This REALLY HAPPENED one night: It was about 10:00 PM and my wife and I wanted some quick snack food. It was when they had what they called "tacos" on the menu (for a frame of reference). When we pulled in off 6th street into the parking lot, there were a few cars parked - both in customer spots and along the South part of the property. The sign said they were supposed to be open and all the lights inside were on. A random employee wearing a uniform was outside taking a smoke break - basically on the West side of the building, which didn't seem very professional. I pulled up to the speaker but had to wait because there was a customer in front of me seemingly placing their order. It took them a LONG time to "order", but I just chalked it up to living in a college town - pretty normal... Then it was finally our turn to order food order at the speaker. I waited about a minute, and there was nobody that came on and said "thanks for choosing Burger King, can I take your order?". So I began to talk to the speaker, saying "hello?" "Is anybody there". NO RESPONSE, whatsoever. After five minutes of debating what to do, we started getting pretty frustrated and more hungry by the second. I ended up driving away from the establishment when someone finally came on the speaker and said "we're closed". I told them that their sign said they were open until at least 11:00. To my surprise, the person said "I'm sorry but we don't have any cooks". My jaw dropped to the floor of my car. I was so mad and 'hangry' that I left immediately. There were all types of "sus" people coming up to the back door and something was just REALLY SKETCHY. Everyone that I saw gave me weird looks, like they were paranoid. Not sure what was going on, but we've NEVER WENT BACK SINCE THEN. Things may have changed since the remodel, but I can't speak to that. For some reason *this particular Burger King* lacks all of what you may expect in a fast food joint... The floors are always dirty - especially in the bathroom. I don't know if that's their fault or their patrons. On several occasions the men's restroom was closed, making it uncomfortable for me after eating - or even to wash my hands before eating - yuck! The food was usually luke-warm or cold when I did get any... just doesn't compare to the other stores in town. Hands down 1 out of 5 stars. Without question!

This 5 star review is for the lady who works around the 10am-12pm time-frame Monday to Friday. I believe my receipt number is 8728 but my order timestamped at 03.13.2022 at 11:17am. The rest of my receipt is un-readable. She is the only reason I've started going back to BK in my neighborhood. She's always polite, asks me if I'd like to upgrade my order, even if I want ketchup at the window. I know that sounds like a no brainer, but I avoid BK like the plague after 1pm b/c the reps their just don't give good customer service. I know were all suffering during this time, so I know every bit of good helps. That lady disserves a management position, a raise, something! You need to hire and retain more people like her. I really hope she see's this too. Honestly, her service is 100% spot on every time!

Four stars for the staff. Every time I go to a burger king in Lawrence it seems it is being run by like 2 people. I can't imagine how hard that is. I'm sure whoever "owns" it sees it as little more than passive income.

I don't usually review fast food places but honestly I would drive across town to come to this BK. Sure they've gotten my order wrong once or twice but A) what fast food place doesn't and B) they always fix it super quick when they do. All the employees are genuinely nice people and to top it all off the food is cheap and hot.

I don’t care for the night shift lady extremely disrespectful but the GENERAL Manger KELLIE and MORNING shift are amazing and was willing to do what was needed to rectify the situation.

The food here is great, but the ice cream is probably one of the worst things I've ever had. I got a vanilla soft serve cup and when I tried the first bite, the taste was indescribably horrible. I have no idea how vanilla ice cream was made to taste like cigarettes. I'm actually impressed at how gross it was. I love the other food here and I'll still get food here, but be wary of the ice cream.

Every fast food place has something unique, for BK it's flame broiled burgers and I like the mushroom swish cheese burger. Overall I like BK better than McDonalds but less than sonic or 5 guys.

Customer service at the Lawrence E 6th St location is surprisingly good. At least all the times I have been in their drive thru they have been very nice. Food is like most other BK spots. When it's fresh and hot (usually around lunch time) it is delicious.

I just don't understand how a large whopper meal is only 3 dollars less than a, $12 8oz steak meal with 2 sides. If you're gonna overcharge me at least pay your employees a living wage. This is not a knock on Burger King specifically, it's a knock on fast food as a whole. That being said I'd pick BK over McDonald's any day but both would still be my last options.

Starts serving breakfast whenever they feel like it when it says a time online and on doordash. Once couldn't get what I ordered at 1am because they decided to start breakfast then and my delivery had to be cancelled and refunded in 5-7 business days. Good, cheap food but unreliable times.

