Fantastic food, has the pasta bolognese. Handmade pasta, sauce tasted amazing. Has to lick the bowl clean. The chefs know what they’re doing. Definitely go here. So so so good.

Exceptional dining experience. Reservations made through OpenTable and we were promptly seated. The ambiance is very nice and the aroma from the kitchen adds to the experience. Our server was Rob and he was very attentive, superb job. For my meal I had salmon with spinach linguine and marinara sauce. The salmon was done perfectly and the pasta was the best I have ever had. Everyone else enjoyed their meals immensely. With 1 glass of wine, an appetizer and dessert, the meal came to about $75.00 per person. If this is within your budget, Milano is definitely a restaurant you should try. It is now my favorite Italian restaurant in the Capital Saratoga Region.

We were first timers. My boyfriend and I both loved our meals. I liked the extensive wine list and our server, Corey, was excellent. We will definitely be returning for another date night very soon. Thank you!

This is probably the best restaurant I've visited in the Capital Region. The service is great (except the first time I went and the older waitress was a little dismissive, but the second time with someone else was GREAT), the food is fantastic and being able to watch the chef's in action is a nice touch. I'd suggest that they work on a more diverse cocktail menu.

You can taste the quality in every ingredient. Food was excellent. The homemade Caesar dressing is wonderful. A fine wine and always chocolate flour less cake for dessert.

Simply amazing. Fresh. I would have been happy with the wine, the bread and the fresh basil olive oil dip. The burrata was delicious. The salad very fresh. Veal piccata very flavorful. The Fusilli Milano was amazing. The fresh made pasta was perfect and the combination of flavors was incredible. And don't miss the Olive Oil Cake. We had to try it and it did not disappoint. Trust me, try it. And the service from Andre was excellent.

On the noisy side but superb food. Veal scallopini & bruschetta were superb. Good wine selection. Excellent service. Come hungry!

Just had lunch with my son Andrew at Milano's and it was great as always. We shared a pizza and we had some ice tea. Cindy, out waitress was friendly and very attentive. The bill for lunch was $21 for the two of us. Pizza is great and service was just as good. There was a large lunch crowd, but we did not make reservations. Dinner is always great and now so is lunch. Go enjoy Milano's.

Milano Restaurant is a gem. The customer service is impeccable and the food is delicious. I've been a repeating consumer and ordered multiple entrées and all have been delicious. Their bar has a wide range of products and the cocktails are great.

Had dinner here tonight. Was absolutely delicious. I had the Murray chicken with roasted potatoes and multicolored carrots with roasted peppers..onions shallots and more. My friend had the seafood linguini meal with mussels, clams, scallops shrimp olives and more. Both meals were exceptional!

This is such a great restaurant. It is so welcome with all the fast food, chain restaurants in the area. They have good craft cocktails, seasonal dishes, and everything is fresh. The bread and olive oil starter are delicious and they have a good loyalty program. The prices are worth it and if you go during the summer they have a nice outdoor section. Great for outdoor dining during this current pandemic crisis.

Hadn't eaten at Milano since the 1990's. The fact that all this time later they're still in business made me eager to try them again. I'm so glad I did. The food was so delicious. The service was excellent. They've maintained their excellence over all these years.

Had an amazing meal the other day - the Halibut special. It was by far the best prepared halibut I have ever had, including on trips to Alaska. Everything else was top notch. Thanks for a pleasant surprise chefs!

This was the 3rd time I had dinner at Milano. So it is no fluke or just a good day. The food and service is consistently top notch. Everyone in pir party ordered a different dish and everyone delicious and beautiful. Even the Margaritta Pizza!!!! Perfection! Nice atmosphere, highly reccomend!

Best Italian restaurant in the Capital Region. When we're in town, we always have dinner at Milano. Everything is made in-house, and they usually have an exceptional fish special. Their standard salmon with white beans is to die for! Wood-fired pizza, too. They have a lovely patio, and a very lively little bar. Excellent cocktails.

