One of my favorite guilty pleasure fast food spots. I love their chili burgers 😋

I had family from out of town with me and everyone LOVED the food! I took them to Taco Casa because of the real beef, the real cheese, and the great flavor of the food. We all agreed that the hot sauce was also very flavorful and spicy proving to be a perfect addition to any menu option. It wasn't too incredibly hot or overpowering, too salty, nor did it completely change the taste of already delicious food. Portion size was perfect so that, combined with high quality ingredients, made paying a little higher prices definitely worth it!!! My only "complaint" is I wish y'all delivered as I'm a disabled veteran so I can't enjoy your food unless someone else is driving.

It is what it is. I personally love it and I especially love the Super Nachos. I like everything else but I LOVE those dang nachos, lol. I usually get it with a large sweet tea. As I type this, if you only have $5, you can get a good sized basic soft taco and a large drink with the good crunchy ice.

Excellent experience! My first time to ever go to a Taco Casa and it did not disappoint. The service at this location was phenomenal. Food was fresh and seemed higher quality than other fast food taco places. Place was nice and very clean! Definitely coming back!

Great location. Management and staff was fantastic on my visit. Went in Tuesday evening with my daughter. It was the cleanest restaurant I've been in a while. Fast food places are usually sub par but this place was notably clean and the food was fresh. The customer service was great too.

Emily was the lady in the drive thru. She was awesome. She had a lot energy, you could understand her clearly. She amazing customer service skills. She needs to teach it to others. She needs a raise. The food was delicious. The nacho cheese sauce was very blan. It needed season or something😞. But everything else was great. Outside that it was great experience. I just moved to the area and was excited seeing a Taco Casa so close to me.

Same as it has always been, prompt, fair priced to the steep side, but consistency, quality, and accuracy with ordering process validates it. This is high end tex mex fast food, but I don't go here expecting authentic or restaurant level Mexican food and if you have the pallet for the range of this cuisine don't expect that either. Haven't looked if they have an app yet to see how the handle that process with possible discounts if they have any so for now five stars.

Hands down, the best crispy taco in fast food. There is no comparison between the fresh shredded cheese Taco Casa and the tasteless bagged shredded cheese most places use.

First off, this place has fantastic service! I've eaten here many times and I just love their tacos and especially that Chilada. The shells, cheese and lettuce are always fresh - each visit always consistent. It's always clean and just a nice and inviting establishment. Try Taco Casa if you haven't already.

Writing this review to shout out the gentleman working the drive thru tonight. His communication and customer service was outstanding.. as we drove away, my pre teen son even commented saying that he was so nice! You just don’t run into that as often these days. I hope the company sees this and connects it back to him for recognition.

Service was quick. Dude gave forks, knives, napkins plenty of sauce! Definitely better than taco bell and taco bueno!

I really like this location. They are pretty consistent with food and service. Sometimes they forget something but it isn't too often. We always make huge orders and I feel bad for rattling off item after item but the employees are patient and catch everything. One employee specifically is amazing. I wish I knew his name to give proper credit and feedback. When he is at the window our order is perfect every time and I never feel rushed giving my order.

Our go-to place for tacos on Tuesday cause it is easy, and we enjoy talking to Virginia, the GM. She is awesome. We really appreciate her attention to detail and customer care. It's definitely a place to stop by and enjoy a quick taco treat. Personally, I love the Super Nachos. 🌮 🌯

If you used to love Taco Bell back in the day and don't care for it now. Because it's all processed and sent to the store in plastic bags. Then Taco Casa is a place to go for fresh food cooked and made in the restaurant fresh! They have fresh vegetables, and even black olives! They have the Chaloda, and it's bigger than the old enchrito of Taco Bell. How I have missed good fast mexican food a prices are decent.

This Taco Casa in Lewisville is great. They actually completely fill the taco shells unlike everywhere else where they sprinkle a little bit and all you taste is the shell They are kind and make your food very well. I enjoy coming here.

Can’t really say enough good things about this visit. The woman who took our order was very friendly and after I paid, she realized she charged me for my daughter’s drink and immediately brought our attention to it. She voided the purchase and removed the drink. I clearly would have never noticed. We sat down and it was probably 2 minutes before another woman brought our food over who was also extremely friendly. The food was delicious and fresh. Taco Lite, Super Nachos, Super Burrito and a Chilada. All so delicious. When I went up for a refill, the third person I spoke to for the visit was extremely friendly. The woman who dropped our food off earlier saw me standing there while my drink was being refilled and asked how everything was. I sat back down and couldn’t help but talk about how friendly the staff was and how much my family enjoyed the food. Always love Taco Casa but this location is doing it right. The whole restaurant was also very clean. Wonderful experience.