Update: shout out to Christina who was working her booty off tonight!! Burger King is still staffing with only two people and she is one of them! She is working hard and deserves a raise!! Extra star just for her burger king food is already mid fast food BUT shame on BK for running the restaurant with TWO people at night. one BOH and one FOH is not enough people and you can tell these people are burnt out. compensate them appropriately or staff more people. the poor reviews bc of slow service are accurate but it’s not their fault when there’s only two peoples running the whole restaurant.

Burger King used to be my favorite place to get a sandwich on the go but here like for the last couple years it has just gone downhill. I either get my french fries or either too cold or they got a taste as if they’ve not changed the bats of Greece in a long time And every time I get a Sprite there’s always something wrong with it. It never taste right. Service is not always the greatest. They are not very friendly and it’s just really disappointing considering that’s pretty much the only place I eat fast food at.

The French Fries were under done for my taste. The sandwiches were good. The sandwich I wanted to try was sold out. My wife had the original chicken sandwich. The mens' restroom door was broken at the lowest hinge. The drink selections were all coke distributed products. We both had Dr. Pepper. They had a seasonal selection of their frozen drinks

I took over 30 minutes through the drive through for a cheese burger onion rings and a shake. No communication, burnt onion rings, order taker was snarky when I asked for no onions, they were out of marinera so I couldn't order chicken parmesan. In fact they are often. Out of ingredients. I think it's poorly managed.

Every time we go after 10pm they never have biscuits they always say they don't have biscuits and when you're only serving breakfast and there's no biscuits only choice there is really is a croissant sandwich I mean no biscuits and gravy which are usually pretty good. So we always leave and go down to the other Burger King and they always have biscuits.

This location exemplifies poor service. They'll let you wait by the order point for several minutes before even acknowledging you're there, only then to tell you they'll "be right with you." I've only been a few times, but 100% of those times they've managed to get the order wrong (easy ones, like "a whopper with cheese, and a large fry." or "two double stackers, that's it") I like BK, so I intentionally limit my orders to that type of small, difficult-to-screw-up orders; but this BK is 100% accurate when it comes to failure. Am I just whining? Am I setting unrealistic expectations by assuming everyone in the food service industry should have the ability to count to two, twice?

By far the worst in the area. To top it off over the last couple years I've issued several store and corporate complaints. Its just like neither the store or the company cares. Tonight I ran a friend through the drive through. It was a half an our between waiting for two people in front of us to order and then waited for fresh chicken which we were parked out front for a good 15 minutes. If you have the option I'd go to the one out east. They're much nicer and have a much higher quality to their work.

It would be great if I would get what I ordered. EVERY TIME I go I am missing something and of course I'm not going to drive back. It is very frustrating. Many times the food is also cold or been sitting around , I try and order special now just to get a fresh sandwich but the onion rings are usually old. I don't know why I keep giving them another chance . I like Burger King occasionally but getting tired of the same ol service.

Drive through took at least 10 minutes before we got to the window and had to wait some more before getting our food. The only consolation was the lady at the window was nice and our order was correct. I'd say they were understaffed for the lunch rush. Management issue, not necessarily the employee's fault.

Still super slow. I could see my entire order was ready, but two workers chatted while it sat on the other side of the counter. It seems that Burger King over-identifies with the fact that they aren't #1. No pride.

I was the only person in line when the cashier decided to look at me, and go in the back and have a loud conversation with the rest of his co-workers. He then proceeded to take my order and leave in the middle of it. He also took the time to point out “an attitude” that I had. I also ordered a cheeseburger which ended up not even having. cheese???? If you to this Burger King just go through the drive thru :/

The inside was filthy, the service was extremely slow, no customers in lobby and I was only one in drive thru I had an order of 10 dollar cheeseburger and 1 fry 1 onion rings, it was at least 25 minute wait on food, and then I didn't even get my fry or onion rings. The person taking my order couldn't hear me or didn't know what the hell they were doing. It was horrible service

My whopper was the greatest. The place was dirty. One of the workers had their friends and family there. They were socializing with them instead of cleaning the tables and drink area. They were very loud as well, not professional at all. They had all the door open with the A-C on which made it so humid and uncomfortable. The one worker gave his friends a big cup for a fountain drink free. I am hoping they paid for the food they left with, I didn't see them pay anything. Again, the whopper was fantastic!!!

The Whopper I ordered did not have cheese on it, even though I was charged an extra 80¢ for cheese. The onion rings were soggy. The person taking the order had a bad attitude, and the person handing me the order did not ask if I needed anything, so I had to ask for sauce for the rings. Very disappointed with this visit to BK.

