The Casino is fun and the employees are great. The food in the Clubhouse Deli leavea a lot to be desired, too bad.

Loving the renovations! It’s been a few years since I’ve been inside. We usually hit up the waterfall pool during the summer. But we came today because I heard of a new dim sum place that opened up, and the place was unrecognizable, and very pretty! We loved the dim sum place btw. It’s called Nom Wah, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Food was really fresh.

One of the employee named Tim, who works at the rewards center, is giving me a such a kind service with polite greetings, most others never to do so, every time I visited. Also, he is the only one told me that I have comps for 2 free buffet, which I never know to use it. That was very surprised me that time. He threw me a positive energy by him saying “good luck and win big” every time I visited. That makes me happy!! He is a such a great person to talk to, nice tone of voice with gentle words. I think he makes Rampart casino brighter and feels comfortable and positive

Great locals casino. The food options just got better with a new food hall. They improved their sports book. Great looking place, inside or out. Small table game area. Many food specials on web site. Clean, and vibrant.

Yes, it is very very nice. Beautiful on the inside. I love it. The food is great. The waitress and waiters are good. Excellent neat and clean professional upscale restaurant to eat. It’s like the president Palace to me on the inside. Check it out for yourself.

Love Rampart Casino. Great Hotel, service is phenomenal. I never wish for anything. We moved away 14 years ago. I love going back. Miss it when I'm away. Can't wait to go back.

This definitely seems like a seniors hotspot.And I love the senior crowd they expectquality and that what the Rampart offers. We visited for the buffet the food was amazing and so clean. Wait staff was great also

Great customer service experience at AI Pazzi restaurant adding to the excellent tasting dinner. William, Meka, and Ary made our dining experience very pleasant. They were very catering, caring, and insightful when it came to menu recommendations and service provided. Their team was prompt to our needs, checking in on us periodically, topping off drinks and reading the table, not interrupting with questions when mouths were busy chewing. Very pleasant and inviting group of service personnel. They also were genuinely curious, inviting our feedback on the quality and taste of our meal, drinks, and experience, truly defining exceptional guest services. Thank you William, Meka, and Ary. I think this is a hidden gym in Las Vegas ! This place is awesome since 1999! Awesome customer service! Free parking and great prices on drinks plus so many dining choices ! I love everything about this place ! The employees and the upper management are great ! I have been a patron of this casino since 1999 and I think they the best in Vegas !

Great buffet, not to expensive, great service, off strip, easy to go to, good parking. Food is very good. Not as many choices as others, like the Wynn buffet, but they have a good selection. Easy to get in, no crazy lines or wait. Lots of deserts, definitely get some gelato. Staff was good and attentive.

Where locals go for gambling in Summerlin. They also have great seafood options. Try Pearls Oyster and Crudo Bar. This a retreat from the busy strip.

Stopped here to dine and play. Lots of parking in the garage or outdoors. Handicap parking and access are available. Air quality is good. Interior is neat and clean. We had lunch at their buffet. There was minimal wait. The hostess and personnel were very friendly and accomodating. Our server came around several times to fill our drinks and take away the empty dishes. The selections were international. We tried a little bit of everything and all delish. There were a lot more slot machines since the last time. Restrooms were neat and clean.

Adjacent to the JW Marriott in Summerlin, Spiedini's Italian Restaurante is a great dining experience at reasonable prices. From Chopped Salads to Osso Bucco, Calamari, or a Meatball Appetizer, served in a classic upbeat Art Deco Dining Room. New Hawthorne Grille, new Market Buffet, new Asian Fusion Restaurant named Jade. The Promanade coffee shop is enclosed in Glass to null out casino noise a cigarette smoke. New sports book with an Clubhouse Sandwich Shop. Tables games craps with 10X odds. Blackjack games with doubling on splits. Lots of new slots with improved lighting in main gaming area. The parking garage capacity has been increased by 50%.

Visited the casino, nice easy layout and had breakfast at the promenade cafe. Staff were excellent. Had a great breakfast, deuces wild $8.99 and a hot Tea. Pancakes were fab. Friend had pancakes with blueberries they were massive and delicious. All too much came away way too full but a good start to the day. Thumbs up!

The place is usually full by the look of it, especially Friday thru the weekend. Masses of people gambling - hopefully not their paychecks away. Several different restaurants, depending on choice and prices. The hotel and rooms are very good, away from the Hussel and Bussel, so quiet. The grounds are fantastic, and spectacular views towards the mountains.

This casino is connected to a very nice, Marriott hotel. The casino actually has two floors. Smoking and non-smoking. The casino areas are pretty typical. To my surprise was the buffet. Yes sir, one of the few buffets still serving in this town. Dinner only. They have three different theme nights. Buffet runs $20 to $30 depending on the night. If you haven't been here at all or if you haven't been here for a while, it certainly worth a stop.

This is for the buffet only although I think the grounds are relaxing and beautiful. The buffet... I mean ..post pandemic it's very hard to find an affordable buffet 😕.. everything in our World has changed. Honestly do I think this place is worth $30? I do not but when compared to what else is around and what $30 gets you then ok it probably is worth $30... although pre-covid I think it's worth $18. I've been here twice. Once for brunch which I don't recommend for the price.. it was a pretty hard no for me.. nothing was particularly tasty or fresh. Lastnight I went for dinner.. the Prime Rib dinner. I have a question meat cutting lady...why can you give me 2 thin slivers of what really seems more like roast beef than one slightly thicker piece which would make it actually more like Prime Rib? I think I'll ponder that question forever as she refused to give me a slightly thicker piece which was very disappointing as I was craving a Prime Rib. They also have pork ribs so I grabbed some of those but they use some sort of seasoning that I didn't enjoy , a piece of fried chicken..nothing exciting, a piece of cod , some mashed potatoes that were fairly decent for a buffet but the best thing I had yesterday were their glazed carrots. I was so so so disappointed to learn they only have creme brulee on Saturdays and Lastnight was Friday. The bread pudding was ok but didn't fill the void of creme brulee. You are most likely wondering why I still gave the place 4 stars when I left disappointed without being able to fill my cravings of Prime Rib and Creme Brulee... it's probably closer to 3 stars but they have great service , everything is clean and new, and the realist reason is $30 just doesn't get you much anymore. So lower your expectations and head on over if you're in the area.