Had dinner last Saturday night outdoors. The atmosphere was so nice. We started the evening with excellent drinks and an appetizer. My husband and I had the nightly specials that were outstanding!!! We are so fortunate to have such a lovely restaurant in our community that serves such complex courses. You would have to drive a distance to experience this dining pleasure. The staff is all amazing, from the host to our waitress. They do all they can to make your meal special. Thank you and we will be seeing you soon.

Was in the area on a Saturday night and stopped in for dinner with my wife. It was just what we were looking for. Great vibe for a romantic dinner. We know Italian cuisine and the food was excellent. Our bartender Miriam was wonderful: great personality and a smile to match. She really enhanced our dining experience. Would highly recommend Milano!

I had the pleasure of dining at Milano and was completely blown away. The food was absolutely amazing. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care and quality ingredients. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The atmosphere was cozy yet elegant, and the staff was welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. It’s rare to find a place where everything just clicks, but Milano truly delivered. Whether you’re going for a casual night out or a special occasion, I highly recommend Milano. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

An Albany gem! Or Loudonville actually :) I've been dining here every week, for the last six months. Milano is always happening, has a great bar that always has people chatting away, nice crowd of people who are interesting to talk to. Thursday nights are always bumping, with a more hip crowd. The management is very attentive. The GM is always there to greet, check on you, and I see her working, bringing out food, and taking the time to get to know each guest. The wait staff is excellent. Marissa is simply the best. If I miss a week she notices! And the bartender is amazing, a real talent, totally staying on top of the bar at all times, with her drinks creative and delightful. I brought the my team from my office and they did not want to leave. I personally love the burrata for a starter and then the salmon, but the best is their pizza and bread. They have a great pizza oven and their Margarita pizza is to die for. I order an extra and take it home! Their chef's fish specials are really good ,as well as their pasta choices.

The food was delicious and flavorful. The ambiance was great and the food came out pretty quick. The waitress was very nice. But they took Mafaldine Costola Corta from the menu recently, so sad. I hope they have this item back to the menu again.

Anyone that gives this place less than 4 stars needs a mental health competency exam. The Food is always excellent, the ingredients the freshest and the open concept of the kitchen area makes it feel homey. If your paying attention to the Chefs personal conversations you get what your asking for. I found both chefs very engaging and genuinely dedicated to their work. I had buccatini, the Mrs. Chix marsala. We split a bruchetta that was out of this world. Cheese cakes for dessert and a couple of Irish coffees. I would go out of my way to eat here. Prices are comparable. It's interesting that the kind of people that complain about prices here feel comfortable spending $18 on chix wings in a bar. Kinda speaks for itself.

First meal out since quarantine began 5 months ago! Great food, friendly service but let's be honest just getting out and about at this point is going to be 5 stars. The food was delicious though and with outdoor seating you can still feel comfortable and safe with all this craziness about.

Food was very good, veal piccata, and my potential customer had the chicken parm. Place was packed on Tuesday night. Unfortunately they seemed to be shorthanded on waitresses, so things took some time for dessert and coffee orders.

Not bad, but my pasta was all stuck together, and it was extremely hard to hear the person across the table from me. I'd go again, but probably on a different night when it was less busy.

I decided on the citrus roasted duck, and it was phenomenal! One of the best duck dishes I have ever had in the capital district! The ambiance was just okay. Met a couple of friends for dinner. Service was excellent. Food was good. I had the chicken saltimbocca which was good but burned around the edges. The brocollini and potatoes were cooler than room temp. Still very good but it may be because they were busy.

Nice atmosphere and a good menu with something for everyone. Thet have a nice patio for outdoor seating. The beer menu is lacking. Service was pretty good but could've been faster since they werent busy. Pizza was good but pasta was hard/al dente. The bread and oil were the best part of the meal.

My wife and I had lunch here. Although the lunch menu isn’t very big, what we had was really good. The Kilcoyne farm burger and the chicken quesadillas. The burger was cooked perfectly and the service was excellent. The meal with two drink cost $55 tip included. I only gave 4 stars though because I wish there was more to offer on the menu. Other than that it was great.

