Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, ti fanno sentire a casa. Il cibo tutto davvero molto buono, porzioni e prezzi adeguati. Abbiamo provato diversi antipasti, il pollo alla piastra con diverse spezie e gli immancabili naan e chapati. Tutto davvero buonissimo! Locale super consigliato

Resturente indiano Curcuma su lungo Lario Leccò e un posto molto bello. Cibo di ottima qualità fatto con amore ❤️ e mangi come casa. Lavorano familiare con cuore. Piatti serviti da due ragazze mi sembrano sorelle che parlano cosi dolce sembrano mangiano solo dolce. Molto friendly. Posto molto pulito. Prezzo pure giusto. Mi piace mangiare chilli chicken ma ragazze dicono bisogno avvisare prima ma dimentico sempre. Prossima volta mi ricordo da avvisare prima. Consiglio da mangiare almeno una volta dopo non ho bisogno che vi dico anderà lo stesso. Grazie mille e buona giornata.

La cucina è una rivelazione: le spezie sono dosate con eleganza, rendendo i piatti profumati ma mai aggressivi o troppo piccanti. ​Il mio suggerimento: Evitate di riempire il tavolo subito. Prendete solo un paio di portate e chiedete consiglio ai proprietari: conoscono ogni ingrediente e vi guideranno in un percorso degustazione su misura, evitando sprechi e facendovi scoprire sapori autentici.

Sono arrivata con tensioni croniche alla schiena e me ne sono andata completamente trasformata. Il terapeuta è dolcissimo e professionale allo stesso tempo: spiega ogni passaggio, rispetta i ritmi del corpo e crea un ambiente di totale fiducia. La coppettazione dinamica moderna è qualcosa che consiglio a chiunque abbia tensioni muscolari o semplicemente voglia regalarsi un momento di benessere profondo. Tornerò!»

It was a nice moment in Curcuma. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was nice. Food was ok, but portions were little bit small and especially biriani could be more dimensional in terms of flavor. We recommend to add the yogurt to biriani as well.

This is truly one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The food is so delicious! The chai tea is homemade and brought me back to time spent in India. Everything we ordered was delicious. Family owned. Super clean and excellent service. Can't wait to go back. We enjoyed the homemade butter naan, paneer masala, dal lentil curry, and lemon rice.

Group of four people from UK. Lovely Friday evening spent at Curcuma. We all agreed that the food was excellent and even though it was made for Italian taste, there was sufficient spice to satisfy British taste (this being our national dish). Family owned, lovely people. Service excellent.

The food and hospitality at Curcuma were top quality. I tried Indian cuisine in different countries and I can say the food I tried here was very good. Nice small appetizers from the house. The taste of biryani and the butter chicken was flavored and very good. They were nice and generous when asking for extra pickles. Masala chai was good tea that reminded me of the tea I had originally in my trip to India. Overall very good experience with food and nice location, nice and friendly staff.

This is probably one of the best Indian food we had, I’m born and raised in India so I know what the real Indian food is that’s cooked at home. This is next to my home cooked food. And on top of this the service is absolutely brilliant. The whole family works together for this business and that is commendable too. Sardar Ji’s attention to detail is amazing and he really looks after the clients. Also noticed him offering food to homeless, which is very kind of him. Highly recommend for the Indian food. Incredible Indian Food in Lecco As someone who absolutely loves Indian food, I wasn’t sure what to expect when we stumbled across this place in Lecco — but I’m so glad we went. It turned out to be one of the best Indian meals I’ve ever had. The service was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. While there was a slight language barrier (understandably, as we’re in Italy), the staff were patient, kind, and made the experience easy. Their English was much better than my Italian, and they took the time to understand our preferences and suggest dishes accordingly. Every single plate that came out was phenomenal — bursting with authentic flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell the kitchen really cares about quality and presentation. From the starters to the curries and naan, everything exceeded expectations. If you’re in Lecco and craving something rich, flavorful, and comforting, I highly recommend this spot. A hidden gem for Indian cuisine, especially if you’re looking for something different from the typical Italian fare during your trip.