"I had a very frustrating experience at Burger King. 02/06/2026 After leaving work, as usual, I stopped by for a meal. When I handed over my coupon and paid my meal, the lady told me to park and wait up front for my order. But when I got there, another man said he had already been waiting more than 20 minutes. I had been waiting almost an hour and a half alongside him and others. Eventually, a staff member came out apologizing for internal problems—no one wanted to cook. I waited so long, and when the food finally came, it was cold, the burger was sliced badly, onion rings overcooked, and the soda watered down. As I waited, the food just sat there, and they gave it to me like that. I don't care about their problems; as a customer, I expect my food hot and well-prepared. When I opened the burger to remove pickles, it was cut poorly. The onion rings were way overcooked, and the soda was diluted. After all that waiting, the food had just been sitting and handed to me that way. If they don't believe me, they can check the cameras inside and out from February 6th. No one should go through this, and they should shut that restaurant down unless they get serious supervision."

Rude employee, didn't get my frie or double cheeseburger with my 3 for 3 I ordered 3, 3 for 3s and my SPICY chicken value meal came w/ original chicken, I asked for sweet n sour the lady didn't want to give me any i said its not that big of a deal ill pay for the sauce so she hands out A HONEY MUSTARD and slams the door real fast and walks away. I would NOT recommend the 6th st. Lawrence location!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I want a refund!

Burger King at 6th has rude staff that has an attitude and to be honest. I do not recommend going to burger King ever and I won't be going there again. Was picking up an order for doordash and they said they didn't have it in their system and the lady said that "she didn't care its not in her system and to figure it out." The burger King on 6th is trash in Lawrence.

40 minute round trip. Mobile order and I didn't get what I ordered. Called and the manager on duty can't give me a refund because it was app order. I don't blame her for not knowing. But now I have to call back in the morning to make sure the day manager give me my refund. Won't be going back.

Went inside so they could take their time on my to go order. Only thing that waa correct & edible was the hershey pies they dont have to make. Nuggets & fries were cold, ordered a #2 (double) go a single with what tasted like day old onions & lettuce, plain hamburger came with cheese & mustard. Workers were eating at the desk. Worst & most unprofessional visit ive had at this burger king. I would consider hiring a manager on duty

Went into Burger King location by the hospital. My total was 5.45 so I handed the clerk 10.45 and he apparently put 'Exact Change ' and didn't give the 5 back until after the drawer was shut and then he could not recall whether i handed him exact change or if he did in fact owe me. So the manager on duty goes to count the drawer to figure it. 10 minutes later I'm being told to leave my contact info so the GM can call me in the morning about it. Naturally noone has called me and noone will amswer the phone. I'll never purchase food from there again.

Horrible. The managers sat on their rear the whole time, I couldn't finish my food because I got sick. They put so much salt on their fries that all you taste is the salt AND they are way over cooked. The staff didn't know what they were talking about with our coupons. It was 2:30 in the afternoon and I was the ONLY customer there. I went through the drive thru, was handed my drink, and asked to pull up to wait for my order. I thought this meant fresh food, boy was I wrong. I couldn't even get my straw in my cup it was SO full of ice. My food comes out in the time it would've taken to make it three times over, (Burger King was my first job, worked there for years as a teen, so I'm speaking factual, not speculation) COLD! The food was old! They had me pull up to wait for old, cold food. SMH...step your game up BK. Your job is not that hard. (I will be adding a photo of the quality of food I received.)

Made our order in the drive thru and it took the girl 3 or 4 minutes to even acknowledge our order. When she repeated it back, it was wrong, so we had to re-order. We got to the window and damn if they still didnt have our order right. Very frustrating that the girl working the window had an attitude as if she would rather be somewhere else. Part of the problem was that I ordered a Bacon Whopper, no lettuce or tomato and they gave me a regular Whopper, no bacon, plus tomato and lettuce. Its like the girl heard Whopper and pushed the button, but didnt bother to add the specifics. Wont be going there again!!!

How has the health department let this place stay open. Absolutely filthy everything. I'm a sweaty construction worker and I was easily the cleanest thing in there. Boots stuck to the floors and the tables were worse. The food was cold and stale. I would have rather eaten a whopper out of a strangers mouth... Do something about this place Burger King...

I pulled up to eat, played some Pokémon go before I went in and in the 10 minutes I sat there I watch two cars from the drive thru bring in food items and walk back out with food items. Why would I eat at a place that messed my last order up and every other customer that spends money there? I ordered a chicken sandwich the last time and got a burger.. it’s pretty hard to sit there and make a beef burger when the screen says chicken sandwich... This is the same place I video taped 3 children cleaning the lobby under the instruction of their parents yelling at them to hurry up while they cleaned the back. I sent that to Fox News and never saw the story break. So here it is now.