I would give 5 stars but I’ll give 3 due to the fact me and my husband felt treated differently we asked to be place at one of the bigger tables like where the other couples where seated we was told no because it was reserved for a bigger party which was untrue . Other couples of 2 came in an was seated in those spots we asked for which I didn’t understand cause it’s the same amount 2 and 2 so why place us at the smallest table in the middle of the room . And there was so many of those tables open . I don’t ever discuss race but I gotta call it like how I see it . Besides that our waitress was a sweet person didn’t have no issue with her & food was good.

First experience here. Ordered takeout. Had to call two times as was on hold both times. Priced too high for what was provided. Cup of soup container was half full. Caesar salad was size of small dinner salad. Croutons like stuffing cubes. The two dinners were packed in small containers. They were flavorful. Bread was good. No butter but oil was flavorful.

L
Leslie Becher

Nice upscale Mediterranean Italian based menu with American standards like Cobb Salad and a burger choice. Lady lunch vibe not a great kid place. Parking is lot parking in Newton Plaza. Outdoor tables in nice weather. Prices on the higher side. But overall a very good lunch experience.

E

Maybe I went on an off night. Food was good, but not exceptional, and for the prices they're charging, it should be above par. Service wasn't horrendous but wasn't great.. My Mother and I ordered the same thing, our dishes were both luke warm and the chicken was dry, my Brother's dish was delicious. I asked the waitress to just make one dish fresh and we would split it ( we had both eaten maybe a third of the dry chicken.. had also waited almost an hour to eat). New dish came out in 15 minutes and was very good, not worth $30 but good. We still got charged for 2 dishes instead of one. Didnt feel like causing a scene so I let it go but nonetheless. Our drinks were only refilled once and we were never asked if.we wanted coffee or dessert. Don't think I'd go back

S
Samantha Mayo

The staff was very kind and are doing exceptional when it comes to the CDc regulations. However, the food I had was not good. I had chicken and it was greasy and bland. The waitress asked if I wanted something else I ordered the barrata. The arugula tasted like it was covered in table salt. I also dont think the value for money is there. With these two meals compensated on my check the bill was still $90. I have seen mixed reviews. Dont let my review decide if you go or not. For all I know, they could have been having a rough night in the kitchen.

F
Frank Rugg

Potentially an excellent dish, "pasta simple", wonderful flavor, portion fine, color, balance fine. You got 85% there. For heavier pasta, kept cold for potion control, it needs to be hot, well cooked, not dry from refrigeration, but still firm. That almost ruined the dish. Onions and tomatoes saute made it delicious, though some tomatoes were cold. You tear basil when needed not cut in advance so some was blackened or bitter. Platting was careless. Excellent old vine zin. Service terribly slow due to short staff.

M
Michelle Place

You definitely pay for the look as opposed to the food. It was good but not for the prices. Service was good. My biggest complaint is that no one acknowledged me when I walked in the door. I was meeting a party for lunch and was unsure of where they were seated. I stood there for 7 minutes, blatenly ignored by staff, and ended up just walking through until I found who I was looking for.

J
Jessica Murray

I've been here before and had a better experience, so maybe they just had an off night. Our food was good, things took a while to come out but no big deal. I think the strange thing was that we had empty wine glasses and no bread for quite a while. To get these things we had to get the attention of someone. So, ultimately, not a big deal but just not the experience I've had before. My martini was excellent.

R
Richard Langer

It’s just not the same. We used to go there for dinner twice a month. The last couple of times it was not up to par. We decided to give it another try tonight. For a Saturday night it was not crowded. I ordered the burrata salad and it was good. I had a pizza that was cold. My wife’s calamari was rubbery. We were disappointed.

A
Amy Van Wie

The service in the atmosphere are great but some of the dishes we had were just okay.

