I love DQ T-Brand Tacos!!! Topped with their taco sauce, they truly are the best fast-food tacos anywhere. I got Dad the chicken strips basket, which comes with 4 strips, Texas toast, fries, and cream gravy. He likes that lot. Right now, the chicken strip basket is only $4.99 - can't beat that!

Jordan and Chris are great , i came in and ordered a meal . I spilled a big tea all over the floor and they came out and helped and didn't get upset . The food was great Jordan was great at the cashier desk , smiling and joyful

Wonderful customer service. The young man taking our large to go order was very friendly. The only thing I didn't like was they don't put much A-1 on the burgers.

Great service clean restaurant but very high prices compared to other fast food restaurants. Also drive thru is alot slower not a good idea when you don't have much time for lunch.

Food was good and fresh. I checked lettuce and tomatoes on my burger and it all looked fresh. I liked the cherry dipped cone. I didn't like that I asked for extra napkins and ketchup and got none. To add to that I didn't notice I was missing my straws as well until after I left.

Inside service ok. Drive-thru? I just sat in drive-thru over 15 mins. They gave me my ice cream right away so it was starting to melt way before I got the three tacos

Drive through takes a while to get food out but its always good. The workers have always been friendly

If you're not in a hurry...this is the place to eat and relax! The food is good ..but they are not quick about it!

Management doesn't demand cleanliness. Otherwise the food preparation is very good and pleasant employees.

Food was only warm. People there played to much. Gravy wasn't warm at all.

A bit of a miss. The tomatoes on the tacos had no flavor and the lettuce had an odd taste.

It’s good food but be ready to wait. I called it in and the people that drive through they let wait and start cooking when they order.

Usually a good place to go while in levelland good prices and good food.. as I went yesterday with family they messed up on order and the gravy that went with the steak fingers was out of date and tasted nasty 🤢 the burger had hardly any seasoning to taste and meat was still a bit raw in the middle.. usually we go and get delicious food and wonderful customer service...

(Note: read the update below for reason for star re-rating) it was horrible! Sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes for 2 meals and a blizzard (the 2 meals being a Strak fingers meal for my boyfriend and a chicken strip meal for me), after we FINALLY got our food, we took it home only to find out they royally screwed up our order. We said fine whatever and started eating, only realizing later that they had stuck chicken in my boyfriends steak fingers meal, and he is seriously allergic to chicken!!!! UPDATE: we called corporate and reported all the problems, and this morning (day after the incident) the owner/manager called and verified what all happened, then stuck my boyfriends name on a list for a free meal when we go in next.

Price is a big factor but you can always expect the food to be fresh people are sometimes nice definitely would have them work on that and the wait time for drive thru is ridiculously long.

The steak fingers with cheese are delicious. The fries were cool and hard. My husband's burger was warm.

Great place, good inviornment, employees handle service very well and tend to keep things as service should be, never had a problem, I find the food comes out slow often, and it takes awhile to get an ice cream sometimes but it commonly gets a lot of customers so I can't hold that against them, it's very family friendly, and a respectful staff. Definately a place I recommend weather driving through, or living in town.

Remodeled restaurant, so it looks nice. Same employees tho. Mostly younger high school age, so the service is hit or miss. Drive through takes forever, so expect a long wait. Like, don't hold the brake, just put it in park. I just ordered some blizzards, and guy in the window didn't turn it upside down before he gave it to me. Docked a star for that. SMH

This location really needs a night manager that cares. The workers are really trying to get things done with NO leadership. I came in tonight there is a total of 5 people working 4 males and 1 female and it’s is a mess(not dirty mess but no one know what todo mess). 2 people in the kitchen (male and female) and I called in my order came inside to pick it up since the drive thru line was VERY long. I waited at the counter to be helped for 7mins before being asked the young man was very kind. We got the drinks done then he was putting the food together and I was missing one of the baskets. He then let the cook area know the female never answered him then he said it again she then snapped at him. This location really needs direction at night.

