I got some nasty food poisoning from this place last week. Ordered a small bbq pizza with chicken and onion on it. Little bit over 24 hours later I got home from work, had not eaten all day at work, no appetite. Went to bed early because something just felt off. Work up at around 2am and all that undigested onion from the pizza came right on up. Spent the next 48 hours with chills, bodyaches and throwing up the remnants of that onion. I don't want a coupon or any platitudes from management. You guys need to double check your food prep and cleanliness better. Never buying from Dominos again and definitely not using this store again.

Worst Dominos experience ive ever had. First delivery only had half my order. Second delivery was still missing an item. Essentially the delivery driver stole 2 sodas and a pasta. The third time i tried to call back to get the soda i paid for they just ignored my call.

I live less than a mile away. The tracker said the driver was one minute away. It has been 30-minutes. No pizza and no answer at the phone. Do not order from this location. I will going in on Friday to ask for a refund. Merry Christmas and happy holidays.

They never answer the phone. No matter the time and day, the phone will just ring and ring on and on.

Terrible! If I could leave negative stars I would. Why does it take 2hrs to get a delivery? Place an order yesterday took 1hr 43mins to receive the order. Received a "make it right"email for a free pizza now it's 1hr 57mins still no order. Either order pickup or order from another Domino's! Look at what time it is, the time of the "quality check" and the fact I still don't have my order at 9:48pm.

They delivered my food to the wrong address then after they made me a new order did not tell me it was delivered and left it on the floor of my front door and was covered with bugs

I guess this is how they REWARD their customers !!! This is supposed to the Stuffed pepperoni bread !!! Hmmm it’s terrible !!! Very disappointed and the location is NEVER consistent!!!

This dominoes will never get any of my money until they do away with the rude so-call shift manager! I have never been met with so much aggression and all I did was give my name on my order. I literally walked into this establishment, stood there for about 5 minutes watching employees walk around as if I wasn't there. Finally the young boxing the pizzas ask what I needed help with. I stated that I was there to pick up my order. I gave him my name, which he stated he didn't have it. At that moment, a rude employee, (I believe she was the shift manager, older white lady), over talked him and yelled it was a timed order. Which now I'm confused because I have no clue what that means and I'm baffled to why she said it with so much aggression. So now I'm trying to get an understanding to what she is saying while trying to explain the order was supposed to be ready by 5:30pm. However, the young man who took my order earlier that day, told me it should be ready by 5:20. Which by now it is 5:25pm. So basically my order wasn't ready... I sat at the table with my sister trying to figure out did I say something wrong. Long story short, this woman was rude, with no class or customer service etiquette. If I would have met her with same energy, then I would have been the "angry black woman" while she played victim...smh I ordered 16 pizzas & 2 Mac n cheese. This order was placed at the store before 11am Saturday morning 12/21/2024. I had notes to label each pizza box with the kind of pizza that was in it, which I had to remind them to do that. They couldn't even get that right! Not to mention not 1 person offered to help load them up. My order was not ready until almost 6pm, which should have been 5:30. It sad people act like this. If you don't like your job, then find another one. Preferably not in customer service.

I represent a large facility. Last nite we placed an order, the driver delivered to the wrong address. But when we called today for a refund, we were met with a belligerent employee, that "didn't appreciate the tone in my voice". However, the manager refused to talk to me but decided to use the belligerent employee to relay her messages of refusing our refund. " I don't know what he expects me to do about it, I wasn't on shift last night", I could hear the manager say in the background. S Ultimately, she only offered a discount on future purchases. I declined the offer and asked for my refund again (restating the events that led up to this) and the belligerent employee hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional Update: The delivery driver's text confirmed that she left our order on the steps of a closed business across the street. I paid for a service & a product, that I didn't receive. And this store refused to refund me on their mistake.

The picture of the pizza says enough. I ordered a pizza tonight after 9 pm and this is how it looks nothing perfecto about it ! Pretty disappointed!!!

This is the 3rd time on a Sunday I’ve ordered the exact same 2 one topping pizza’s with EXTRA sauce and LIGHT cheese and once again the same exact 1 worker with glasses always ignores my request and makes whatever he chooses to make. Today is the last time I will ever order from Dominos Pizza thanks to that 1 worker in particular for taking my hard earned money and playing mix and match. On a positive note, the food is always made in a timely manner.