H

The pizza taste like frozen pizza from Whole Foods not that Italian. The dough taste like prepackaged not hand made. The pasta is pretty good a lot of toppings and the seafood are really fresh.

D
Dave Haman

Must have been my mood. I was not impressed with this upscale eatery. Reservation was for 5. Oysters on the menu. We ordered a dozen, when they came to the table, they didn't have enough. We had to split 6 great white and 6 others. How did they run out at 5pm. They should not have been on the menu. Not a good start.

Y
Yolanda D'Avanzo

Our first time here. We had a celebration dinner for my daughter and son about 21 of us went. Service was ok. But I wasn't pleased with food. I got the filet, green beans were cold and I got made 2 small potatoes. Not enough food for the price. I was not happy at all. Very disappointed !

M
Mark Boucher

We came for their Valentine's day menu. Pros Steak was excellent Risotto was great Cheesecake was light and good. Margherita tasted like it was pretty heavy on the alcohol. Cons: Our big complaint was they had menu items we were looking forward to and they were out of stock on them. The waitress took the order of a party who was seated after us. Then told us they were out of some items. The party that was seated after us ended up ordering the last of it Waitress never came back to refill drinks. Creme Brulee was overcooked and burnt.

John P
John P

Great food, terrible service. Waiter came to the table once to take the order, then to drop the check off. $18 glass of wine was put in a dirty (smelly) glass. Experience was not good overall, but food quality was excellent, but considering overall, way too expensive.

M
Mark Wells

Less than satisfied. Order a med rare filet. Came out barely rare. Gf ordered wine with her meal. The server Lindsey, decided to not bother ordering it from the bar. The gnocchi tasted like it had been sitting under a heatlamp all day. Cold mashed potatoes. Bread wasn't brought out till after the apps showed up. Needless to say, for the price, it wasn't worth it.

H
Hersh Kumar

Sautéed calamari and oysters were great appetizers. However, pizza and chicken parm was not very flavorful. Took a while to get our meals as well.

J
James Paulsen

Really good food. Really lousy service. We waited for an hour before our meal came out. During that time, our waitress didn't check on us once to see if we needed another drink. The table next to us, which had a different server, was checked on ten times to our one.

C
Cameron Family

Tried Milan out last night. Left unimpressed and borderline disappointed. Server was not very nice, almost seemed annoyed when asked anything. She was quick and unwelcoming. We had 7 folks in the party and they brought enough bread for 5. We asked for more and were told it was in the oven five times between 715 and 830. We never got any. Had to ask for water over and over and waited for that too. We asked for Our wine to be refilled about 30 min in and it wasn’t actually brought to us until the very end. Food was over priced. Basically $30 a head for pasta, $11 for a Caesar salad added to a $27 duck dish... so little to no value. Overall we’d give it a D+ and likely won’t be back.

J
Jack Casey

The food was good, the service good, but the dining experience was horrible, surreal. Milano's has a filthy, bearded, earringed, backwards-baseball-cap-wearing kitchen boy behind the counter in their open kitchen who insists on being noticed by slamming pizza pans so loud it interrupts conversations and triggers PTSD. I complained to the hostess and asked for the GM, but the GM had already left at 7:15. The hostess acted scared of this lowlife and never said anything to him, and as the greasy slob continued to slam the pizza pans he constantly glared at us, taking pleasure in ruining our dinner -- $145 with tip for two. He probably got fired from Five Guys next door and Milano's took pity. Any restaurant who would hire such a loser -- and keep him! -- does not deserve anyone's patronage. We won't be back EVER.

P

Visited 7/22/21. Arrived 30 mins. early to meet friends for a drink at the bar. There was no room at the bar (that's good for the restaurant) but bartender was not keeping an eye for any persons standing and waiting for a drink, so we waited and waited. Saw a 4-top empty outside and host indicated that was our table. We asked if we could take our drinks from the bar ourselves and sit at the table since bar was crowded.. was told NO. Huh? Bartender lady was kind of curt when we finally said "excuse me", so we skipped the drinks at the bar. Finally seated at 740pm. Great wait person KAYLA! Ordered a Gavi. My linguini with clam sauce was way too al dente, waitress offered to fix that... that sort worked but not happy with meal. 3 others in the party also had pasta bit al dente with some shrimp not cooked properly. We had been to Milanos prior to the Pandemic and greatly enjoyed our visit. Cannot say the same for this visit. Drove down from Saratoga, was not worth the trip.

