I LOVE this place. We recently moved to the area and tried a boba place in Yuba and hated it. I checked out B & B on a whim and fell in love. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Staff is always so nice and even when short staffed and busy they still get everything done in a timely manner. Best boba drinks I’ve gotten and so many options.
It was so scrumptious I finished it in 5 minutes. And it didn't take long for them to finish making my drink. It's Great! Definitely going back!
Finally a boba place that opens before 11AM! I love that they have unique pastries as well! Friendly staff and charming ambience. 😊 I got a rosemilk tea and they were able to accommodate to my preferred sweetness/style. I am looking forward to trying their standard blackmilk or taro tea next time. Would definitely recommend! ☺️
Really good pastries!! Also the best boba in town. Super nice place, highly recommend stopping in.
I have been coming here ever since they first opened (over 4 years ago) and have seen this place go through thick and thins. Until now, the owner have kept the flavorful drinks, tasty bakery, and vibrant atmosphere the same. I moved away from Rocklin a little over a year ago and came back to visit my mom earlier today and decided to give this place a visit. Like I said, everything was the same, good drinks, good bakery, and good vibes. Give this place a try and see why people always come back to this place. ❤️
This is my go-to place for a sweet treat, literally can’t beat their coffee and pastries. Love the atmosphere and the boba is perfect. 10/10
Absolutely love this place, from drinks to pastries to design everything feels intentional. Food is great!
I absolutely love this place. I’ve tried many of their different drinks and I’ve never been disappointed. The taro milk tea is my favorite and I cannot get it anywhere else like they make it here. So yummy!!!
Love their pastries, everytime were near by its a must stop.
One of me and my hubs fav places for drinks!! We come to get boba 🧋 from B&B, even though we live a solid 30+ mins away. 😂 I love the red guava w/ strawberry bursting boba. I think it’s my favorite drink I’ve ever had, from anywhere! Customer service has always been so nice and friendly too, every suggestion they’ve given me has been yummy!!
I've never had Boba before. I get it. I went with the coconut Icy with strawberry poppies. What a great summer time treat! The atmosphere is cool and dark and service was very friendly. Highly recommend this place and exploring their many flavors.
This is a very nice place to get a boba tea and pastry and sit and relax and enjoy them. I Love the vibe of the place and found them completely by accident while waiting to meet friend down the street. I drove in the parking lot in search of a little shade to sit in my car to kill time and saw the sign. Boba?! Uhhhh yeah I'm getting out to check it out! Had a wonderful standard milk tea 50% sweet with boba and it really hit the spot. All the pastries looked wonderful and I will definitely have to come check them out again. I ended up relaxing in their comfortable chairs and enjoyed my drink in the A/C and chatted with a few customers who said they make all the pastries fresh there. I just loved the decor and vibe in here and drink was made super fast so you can just pop in to get one and not have to wait like some boba places. I guess I should mention for those of you who drink coffee they have you covered too. Will be coming back to meet friends here next time!
Delightful family run local business. Perfect spot to sit with a cup of tea and a book. Had the apple turnover, which was delicious and still warm from the morning baking (easy way to know it is truly homemade!). Definitely a good place to frequent.
It’s been about a year that I’ve been coming, Here. I’ve had many different drinks. Milk Black tea, sunshine (sunrise?) paradise, taro milk tea, strawberry milk tea, Oreo (cookies n cream), and so much more! They’re always delicious. Especially the food! I love the ham and pesto sandwich! It’s so good! The customer service is always great. It’s such a great environment! And it’s always decorative, beautiful, and clean. This is my besties and my go-to- spot! I’ll definitely recommend going here!
Just recently moved to Lincoln right next to 12 Bridges and this is our first time trying out this lovely place. The coffee was high quality, and their savory pastries were the best thing I’ve ever tried. Can wait to try the rest of their menu!
When B&B first opened I was a little unsure, but now I'm totally sold. Their drinks are great, boba is perfect. Their assortment of treats is amazing and always fresh! The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing. I'm comfy enough here that I can actually read and relax. Only warning: if you aren't a fan of kids/teenagers maybe don't go here around the time school is out for the day, as it's a popular place to get a treat after school. It's become my happy place