I usually love DQ. Tonight, everyone at the Levelland Dairy Queen was getting frustrated. (12/03/25 @ 19:00) The black lady working the window is awesome!! She was working hard. The front staff was struggling. One kid behind the counter tried as hard as he could to get out of doing anything productive. He was just in the way. We were given someone else's order, then they tried to give it to someone else after we had touched the food. There was zero attention to details. About half the staff were working to compensate for the incompetence of the rest of the staff. We were there over an hour for a quick bite. Not the best experience! Should have gone to Taco Villa, for sure!

It took 25 minutes for 4 blizzards. They weren't busy and she just took her time. The ice cream was melted by the time I got them.

The employees got the whole order wrong. No toy for the kids meal, and didn't even offer anything else. Employees were more worried about getting off work than tending to the customers.

Omg! They take foooorever in the drive through!!! I just spent 22 minutes in the drive through for 2 dipped cones and a banana split. -_-;; No good...!

I went through drive through and they got my order wrong. Took FOREVER and all I had was Blizzards. The lady that took my money was rude. Never smiled or said "Thank You".

Ice cream is mealted by the time I get to the window for my order can't even enjoy cause it's all watery!!! They need to at least make it when they get to the window so ice cream can be firm

Ordered two medium blizzards and time seemed to drag on. We seen other customer's getting ice cream cones and blizzards before us and when we approached the counter about the issue, they stated "we had not ordered 2 blizzards. We then were asked to show our receipt which confirmed, that we did order 2 blizzards. We waited a bit longer and finally got our blizzards

Called in my order because of covid and was told to park at door and call they would bring it out. Called 5 times let it ring and ring. Walked up to sorry and knocked. Now I'm waiting in line 6 cars back for banana split. Bet it's melted.

Gave 2 stars because the food is good. But the service........need the franchise owner/owner or someone in a leadership role to perform observations on staff so there is at least good cust service and faster wait times. It's called fast food, not slow food. Also as I went through drive-thru the first words out of the employees mouth when ordering was "just wanted to let you know our credit card machine was down"..........that's it. Not "Hi, welcome to DQ, my name is _______ and just so you know our CC machine is down, would you like to continue with your order?" I mean come on, managers wake up and develop your staff so they at least have the basics when working with your money makers...the customer.

It takes too long for you to get food. I watched my order come up a staff walking around in store not taking orders.Why is it that the store in Lubbock can get my order out faster during lunch time.i was the only car in drivethrought 10mintes before anyone came behind me and it took about 25 minutes for me to get my order.I can go anywhere else in Texas and get my order faster than levelland. It just takes too long to get food.It would be nice if staff would let you know about how long it take for your order but they don't

went through the drive thru in the evening about 9:00 pm. There were 4 vehicles in front of me and 3 behind me. The vehicle at the window had ordered food thru the drive thru, so that left 6 vehicles waiting to get their order. I waited to drive up to the window for 25 minutes because of the person who could not be bothered to call in his order or go inside to order. All we wanted was ice cream, that's a ridiculous wait! Then I asked the clerk why they allow this and she said I don't know mam and shut the window on me. So in addition to the wait, I was treated rudely. DQ better revamp this store location ASAP or not worth buying their stuff!!

This place is usually pretty good. We came in ordered dine in paid and sat down. My husband ordered a 6pc basket got a 4 piece ok he let them know and and got his 2 piece. I ordered a cheese burger. I was talking not paying attention took a bite of my burger, no cheese, took it up there with my receipt and they were very rude. Person cooking said ewe gross very loud and just gave me a slice of cheese on a paper didnt say I'm sorry nothing!! Very rude very poor customer service.

