Sabio

Although some of the other reviews have been good and also a few bad.. I want to say it doesn't matter how much you spend at a place rules are rules just because you didn't cut your cake don't make the restaurant worth your 1 star. Ridiculous. The food is great 5 stars also the food is presented very nicely. I don't understand people the napkin on the glass was a harmless joke humor some call it. I would tell you also you sit out side you get nature. I only understand because some people are just crazy. Look this is an outstanding place maybe pricy but so can McDonald's it's all in the individual. Sorry but everytime I've been here I was treated above and beyond. I want to say thank you for your hospitality every time I come to sabio.

Excellent food with an excellent staff. Our entire party was thrilled to be at Sabio for a birthday celebration. Can't say enough for the great restaurant and bar. Oh, and the chef is amazing as well. Don't miss out on this fabulous experience!

Excellent venue with an great patio and fire pit We had a private event with each room colorful accompanied with amazing food served up with a first class staff.

My wife and I went to Sabio's for her birthday. We went to an early dinner and there was just the two of us. The atmosphere was great and decor very nice. She got the shrimp gnocchi, and I got the duck. The duck was great. Crispy skin, rare center that was very tender and moist. The julienned vegetables that came with it were excellent, as way the crispy egg rolls. Her gnocchi was very good also, just very very heavy (filling). I think my only concern is that we felt like we were being watched. When the wait staff had nothing going on they would congregate at the hostess area and constantly watch us. I understand that they want to be attentive, but our waitress was not in the group standing and watching. It was the rest of the staff. All in all we are able to look past the "stand and stare" staff and will definitely be going back again.

We went there to have dinner to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were five of us & we brought a small birthday cake. We were informed there would be a charge of $25 to cut the cake??? We ate our dinner and probably spent $200 and left with our cake to go to one of our homes to eat the cake! That is ridiculous! We want go back.

One of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant in a while. My husband and I decided to sit on the patio because it was such a nice night out. A fly got in my wine, no big deal, but when I asked the waiter what their policy is for replacing the glass, his response was, "Well... that happens in nature, but I'll get you a new one." The tone was very condescending and completely insulting. When he brought my new glass of wine, be made a show of setting a napkin over the glass so 'nature wouldn't happen again.' The food was okay, but not for the price. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere you will actually be treated with respect.