I’ve been coming to B&B for years, and the owners never fail to amaze me. It’s not just the seasonal drinks or pastries (which are always incredible), but the way every detail is thought out, from the fresh-baked pastries made by the family each morning to the changing decorations that make every season feel special. You can tell the people behind this place pour their hearts and souls into everything they do. The coffee is fantastic, the boba is a hit with the kids, and honestly, everything we’ve ever tried has been amazing. This place truly deserves way more recognition!
Prices are so low that it’s unbelievable, yet the quality is the best you can find! We come here very often because this is a unique place with unique owners. They bake everything in the shop themselves every single day and that is so hard to come by these days. From our entire community in Lincoln, THANK YOU for your contribution and having such a lovely spot in our town. And despite the state of economy, we still get to have the little things that make us so happy!! my favorite things are strawberry milk tea and the lemon bars!!!
This place is a must visit if you’re in the Rocklin/Lincoln area. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Everyone that works there is super friendly and inviting. The service was great and so were the drinks; probably one of the best places for coffee and boba. What really sets this place apart from the rest is the bakery section. Every pastry is homemade and fresh each time I get one. I also enjoy seeing all the unique seasonal treats that come around. Highly recommend this place.
I really can't get enough of this place. They have a great selection of drinks, a cozy atmosphere with just the right volume of background noise, and most importantly their food is awesome. They offer a European bakery menu with rich Bavarian cream pastries, turnovers, piroshki and other fun treats. They now have a new food and hot tea menu which I haven't yet tried but will someday soon, hopefully.
My favorite drinks are here, and the pastries are always fresh. Come earlier, though, after lunch the selection is limited. They don’t ask for tips if you pay with a card, but the staff are so friendly and professional and drinks and bakery are so delicious that I bring cash specifically to leave a tip as my genuine thank-you.

They are way better in terms of customer service the first time the cuzzos brought us here. The first time we were brought here we ordered a rose milk tea and a girl came out with strawberry drink and kept calling its ready, but since it was not our order we ignored her and she called us saying our order was ready, and we're NO GURLLLLLLL. And she still had the nerve to say to her co-workers that rose and strawberry is the same. My cousin asked for her to come out to get it settled but guess she hid in the kitchen LMAO!!!! The other coworker apologized and fixed our order so she got good points from my cousin LOL. Compared to the bay area, this spot is not too bad. They added more BOBA and toppings selections and they have yummy pastries. We saw they have tiramisu and grass jelly so they're cool now for us 🤙
I have had so much bubble tea this summer, it's kind of insane honestly. Now that I'm in Lincoln after visiting all the way from San Diego, there are even more places that I want to try, and B & B was on my list of places to try which are in the area! I got the Tropical Icy with boba, which is basically just a slush. The colors of the drink mixed with the boba actually match perfectly with the bee on the cup which I just noticed and thought was really cool. Anyways, the drink was super good! It was really refreshing and bold in flavors because I feel like I could taste every component in the drink. I do have to say that the actual boba in this drink was amazing! I truly have not had bubble tea that has had boba taste so good before, and that's saying something because I have had a lot of boba in my life. I do have to say that my drink was on the sweeter side, and some of the boba was slightly undercooked. It's all good though because I still haven't gotten over how delicious the boba was. Overall, I really likes this place, one for being like the only bubble tea spot in town, and because of the delicious and refreshing drink. Next time I would definitely want to try some of their pastries!
I love this place and wish it would open earlier because it’s on my way home from dropping off my kiddo at school. 9am is kind of late for a coffee place in my opinion, but this place seems short staffed often. I mostly come here for the pastries. The pesto ham bun and ube croissant are my favorites! The boba drinks are honestly only ok. I think they use powder, which is unfortunate. I might still get a drink once in a while because there’s pretty much no where else to get boba in Lincoln. The staff are always friendly when I come in the mornings.
Family friendly place. The kids liked the drink and the pastry. I think the best product is their spinach and cheese bun. Their boba drink is not that great according to my daughter… their sofa needs some maintenance. But any way, it’s good to support local family business, the staff was friendly… pastry was good.
Yummy drinks but the pie was my favorite. Next time I'll come by to try all the pastries! Friendly staff too!