If Natalie is not a manager, she needs to be....no one else understood what we were trying to convey....she nailed it and has done so on multiple occasions now. This Taco Casa never disappoints. Had a quick lunch today. I had the Super Nachos and out daughter had the Super Tacos. Service at the counter was prompt and extremely polite. Our food was made fresh and exactly as ordered. Super Nachos were piled high and loaded down. More than enough for one meal. Chips were fresh and crunchy too. Tacos were stuffed full as always and crunchalicuous!

I rarely eat fast food but this is literally 200 yards from my apartment so when I'm just not in the mood I'll come by here. Quality isn't bad and fairly fast drive thru. Although I'd have to say the chili burger looked exactly like it was made the pace it was served... fast.

Disappointed that there's no large drinks. Best fast good bean & cheese burritos. If you don't want onions like myself, tell them beans & cheese only and no sauce. Fresh Teas & chewy ice is a great part of the meal. Little more expensive then 🔔 but way higher quality for fast food. Xeriscape * drought resistant landscaping is looking good & must be at 10 years, bonus on eco friendly restaurant restroom plumbing equipment.

The tacos are BIG! Sweet tea is not too sweet, just right. My favorite is the chilada which reminds me of the enchirito...iykyn. I really like it. I only do drive thru, order always right with friendly service.

I absolutely love taco casa. And I'm very glad that I've been here so many times bc tonight's visit was not as good as any other visit I've ever had. The quality of the food was as good as it always is. But there were only 2 cars in front of me when I ordered at the drive thru window and it took me a little over twenty minutes to get to the 2nd window and get my food. I still gave 4 stars for the simple reason that I don't know what the other 2 cars had ordered or if there was an issue with an order. I do know that occasionally these things happen and there is no reason to be a "Karen" about it and hassle some poor employee who has probably been already been verbally abused by other customers. And there is also no reason to give them a bad review for one less than ideal visit.

The food is pretty consistent but the service is not. Sometimes I will get my food in 2 minutes and sometimes it takes up to 20. The place is typically pretty clean, staff is friendly and humorous. All ingredients are fresh and are constantly being changed out to keep the quality up to standard. Besides the inconsistent wait times, and the arguably overpriced menu, it's a solid competitor to Taco Bueno, Taco Cabana, and Taco Bell, and arguably the better choice.

I really liked my food. I had a soft taco and the deluxe (?) burrito. The tortillas were soft, the meat flavorful and not salty and the cheese good quality for fast food - no white spots or hardening. I don't live close but I'd definitely grab it when I could. Basic, tasty, fast food Tex- Mex.

Good service although I was there before the evening rush. Burritos were hefty, good, and filling. Regular taco shell seemed a little stale, but I noticed the shell looked bubbly which would indicate frying at the wrong temperature or wet tortillas.

DO NOT use online ordering! You have to go inside which is a nightmare if you have a sleeping baby in the car. They said the reason is because they wait to make the food until you arrive… which is exactly what happens anyways when you order anything at a drive thru in person? I get the intention of the policy but it doesn’t make actual sense when you think about it. I even asked for an exception since I was the only person in the drive thru and they said no unfortunately so had to lug my baby in and then needed a nice staff members help to get the food to the car :/ The staff is nice and the food is good and well-priced, hence the 4 star review.

GEEAT fast and easy delicious tacos!!! The salsa too that comes with the tacos in the little prepackaged bags are super delicious I keep some for my own breakfast burritos.

Looks like they are taking advice from Taco Bell. Food prices have risen but now your barely putting any cheese on the tacos. I might have to try different spot but this one is the closest. Bummer.

They stopped giving extra sauce. They give 2 for an order of 8 tacos even though additional was requested. They increased their prices to $2.49 for 1 taco... you could pay less at a taqueria for authentic Mexican food.

Not the best but was low on funds and hungry. Left the establishment with a full belly. Front healthy guy from Mississippi, in Texas 2 years was fantastic! Manager was very professional and doing a great job.

We went through the drive thru. Let me start off by saying we didn't get a receipt for the purchase. My husband ordered two of the super tacos and I ordered two light tacos. They were okay, but nothing out of the ordinary. The meat is EXTREMELY salty, so if, like me, you could eat tacos everyday, this killed the enjoyment. Too bad, I was hoping to give them a good review.