The ice cream treats are still the best, but… Four of us went to DQ Friday night around 9:00pm. There were 3 vehicles in front of us. The one at the window when we arrived got their order quickly and left. The next one pulled up and sat there at the window waiting for their order. We sat patiently waiting…and waiting…and….finally I called them. I asked if there was a problem. Nope. Then I asked “can’t they have the vehicle move forward and park so they could bring the order out to them.” they told me that they couldn’t do that because “there were kids in the drive.” I asked for clarification. Were kids running the drive window? Were there kids running around in the driveway? (We couldn’t see anyone.) And how old were the kids? The lady on the phone quit answering and never said another word after she said “there were kids in the drive.” She just kept listening to me speak. Wondering why we didn’t leave? There were cars behind us as well. We finally got up to the window thirty (30) minutes later. A man was there to take our money. First thing I noted was everyone working was older than a ‘kid’. I asked for a discount of any kind. They told me ‘no’ and proceeded to hand me my ice cream which I did pay for. Yes, I should have driven on through, but I paid. I stayed calm and polite. We finally drove away 38 minutes later.

Everything was perfect except the extremely rude employee on the takeout speaker. Then when we asked to speak to a manager she told us the manager wasn't there which was a lie because we were looking right at the mgr at the back door by the drive thru. So this employee proceeds to tell us SHE is the manager🤣and they aren't taking complaints today... Very unprofessional ma'am.

Fast food should mean just that: FAST. This is the slowest place on earth. I left. Speed it up a little!!!

Two weeks ago, must have been a new employee,was rude,only took one of our orders and insisted we had placed a second order then got an attitude when asked how long it would take for us to have the second one. So we left with only one meal!

The window is the lowest. I've waited for 40 minutes just to get ice cream. 👎 my sister in law tells me they like to take their time. This proves it

Levelland DAIRY QUEEN IS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE .. THERE CHICKEN STRIPS AND STEAK FINGERS HAVE BEEN SOOO DISGUSTING THE LAST COUPLE OF TIMES.... AND THERE Burgers have been either hard or under cook.. And there fries have been Super Duper soggy... Its like if they dont care anymore about there customers..or there business ...

Food was made wrong like always gave them one last chance never again and the manager is rude when I asked for a recipe she told me I didn't have one when I literally just handed it to her when she finally gave me one back so I could call and complain it was from 3 hours before I even got there

Service was not good at all. Cashier messed up our whole order and we still had to pay extra for her mistake. Didn't even want to rate one star but unfortunately that's the lowest i could rate it.

I have been in line for 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me... I'm probably going to be late for class because there is no exit out of line.....this is freaking ridiculous, they havent even acknowledged the people at the window in the whole 20 minutes

Went there to get 2 drinks and the staff was absolutely terrible and the girl working the register had no clue what she was doing so had to go ask another worker everytime we ordered something. The manager was rude and does not deserve the management position.

Drive thru was ridiculously slow for a fast food restaurant all we want it was ice cream and we're in line for 30 minutes I would have left but I was blocked in will not be going back.

The manager was awful she was so rude and disrespectful to the staff and customers. The manager name is Terri she has no business being a manager. I had no problems with the other employees just her. She has no right to speak to the employees that way.

Has to be one of the slowest places to order food. What makes it worse is when you look around the staff is simply standing there doing nothing vs fixing orders. Took over 20 minutes to get a hamburger, tots and drink in the drive thru.

Would not recommend. I was handed a blizzard that spilled when the girl turned it over. The malt we ordered was the consistency of water and they refused to remake it. This place continues to disappoint time after time.

At one time we probably would rate our dairy queen at least a 3 star, but tonight when we went to the window we were told us you're ordering icecream it's a 30min wait. We didn't order icecream. We STILL had to wait for the other two vehicles in front of us who obviously ordered icecream. Rather than telling them pull around and wait for their icecream so they could service other customers, they make you haft to wait and wait on someone who ordered icecream even though we did NOT order icecream ourselves!!