We had to wait an extremely long time for the workers to correct the order. They messed up cheeseburger was suppose to be plain and it had all the condiments on it, chicken sandwich was plain and it was suppose to be spicy, missing a fry and onion rings were half full.

The most astonishingly slow "fast food" I've ever had the displeasure of being forced to wait for since we already paid in the app. It's not just this time. It's. Every. Single. Time. 3 cars ahead of us and the one behind us left and it still takes over 30 minutes to get through the drive thru for a prepaid order??? Undeliverable!

Terrible service; not-so-great fast food. Arrived at this location and entered the store at 8:32 am with no one else in the store and no cars in the parking lot. I ordered one breakfast sandwhich and didn't get out of there until 8:46 am. The front counter woman was extremely slow and was on her cell phone. Terrible service. It's no wonder this newly renovated store is always empty while McD's on the next block is always packed! Will not return.

I don't think I've ever seriously reviewed a place until now. This place is terrible. I'm totally to blame because I keep giving them another chance, but the last 3 times I've been there for breakfast on my way to work they've gotten the order wrong. Whether it's forgetting the food, giving me the wrong thing, or telling me I didn't order something when I ask for what I ordered. I don't understand how this place is still open. A few employees are nice, but most seem like they're doing you a favor by giving you attention.

It took my food 20 minutes to get to me. I had no one infront of me either. I normally love Burger King but every time I go to this one the food takes way too long and usually my order is wrong. There is only 2 in Lawrence and the other one has similar service. So, unfortunately I dont have a choice if I really want a Whooper.

Leadership drives the caliber of the employees. When putting a person in position of leadership, you should ask that day lead by example. This store clearly has poor leadership, mainly the store manager Margarita. My experience was not great! Nobody was at the first window to take my order, so I went to the second. Margarita not only made me go in reverse in the drive-thru but also continued to have attitude and snarky comments while taking my card payment. On top of that she didn't even give me a receipt and when requested she had her staff say that the printer was broken. Food came out fine, but the customer service made this meal undesirable. I would suggest taking an extra 10 minutes and going up to 6th Street or whatever location this type of manager is not located at.

Pulled up to order at the drive through, and was yelled at with "Burger King! What do you want?" by an angry older woman. She yelled at me again when I ordered my items. Then I waited about 10 minutes while I listened to her yelling at the car two spots ahead of me. I decided to leave because they obviously didn't want any customers, and stopped next door at the Taco John's, where I was treated courteously and quickly received my food. I left and the same car was still waiting at the window at Burger King for their order. I suspect it was a manager who was behaving so angrily. Whatever the reason, I felt no need to allow them to take their anger out on me, or listen to them do it to another customer. Perhaps if BK believed in paying their workers a living wage, the manager wouldn't have had to be working the window herself.

I have never left a review in my life, but this location is so bad I just had to. If you want to eat Burger King, but go to a different one in town. I can not rate the food at this locations because I have never been able to eat it, no matter how hard I try. I have absolutely no clue how this location is even in business, in the past 4 months I have tried to eat at this location 8 times. I have only been able to get food a single time, and they messed my order up anyway and wouldn't replace it so I ended up getting something else. Every single time there has been some reason they cant take my order. At this point I have heard nearly every excuse. Sometimes they are "in a meeting." Sometimes they claim their cook isn't there so they can't make food. Sometimes their system is down. And any other time there is no stated reason, just a "we aren't taking orders right now." The time you show up means nothing, even when I try to order during the day or evening there is some reason they can't take my order. Don't even waste your time, just go to another location there are like 3 in Lawrence

I feel like I was just served by 2 gangsters. What a bunch of thugs! Losing my hope for humanity. Took payment, handed my card back then just shut window. These kinds of people don't deserve jobs. Yelling profanity, dropping F bombs left and right. Don't take your kids there, they don't care. BK should probably pull this franchisee's license. Not a good image for BK. Complaining about their job. Practically threw my food to me in drive thru. They don't serve milk shakes at night they said. Wearing street clothes (Sponge Bob sweater), not professional at all. Never going back to this place! I wish I would have read the reviews first instead of having to write one. Wow! This place was bad! I hope I don't get sick. Save your $$

The food, for being Burger King, is pretty good. The crew isn't bad, other than one lady behind the counter. She was rude to us and mean to a coworker. Edit: Initially I put three stars, but my opinion has definitely changed. I've been to this location a few times and it's pretty bad everytime. This location is always dirty and the crew is also typically dirty. Additionally, I'm not too sure what causes this, but this Burger King always has a thick cloud of smoke bellowing out of its smoke stack. This is the only BK location where I have seen that.

