Came by just after they opened and were really looked after by Ian, Chris and Adrien. We took a couple of awesome cocktails, followed by fresh oysters My cocktail was a riff on a dirty martini, but with notes of basil and chilli. Chris described it as a 'pizza in a drink'. Weird idea, but it works! Food prices are very reasonable. Cocktails prices are on the higher end, but the quality and creativeness are world class and the prices are aligned with that. If you're into cocktails and cocktail culture this is well worth a visit.

So nice there’s a bar that also serves food & really good food. The ambience is lovely, there’s comfy tables & chairs if you don’t want to sit at the bar. The oysters are some of the freshest I’ve had in Lisbon, also recommend the potatoes cooked in duck fat. Ian the owner is always friendly & welcoming, he’s definitely in the right business. I know it’s a bar but personally I would prefer the music at a lower level so it’s not hard to hear the person I’m with. This would also be an ideal spot for a private party, it’s very cozy & comfortable.

I’m not a drinker but I did sample my favorite named, “Purple Drink” and it was delicious. Let’s get to the food, each dish we shared was next level, our table gave the chef a round of applause at the end. Can’t recommend enough!

Possible World is a unique and contemporary spot with a super welcoming, sophisticated, and laid-back vibe all rolled into one. It's so easy to spend many hours there, and keep coming back... The menu is a fantastic value & very, very high quality, really striking spice combinations - which serves as the perfect foil to the effervescent cocktails on offer. Highly recommended!!!

The cocktails and oysters were pretty good. However, I was disappointed when Ian insisted I tip him. I went to scan my card but he was like “you have to pick one” pointing at the tip % on the card reader… I was quite shocked but picked the lowest option. This is Portugal and there are no mandatory tips. I certainly didn’t receive any tip worthy service as even though I was sat at the bar, he spent most of the time talking with the other clients who seemed to be his friends. I had to try repeatedly to get his attention when ordering even though I was right there. Asking for tips is a big no-no in my book… your service should reflect whether or not a tip is appropriate. Will not be returning!