S
Sylvia B

Nice atmosphere but I'm so surprised to see how many people come here to eat this level of quality food. I ordered the special pasta that had shrimp, crab, spinach (which I swapped with arugula), wine sauce, linguine. Everything was wrong. Shrimp and crab overcooked, hence rubbery. The linguine was a disaster. My husband's squid ink linguine came out all clumped up together and when we asked about it, the waitress said it was like that because the pasta is home made and they tend to clump together but should be all cooked. I do enjoy a good al dente pasta but the issue was beyond the time of boiling the pasta. The pasta had no elasticity and kept breaking into crumbs and the texture was absolutely off. (I say too much egg and not enough gluten) Just because it's homemade doesn't mean it also tastes good. We had honey glazed pork belly and that also was rubbery and tasted bland. I truly am confused what the appeal is to see so many people there that night but I guess Albany doesn't have much options.

C
Chantel Zarek

We've gone to Milano many times and always had a great experience. We were really surprised and disappointed with tonight's experience. We placed our order and our server brought out our bread within a few minutes. We were shocked when our entrees were brought to the table after taking one bite of bread. We literally received our entrees within 5 minutes of placing our order. The veal piccata was soggy and both meals were warm-ish as well as their portions being much smaller. We aren't sure if they converted to microwave cooking or if these were dishes rejected from another table. But we were really disappointed that they would serve this at a restaurant that has always been higher quality. We hope it was just a really off night but not sure if we would be willing to go back after this.

M
Michele

Hostess was nasty, would not change our table under any circumstances(I did not care for the location she chose). Waitresss was lovely, but the food was not good, I ate 5 bites, but no one seemed to question my appetite. The cook staff are too close to have an open conversation between themselves. Wait staff were lovely.

E
Erique Duke

Starting off with an old fashioned that was very very bitter and dry. Next up was some great calamari. For the main course, a perfect swordfish ! One of the best presentations and well prepared plates I've had in a long time. Unfortunately the linguine was very very underwhelming. The green noodles did not look appealing and did not have a good supporting array of flavors.

M
Michael O'Higgins

Their pizza isn’t what it used to be. We’ve been taking out Milano’s pizza for over 30 years. Tonight was the first time that we’ve been disappointed. The problem is that the crust was too thick & too dry. We hope that they fix it soon. MBOH

Am a long time customer but have been very disappointed with most recent dining experiences. Service is very slow. Took almost a half hour to receive cocktails, Every one of our six dinners was served lukewarm like they had been sitting around for a while. Always enjoyed dining here but guess it is time to move on.

C
Casandra Venditti

We went there for Valentine’s Day and we’re not expecting to have a valentines only menu. It was m a fixed piece for a appetizer, main dish, and dessert. Which isn’t bad for a high class restaurant, but no where did they say we were not going to have the normal menu. I picked it specifically because the menu had a good variety. The waitress was also rude and shocked/mad/judgmental when we said we only wanted waters. Just rude and a mess. I understand it was Valentine’s Day but the place wasn’t packed. The entrees were good, but desserts and appetizers were not good. Must have different management.

L
Lisa Sindoni

A group of us made reservations for valentines day. Our table was ready and we were seated immediately. The tables are very close together without much room to get through and it made it very loud. Our server was very scattered and seemed overwhelmed. They had a special menu to order from each person selected an appetizer, main course and dessert. Overall the flavor was just not there in any of the dishes and servings were extremely small. There are many good restaurants in the capital district, unfortunately this isn't one of them.