I ate at this BK on May 3rd with my mother who is 80 years old and has some food sensitivities. We chose BK because of the flame grilled burgers. We got to the counter and the crew was goofing off and not acting professional in ANY way. We ordered our food and received it about 10 to 15 minutes later. It was decently made but as we searched for a seat we noticed every single table that was not taken which was MOST of the tables were not clean. With a staff of 5 and it being almost 3:30 p.m. there was plenty of time to clean. I manage people in the food service industry and if I walked in on this i would fire everyone on duty. Lack of true leadership and lack of respect for food safety and cleanliness . I will be reporting this store and franchise to the Kansas Health Department. My best guess is that every one of the positive posts here is an employee or a friend of an employee. The restrooms were disgusting and smelled like homeless people lived in them. I know this BK has been remodeled a few times too...wow

Two cars in the drive thru at 1130 pm and they refused to take my order because it was "very busy". When I drove by a few minutes later after getting food elsewhere there were two employees standing outside smoking. Not the first time I've had this happen at this location.

I went there for lunch today and am really getting tired of the lack of customer service that this store has shown over the time that I've been in Lawrence (about 3 years now). There is always something wrong whether it being the service or the food. Today I decided to stop in. When I got there the west parking lot was full and there were a couple of cars in the drive-through, so I decided to go in and order. When I went in there were a couple of people at the front so I thought 'no problem, won't take very long'. However, it took almost 5 minutes before anyone even asked if I had ordered, and by this time there were 3 people standing there, waiting for their orders. I ordered 3 sandwiches (special) and a large fry... nothing big or too complex. From that point (which was somewhere around 12:20-12:25), I waited... and waited... and... The customers who had been waiting already ended up waiting at least another 20-25 minutes after I ordered before getting their food. The excuse to everyone was that the cook was new. I was getting a little frustrated but was trying to be understanding. However, people who came in _after_ me started getting their orders and I still hadn't gotten mine. After the 3rd person got their order I finally went back to the counter, and waited at least another 3-4 minutes until someone came by. I finally caught the employee who was doing the order taking from the front (who was nice and polite) and asked what had happened to my order as 3 people who ordered after me had gotten their orders. He asked me what I had ordered and I told him. When he looked up on the board he couldn't see anything like that. I was really getting frustrated and again said that I had been waiting a while, probably at least a half hour at that point. He said he was sorry and that they had a new cook, but he would get right on it. He again asked what it was that I had ordered and I told him. He went back and worked with the cook and got our sandwiches made, and then came back up and got the fries. By this time I was getting a headache and needed to go, so I got my food and turned to go. I saw a lady who had ordered after me but still hadn't gotten her order and I told her she should check on hers since mine had gotten lost. I walked out and came home. When I got home (after explaining to my wife everything that had happened), we took the food out of the bag and were not happy... her 'Whopper Jr' was: 1) smaller than my double cheeseburger (it looked like a slider, to be honest), 2) had extra onion (when I asked for light-condiments), and had no cheese (I specifically asked for cheese). I also did not get a receipt so I cannot take the survey or refer to it for sales info. My wife had gone there for breakfast a week or so ago and had problems with her order that ended up taking long enough to fix that it made her late for work, and the employee there said it wasn't their fault. Really? You can't get an order right twice and it's not your fault? The employee also had an attitude. We have had enough trouble from this store and will not be going back. We will be calling and talking to their manager and their District Supervisor about this, as well as corporate. Something needs to change there and fast. (Edited for clarity and punctuation)

Ryan Greenbaypacker is 100% the owner, because this is the worst run fast food restaurant in Lawrence. Workers making you wait 10 minutes to take a drive thru order at all hours of the day. Not even worth the time when the food sucks too.

took forever even though i was the only one in the drive through. the new whopper melt is a gross cheesy mess and super small would not recommend. and they didn’t even put the bacon that i paid for on it. onion rings were cold. based on the other reviews i have no idea how this place is still open.

They didnt pay attention to the order and gave fries instead of onion rings on one meal and and did not take the onions off both burgers. The lettuce was just 2 or 3 1 inch pieces instaed of 1 full piece of lettuce. Drink was messy with pop running down the side of it.

Absolutely horrific! Only one person works at night! You’re in line for over an hour for anything in drive thru. This location needs to be closed and torn down in order to build something else. This is the worst fast food restaurant in Lawrence and that’s saying a lot since several are terrible.

I have been to this Burger King a couple times... can never get a order? Go through drive through at 9 and no one answers I pull to window and honk no one comes but I see people inside... it’s like there hiding because they are too lazy to prepare any food. Also locked the lobby doors way before the lobby hours end. At this point just close the store. Just shut it down.