Stood at the counter, no one in line, staring at the employees for 5 minutes, no one took my order. 2 of them were just standing there talking not doing anything. The kid who finally did had an attitude. The place smells the bathroom is gross, the iced tea was terrible. Ya... I think management is the cause. Probably run by someone who just doesn't care.

Large black flakes all over the fries, asked the management about it and they said the night manager didn't clean out the fryers from the night before. And then stood there acting like I was supposed to be fine with that excuse of having 24hr old burnt food stuck on the fries.

Went at 3:00 pm not busy and stood there for 10 min and was never acknowledged or waited on. Young lady and young man were there and talking and never addresses me. Young man walked right by me and still didn't say anything. Will never come back. Very disappointed with service

I Waited at the drive-thru for 15min with employees walking back and forth, seeing that I am there but never acknowledging me and never taking my order. I know the drive thru was working because I had already been waiting in line and the people in front of me had their orders taken and received their food, they just apparently dropped the ball when my turn came along.

The food was good but. We waited to be waited on they were too busy doing some on a machine last time we will go there they just acted like we weren't there l thought customers came first

Don't go at night the window help is amazing but the lady answering the window was so rude. I could hear her yelling at the other customers in line . Enjoy your job much new building but same sloppy service and no customer appeal . Don't get into customer service if you don't like people

DISGUSTING! The health department needs to get on the ball here. Nasty. The guy that took my order, handled money, had long finger nails, did not use gloves when handling my food! I nearly gagged. Never eating there again. Food was crap, not worth the price, not worth the cross contamination from mishandling food. Ugh!

Worst food I've ever had. We both ordered steak finger baskets. Breading was falling off, very greasy and fries had black pieces of old grease all over them.

I called it five minutes before they were supposed to close at 11 o’clock and I wanted to call in an order and pick it up really quick and they said they had already closed this place closes way early sometimes closes at 10:30 if not earlier and I’m getting tired of it they should not be closing early the cleaning should start right at closing time not before closing time

I waited in the drive through for a long time. Got my food and went back to my office. I sat down and unwrappped my burger. There was no meat on my Hunger Buster. I showed 4 people in my office. I took the burger back and went inside. I told the girl at the counter and she took my food back to the kitchen. I heard one of the workers in back, a female worker, make the statement that I was "f****ing lying." I was very offended. I did show four other people what the burger looked like. I will not go back there. The service is bad and when the screw up is on their end, I get called a liar. The employees are not friendly. I would be upset if that were my business and I had people like that working there representing my company.

They are charging you more then what's on the menu when you confront them at the window they blame on the system/cash register, (that's against the law) it's called price gouging, people yall pay attention....

This Dairy Queen is seriously the SLOWEST restaurant in town. And they mess up your order 99% of the time. We ordered literally just two hamburgers tonight and I kid you not, waited more than 30 minutes! Some of the employees are nice, but some of them make you feel like an inconvenience. I just wish they would motivate the employees better or something so they didn’t all seem like they wished they were dead.

I showed up 25 minutes before closing time. I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting on a response and got none. Same cars were sitting at the pick up window the whole time. Lots of people coming out of the restaurant. This sort of thing happens all the time. Good food, bad service!

For some reason, Dairy Queen is having trouble honoring their ice cream special. I have tried twice to buy ice cream after 8:00 p.m. as indicated in their advertisement, but was informed that their machine was down on one evening, and waited in line over twenty minutes the next evening, only to be informed that if I was ordering ice-cream, it was going to be an even longer wait. My husband and I managed to get out of line and snapped up a delicious treat at Sonic and McDonald’s. Management might want to think about this.😒

Service is extremely slow! The kids that work there don't have any respect or manners for the customers. Not even a simple "thank u have a nice day". They just give you your food and close the window. Where the hell is the manager?? I never see her around. Does she not care that her store is known to have sucky service?? They need to do something about that store.