Food was very good. Portion size was just ok. Problem was the $4 slit charge because my wife and I shared their large saled, which was super small for a total of $19 for that saled. My wife and I eat out 8-10 times per month at all different places and I have never heard of that before. First time there and because they didn't offer a side saled with the meal or for a fee we thought that a large one was to big for both of us to get separate ones, so we decided to slit it. Not being petty over $4, just the fact that we payed for it why would they care if my wife eats it or I eat it. I would understand a plate charge if it was a buffet or something, but it's not.

Bread was right out of the refrigerator, it was so cold. Burrito salad was very bland. Needed salt or EVOO...something. I've always had it served to me warm, this was cold and broken open. Chicken parm was off....Received about 1/8 cup of pasta under the chicken breast, so little of a portion you couldn't see the pasta. Nothing special and chicken parm was bland also. Tables were so close together, people next to us felt as if they were sitting with us ! Not going back, so dissapointed for a $160.00 dinner.

This used to be our favorite Italian restaurant in the area. We just visited last week with out of town friends & it was very disappointing...the usual pizza with meatballs was very oily and never usually is & the veal/eggplant was extremely salty. The following Monday I called to let the Manager to let him know about our disappointing experience. I spoke with the Asst Manager who promised I would hear back from the Manager. It's a week later and no phone call back. I guess you really don't care about losing a regular customer! I don't know if your regular chef was off for the night or no longer works there. Waited 1.5 hours and only received our appetizer. Eventually took the main course to go. And the to-go food was wrong. “Fining dining” that’s really an Apple Bees experience. Boring and over priced visit.

Very poor service. Food was average but made less enjoyable by the fact that our table was ignored. Brought friends that had never been and were embarrassed by experience. We even let the hostess know that our server had yet to come to our table but service did not improve. Wont be back.

The service was good. The special ravioli “butternut squash ravioli”, were flavorless and swimming in water with raw greens. The pasta with the chicken parm was gummy and I was told it was very aldenta. Our first time at Milano, and our last. Food was really bad! If the chef can’t cook pasta at an Italian restaurant. Something’s wrong. Don’t waste your money

Went to Milanos for the fist time today and won’t be going back again. We eat out a couple of times a week, for years, and this was some of the worst service I ever encountered. Ordered a large pizza and saw it sit on the counter getting cold because our server was MIA. I was thinking of walking over and taking it myself, but I flagged the other server down before it came to that. Same thing happened when I tried to get the check. I could see if they were busy and understaffed, but they weren’t. The “large” pizza was nothing to write home about. We left there hungry and wishing we ate at the burger place a few doors down.

I placed a Doordash order for two salads last night and the driver left them outside instead of in my hall like the notes stated and they were stolen. That was no fault of Milano of course but since they were closed by the time my food was delivered, I had to take a refund last night instead of redelivery. Since I’m very pregnant and have been dreaming of a grilled chicken salad from here, I reordered today. Now they don’t have any salads on their menu with grilled chicken and Doordash didn’t give me the option to add it on so I asked for the anchovies on the Caesar salad to be subbed for chicken. Last night this was no problem and they delivered the salads I wasn’t able to eat with chicken. Today after my reorder and having the restaurant confirm the order, I got a phone call that they couldn’t put any chicken because Doordash wouldn’t let them charge extra. $5 extra per salad. I asked if a smaller portion of chicken could be used instead as a substitute for the anchovies but I could either receive the salads with no protein or they would cancel the order. I wasn’t paying $50 for two bowls of lettuce, cheese, croutons and dressing so it was canceled. It was an overall bad experience and I’m disappointed. I won’t bother attempting to eat there again.