Glad they were open, thankful just needed some ice cream… to get an ice cream for it to smell like rotten milk & taste like it too. Told the employee at the window(who looked like he didn’t even work there) for him to get snobby & say well we just changed it out so I don’t know what to tell you..

Head manager treats her employees like children. I see one woman getting orders out, stocking and making every customer happy. But that doesnt seem to be in the head manager's agenda. She lets her employees speak however they like to the customers. It used to be pleasant. Now that pleasantry is gone. Except for one employee who does her best reguardless of whats going on around her.

To start they messed up our order the night before so when we return to get it corrected there were flies everywhere and none of the food was covered up the restaurant was just disgusting. I had to say hello several times before somebody decided to come to the front even though there was a worker sitting at a table who did not acknowledge us nor did he make the effort to get up and let the other workers know that we needed assistance. I mentiones to the young lady in the drive thru to cover up the food due to the flies and she completely ignored me. As they were making our food I asked the lady to make sure she put her gloves back on before handling our fries and got an attitude saying I'm not going to touch your food but in order to put the fries into the bag you must make some type of contact with the fries. Definitely not returning to this BK ever. It's a shame because I definitely would choose BK over McDonald's any day.

Arrived to just hit the drive threw for a "quick" bite. NOTHING QUICK about this location. OMG! When I got to the window they said sorry for your wait we only have one cook. Then it was we had a big order. 25 min in the drive thru for a flipping burger and a drink. When I got to the window I could see one counter guy just holding down the counter. I might give them one more shot. Today was painful.

I visited this location this morning and will not ever go back. I had a coupon for a whopper and when I was eating it I almost broke my teeth on a hard piece of plastic that was inside my Burger.. I called and no one answered, I left a message and no one has returned my call. They have done nothing about it. Pretty insane. If I could attach a picture to show the plastic, I would. It was about the size of one of my teeth. Also I am pregnant, gives me a little extra anxiety not having any idea what it was or how it got in my Burger.

The worst bk i have ever seen the food is terrible and almost always wrong. I just ordered threw the app for delivery first they told the driver someone had already picked it up then changed there story saying they never got the order and took them an hour and a half to even have it ready for pickup. I was in your drive thru for 25 minutes waiting on a online order I had placed. When I finally received the order. I was missing a sandwich, fries were cold. Only thing that wasn't disappointing was the ice cream. It's remarkable how I place an online order. Takes me 15 minutes to get to the store and then another 25 in line and couldn't put a simple sandwich in the bag.

So on National Hamburger day Burger King was running a promotion to get a free cheeseburger with a purchase. We went and placed an order. As soon as we got to the drive thru window to pay I reminded the lady about the promotion. She immediately got an attitude and advised that we had to scan a code through the app. So we literally pulled up the app at the drive thru and asked her where to go. She immediately got mad and said she didn't know how to do that and said we should've let her know we wanted to do the promotion when we placed the order. I paid full price for the extra cheeseburger and did the survey on my experience. Today went to Burger King. I had a $25 gift e-gift card in my Google wallet. I placed my order and went to the window to pay. This same woman was there and she immediately informed me that she didn't know how to scan the gift card. She called another employee named Bernard to help. He tried to scan it but instead of scanning the gift card he scanned my debit card that was in my Google wallet. I immediately asked if I could get $25 refunded and use the gift card. The woman said she didn't know how to do that so she called another person on the phone and asked them. They didn't know how to either. She starts to tell me that I need to call my bank to get a refund. I work for a Bank and I told her that. The bank doesn't issue refunds. You can dispute charges through the Bank but it is the merchant who issues refunds. She again said she couldn't refund the $25. So I asked could she refund the total order then. She tells me no she cannot and that I need to call the Bank. I asked for the manager. She advises me that she is the manager. I ask for her name and she tells me that I should've looked at her name tag and covers the tag with her hand so that I can no longer see it. She then cancels my order. Also I paid $1 for their local school promotion. So not only did they steal my money and refused to return it, I didn't get any food, nor the coupons for the promotion they were running. I like Burger King but this woman is a mess. She's incredibly rude and unprofessional. Bernard was empathic to the situation and he tried to see if he could do anything to refund. She just flat out refused, canceled my order, and then shut the window on me. I've had 2 instances where she doesn't know how to do something. As a manager you'd think she'd want to know and/or learn how to use the technology that the store has but she doesn't and her poor unprofessional attitude doesn't help. I put in a corporate complaint for the theft of my money and the managers poor attitude. And I advised them I don't want any digital coupons. I want my money back. Heck they don't know how to use digital coupons anyway there.

