I order on February 15th,2026 on a Sunday night and my food was delicious, my brownies( packaged and refrigerated ones) were forgotten but my dasher went back to get them since he noticed an item was missing. My pizza was delicious, hot and cheesy and the barbecue wings cooked perfectly, such a chefs kiss😘 I ordered 6 items and got all 6, oh and my mountain due was good and cold and I got two containers of marinara for my pizza. This food lasted me over 3 to 4 days.
I recently visited the Little Caesars location in Decatur, Georgia (Store #03485-00008), and I would like to recognize Justin Jenkins for his outstanding professionalism and customer service. From the moment I walked in, he was courteous, attentive, and highly efficient. He handled my order with confidence and ensured that everything was accurate and prepared in a timely manner. What stood out most was his positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to create a great customer experience. It’s rare to encounter that level of service, and it truly made an impression on me. I actually reside in Macon, Georgia, nearly two hours away, but because of the exceptional service I received from Justin, I will absolutely make the drive again. Employees like him represent the brand extremely well and are a major reason customers return.

Always works for my husband and I when we need a fast, easy and inexpensive meal. Hot and ready pepperoni pizza’s are the best. Customer service at the Flatshoals location is friendly and pleasant.
I went here last week on a Friday. Usually, little Ceasars can be hit or miss. THIS ONE WAS A HIT.... LOOK AT THAT PIE... COOKED NICELY AND SO BEAUTIFUL. I have pizza Fridays every week with my toddlers and this little Ceasars location will definitely be my first choice from here out. The pizza was ready on time probably even earlier. It was hot. The person up front had a lot of customers but he was friendly and the customers didn't seem to mind because they were all in good spirits
The employees that work here deserve a raise. Someone ordered pizza had an attitude about it and was being rude, but the girl with the green lanyard and the girl with the red twists held their composure together. And continued running the store in a positive mood. My pizza was great and the customer service was phenomenal. Definitely has upgraded since last year.
Overall better than my previous Little Caesars experience at the Candler Road location. Pizza was made well, granddaughters enjoyed it, however the crazy bread still somewhat undercooked and doughy. And we decided to try the pepperoni crazy puffs, and nobody liked them.
Pizza lacked cheese, if you order anything exta most best, it supposed to have extra cheese. Little ceaser is better in Michigan. Everything in georgia sucks.
What is this why would yall sell these I waited 10mins just to get this of course I didn’t check the bag… never in my years have I ever come in a lil Ceasers establishment and order a bag of breadsticks an got disappointed till now…yall knew yall had these in the bag Imitating them for breadsticks… even had the paper wrapped up so it looks like they were actual regular breadsticks…and done sold me some damn flat bread everybody needs to be fired
The black girl with the blonde braids and glasses deserves a raise. She was juggling all the mishaps of her male counterparts mixing up pizzas, multiple irate customers, and STILL managed to keep it together. This location is pure chaos. Give the poor girl some help. And my pizza was sloppy.
Came here to get my lunch before class but the 2 girls working here rather laugh it up and kiss each other in the back than get my order right
Ordered 16 pizzas for my students at 11am and didn't get my pizzas til 12:10pm. They said it will take 30 mins. They had other customers that was waiting for over an hour for their pizzas as well. Some people canceled orders. Horrible service and communication.
Bought the slices and sticks pizza which I always get from another location. Decided to try Flat Shoals location and I wish I would have just driven a few more miles to Panola rd because why was the cheese on my pizza overcooked and dried out!!!!
No pizzas ready employees dancing and making a video while cashier recording and playing in their hair while recording. Was told there's are a 10 minute while they dancing where is the owner smh
Why doesn’t Little Caesars Pizza care about the brand? Why don’t the franchisees care about the quality? Why is no one taking any accountability?
do not come to this location and expect to see the pepperoni puffs done correctly. They skip the last step, every time, the second layer of cheese.. It’s supposed to be on top of the pepperoni. did they put the garlic butter on top? nope. Maybe they’re trying to save money, maybe the staff is too young to care.. either way, they’re losing customers. DO BETTER.
Do not eat from this spot. Unless u like raw food.You will be highly disappointed. The dough was uncooked, probably was in the oven for about 3 mins tops
I ordered a thin crush cheese and got a dried out, over cooked frisbee. They handed it to me nicely though.
First time at this location. Located on Flat Shoals Rd across from the Kroger shopping center, Wendy's, and The Spot sports bar. They were clean, and busy. Since I ordered from the app, I got to use the machine. The disappointment came when I opened the box and this is what my puffs looked like, (see pic) Not happy. 🤬 They cost $4, came in a big box and you can't combine flavors, of which they only have 2, cheese or pepperoni. They tasted ok but I could've kept my money and made them at home. They're not STUFFED with toppings. Just a couple pieces of pepperoni mainly on the top. It may be good for small kids. Don't waste your money. Check out my pic
Ordered pizza from 4920 Flatshoals Pkwy location quite a few times and the food And service has gotten very bad bad to the point that the pizza doesn't even look like a pizza or taste like one. I've gone to the locationTo pick up my pizzaAnd the store was closed during business hours and come to find out that they were two young men working that day and they close the store lock the door and turn out the light and will hiding in the dark peeping and running around to see if anyone and when people were knocking at the door so I didn't get no pizza that day no one did but I did go back today for some pizza and I got it I want to see what it looks like Oh I'll show youThe cheese is slid off of the dough.
These people need to be fired! I'm from New York and this is very insulting! Do not order here! It lacks dedication! This not how Detroit Pizza is made! I swear people in Atlanta that works, lacks quality I see.
I am beyond disgusted and disappointed at this location. I came in here at 9:30pm to order and the two girls in here ignored me while one was standing around eating the free cookies. The other girl began taking my order very rudely and then they just had me waiting over 30mins for 2 pies. She then tries to hand me 1 pie and i reminded her that I ordered 2 which led me to wait another 15 mins. The cashier then took another order and yelled out that that would be the last order for the night meanwhile the site says they close at 11pm but she insisted on locking the doors anyways. When someone asked for the manager she replied that she was the manager and walked away. I will not be returning to this location. The employees are young and don’t care about customer service.
They continually BURN your pizza!!! I have complained about this issue several times. Last night I ordered online for 9:30 pick up. I got to the store early and was told they will put them in the oven now since I was early. The guy brought my 3 pizzas out to my car, and since the boxes felt hot I didn't check to make sure they were correct. When I got them home and opened the box, 2 of the 3 pizzas were burnt. And I have been trying to call the store and they are not answering. I will be there tomorrow for my refund.