Lemon bar is still great and they make mean pirozhkis here. Not sure if this is a under new management for we use to see the owner before when they opened back when we first found them by accident many years ago. However, boba was and still a miss for us, but we do give them credit for trying... we're hopeful they'll make it better in the future

The wife, kids and I have been here many times to get their Boba as well as their pastries sometimes. Today I got Taro tea with boba, a chicken alfredo stuffed bun, and 5 cookies (per my wife's orders). Starting with the taro tea: I'm not going to say I'm an expert on taro, I've had it a few times and definitely enjoyed it. Had it as a boba tea as well somewhere else, so figured this would be good to try as well. Well, it did not taste like taro at all to me. The tea seemed to not be mixed enough as it had a graininess to the texture of it. The flavor was more floral than taro I would say as I didn't taste taro at all. My wife's taro tea however tasted more like taro and wasn't as grainy (which is weird because I think it would be the same mixture maybe?). I will stick to my regular milk tea from now on personally as it's amazing every time I go there. The chicken alfredo stuffed bun looked interesting and I figured I would try it out. The price was a little bit on the higher side (wasn't posted) but didn't deter me from getting one. The overall flavor of it was good, not amazing, not great but just good. One of the big drawbacks is that they are in the same display as their sweets. My first bite I actually tasted their cinnamon bun flavor as it permeated into the flavor of the Alfredo bun. When I went in closer to smell it, you could definitely smell the cinnamon bun frosting scent on it. It did not blend well with the chicken alfredo. The chicken was decent and the alfredo flavor was seasoned well. But I couldn't get over that cinnamon flavoring. From what I'm told by my wife the cookies were better last time. This is my first time getting their cookies so I didn't know, but it was more of a cake instead of cookie. As well before they used chocolate chunks but this time it had chocolate chips (not too big of a deal imo). However, a cookie shouldn't be cake like, otherwise might as well get one of their pound cakes. Overall this visit was not up to par, and I will maybe have to pass on their savory pastries.
Teas are an easy 10 but service not so great. Maybe I came toward the end of the day and the ladies making the teas wanted to leave? I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully next time they do give me the right order and make me feel like they do want customers to come back.

First timer, I ordered a milk tea taro and drink was phenomenal but unfortunately I had half a cup of ice which is maybe how the business operates, no idea.

This was my first time going in, I have heard a lot of good things about this place but it is nothing as it seems. I had an interaction with one of the cashiers that was horrible. A girl with black hair was extremely rude, pure attitude. The service was painfully slow, and instead of apologizing, they rolled their eyes and acted annoyed. They are always hiring and yet still have slow employees that seem to hate their life. I ordered a coffee and it tasted burnt and watery at the same time?? I also saw them drop lids on the floor and pick them back up and put them on a different customers drink… ew. The owner is extremely defensive about any constructive criticism..
01/31/23 3:00pm The place itself was nice and clean. Their tapioca pearls were super overcooked and tasted like they’ve been sitting for a day or two. The drinks were sub par at best. We had ordered a Thai milk tea, tiramisu milk tea, mango icy, and a sunshine paradise tea. The customer service my sister, her boyfriend, and I received was honestly so disappointing. It took a little while before anyone finally came out of the back to the register. And the store didn’t have any customers inside. The boy who did finally come out and was at the register was almost refusing to acknowledge our presence. We had ordered and the young girl who handed my sister her drinks was so impolite. Thankfully I had a blonde girl who was very nice to hand me my drinks. We sat down and more people came in. And I noticed the immediate change in the boy at the register when it wasn’t BIPOC customers he was ringing up. I’m not one to ever review a place for this and one star it since I’m used to it. But I have never felt so unwanted in a boba place before. We will never be going back due to this.
Went in on tuesday night at 6pm. Was not greeted when walking in . When i walked up to the counter the girl looked miserable when she walked to the back. When she came out from the back, she just looked at me. She looked very annoyed having to take my order. ( maybe she should find a different job that would bring her a smile on her face?) sad I've been coming here since they opened, customer service has seriously declined.
The store itself smell good but didn’t expect a bakery and boba store use powder for their drink. Cheap price for a drink but it was nasty. Order a Thai tea, the boba was sweet but not warm, after drinking the drink make me very thirsty. Will not come here again for the boba and don’t recommend this place at all.