They have deals displayed on their menu and street sign. They said they didn't have them anymore and charged my boyfriend and I 3x the expected price. An employee yelled inappropriately at another employee while taking our order, left, and came back after a few minutes. They charged us, and then made us wait 45 minutes to get our food. They told us it would take a while because they only had 2 employees. While waiting, I literally saw 6 different employees in there, mostly going in and out of the bathroom, walking around in circles around the restaurant, or messing with each other. My boyfriend tried to go in and get a refund after 30 minutes of waiting but they locked the door and wouldn't let him come in to get one. Right before they brought the food out, we could see the employee that yelled at the other laughing and taking pictures of our food. He also laughed as he handed us the food and said "Sorry about the wait." We ordered Impossible burgers because I'm vegan. After taking a few bites, I realized it didn't taste quite right. After looking up a side by side comparison of a regular whooper and Impossible Whooper, it was obvious that they had given me meat instead, explaining the employees laughing and taking pictures. I now feel extremely nauseous and have cried a lot over it. It is so heartless that the employee tricked me into going against my morals and also eat food that my body cannot digest. It was also a huge waste of money for food that I couldn't even eat, and after nearly an hour of waiting, and $20 wasted, I had to come back home and make dinner anyway. On top of all of that I'm now sick and feel horrible. I will never come here again, and I urge you not to either, especially if you're vegan, vegetarian, or allergic to beef.

I was door dashing tonight and an old lady working there with missing teeth screamed at me for pulling up to the window to tell her I had a doordash and refused to open the drive through window to let me finish a doordash. After several minutes I pulled around and she gave me the order and screamed at me more. Unprofessional!

wish i could give this place zero stars. the drive through worker told me she was too busy cleaning to take my order even though i sat at the drive through window for 15 minutes. it’s only her and one other lady who are always there and every time i’ve tried to give them another chance they continuously have awful moods and the worst customer service. how is this place still open?

Waited 8- 10 mins before my order was taken. No one at all in the lot the whole time I was there. Waited more at the window. My potatoe rounds were very dark brown . And service was the worst that I have ever had at a Burger King .

The manager/cook sucks. The nice lady at the window should take his job. She has to deal with all the customer service issues while he gets to sit in the back and do nothing. I sat in the drive thru with a line of cars for 15 mins. I noticed nobody was moving so I walked around the building and knocked on the window and asked if they were open. They were but they didn't know they had a line of cars. If it wasn't for the nice lady at the window I would have left. By far worst BK I have ever been to. Not to mention I had to wait an additional 15 mins because they had no food prepared.

As a delivery driver for a 3rd party company this place is super slow and i believe the the online orders are the last priority for them because I’ll be waiting in the restaurant for 20 MINUTES! But even if I do come here just for me the drive thru line is just me and it takes them a while 10 minutes to give me a cold sandwich & cold, stale fries. Overall this place is not it. Also all the other burger kings in town are like this I don’t know about of town though I just would not recommend this to anyone. Also when your inside the building waiting for an order you can see just how slow they move, it’s like watching sloths move around. It’s just terrible.

The wait is unbelievable. No matter what I refuse to pickup food as a Dasher for door dash from here if I have to wait 30 minutes minimum even if I'm the only one in line. They always look exhausted and over it. I feel bad for what seems like the one employee working there at nights.

The last time I was here, the shift manager was yelling and swearing at the two staff with whom she was working and it took this small crew 25 minutes to get an order of two burgers, two shakes, and one order of fries together! There was no rush as it was 7:20pm and only three other folks were waiting on their orders (as well as only two cars in the drive-thru during that 25-minute period). This was the absolute worst service I have ever received and the most inappropriate and out-of-line conduct I have ever witnessed at any fast food joint, including when I worked someplace similar back in high school. I hope the franchise management is able to address this properly. If not, I won't be returning to this store anytime again soon. I will gladly give my money to an outfit that values both its staff and its customers more appropriately.

Very unfriendly service! When ordering, she was very dry and inpatient. When we arrived to the window, She just gave us our stuff and walked away. This made us think she had gave us everything since she continued with other orders. When we double checked our Order we realized she didn’t give us our drink and dessert as well as my burger with very squished. We went back in line and waited another 10 min for our missing items. I know working for fast food isn’t easy and is very tiring but good customer service is a big part of the job.

The Manager was yelling at the Staff in loud abusive tones & foul vulgar language in front of us the customers as we were trying to order. They didn't even fill our order correctly. My sandwich had to be remade., even after I stood there & explain to the little girl about my allergy & she still wasn't wanting to fix it until I got loud. Then the cook practically threw it at her. Also we had to ask for our Fries 🍟 in which they didn't make enough for our order & they still looked at me like I was stupid. Plus our food was not at correct temperature. It was half cold.

