O que dizem os clientes de Starbucks
This Starbucks receives mixed reviews. Many customers praise the friendly and efficient staff, especially Joel and Elizabeth, and consistent drink quality, particularly the white mocha. However, some report issues with understaffing, burnt coffee, unfriendly service, and improperly mixed drinks.

Another Starbucks location was delayed in opening due to a store emergency. This store, without hesitation or complication filed the other store's order for delivery. Thank you Chloe. You are awesome.
The cashier knew about Wallows and our drinks were perfect!
This Starbucks is one of the most consistent spots I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot of great coffee shops around Austin. The team always seems to be in a good mood, or at least keeps it together even when it’s slammed. My usual white mocha is always made right and tastes great. Service is quick, the energy is good, and the quality is reliable.
Fresh and properly warmed/cooked food. Good drinks and friendly staff
JOEL was awesome! Super smiley and kind. I forgot to get my receipt and left. An hour later I called back to try to get receipt, Joel tracked it quick, remembered my name. Joel was great!
BusyBusyBusy. Alot of kids' type activities in the area, so don't go here thinking you'll be able to get real studying done, or just a peaceful moment. Alot of moms & their oft-rambunctious offspring. Not as much seating as some other Starbucks. Staff is tops.
I encountered very friendly baristas here. I ordered one of the promotional drinks, and after one sip I knew I was not a fan. I returned it to the pick up counter to a *very* busy barista, but he still talked to me about the drink. That's great customer engagement. The store is a decent size with seats provided around the counter in an L shape. It has typical merch and coffee bean offerings. Something unique is its Little Library: grab a book to read with your coffee. This location is LGBQI+, displaying two different equality flags. Don't come here if you will be bothered by this. They close at 8:30, but if you walk in at 8:25 they will still make your drink. Some Starbucks won't do that. I like this location.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but I just wanted to give heads up about this particular Starbucks. Now i’m not sure if this is an issue with the drink itself or at this particular location but I ordered the banana protein matcha latte and there were huge chunks of unmixed powder in my drink which was really unappetizing. I only got a tall but i couldn’t even finish the drink it was not great 😭. We did drive through and the service also just wasn’t there. I don’t expect much from drive through but this was unfortunately worse than usual.
Service today was BAD. They were understaffed, and while the drive-thru woman was working VERY hard, the two guys making the drinks flat out did not care about the food. We sat there for 28 minutes while our food sat out on the counter, even after asking them to check the long line of food sitting out.
This used to be my go-to spot for Starbucks but lately it's just been rough. I do mobile orders and schedule it from my house to make the drive over. 1. I've been told I ordered too early and gotten an attitude about needing to give more time. 2. I was given the wrong order and told "Well that's what you ordered under your name." The window was shut, and did not get the rest of my food. I had to go into the building to get the rest of it, there were two people with my names spelled differently. -- When I showed the drink they gave me they asked if I drank from it or anything. I said no, and they gave the same one to the other customer instead of making them a new one. (As someone who used to work in food, this was appalling to me.) 3. They don't quality control their drinks anymore. The drinks have spillage all over, or are not filled to the lines. The Nitro on multiple occasions has been all foam and low coffee. (Attached photo of the most recent) < That was not drank from, just the foam receding by the time I got home. I'm going to start trying the other Starbucks. It's not much farther of a drive but hopefully will solve some issues for me. I never have complicated orders, straight from menu, no changes. So I hope they get a bit more training for the menu items to be correct as is.
Waiting 30 minutes for a latte that was made incorrectly is crazy - on top of that the espresso was burnt. 😐
Extremely poor service. The employee’s attitude definitely needs improvement. No surprise Starbucks sales are declining .. high prices, lower quality, and smaller portions. And this particular store is under 4* rating and look at other store 2 miles from this and they are at 4.4+
Waited almost 20 minutes for my Burnt* espresso and almost 20 minutes for them to warm up a sandwich… horribly understaffed.
