This store is average. I waited for a iced coffee 25min. Employee’s did not acknowledged the only guy making drinks for drive-thru was struggling. No one offered help to get my cold brew that I ordered long ago. No one offered any type of discount on a loaf, or anything, for the inconvenience which nearly made me late. It would be nice to have one of the employees clean tables, splash window and glass doors at entrance during pandemic virus awareness. Dirty, and nasty.

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte from the app and on their system it told them I ordered a peppermint white mocha. I showed the receipt of my drink that I ordered and they said they will fix it that's fine. When I got my drink they still gave me the wrong one. Please be more aware next time.

Slowest starbucks ever. They’ll have you waiting in line for 15-20minutes even though they’re only two cars ahead. Drinks are made okay. Other better ones to go to.

Review: Poor Customer Service Experience I visited this Starbucks today (Lathrop Starbucks) and had a disappointing experience with lady staff. I placed my order and waited patiently for my food. The staff clearly saw me waiting, yet instead of calling out my order or handing it to me, they left it sitting somewhere while they were busy chatting, checking social media, and having fun . After waiting for about five minutes, I had to approach them and ask about my order. Their response? “Your food is over there; you’re supposed to check.” When I pointed out that they saw me standing and waiting without assisting, their dismissive response was, “Thank you, have a great day,” which felt like an indirect way of saying, “Get out.” It seemed like they purposely acted this way because I didn’t tip for my $3 order. If Starbucks has responsible managers who care about customer service, I urge you to address this behavior. There were three staff members on duty today (Three girls) who appeared more focused on their personal enjoyment than providing basic customer service. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Starbucks is known for its great customer service, but experiences like this make me reconsider visiting again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for these employees.

I entered the coffee shop and all I was looking to buy was a freshly brewed coffee. They had couple of baristas still preparing coffees. This barista walks up to me and says they are not selling coffee for walk-ins and I have to come through drive through. I felt they could have just taken my order there knowing the fact that I was looking for just a black coffee. Not happy with their customer service.

I’ve been frequenting this starbucks less lately due to poor quality drinks over the past few months. The last time I visited this Starbucks they gave me the wrong drink that I didn’t order and proceeded to make me feel bad that they got my drink wrong. I received someone else’s custom drink when I ordered a standard iced Carmel macchiato. After I told the drive thru window girls that I didn’t order this custom drink, the second girl at the window turned around to all the employees asking if someone got an order for a Carmel macchiato (someone repeated my order to me after I ordered). No one said they did. Instead of offering to just remake the correct drink, I was made to feel bad for something that wasn’t my fault. They also didn’t offer a refund. I asked for the drink I ordered - I received a very poorly made Carmel macchiato in return. I contacted customer service for a refund, which I received, and went to another starbucks who make the drinks right and offer great customer service. I will not return to this Starbucks location.

Been in Lathrop all my life and I’ve never encountered situations where they tell me the Frappuccino machine is down or they’re "cleaning it" HOURS before closing like i have with this one specific colored girl that has told us that couple times as well , always being rude to us for no reason when we just order, wait for our coffee , pay and thats it and never give them attitude because me from experience i know working in customer service isn't always joyful. But today she was there again and she didn’t let us finish our order when there wasn’t even a rush to begin with and my sister specifically asked for a certain thing on her drink but it wasn’t in it. Because she didn’t let us finish our order and proceeded to say “see you at the window”, didn’t ask “anything else”. But we didn’t say anything to not be an as. I’m not sure if she has something against me and my sister or something. Or if she’s like that to everyone. But that it’s not okay and it’s her and another young lady too but she hasn’t done something like that like this girl has. But I’ll still go for my Caramel Macchiato tho😂

Whose hiring these people, better yet who is training them? One day im in line 20 min and get to order screen and say its closed when it was 2 of us left and 1 min till close time. Next time i get 20 min before close time and a girl is in line with closed sign only 3 cars in line and 20 min left till close. I guess employees run the show

Wow- waited over 25 minutes for my drink order- still wasn't anywhere near being ready. I asked for a refund and they charged me again for my order. As we were justing traveling through, I asked for my receipt. I noticed this was a charge again. When asked for them to correct this. I was told I had to call the district office. So not the Starbucks way.