I use to come to this location a lot...but my last 2 visits have not been very pleasant experiences. Couple months ago my entire order was incorrect and I had to feed 4 kids with almost nothing and whatever I could put together quick from my pantry. I called the store and the manager was very nice and she offered to replace my entire order the next day (which was nice, at least the customer service was awesome!) but it didn’t solve me having to scrounge up food that night and I had to make another 20 minute trip the next day to pick the food up. So this evening I decided to go grab a quick dinner after a scout meeting and at first the drive thru person tried to tell me they were already closed...it was only 9:50. When I mentioned the time someone else came on and apologized and proceeded to take my order. When I get home, my sons tells me that his frijoles have a watery substance in it. I sure hope this wasn’t intentional....Needless to say, I think I’ll be taking another break from eating here. We have always enjoyed eating Taco Casa but lately it hasn’t been the same type of service we’re use to.

They take forever to make the food, and then when I get it, the taco shells tasted old and stale..... Update to my original review since they are “under new management” you will still sit in the drive thru line for atleast 20-30 minutes BEFORE you even get to order, they are literally the worlds slowest place to order food from! Went here with my family for a quick bite to eat and the lady at the register was very rude and unprofessional. I didn't catch her name, but I can describe her. I started to order and she kept cutting me off, and wouldn't let me speak to order my food without cutting me off. We told her never mind, we were going somewhere else. She proceeded to follow us out the door and grab our keys to our vehicle from us unlocking it (in the key hole) when my fiance was putting our tiny baby in the car. We will be finding a new location. Restaurant sign lit up as open and sign on door said closed at 10. At 9:03 the doors were locked. People were eating inside and workers were behind the counter. We tried both doors and neither opened. Employees saw us but did not acknowledge us at all, just stared back at us. Another person came to the door and knocked and was also ignored.

Terrible service. The person at the winter doesn't need to be there. They dropped the person in front of me food. Picked it up outside the window and still gave it to them. When it was my turn they said NOTHING not hello not the price nothing. Took my card walked to the front to charge it and came back with the reciept and then left again grabbed the food handed it out the window. The person had ear length dreads and the stankiest attitude. Oh wait they didn't say anything so maybe no attitude. They are the worst person I've ever seen at ANY location. Retrain or move on

Horrible tacos through the drive-thru. They are literally shooting. It's like we bought taco flavored bubble gum chewy chewy chewy. You guys do know there's an expiration date on taco shells right? Or maybe you didn't know that you're supposed to keep them covered up to keep them from being stale? And you do know that when the phone rings that you should answer it so maybe you could give your customers who drove over there and waited in line at the drive-thru another opportunity to get good food from you. Normally Taco Casa is awesome way better than Bueno and Bell but not today. Today it was just horrible.

I guess this location is under new management and it’s awful! Over the last couple of weeks the Lewisville location has become an unorganized mess and food quality and customer service has significantly gone down. No one smiles anymore and they’re not friendly this location is no longer welcoming! Management has no clue what they are doing now and whoever brought Gabriel over should rethink there decision he’s terrible too employees and couldn’t lead a duck to water and he’s not very approachable to customers. I would avoid the Lewisville location and Go to the Carrollton location for better service and management

I found two small curly hairs in my wrapper with the root attached, looked like it was pulled out. Not sure what part of the body it was from but looked like down there hair. They also added sour cream when I said not too. No more trips to this location for me.

The place is nice, employee at the cash register was so sweet and helpful but the stale nachos were not it. We ordered two and they were both stale and soggy like they were just sitting there for a while. $28 down the drain. We are from Southeast Texas and we wanted to try something new, we should’ve just gone to Taco Bell across the street. See attached photo of these less than appealing soggy and stale nachos.

Unfortunately had to change this from 5 stars to 1. This location sometimes makes pretty small portions but this ridiculously tiny burrito is the straw that broke the camel's back. Avoid this Taco Casa 👎

Visited the Taco Casa drive-thru in Lewisville tonight at 8:23 PM. When it was time to pay, the cashier acted like it was a problem to extend the Google Pay reader out the window so I could tap my phone. There was no effort to be helpful or accommodating, just an attitude as if using Google Pay was an inconvenience. Basic customer service should include making payment easy, especially in a drive-thru where customers can’t step inside. Disappointing experience and not what I expect from a place I’ve visited before.

We ordered two supper nachos. One was missing the tomato and the chips on both were stale. So stale that we drove back from 20 minutes away seeking a refund. When we got there they still had 24 minutes of operation yet told us they couldn’t refund us due to closing the cash register even though they weren’t closed and a car in front of us had just ordered. Offered us Taco Bucks towards a future purchase by why would we come back??? This chips made rocks sound appetizing!

I come here once a month, as it's near the place I get my haircut. Always love the food However, this last time, I noticed my credit card being charged more than what I purchased. 1 super taco 1 super burrito 1 regular taco Small drink Shouldn't be more than $12-13 bucks. But I got charged over $18. I never ask for receipt as I usually trust this place, so I would recommend everyone to double check their charges from now on.