I don’t take writing reviews like this lightly, but I feel compelled to speak on what happened. During my visit to b&b on 9/17/25 I was subjected to what can only be described as blatant racial discrimination!!. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold stares, dismissive attitudes, and unspoken hostility.. none of which were shown to the white customers before or after me. I was spoken to rudely, ignored at the counter, and treated as if I didn’t belong. When I asked a simple question about the menu, the woman with black hair (her hair was up) responded with sarcasm and irritation, yet greeted the next customer (a while woman) with a smile. The contrast was undeniable! I watched as others were asked how their day was, or given casual friendly service…I received none of that. I felt that my presence was a problem… don’t go here.
I went in this afternoon to grab an iced Americano while I waited for my son to get out of school. I asked for a tiny splash of cream and they want to charge $.85. I find that too much for a tiny splash so the kid grabbed his manager to ask if there was another option. The manager said that he could as a “one time” give me the cream, but I wasn’t trying to get free cream, I just didn’t need 2 ounces. The “one time” comment really threw me for a loop though- I felt like he didn’t want a true regular customer. We just moved here and I would rather support a local business 100% over Starbucks, but with that way of acting I’ll just get my free splash of cream across the street. Clearly, this business caters to the kids with mom and dad’s credit cards who don’t even worry about price and value. Sad, because their boba really is great. Hopefully the owners or management read these last few 1 star reviews and make some changes.
I really wanted to support this local cafe. I’ve gone here so many times for my usual order, but honestly, the service keeps getting worse. The staff never smile or greet their customers, not even the regulars. At this point, they should recognize familiar faces, but they just don’t seem to care. I always talk nicely and try to be respectful, but my last visit was the final straw. The lady at the counter literally slapped my to-go order onto the counter so hard it slid toward me. That’s just rude and unprofessional. Also, the two ladies who usually work in the mornings are no better, they never smile, never say hi, just quietly stock pastries like customers don’t exist. If you want to run a local bakery, the least you can do is be kind to the people who actually show up to support you. And to top it off, the pastries don’t even taste fresh. They look and taste like store-bought sheets or Costco croissants filled with cream. I really wanted to love this place, but I’m done wasting my time and money here.
I recommended this place to my son because it was my birthday. I always enjoyed the pastries. I ordered a cinnamon roll with a mocha, my son ordered a cherry turnover. My son bit into the turnover while we chatted. By the second bite he realized it was an apple not cherry. He brought it back to the counter, stated he ordered cherry. The girl who took it the order brought it to the attention of another employee possibly her manager who asked my son why he ate most of pastry. He didn't demand a replacement, he just wanted to mention the error. Myself as a retail manager was appalled by the employee's statement. They brought him a cherry turnover, my son said he wasn't looking for a free pastry or a replacement. That same employee, long straight brown hair, replied We already heated it. My son wanted to leave immediately and leave the pastry. I took the pastry with me even though he refused to touch it. I have watched coffee shops pop up here and there the past 20+ years as a Lincoln resident. Also I work in downtown Lincoln and as a manager I would have apologized to the customer for the error instead of accusing him. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone ever again as there are too many other shops in the area with properly trained employees in customer service. I generally avoid giving bad review and prefer giving 5 star reviews...it takes one bad apple to ruin the batch. Visit 1:14/26 between 2:30-3:00pm
