Ariana was a wonderful and hospitable server, who took great care of us! Very welcoming and cheerful!

Seated promptly. Service was excellent. Two of us chose the 3 course menu option which was just the right amount of food for the price option. Kids meal needed a box and was eaten later as a snack.

We had a wonderful experience Saturday evening! My husband and I were seated right away at a high-top table in the bar area. Stella was the best server ever! She was friendly, efficient and was a pleasure to talk to. We shared two entrees and a dessert and everything was delicious. Can’t wait to make the trip from York again soon!

Sean was kind, attentive, quick, and had such an amazing personality. Hope to see him again when we come back.

Luisa was an AMAZING waitress. She was fast, checked on us just enough but not too much and very friendly. I got the Chilean sea bass. It was good. I also got the chocolate cake. But the REAL star of the show was the banana spring rolls with coconut ice cream. Ammmaazziiing! Loved the vibrant atmosphere too.

The food tasted amazing.. the price for the portion, however ,didn't impress me. The service could've been slightly better.....Our entrees came before our appetizer 😞. But mix-ups happen when restaurants are busy. Maybe next time will go smoothly 👍🏾

The food here was so delicious! We started with two appetizer’s the Dynamite Shrimp and Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps. I tried the Rising Dragon drink it has Casa Noble Blonco Tequila, pomegranate, Lime, agave, black lava salt and rosemary aromatics. For our Entree My wife had the Pepper Steak with fried rice. I had the Mongolian Beef with shrimp fried rice! It was delicious. Certainly one of my favorites! We ended the evening by celebrating my wife’s Birthday 🥳. Thank you P.F. Chang’s Worth the visit if you are in the area. You won’t be disappointed 😊

I came in to eat last weekend with a friend and we had a wonderful experience; food was all great and the service was top notch. We had Courtney as our server and she was excellent…super attentive, friendly and helpful! I will definitely be back in and would gladly request her again.

My husband and I had the most pleasant experience because of our waitress, Stella and I wanted to make sure I shared! I ordered something new for me to try and didn’t like it (me being me…was not going to say anything and just gag it down 😂) my husband said something to Stella and she made me feel so comfortable with getting something else and made sure to reassure me that it was not a big deal. I chose something else and when it was delivered they were not sure if it was gluten free (I have an allergy) or not so they took it back and had to remake it. Stella made sure to talk to the manager because it took so long and they took it off the bill which was something that I did not ask for and I made sure to tell them that and that I would pay for it. They assured me that they just wanted to make things right. Thank you, Stella for going above and beyond and making our experience a fantastic one as well as having such a fun personality! We will look to see if you are working next time!

Ariana was great! Very attentive, courteous, and cheerful. She kept us informed on the progression of our food preparation and made sure we were we cared for. Hosts were also working diligently to get people seated quickly.

Our server Ryan was amazing. He was very personable and made great recommendations. He even brought some sauce and rice out for us to try as we had never been to a P.f. Chang’s before. He went above and beyond during our visit. Food was great. The steamed dumplings were the best I have had.

Courtney was an amazing food server! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out promptly, she checked on us at just the right times, and her positive attitude really elevated the whole experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about great service. We’ll definitely be hoping to have Courtney again next time!

My wife and I came here after shopping at the outlets. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing! My wife had the Kung Pao Chicken and I had the Mongolian Beef as our main meals. She had yhe white rice while I paid a small uncharge for the fried rice. It was soon worth it! The fried rice was really good. We started with Edamame and a Shrimp Tempura roll. The Edamame was good. The only feedback I would have is that there was a ton of sea salt on the top ones and nothing on the bottom. The Shrimp Tempura Roll was outstanding! If you are near, stop and have a great meal!

Cole Was our server and he was amazing. Our food was great on time and we loved it but the service was outstanding. His attention to detail and service to us was some of the best we’ve ever had because of him. We were definitely be back soon.

I am not sure how to spell it but Arriana was amazing! She served us fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I would recommend her to everyone that is coming to this location. Even while busy she made sure to tend to us!

This was a 100% satisfactory meal. Mitch is real professional server. KEEP HIM, but don't be surprised if he ends up in the Big Apple. The dry-rubbed ribs were so good we took another order home for dinner. The firecracker shrimp wsa delicious with just the right kick. I love the pomegranate lemonade. Sticky rice is Japanese, as is my partner. We could not have been more satisfied. THANK YOU.

We went to PF Chang’s in Lancaster after a long gap. We went to the ones in Phoenix and Baltimore and a few other locations in the meantime, but Lancaster location, for no good reason whatsoever, fell off the radar for a while. Our memory and the experiences in the other locations is that the food was really good. This time, unfortunately, we didn’t feel the same. I have to add that the service was very good, and no complains about that. We will go back at least one more time to verify if the food quality in the last round was a freak thing, and then take it from there.