The girl working the drive through with curly hair and tied back. She should not be in customer service. Terrible attitude. She was being real nasty for some reason. First time I've came across a rude employee in a Starbucks.
Worst customer service, every time. Don't know why you'd get an attitude with your customer when you're the one who messed up on the mobile order. Would rather drive further to another location than deal with the miserable baristas here.
Employees aren’t nice. and coffee tastes burnt, cups not filled to the top, and generally not appetizing. please do better
This location is not very friendly towards delivery drivers. I thought it was just me but when another delivery driver arrived after me, same treatment. They start by ignoring your presence and when they finally acknowledge you, very rudely ask what’s the name of the order. I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks locations and always very friendly towards everybody except this location.
I got a flat tire and had to call a company out. We met the guy and walked into to order a coffee while they changed my tire. We were the only ones in the store. I went back out to my car and my husband waited inside for our order. The guy changed my tire and we chatted for a few minutes and he left. My husband still wasn't outside so I walked back in. I sat down and waited only to see the man that changed my tire leaving the drive thru with his Starbucks drink. So this man changed my tire, chatted with me and still got his coffee before ours was even started on. I left with my car while my husband continued to wait. While I understand they had a big to go order and I didn't mind waiting but the fact a person ordering 10 minutes later than we did and got his drink immediately is ridiculous. Then having to wait another 5-10 minutes after he drove off is crazy town. Lesson learned, won't be back.
came to starbucks to order a caramel ribbon crunch. as i came up to the window and asked to scan for points, erica told me she can’t scan my app because she already pressed the no rewards button on her end. didn’t even get me a receipt so i can upload my points. who operates like this?
The lady this morning at the drive up was not friendly at all. I was trying to recharge the Starbucks card to pay and she gave me an unfriendly attitude. The drive was not even crowded and was rushing me with the order. The falafel pocket was really good. But my flat white had no sugar! Disappointed with this mornings service at this location. I usually love every Starbucks visit but not this one.
Get Your Foam and Your Feelings Under Control Look, my spouse and I are regulars. We know our drinks, we know this location, and we know when a nitro pour is off. On the evening of May 13, 2025, we ordered our usual: a nitro cold brew. What we got was half foam, half cold brew. The kind of pour that tells you the keg’s off or someone forgot how draft systems work. I let the barista know—casually. He pours me another one, it had the same issue. He hits me with a textbook monologue about how “nitro cold brew is infused with nitrogen.” Yeah mate, no kidding. I was a chemistry major. I know how infusion works. Thanks for the TED Talk. I asked if we could just switch to cold brew. The flavor’s off when the ratio’s wrong—and if you’ve ever actually tasted this stuff properly poured, you’d know it. Apparently this was the "supervisor", Jason. His big move? Tells me, “I gave you two drinks.” Thanks, Jason. Math checks out. But let’s not pretend this was a solution. At that point, I let it go. We sat in the parking lot, eating sandwiches and sipping our sad little nitrogen clouds. But then—just when you think it’s done—comes the encore. As we drive off, a barista named Bear waves at us from behind the counter. Okay, sure, maybe he is waving at someone invisible person in the store? Nope, even better, he walks to the front door, apron on, broom in hand, face practically glued to the glass, continuing to wave as we pull onto the road. Like it’s some awkward farewell scene from a movie. Except this wasn’t cute. It was unprofessional, passive aggressive, and pathetic. All of that... because I gave feedback on a drink and asked for a repour or a different drink? Jason said I could come back for a refund or a new one. That’s the bare minimum. But what no one addressed was the strange behavior from staff named, Bear. No accountability. No ownership. Just this insecure little display dressed up as customer service. I guess they missed Starbucks' motto during their orientation: "To be the premier purveyor of the finest coffee in the world, inspiring and nurturing the human spirit -- one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time." Here’s the thing: if you work in this industry, feedback isn’t an attack. It’s part of the job. If your team can’t take a little critique without turning it into theater, maybe it’s time to hang up the apron. No need to be a whiner and take it personally. Cheers.
