This beautiful minimalistic yet refined hotel and restaurant was a gem! Friendly staff made us visit the different rooms the hôtel offered before we had our lunch. The shared long table shared with strangers is a great concept to exchange with others as well with the chefs who shared amazing stories. Cheers to Tiago and Ricardo who served is the best meal we had in Lisbon!

Solo: A Lisbon Lunchtime Treat Our trip to Lisbon was made unforgettable by our chance encounter with Solo. This elegant restaurant, with its modern dining room, charmed us with its incredible food and warm hospitality, particularly from Chef Ricardo. The tabouleh was a refreshing explosion of flavor, while the beef tartare was exquisite - melt-in-your-mouth tender with perfectly balanced seasonings. My wife raved about her fish starter, cod main, and decadent chocolate dessert. The quince dessert provided a divine sweet finish to my meal. Solo is a must-visit for any food lover in Lisbon.

We went for lunch. Lovely place and delicious food. Great service as well. Sadly we didn't get the name of the lady who served us, but she was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the dishes.

Okay… get here before it becomes impossible to get in. This is an extraordinary hidden gem close to the Pantheon, the food is Michelin star quality at the most impressive price point. Lunch is a €35 prix fixe three courses including a glass of wine AND a coffee with dessert. There were three of us who showed up right at the end of the lunch service and the team graciously (& happily?!?) welcomed us in. If you love food to table lifestyle, changing menus, a team who CLEARLY loves what they do (every single staff member spoke glowingly about their boss and the chef and sous chef were experimenting with appetizers for us because we were so late - they came out to ask us about our experience and dishes, excited to share the processes and foods they are cooking with, and the owner shared about all their Silent Living philosophy), come here now. And pick up a jar of their honey. Outrageous, y’all. We are beyond grateful we stumbled upon this and cannot wait to recommend it to all our friends who are coming to visit Lisbon. We were speechless leaving.
