Very nice atmosphere and I spent a great deal of time working here with coffee and snacks, but their WiFi doesn't work.

I’ve been coming to this starbucks ever since it opened, and the workers just get lazy overtime, to the point they won’t even bother to make vanilla cold foam and just put the left over one that is in the counter and with whipped cream. Same as their matcha that come with clumps since they just make it on the cup instead of with the blended, and let’s not mention how lazy they got with refreshers.

I really liked this location because I always got great service until my cousin got called a mamañema for ordering water??? Truly disappointing for someone that works in the costumer service industry. What is wrong with them?

Great Location, Ghosted Service... Perfect spot for EV owners and pet parents (right by the Tesla chargers and animal hospital), but a total service failure. I waited 25 minutes for a London Fog that the staff "lost" on a back counter. Initial 20-minute wait while my cup sat forgotten on a rear counter. Another 5-minute wait after I spoke up, which resulted in me having to mention my drink to them AGAIN, only for them to still prioritize other tasks. The staff never apologized for the delay or the fact that they forgot the order entirely. The drink was made incorrectly-just plain tea with no milk or vanilla, as if they had never heard of a London Fog. Starbucks support eventually refunded the order after I contacted them through the app. Recommendation: If you're stopping by while charging or visiting the vet, order ahead via the app so your ticket is digitally tracked. Most importantly, if you don't see your drink being made within a few minutes, check the back counters- don't assume they are "finalizing" it, as they may have set your cup aside and forgotten to start it entirely.

Really disappointing experience. The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful — I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order, and they never called my name. Turns out they threw it away without telling me, and when they remade it, they were rude about it. Definitely not the level of service I expect from my local Starbucks.

Very rude girl at the window, I went there today 12:27 she took my order when I arrive after taking the payment she starts walking around avoiding eye contact while my drink was sitting there ice melting until after a while someone else comes asking if my drink is an ice mocha and handed it to me. Terrible service

Visited at 7:40 AM on a Saturday July 5th This Starbucks (Winthrop) delivers the typical experience you’d expect — clean storefront, friendly enough staff, and efficient service. However, the condition of the restrooms was completely unacceptable. Both bathrooms appeared to have gone untouched since the previous evening. There was no toilet paper in either bathrooms, no trash cans, and paper towels were being used for hygiene purposes and discarded in the corners. The result was unsanitary and clearly neglected. I politely notified the woman behind the counter, but she appeared disinterested and made no acknowledgment of the issue. For a large company that prides itself on attention to detail and consistency, this level of disregard is disappointing.

I bought 3 large cups for about $40, the staff put them in a torn tray, I was alone so I needed something stronger. I asked for another tray but the staff said this was not necessary. I was very surprised by this. You guys should re-evaluate the staff's attitude.

Definitely take a look at your drink before sipping. I ordered a caramel ice macchiato and this is what I found. I feel disgusted and sick to my stomach 🤢

Besides being noticeably dirty and unsanitary I waited almost 20 mins for my mobile order while watching the drive thru go express!? Retrain your staff or shut down! Disgusting! Giving Zero Stars!!