Had a call in order. Said it would take 10-15 minutes. I bet the food was ready by then. But they had one car in the drive through for 45 minutes. Freaking really!!! Staff is so rude. No thank you, no hello. Typical little town owned restaurant.

After "asking" to be waited on, the cashier charged me for a medium soda and I asked for water. He threw the Styrofoam cup at me and continued with my husband's order. He wanted water as well and yes, he got a cup tossed at him. When we got our meal the fries were cold and I looked at the bill just me. There is a .40 charge on my bill stating "1 OPEN FOOD, How much? 0.40" is this a charge for the cups being thrown at us? Will put this on our list of eating places to not visit in Levelland. List is getting long.

Wish I could give less then 1 star. I went through the drive through last night at 7:30 pm lights on the drive thru signs lights were out. I wait for 3 min. to see if they would answer and no luck. I pulled around and waited in line got to the window and wanted to order a large fries and she said we are out of fries and if I want something I would have to go all the way back around the drive thru so I left. I will never go back.

The taco meet was very cooled n the fires was cooled Al so. They put to much salad on. Tacos. And the person who served us was very rude slammed cups together like he didn’t care. It’s the first time in along I’ve came there will not do it agin

Waited in line 30 minutes just to get a drink. People in front of me should have been told if someone pulls in behind you pull around to the front and we will bring out your food. Also...charging $2 for a child size drink .....riduculous.

How long drive-thru line it went inside had a long line inside. The lady that tended us at the counter came from cooking area with gloves on & served everyone with those same gloves on & she took all the money as well with those same gloves . She was actually very rude to customers. People in front of me & my family & us waited quite awhile before they even took our order & we just wanted icecream.

Waited in line at drive thru (3rd in line when I drove up) for 1/2 hour for a dip cone. It was NOT worth the wait. Will never be back to this one. Tried to be nice and warn staff the 3rd car behind me left after ordering but they said they didn't care.

if i could give this place a negative i would. i placed the order at 6:22pm was told it will be ready in 20 mins. i got to DQ and after over an hour wait i received COLD food the milkshakes were melted and they forgot to make my chicken basket. i asked to speak to the manager and she wouldn’t come speak to me. i finally received the rest of my order after waiting for another 17mins to get the chicken basket. we left at 7:27pm. there was 5 workers and im NOT sure what the issue is except no direction from management. this is the worst Dairy Queen. DONT GO!!!!!

ABSOLUTELY NASTY! It sucks that in a small town we only have so many options a the options can't even keep the environment clean a much less keep the food good! Husband found hairs in his food ordered chicken strips an got fried bread literally! Had to wipe down our own table because it wasn't even close to clean when we sat an there was no other choices to sit at. Went really for ice cream to be throwing up my food by the time we left. DO BETTER .

They have the time in the receipts wrong so you can’t really tell when you ordered and how long you waited. We’ve been here for about 30 minutes and haven’t gotten our food. Don’t get me wrong it is packed and the drive through line is long as always but this could be fixed if there wasn’t FIVE ppl just standing around the ice cream machine…… this place literally sucks cheeks and should be closed. Literally any other company can use this lot and do better business. DQ makes me haaaate fast food. AND THEN this place got remodeled?!?!! For what if the service is at stone age speed?????

came here, lady at window gave an incredible attitude then when i recieved my food, it was made incorrectly and cold. when i came back to get my burger remade, they took apart my burger slapped on a piece of cold cheese and didn’t even try to make sure it was remade or anything. afterwards she handed my food back again with the same attitude and fake smile. terrible service. completely embarrasing for levelland. 8/22/25 @ around 5:45-6 pm

This place really sucks you go threw the drive thur to get a blizzard and you end up waiting 30 mins to and hr. People are unfriendly and do not care about customer service at all. They need to get rid of the people there and get new people. Wake up people the people that gave them 5 stars they have to have family members that work there and of course they are goin to be nice to you. Tried to go back and still no good cant even get orders right
