We were hoping that the retro menu items started, they didn't, but the crunch wrap supreme was tasty, the potatoes and beans that I ordered as sides hit the spot. The staff were friendly.Helpful and even though it was late they took time to explain things about the menu. We had not been at a Taco Bell in years.

They dont go out of their way to put a smile on. Your face but they are always open and a franchise so u always kno wat ur gonna get so i cant complain!!

Grabbed a quick dinner through the drive through. The person that took my order was professional and polite and efficient. The food was well above the quality of other locations. Very pleased.

Food was fresh, didn't wait long at all. Service was good. Will return to this location, not too much else in gatesville. Taco bell is a good option for fast food out here!

Food was good and hot. Lid came off my soda and spilled everywhere. Service was good. And they don't ask or massacre my name. Yay!!

Restrooms were nasty! The smell by the drink station was completely overwhelming, you could hardly stand there to get you drink filled. Lobby was filthy. Service was slow and unfriendly, very unprofessional. The food was hot and fresh, though, that's why they got a 3 star rating from me. We we're very unsure eating here, but we're from SW OK and have been traveling with 3 teens all day and they were getting hungry....I will hange the review if any of us get sick.

The McDonald's in Lampasas is pretty much like any other McDonald's you might stop at, but the real standout was the staff. Everyone who worked there was beyond nice, which made the quick stop a lot more pleasant. I was just passing through, and the friendliness really made a difference.

It's very frustrating that when you asking for Something to be fresh when you are ordering just to get to the windows and find out it's not fresh or warm then have to wait for them to make it fresh like I asked to begin with love taco bell but come on If I ask for fresh please make it fresh do you want warm food that's just be sitting there uh no I don't think so.

Breakfast earlier was a little cold, but ok. Then I got my lunch and nuggets were a teeny bit undercooked and my burger was super old and NOT what I asked for.

Everything is dirty the seats the tables the bathroom it smells really bad in there like mold. The food is okay but I couldn't eat in there it just stinks in there. Gave me the wrong burger to (smaller) after they messed up my original order with was a bigger one.

Of all the locations, I hate this one the most! Went through the drive thru and had to wait almost 10 mins because they failed to make 1 driver move up. Ok, fine…mistakes happen, but then I get up to the window and they immediately tell me (not ask) to move around. I question this action, and the little girl at the window rolls her eyes, gives me an exasperated look and calls the manager. She just couldn’t answer a simple question. This location…I am done with! This happened at 2:50pm just for reference…NOT BUSY at all!

well it looked clean, the employees were super nice food is fresh and correct but it stinks in the lobby...just like BO funk...it was not pleasant. fix that and it would be great. 1/21/26

Ordered 2 homestyle burgers with no mustard and a fry and Mc frappy. The burgers had no mayo and were very dry. The fries were soggy. Waist of my money. Mcfrappy was good though.

Ya know I bought the 2 pack of snack wraps it is over 6 $ I open it up and it's 1 little chicken strip... I just don't think there worth it.... McDonald's has just been ridiculous in pricing lately two people go there to eat and it's $30...

I’ve been dieting all day and had enough calories in my diet to get an ice cream sundae. This is when I receive a half full ice cream container and when I asked about it I was told I couldn’t receive a full container without a reason. Mind you she was a manager and I’ve worked at a McDonalds location before, the portion was definitely off. Instead of telling the obviously miserable old lady off I’ve come to write this review. Bad place don’t go there!!

The smallest bean burritos at any franchise. Everything was a smaller portion than any other store I’ve been to. Sad. Do better management.

The women who work here are so rude it's insane, we come here all the time and each time we are greeted with such hostility and rudeness, this is the first bad review I've EVER written. The women here need to learn how to be nice to paying customer's, im sure its not fun working at taco bell but when ppl are nice to you you don't get to be rude just because you hate your job. Learn some manners, this last time the lady told us they've never taken two card's before, and we're broke and come here all the time so obviously we know that isnt true. When we asked if we could do cash and card she also told us no, please get your employees in check bc im about to take names to the CEO.

Before we left we had 4 issues with our meal corrected and then we were still missing the bacon when we got home. When we called multiple times it was busy, never being able to get ahold of them. To top it off 3 of our burgers weren't full cooked and we are dealing with the fall out. About ready to call the health department.

I have stopped there a few times because I understand sometimes places people have bad days the food has been consistently bad every single time and this last time the chicken patty on the sandwich was extremely small the value meal chicken patty was twice as big

I’m highly irritated now. Wanted this food so bad since i haven’t eaten much lately and my burgers were meatless. Thanks for ruining my dinner.

Terrible it was 40 degrees outside and they didn't have any coffee brewed can you believe that I waited 20 min to get fresh coffee terrible

When you order a strawberry milkshake, they hand you vanilla and say they can not make strawberry or pour some syrup in a cup to mix it. This is the second day this has happened. The crew seems to have the attitude of who cares. Deal with it.

Would have opted for zero stars this morning. This morning they gave us the wrong food through the drive thru. I went inside to get the correct order.. the lady behind the counter gave me attitude. Only to have them give me the wrong order for a second time. Absolute A Team today.. ~slow clap~ thanks for wasting my time and money

It’s really unbelievable that at 6:00 pm the girl was mopping the floor and there was several people in there 😤😡 I ask her to stop mopping until we walked out (she just looked at me like why should I stop🤷‍♀️) the front area STILL HAD WATER ON IT as we walked out!!! When we came in around 5:30 the floor was dringed with water, it was VERY DANGEROUS 🤬🤬🤬 I’ve just had both knees replaced and if I would have fallen it wouldn’t have been good😡 I have had a business and my employees were NOT to mop until our door was closed!!! I DIDNT WANT A LAW SUIT!!!!

I absolutely love taco bell but the employee that’s working tn sure ruined that, i work in fast food as well and never have given attitude to customers. She got mad she couldn’t hear me so i spoke up and sadly they were out of taco shells but still gave the most attitude. lady with glasses 🤓 i’ve seen her many times and believe she’s the only one that gives attitude. smh

My husband and I ate at this establishment yesterday evening and was very disappointed. First of all the lady that I'm assuming is the manager seemed put out because she had to wait on us. After taking our order we had to wait over 40 minutes for our food. When we finally got out food it was cold. The couple next to us experienced the same thing. I will never go back to the Taco Bell in Lampasas ever again.

Terrible atmosphere girls fighting when we drove in ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ. service wise forgot my crunchy 🌮🙁 (the best part). Food amazing 🤩

They don’t read directions very well. Tacos were wrong, soggy and fell apart before eating. Burritos are apparently made to eat the ingredients in layers. Asked for easy beans and extra cheese on burritos but I guess that’s to hard to understand. Beans are dry and “doughy”. Not sure how they got that texture with the beans. Taco Bell really needs to rethink their training. I’ve had some bad food from other Taco Bell’s before but this takes the cake. 10/10 do not recommend.