Typical PF Changs. Too salty, otherwise good. All enjoyed the dumplings. Sauce for the crab rangoon is delicious. Child's portion of lo mein is decent. Broccoli comes on the side and is just steamed. Waitress was excellent. Food came pretty quickly but was spaced nicely.

My first two visits weren’t very impressive. The prices are reasonable for the portions you get. This time, however, my waitress, Tess, was great, and everything we ordered exceeded my expectations. The spare ribs were cooked to perfection, though they could use a bit more honey or something to balance out the salty soy flavor. Overall, we enjoyed the quick brunch. Convenient location to meet up and spend time with friends.

Food was good. Service was better! Atmosphere was fire! A nice place to have a drink and get some good food!

Fun place to eat and was easy to make a reservation for our larger party. Service was good for the most part. Facility was clean and decorated nicely. Bathrooms were also in good condition. Parking can be a little busy due to the area but there plenty of spots. Desserts, drinks and sushi were super good! Some of the rice and noodles dishes seemed over oiled but were still tasty. Will be back.

I wish I could give it a 5 star review, but in all honesty, the purpose of a review is to inform both other customers but also the business, so that they could improve. What was delicious: the hand made pan fried dumplings, my sesame chicken and the soy sauce, the sweet and sour soup and the spicy chicken. What needs improvement: the quality of beef used in the “steak” entree. It was not tender but chewy. The broccoli in my chicken sesame had a fishy taste, so I didn’t eat it, but the chicken in the same dish was delicious. I thought the broccoli might have been steamed in a pot used for fish? We ordered tea and the water in the kettle was only lukewarm and needed to be hot in order to get the flavor when steeping. Very disappointing because the tea would have been excellent if strong enough. Service was good and friendly.

I visited again after a long time, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food quality has definitely improved — the flavors were richer and everything tasted fresher compared to my previous visits. I did notice that the portion sizes have gone down, which was a bit surprising. Since it was a busy Saturday evening, the place was packed and it took a little longer than usual for the food to arrive. There was also a small mix-up in our order. Despite these minor hiccups, the food was genuinely good and the drinks were absolutely fabulous — definitely a highlight of the evening. The atmosphere was lively, and we still enjoyed our time there. I will certainly be visiting again.

Our server was nice but needs more training. We had reservations for 7 of us, so they knew it was a larger party coming in. I would guess you wouldn't put a new server with a larger group, but maybe that was the case. From the start our server only asked the right side of the table their drink orders and then left. We had to call him back to remind him he forgot some of us. During dinner he was good at refills for the kids. The 4 adults are never asked. Glad we had water. Once we ordered we were asked if we'd like our appetizers to come out first. Thought that was an odd question. They came out hot and very good. Fried green beans and dumplings. Our food came out in a timely manner but for only 6 of us. One meal wasn't done yet and that person sat there while the rest of either ate in front of him or chanced our food getting cold. Ten minutes later he got his food. To me that was crazy. Most of our meals were very good and full of flavor but ironically enough, the person the had to wait an extra 10 minutes for his meal was tasteless. I felt so bad. Yes, he should have said something to the server but everyone else was already finishing their meal so for them to correct the mistake of an obvious lack of seasoning and then he eat alone was not what he wanted either. Disappointed first visit.

I had take out. I had good experiences in Florida and was excited to go here in PA. I was not happy. My lettuce wraps were delicious but the honey shrimp was mushy and tasted mostly bread. I was also disappointed that they no longer had the honey dew walnut shrimp dinner.

Service was horrible. Slow. Non-attentive. Server couldn't have cared less. It was not busy. Food was meh. Broccoli was was underdone and beef was overdone to jerky consistency. Huge pieces of broccoli could not be cut, as there was no knife. We ended up with 6 glasses on the table, as the server never took any empty. There were only 2 of us. Rice was super mushy. Will not return to this particular location. Server was too busy sitting in the back and chatting with coworkers. We walked in at lunch but by the time the server came they changed to dinner and upcharged our meals to the dinner prices. Edit..... Weeks later can't help but notice they only comment on good reviews. Huh

It’s been years since I’ve visited a PF Changs. I recently moved to the area and couldn’t wait to stop in and get the Mongolian beef. It was disappointing I’m sorry to say. My meal was cold and I thought the dinner portion was small for what you get. I didn’t want to say anything because I had a friend with me and we were catching up with each other and I didn’t want to spoil our time together. I asked for extra sauce because it was dry. The sauce was hot and helped heat the food. My friend’s dinner was delicious but mine was awful. It didn’t taste freshly made - it was like it was made ahead of time and staged ready to be served. Too much to pay for cold and dry food. Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. In response to your response - there is really nothing more to discuss. My food was awful.

