The brown rice was good and is what made the 1 star above.

Staff was not friendly and I notice the cook added some chicken to an already cooking chicken . I didn’t think much about it until I got home and started eating my chicken bowl and notice my chicken was cold, I must have gotten that uncooked chicken. I hope I don’t get salmonella from eating uncooked chicken . The bowls are not cheap you would expect a well cooked chicken and them not taken any health risks. I will never go back to this location. I hope management reads this.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they over charged my card, too. I'm not surprised they have mostly 1 star overall, too bad you can't give 0! I called back to complain and the owner was so rude as well. He pretty much hires careless people like him, it's all about your money, not good customer service. I didn't even came back to get the money they overcharged my card, it was just too much for me to deal with terrible people and service at this place. Never coming back here! Check your receipt for sure.

I came today for the first time yesterday and the gentleman that was at the register was amazing! I wanted the spicy chicken bowl but they didn't have it so he gave me the sauce to mix. Very polite and nice guy. However, today I come and the girl and the register was extremely rude, her name was VIRA. She looked frustrated that I asked for the same combination of sauce and was bothered when I tried to explain what I was looking for. She looked like she hates her job, I don't understand why any person would want to hire her. Horrible customer service and no people skills. She needs training or better yet another job that doesn't include dealing with people.

The Korean chili bowl was absolutely DISGUSTING flavors were completely off. No taste of Korean flavors.Gave me and my coworkers a stomach ache.
