Ordered food from here and was really disappointed. The chow mein had hardly any noodles and was mostly cabbage. Please see picture. There was more cabbage in the meal than any other food. Not sure what they're trying to get away with, but this is not okay.

Edit: Ironically we receive a text telling us our order was ready at 7:51pm. I guess their staff didn't know we had already asked for a refund and cancelled. If that doesn't show how unorganized pick ups are, I'm not sure what will. Who wants food that sat out for almost an hour on a counter? Take food safety seriously if nothing else. -- We ordered online for 6:58pm. When my husband arrived just after 7pm it wasn't ready. Unfortunately, a large group of about 9 other customers was also waiting for their orders. They were helping walk-ins and drive thru customers but not engaging with any of the pick up order customers at all. They only had one cook and 2 employees filling orders, which could explain the initial backlog but there were several points in time where employees had no walk-ins or drive thru customers and were standing around. Our order sat almost half finished while my husband observed everything else from our order was available, just not plated the entire time. My husband gave up after 20 minutes and asked for a refund and while they didn't provide a physical receipt we fortunately got an e-mailed copy. This was the most bizarre customer service. It wasn't the first time they've taken a long time filling a pick up order but tonight we just didn't have the patience to sit around and hope they started trying to fill orders. Your staff needs better training and at bare minimum, please acknowledge your customers. If you can't fulfill online orders, don't take them. We now have to wait 4-5 business days to get our refund back - terrible customer service.

regularly rely on the family pack for weekly meal planning. most PEs I've visited will pack the to-go boxes full, sometimes stuffed. servers at this location will underfill to-go boxes, and object to being called out on the issue. I've lots of other locations and food choices, and will be doing so going forward. And no receipt today.

Always incredibly slow! We usually stand in line but Tonight ordered online at 7:17, was supposed to be done at 7:25 and didn’t get it until 7:56. Because of the inconvenience they gave us 1 burnt egg roll.

Palmira was extremely rude for the entire drive through experience, I was coming to redeem a birthday promotion and at first she tried to say I ordered nothing that worked for it, which was untrue because once I specified she realized she was wrong. Since she rushed me through the ordering process and then had issues with my rewards I realized I hadn’t ordered my drink, when I did she said rudely that next time I better tell her earlier, then said Happy birthday to me in the same breath. There was only one other car in the drive thru so it’s not like they were stressed and busy. I get she might hate her job but to take it out on customers ain’t the way. Her customer service is terrible. This was extremely frustrating because me and my partner came for a pick me up and instead were treated rudely. I will probably not be coming back to this location even if it’s closer.

Show up 20 minutes before close and they dont have any beef entrees. Why have it on the menu if you dont serve after a certain time, very disappointing I usually come to this panda express so it’s very shocking.

FOOD POISONING - DO NOT COME. Came here a couple weeks ago and I started feeling unwell the very next morning (with poops) and made a doctors appointment. They took a stool sample and turns out there’s organisms in my poop now! According the doctor this is commonly from poor handling of food and sanitization. I literally never eat out and this was the only place I’ve gone to. So do yourself a favor and stay away if you don’t want stomach pain for 3+ weeks. I don’t make reviews, but I felt obligated to save other people genuinely.

Customer service is non existent even though its a restaurant. Its always those couple of guys that ruin it for the whole store while the rest of the employees work hard with great service. No wonder management is trash and cant seem to train their employees right. What happened Panda Corp? Your heads got too big and now you dont need to serve your customers?

Waited FOREVER for our 2 plates in the drive thru, not a big deal. Get home and my "teriyaki" chicken had NO teriyaki sauce on it or in the bag. Get it together people. Will not be going back.

Drive thru is terrible. Wait 5 minutes for super greens they say, connive after 10 minutes oh 3 m pure minutes. Sitting here since 6:26 waiting it’s now 6:45 just give us our money back. Communication goes a long way. If we had known super greens would take 20+ minutes to make we would have ordered something different. With that said we saw others order super greens inside get them & eat before we could get our refund & leave. So apparently when they tell ya to pull up they’ll be right out they will continue to serve what you’re waiting for inside before they get you your food. Never coming back to this location again.