The only thing I can say I enjoyed about dining here was how nice the waitress was, that's it. The food was literally just overpriced asian food with very little flavor. The mall chinese food is better than this place and for a fraction of the price. The honey chicken was bland, needed way more sauce, not to mention why did it cost over $20 for a handful of chicken and a cup of fried rice which weren't even plated together. The salmon was overcooked, but the flavor was decent. The alcoholic drinks all tasted the same, watered down with no flavor. We waited an hour for our food only to be disappointed. I'm not even trying to be rude. This place is just not worth the price or the hype. Would give the place one star but I did like our waitress whose name I can't remember.

We ordered 2 pad thai noodles and 1 Mongolian beef. The Mongolian beef was fine. Out of the two pad thai noodles, one was served with half done noodles and the other was served with a mix of half done and not done noodles. We called the server and showed her both and she said she will get another one for both pad thai noodles plates. I was expecting at least 20 minutes to be served again with the correctly done noodles. To our surprise she came back in about 10 minutes with both pad thai plates and served us. The noodles were done this time but it had extra peanuts and fried onions so much so that the noodles were kind of lost in the mix of peanuts, fried onions, tofu, pieces of chicken and other veggies. Also due to the fact that the whole dish was probably steamed again, the chicken was so rubbery that it was hardly enjoyable and the whole dish became a drag for both my daughter and myself. She left more than half of her plate while I ate almost no chicken and finished what was a mix of all the ingredients doubled in quantity but lost in taste, texture, feel and look. I am ok to be served the food late if it's done ok, but dear P.F. Chang's, you need guts and lots of shame to serve undone and raw food. Highly disappointed. Left 1 cent tip.

This is what an 30 dollar meal will get you. Ordered the Mongolian beef dinner to split with husband and paid 4 dollars for extra meat, this was the very disappointing portion. Didn’t receive the extra portion. Fried rice was bland. P.F. Chang’s used to be decent last few trips have been very disappointing. Over priced, under seasoned food.

We had a reservation and it was not honored. We stood in line for 1/2 hour while watching others getting seated that arrived after us. The waiter forgot our rice sides. After bringing them out, the rice was crunchy. We never got refills for our waters. The food was not up to the normal dishes we have enjoyed in the past.

Went with my sweetheart for Valentine's Day just to try some where new to us. (For reference, my ex and I owned several Chinese restaurants, so I have vast knowledge of the industry. ) PF Chang's tries to be Chinese food and could be if they would cut the sugar by more than half. This is not even "Chinese" American food. Everything was overly sweet. Additionally, our food arrived cold. Small over priced portions too.

My wife and I really wanted to like this place as the last bastion of good food amongst awful restaurants. Unfortunately, P.F. Chang's has also decided that packaged food warmed up is the way to go. My wife and I decided to try take out for Valentine's Day since it was completely booked for the night. The Web site said the meal would be ready in 50 minutes. When I arrived to get the food, there wasn't anyone manning the take out alcove in spite of at least eight other customers waiting in the alcove. After twenty minutes, an employee made an appearance and started handing out food, already stone cold. I ordered Teriyaki Chicken, but the dish that I received was Firecracker Chicken. Unfortunately, I was unable to complain because there was no employee available to receive my complaint. My wife ordered shrimp fried rice. It also was cold and it came with weird sauce rather than being wok fried. The dessert was a tablespoon of "chocolate cake." Each one of the dishes tasted like they had been warmed up from expired pre-packaged food that didn't sell in 2024 and contained the same, overly sweetened sauces that were hard to tell apart. To add insult to our injured taste buds, the sub-par food was completely overpriced, attempting to command fresh food prices for stale, pre-fab, overly sugared food. Avoid this chain at all costs.

1st time and most like never again……. Grabbed a to go order. The to ordering process was weird. No one was there waiting to greet guests. I had to open up the gate/ door that lead directly to the kitchen to get someone’s attention. (Lunch time) order was upcharged to the dinner. Wanted to try it (not worth it). Ended up ordering the teriyaki chicken (fried chicken) thought it’d be fresh sliced chicken boy was I wrong, as the meal itself was ok (I guess) the portion for $20 dang dollars was absurd. Felt like I had basically a ton of canned pineapple with 10 bite sized pieces with a butt ton of onion. Meal was super hot so at least I know it came right off a cooked surface. Best thing about the meal was the rice. Wished I would’ve taken a picture but wouldn’t have made a difference. Lousy at best. Staff was super inattentive and I had to ask for a menu then being handed one LOL.