THEY HAVE TWO DECK HAND SHUFFLED BLACK JACK $10 TABLES!!! Dealers are pleasant and polite not rude and self absorbed. Food is good to very good. As far as I could tell it's owned by JW Marriott Hotels and not some greedy casino chain.

Nice clean rooms friendly staff one thing got me weird out was I seen the valet guys chilling inside the cars they need to build them either a lil shack or something room service menu was lil over price but I. Overall nice place I would stay again I wish the showers had more pressure mainly the rain one

My wife likes this casino. She's been lucky there, even though we don't gamble much. She also enjoys the Zen walk. She likes the small waterfall, the koi fish, the food, and the atmosphere. The restaurant food is delicious, the parking is convenient, and the staff are friendly. It's less crowded than the Strip, which is great, and best of all, the parking is free!!

Your typical local casino😊. A place away from the hustle and bustle strip. Nice place for locals.

I haven't been to Vegas for many, many years, but slot machines have totally lost their appeal by being electronic. No excitement of coins pouring out, no buckets to carry around, no longer fun. As for the rest if the casino... being a non smoker it is pretty difficult for me to sit in for any length of time. I can hardly tolerate walking through. Seems like casinos over all could do a better job of cleaning the air at the very least. As for the buffet... the dessert bar was delicious, the salad bar was decent, but the rest was mediocre at best. The $8.99 lunch price (with players card) was worth it, but I wouldn't have paid anymore.

The casino is smoky, but otherwise pleasant. However, the staff - especially the servers and bartenders - seem to enjoy complaining to each other about their workplace within earshot of the patrons. Additionally, a server spent several minutes on her cell phone with the speakerphone blaring so they everyone in the bar area could hear the entirety of her conversation. Doesn’t this establishment have a break room for staff?

The place is beautiful and very clean. Everything is nice here. But the slot machines are very tight for us. I have visited 5 times now and have gotten beat down every time. But that’s gambling for you.

Earl Grey Cafe, the floor filthy. Table base very nasty. Food, eggs ask for overeasy end up overhard, Calamari overcooked dark, chairs has food crumbs they want us to sit on it. Food overpriced other places we paid half with similar menu. Not recommended to dine here.

Are the house cleaners on strike? The casino is filthy - chairs in the middle of the aisle, ash trays FULL of old cigarettes, bathrooms never have paper towels. For non-smokers, a loaded ash tray of someone else’s cigarettes that they were sucking on is disgusting. At 2am it looks like a hurricane hit the place and also it STINKS like a homeless camp. Rampart, please do better

Uggg… horrible smoky dirty air. The hotel really is in need of renovation and a modernization of the ventilation systems. Cool to see a cigarette vending machine. The restaurants are often closed so that was something to consider.

Old Casino that caters to seniors. I ate in the cafe today which was overpriced for what they served. I walked through the buffet but did not eat there. The food at best looked mediocre and the price has doubled over the years. The casino is located not far from a large senior community and I felt like I was walking through an old age home when I walked through the gaming area.

the buffet and property itself are nice and the courtyard is nice too. but I got harassed in the sports book for no reason when I was waiting to bet on baseball games to start,. they kicked me out of the sports book and tried to watch my computer screen and say im doing something wrong which is funny . turns out they were harassing me because of an online hate group which is absolutely egregious. I really feel violated by the security in the sports book and I could understand why they would be afraid of being on camera. because they took an oath not to speak about what they are doing and now they told me about it, and that carries consequences which they are well aware of.

This is downstairs from our hotel room. We walked through it as fast as we could. The smoke is hard for us to breathe. Maybe we'll go through we gas make next time so we can look around a little more.

Rampart Casino is small and while there are a lot of games for a casino of its size, there are only a handful of high limit slots that are low in volatility. No old school Pinball or Double Diamond. Majority of the new Link and Aristocrat games which are extremely high in volatility. Dealers for table games seemed inexperienced. The positive is the table game minimums are reasonable. I didn't see any high limit area for table games. The casino floor is smokey and musty. They should invest in a new HVAC system that helps purify the air. There is a small no smoking area for gaming, but it has a very limited selection of games and is directly open to the casino floor. Everything feels grimy and not deep cleaned. Lots of lint bunnies hopping around the casino floors. They definitely need to do a thorough cleaning of the gaming floor more often. Floor service is slow. No video blackjack at the bar areas. Dining options were not exciting. Had a whale session and when asked for a host was told no one was working... This was on a Friday night??! The casino also doesn't offer status or tier matching. This casino seems like an option for locals who want to gamble a little bit and get some free drinks.

Highly misogynistic head of security. I personally wouldn’t suggest going to the security team as a woman if you need help. Buffett here is great but can’t see past the lack of reasonable safety support to comment on that.

The Rampart use to be a good casino for locals food was ok. Casino was great you could earn points and so on but now it’s a joke they changed amount of points you earn we use to drop about 500 a week on slots get a lot of points but now you instead of thousands you get hundreds.We use to get superbowl party ticketes for 3years strait now all of a sudden we cannot get tickets I wonder how people are able to get tickets for 5 6 people but yet none for the players that play slots go someplace else that will treat you better even food now sucks
