it's a quiet place the inside doesn't feel to welcoming it feels a bit run down, my supreme burrito was colder then me when I sleep alone in bed. it's usually empty. The staff are okay. the bathrooms are outside tho.

Ordered my food online. Got notification saying it was done at 12:11 and ready for pickup. Got to restaurant 12:18 and didn't receive food until 12:52. Food was okay but not worth the hassle.

The place is okay. Food is fine…did a few tries and doesn’t really perform. Orders usually out of whack also and not consistent. Has a phone for phone orders but can’t start or do the order until you arrive…never a true positive experience when coming here. There are many other chains to go to than this one for sure.

I got the asada nachos, and the flavor was okay. I got diarrhea from it so I wouldn't go again. My co-worker said that happened to her too.

Just went to get two tamales and they tasted old he meant was dry like it was made days ago and the masa was dry was not enjoyable it was hard feel like the entire tamale was made days ago

Went last night and when I first opened up my plate of food I saw an ugly black hair. It was a 15 min drive from my house so I didn’t want to drive back. Didn’t eat it because I was discussed by it. Today my husband heated up his leftovers and found another long black hair on his food. Clearly this was not an accident. I was so upset I called and asked to speak to a supervisor to ask him to please be more careful with staff and their hair. He was very polite and nice. Food is good but clearly needs staff with better morals because I can understand one hair in one plate but two different plates. I see that as an intentional act.

Went on my lunch to get food and I ordered 3 tacos and an horchata and I asked for plain with no cilantro and no onion. When I got back to work the tacos had everything on them. I called the place and Maira that took my order originally said bring the tacos back if you want them fixed and I stated that I’m on my lunch and can’t go back until 7pm and she said we can only give you the correct order if you bring the tacos. So I told Maira if she thought it was fair that I’m sitting here picking the onion out and cilantro. She still insisted that if I don’t bring the table they won’t refund me or give me the correct order. Maira made the mistake and now I pay for it. Disgusted with the customer service. Ext time pay attention Mayra people work and just wants peaceful lunch.

I use to love this place when I lived in the av..so it's usually our go to spot when visiting friends & family ... But after today I will never go back... Food taste nothing like it use to ..plus after eating most of the wet burrito something...I was chewing n something very hard was in the bite..I was assuming it was a piece of bone or something but no I was a piece of broken thick plastic & I Am extremely grossed out n I am really hoping I don't get sick or something from whatever germs are on that...it also hurt my tooth really bad... very disappointing n grossed out
