Very fast prep. Generous toppings. Convenient location.

I had to walk in to order because I couldn't get the website to complete the order. When I filled in my credit card info and pressed place order, the system locked up. I attempted the order from a very old computer. I wish Papa Murphy's had an outlet closer than 15 miles from my house.

This review will help those of you who are not used to the take out - cook home style. I’m one of those clients who didn’t know that Papa Murphy’s didn’t actually bake their pizzas 🍕 so I ordered and my husband went to pick them up and we thought it was a joke that we paid a regular price for a full baked Pizza, and still had to cook it at home. The experience was weird but it was just the first time. Now, I love Papa Murphys! The Leander store is amazing. Everyone is very happy, excited to serve you, and they educate you on how to order. It’s amazing!

Used the app to order a pizza & salad for later today curbside, order was ready and delivered with a smile. Love the way the crust cooks up and the flavor of the ingredients, we do sometimes add extra toppings we happen to have at home like a shake of Italian herbs, diced onion and a sprinkle of Paprika.

They never disappoint. Food is always good, store is clean and staff are friendly.

I came in to pick up my online order yesterday (Sept 21 at 14:00) and although there appeared to be only one young woman working she had my pizzas ready and the order was correct. She even stopped what she was doing just to stamp my card and was very polite and friendly. It's little things like this that make the world better.

Staff are always nice here, greeting me when I enter, they'll stop to help me find my pizza order, and always a warm farewell when I depart. It's about the best customer service you can get in a pizza shop!

I’ve been coming here for about a year now and this is definitely one of my go-to pizza places (definitely worth the 18 minute drive!) Their prices are great, their pizza is delicious, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and quick with their service. Out of most of the places around, this location specifically never disappoints!

The pizza's good, and I like that you bake it yourself because it tastes much fresher than typical fast food pizza. However, the employees have no sense of time with phone-ahead or online orders. What's the point of choosing a pickup time if they aren't going to start making your order until you get there?

Not sure I get it. I can get an uncooked cheese pizza next door at HEB for $10. If I’m paying $20 I could get it cooked somewhere. They do have more customizations offerings. But not very convent. And weird to have a tip option for a raw pizza. Although the pizza I had was pretty good.

I have enjoyed the Papa Murphy’s Pizza for a couple of years. But the last two pizza’s that I purchased have been very greasy, almost like it was soaked in oil. I hope that they are not starting to use cheap ingredients on their pizzas. I didn’t want to rate them to low but please get back to the standard you once had.

Worst Customer Service recieved anywhere. Ordered online and waited 35 minutes more after arriving later than the promised time. This was not the first time that I have had to wait. There was another Customer that came in to pick up a Call In Order while I was there and they had not started his 3 Pizzas either, then they charged this him incorrectly. Love Papa Murphys Pizzas, but will go to a different location next time.