We had wanted to go to an Indian restaurant for a while and finally decided on our visit to Lecco. We really don’t regret this decision and would advise everyone to try. The service was amazing, they were very friendly and welcoming, helped us with finding the best combination of dishes and were very flexible. The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu, all the dishes and their components. Regarding the food, we tried lamb curry, pork with almonds and cashews, rice with lemon, naan, chapata aaand mango lassi(very special drink). I don’t think I should say anything about the dishes other than we literally scraped every last crumb and practically licked the plates. We’re food lovers by the way 😊. Midway we understood that the restaurant was a family business which made it that much better for us. Last but not least, mu partner decided o order the mango lassi as a desert for me because I don’t eat sugar and it was the best surprise ever, I couldn’t believe how good that drink tasted… We were siting there for a while just taking sips and looking at each other. Then I asked the staff about the recipe for the dish and where I can get the mango and they asked the boss who then went on to say that he can go and grab some mangos for me to buy if we can wait 15min which we, of course, said yes to. He came back with 6 mangos and really put the cherry on top of the whole experience. It’s not that often that you come to a restaurant like this. I’m writing this review sitting on the train back home with the bag of mangos in my lap ready to make the mango lassi tomorrow hehe 😊🫶🏼

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time — maybe even the best ever. The menu offered more than enough to keep me full for the whole day. I would gladly pay much more just to enjoy food this delicious and authentically Indian. The appetizer alone felt like a trip to culinary heaven. Very happy that I found this place on google and decided to give it a try. The lamb curry was amazing- complex flavors in the sauce and lamb, and the lamb was cooked to perfect tenderness. The view was great as well.

We had a great experience at Curcuma. The food was lovely and the personnel were very kind and professional, and also quite fluent in English which was also a delight. Oh and have I mentioned the deserts yet? They are also amazingly good! When we come back to the region we will surely visit Cucuma again!

Great place and really good Indian Food. Eventhough we were in a rush, they accomodated our request and served our food really quickly without compromising the quality. Must try - especially vegetarian dishes if you are around the Lake Como area. Definitely worth it.

Good food and reasonable prices. A short walk along the lake and from the center of the Lecco city, this restaurant has to offer just not a good view but authentic Indian flavors and quality food. The staff is kind and helpful while explaining the details to the non Indians. We not only had a nice time but already decided to go back soon.

Ristorante indiano sul lungolago di Lecco davvero ottimo. Prezzi nella norma, cibo davvero ottimo! Si esce di sicuro con la pancia piena. Ci sono menù di assaggi per chi non conosce la cucina indiana! Consiglio le lenticchie, il pollo piccante e il loro pane! Ambiente intimo e molto discreto! Consigliato!!!!

We were walking down the street and stumbled upon Curcuma. It looks very nice, and the vibe in the restaurant is very Indian. The staff was relatively nice, and also decently fast. The food tasted pretty good, but there was no spice at all really. And it was all a little pricy. And staff took a while to come to our table to take our order. We also had brought our own bottle of water which they kinda rudely asked us to put away.

Intossicazione alimentare! Da quando siamo tornate ieri io e mia figlia abbiamo mal di stomaco e problemi intestinali forti. Già immediatamente dopo pranzo mi è venuta nausea intensa e la situazione è peggiorata. Sono andata al Curcuma con mia figlia di 9 anni. Conosco bene e apprezzo la cucina indiana in quanto sono spesso in India per lavoro. Avevo Ordinato un menù degustazione da 24 euro per me e un piatto di riso Biriani da 13 euro per la bimba e una bottiglia di acqua naturale. Purtroppo la bambina ha trovato un capello nerissimo nel piatto di riso e si è disgustata e naturalmente non voleva più mangiare nulla. ho riconsegnato subito il piatto e il capello nero (noi siamo bionde). Tra L altro ce lo hanno fatto pagare interamente comunque, perché la bambina “lo aveva parzialmente mangiato” e le cameriere sostenevano che il capello nero non era loro né dei cuochi perché avrebbero avuto la retina in testa. alla fine dopo una spiacevole discussione mi hanno restituito ben 3 euro dicendomi che me li davano “se avevo bisogno di soldi “(?!) .. veramente ingiurioso, senza contare la totale mancata assunzione di responsabilità per lo spiacevole fatto. Aggiungiamo poi l’ intossicazione alimentare. Non tornerei e lo sconsiglio a chiunque.