I have been eating at Milano's since 2000 and considered it to be a top local restaurant until recently. I always used to order the risotto special if offered until it became a non-risotto that they continued to call risotto. The rice was firm and chewy; almost crunchy. I made the same mistake another time and resolved never to order the risotto again. I had dinner last night and ordered the seafood pasta special with dried tomatoes. The dish arrived smothered in a heavy intense red sauce that rendered it inedible. I was shocked a rejected it. I ordered the spaghetti with clams on the standard menu as a replacement. The clams were chewy, the pasta was overdone and the dish was waterlogged. I chose to eat it. It used to be very well prepared. My wife ordered a veal dish that she always used to enjoy. The recipe has been altered and she did not enjoy it as in the past. Also, I had the soft shell crab appetizer, which was delicious but far too rich. After 18 years, I won't be returning to Milano's and will no longer recommend it to others. It is a great disappointment.

I was extremely disappointed with my dinner tonight at Milanos from the minute I entered. I made reservations on line. The choices for seating were bar, high top, or standard. I chose standard. When we arrived I informed the hostess we had reservations. Where does she seat us? A high top at the bar -- specifically where I asked not to be seated. When I told her our reservation was for standard seating, she rolled her eyes and seated us in the requested area. Then we ordered our wine and food. Out came soft focaccia, resembling drenched white bread. I prefer a real Italian crusty bread. And our waitress forgot our drinks and needed to be reminded way after our salads came out. My dish, the scallop puttanesca was sub par. I've had puttanesca pasta in many restaurants and this was definitely the worse. Very heavy on the cheese or cream and no detectable anchovies. The scallops were over cooked. My husbands linguini clams were just okay. The best part of the meal was the garlic spinach (not on the menu, but I requested if I could get a veggie). Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We dined here last night and had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had in the Capital Region. We sat and ordered a drink to start; my dirty martini came (with no olives) and was spilled all over the table. Then we ordered the soup and brussel sprout salad. The salad had no flavor and was literally just a pile of brussel sprouts with a few beets on the outside. She cleared those and we ordered a bottle of wine. Instead of sending someone to the table to help our server, who didn’t know how to open a bottle of wine, my boyfriend opened it for us. Our entrees came and I had ordered the butternut squash ravioli. I have never sent food back so quickly at a restaurant. This dish was not only flavorless but the combination of tomatoes and onions piled on it did not go with butternut ravioli at all. The chicken parm was good! We decided to just share that and go. We did ask to speak with the manager and were told that he left a long time ago… on a busy Thursday night. Very disappointing and we couldn’t be paid to go back.

We set out for a night out together with a reservation for 2. We arrived a little bit early and was greeted and apparently our preplanned seats were taken so we were given different seats. Which I don’t care about. But as soon as we were sat another couple was sat right next to us in an empty restaurant. I could understand if the restaurant was busy. The time of sitting to time of arrival of food was approximately 15 minutes which was pretty fast. Which is probably why our noodles were undercooked. There were more issues beyond this. But this is a good start to give an idea on the restaurant.

Service was terrible. Waitress flirted with the guys constantly which made it very uncomfortable for everyone. Food was average, pasta dishes did not have very much sauce and pizza was burnt. Prices are a bit high for the portions. Took over a half hour to get the bill after plates were cleared. I definitely won’t go back.

Had lunch yesterday, with two friends. Food was good. I normally don’t have dessert, but ordered the espresso gelato, and it was good, but a little pricy at $10. I ordered a latte, which was in a small size coffee cup for $5. My two friends ordered coffee for $4. They both got free refills and I assumed there was not free refills on my latte so I asked for a coffee refill when the server was refilling my friends coffee cups. The server gave me a half pour in my latte cup. She billed us for one latte and three coffees….so I was charged $5 for the small latte and $4 for my half cup of coffee, which was probably about 3oz of coffee, so $9 total for my “coffee”, plus the $10 gelato ($19 for just the coffee and gelato) plus the price of my meal. Makes Starbucks look like a bargain. A very expensive lunch! I’d recommend skipping ordering coffee and dessert. And shame on the server for charging me $9 for a small latte and a splash of a coffee refill.

I got a large cheese and marinara pizzacame to $15.12 n looks like this! Idk wth is on the box when i picked it up. But looks disgusting. N pizza is really small like a personal pan pizza. Thin doesn’t even taste good at all. I am Really disappointed.