My husband went to this Burger King today, made a purchase at 3:20 a.m., and as of 4:22 a.m., they still haven't given us the food. Also, the drinks were watered down. It’s unfair, because we spend money and don’t receive the service we deserve. They should improve or close, because they’re not delivering what’s expected.

This is the "creepy" Burger King. You don't really see anyone going here - certainly not inside. There are never enough people working so your food will take a long time to be ready. That's no shade on the workers. They're just badly understaffed. It also has significantly higher prices than the BK on Iowa Street. For example, a whopper is $1 more here. Adding cheese to a whopper costs $1.20, but it's only $0.59 on the other side of town. Idk, what's up with this location, but I'll drive across town to the one with lower prices, decent lighting, and slightly more staff. I'll have to wait a long time for my food there, too, but at least I won't be paying extra and looking over my shoulder while I do it.

Ordered a chocolate shake and it tasted like bleach!! Waited a minute and my mouth was burning as well as my nostrils. The girl sighed when I ordered it so I assume it was just cleaned. Late night hadn't eaten all day gal comes on the speaker says her manager had left and she's solo so gonna be a bit. Said thats fine. She said " I m gonna finish this doordash order then I'll be back" I waited a significant amount of time. She gets on and tells me she dosnt know how to do everything but can run the fryer and I said "it will be ok then can I get the fish sandwich?" Cold food (Whopper & cheese burger) and couldn't get the order right (staff interpreted "pickles only" to also include mustard + catsup). Asked for a new cheeseburger, and it too was cold even when microwaved. $21 wasted! I'd have to say their Halloween decoration was nice, but atmosphere during lunch was anemic. Went immediately next door to McDs and that was sooo much better plus cheaper! No more flame broiled here -not worth it.

Honestly worst food EVER I drove 15 minutes as it’s the only option besides Taco Bell and McDonald’s and I waited forever for my food. Of course all of it was wrong all $40 worth of food. I got home and called and the women on the phone was outstandingly rude. I drove back just to wait 46 MINUTES for no refund and had to just get the food replaced even though I was over it and did not want the food anymore. When I got home to eat it was absolutely disgusting I could not even finish my food. And in order for a refund I have to contact corporate. Food is disgusting, workers attitude is disgusting and the manager was 2 hours late which the employee told me on the phone. They gave me ingredients that I am severely allergic to and could have been hospitalized.

I've been here multiple times, and every time, it's a 20 + min wait. There are never more than 1 or 2 employees in the store, which results in cranky employees and beyond slow service. Burger King needs to step up and help this store specifically.

Really wanted to like Burger King as I much prefer it over McDonald's but this location is slower than a turtle. I was off late one night and BK happened to be the only opened near me. So I pulled into the drive thru & a couple of cars was waiting on their orders, so I thought okay maybe it will be fast this time. No. At the mic, the person said to hold for a minute. Okay, sure. 5 minutes passed and nothing. Another vehicle pulled up behind me and eventually left. Clearly I should of as well but I was hungry and wanted something quick. 15 minutes later, I called out to mic and person said, I didn't forget about you, just a few more minutes. Okay, I stayed and waited, 25 minutes later, I said the hell with it and drove off. They only had one vehicle waiting on food. Smh. You'd think they would take your order so they can prepare ahead, but no. I've had other instances, where I've place an order, paid, and still had to pull around and waited 5-15 minutes on a simple burger & fries. BK needs to take random items off their menu if they can't keep up. Seriously......

Don't waste your time at this burger king. Very very very very very very very slow. Very cranky cashier. Took forever to place the order nobody else here. I was the only customer in drive-thru. They still have me pull up away from the window. I'm guessing so they can make their pickup times look better. Big inconvenience for me the paying customer don't go to this Burger King there's lots of other choices. Spend your money where they appreciate it

Had a horrible experience at Burger King tonight. First of all took me about 10 minutes to even order my food. Nobody was in front of me in line. Should have known then to go somewhere else! I have been sitting at the food window for over 30 minutes and have not gotten an update on my meal. They are short staffed and only have two people on shift, I do feel bad for the staff that is working. And I can tell that I'm not the only complaining. Although I can't see what's going on inside, it does not look very busy! And when I finally got my food my fries were cold, my bread on my burgers was rock hard! Although staffing lies with the manager, I can't fault the staff for being understaffed. But the quality of the food is on the staff and the bad quality also reflects bad service
