The latte was delicious. the staff is polite. located in the Indian Castle Travel Plaza building. There are tables outside to sit.
I am a new starter for coffee, though all my college life, I was a loyal tea drinker. Therefore, I totally have no experience and idea with which coffee I should try. I choose to kindly ask for helping and explaining my situation. They suggested me multiple kinds of coffee, and I chose two of them to try. They are : macchiato with single vanilla and caramel drizzle; solo espresso with blonde espresso 2 sugar and 1/2 cream. Both of them are decent. The first one has a taste that Mike, sugar, and other taste will rush to your, and then after a few seconds, bitterness that belongs to coffee will slowly surround your mouth and stay there for a few minutes. The second one is well maxed, all taste of the coffee will rush to you at the same time, and the bitterness will disappear after a few seconds. Both of them are decent for new coffer who drink tea before. And this is a really great shop 👍

We ordered a fresh brew coffee with Milk and thought they will add milk while making coffee. But they just gave black coffee and asked us to use the milk in the flask. I requested them to add the milk and stream it, explaining that I need a hot coffee if I add the milk in the flask, it will reduce the heat. The Girl in counter understood this and was very polite.. She made a fresh coffee with milk and with expected heat and as usual the perfect taste!!

I ordered my drink and it got ready relatively fast. My only complain was that the drink was warms it stead of being cold but other than that it was okay.

When my son and I walked in the staff was standing around and it took my son to say something for them to come to the register and take our order. We were the only ones in line and there was no one at the drive-thru. My coffee was horrible.
Great coffee. Not always consistent. Too much cream. Not enough cream. Too sweet.. Foam isn't always foamy. Not enough foam.... the service is always friendly and welcoming.
Ordered a venti melon burst and after watching the barista run back and forth looking for the melon flavor, came back to me and stated that they were out of melon. I opted for a strawberry syrup that she put one pump in. She did get the London Fog right, which is always a hit and miss at any Starbucks outside of a Barnes and Noble (no water, choose milk, if you're curious). Took around 20 minutes to get two drinks (one of which was not made properly) and I could hear the employee talking badly about having to make my drink. Overall not the experience I would expect from a Starbucks and very disappointing.
Four "workers" and service was still slow and they got my order wrong. Also, it would have been nice if they had focused more on my coffee than their boyfriend issues.
Insanely slow. Staff did not seem to understand the ordering process either. Drinks were fine, but not worth the price.
One size does not fit all. Having one size large coffee cups makes no sense but only to fill the owners pockets.

Zero signage saying the drive through is closed until you’re at the speaker and talk to an employee. And then you’re stuck going through into a one way with no choice but to get back on the thru way. And there is clearly someone wearing a headset standing in the drive through window doing nothing.

They got our drinks completely wrong. They put 2 shots of espresso in all of our drinks when only one was supposed to have an extra shot of espresso. They also got the wrong sizes for 2 of our 3 drinks, overcharging us. We ordered 2 grande drinks and 1 tall drink. Both grandes were made into venti drinks and all of them tasted terrible! If you want coffee, go somewhere else. I get that they were training people, but that is not an excuse for awful coffees. These were the worst coffees I have ever had, DON'T GO HERE.
I stood in line for about 10 mins without being served. An employee yelled from the back that they would be "just a moment". The manager walked by without acknowledging me. I got tired of waiting so I left.
Starbucks doesnt care about customer service anymore; they dont have to..We gave them all the money any company ever needs..This location nor any location, is the same as the starbucks of the 1990's...coffee isnt as good either...Mcdonalds is better
negative 50 stars these guys sucked!!! i waited half an hour for my vanilla sweet cream cold brew!! it's cold brew for god sakes it's already ready!!! some lady in front of us tried to pay with a check and we had the Three Musketeers working one register not able to figure it out!!! there was hair in my coffee!! had to remind them that I even ordered something because they forgot about me!! not a stop in flavortown!! I wish Roy Rogers sold coffee so I didn't have to go to this place.
Just spent over $10 (total) on 2 iced drinks. Workers didn't know how to make the highlighted of the month. We are now in the car with one iced drink with melted ice (it's been 10 minutes since we got them) and another that is so sweet I can't drink it. Can you say training.
Me & my girlfriend came early in the morning for our fix we are visiting from Memphis Tennessee. We ordered 3 blueberry (crunch) muffins, 1 slice of banana loaf, 1ventie maple pecan frapp, & 1ventie raspberry white chocolate mocha, but when I tasted it I received a plan white mocha but it was to late because we were already down the road. I ask to load my card with a certain amount to cover the balance, she did & kept my change, I went back she corrected. We then got our order & left get down the road realize one of our muffins is not in the bag & nothing was heated after she asked & we told her yes we wanted it heated. She also took back our receipt. I called & spoke with someone that took my information & said they would mail me something within a week to make up for the missinh muffin. I love Starbucks & have worked there for yrs, really sad about this visit.
Horrible customer service I asked short glasses lady for the latte and she just hold me milk with tea bad- she was pretty rude. If they don’t want to serve properly should stay home and let others to take that opportunity.
I called by my phone and asked about the secret menu. On the phone the worker clearly state/said, “Why are you so amateur, grow up and get a life” then hung up I was very disappointed in this service. I am very disappointed and now will be going to Dukin dounuts where they have quick, easy, and have the right order! Starbucks this didn’t have an option but your a negitive thousand!

Over 25 People waiting for coffee and still taking extra People. waited for 2 coffees around 35+minutes other bigger groups we're helped before us. Stop at next coffee house would be my advice
Not only was it not open during business hours but there were baristas there refusing to serve customers until one more showed up. There were 4 people wanting to order, not a bus load.
The worst Starbuck ever! Disorganized and unfriendly staff, overcharged me and refused to refund the extra amount. Poor customer service and inaccurate billing. Avoid this location!
Drive thru takes forever do not come here we have been sitting in the drive thru for 30 min this is crazy. Close your drive through if you can't staff it.
We were lining up and just as we were about to order all of a sudden all the cashiers disappeared and we didn’t know what had happened and we were forced to wait 25 minutes just to order and an extra 10 minutes for our order. It was absurd.
I don't like their coffee and am very disappointed to read one of their stores in Arizona asked 6 police officers in uniform and of duty to leave because a customer was uncomfortable seeing themin the store.

I actually walked into the back to find someone because i thought there may be an emergency and no one was there! 4 people came out together 10 minutes later and got mad because we tried to order. Definitely needs a staffing change here.
Wow. Worst coffee shop experience I’ve had. And I worked on reviewing coffee shops. The family in front left after waiting 15 minutes because no one came to serve them, they were too busy on the drive through, the pickup, and standing around looking lost - some literally had no purpose. after the family gave in and I’d waited a further couple of minutes my husband shouted through to the back room, asking if they realised there was queue and people kept leaving. The manager then sent two people to serve. One watched. The other served. I asked for a flat white and a tea with milk on the side. I then watched what can be described as total confusion and ineptitude as they tried to find tea bags and cold milk. I finally got my flat white, which was grande size and massive. I asked them to change it for the smallest size as I hadn’t realised what they’d serve it in, and I hadn’t been asked. The manager shouted at me that it was the standard size and it was on the board. I enclose a picture of the board that down at even have flat whites listed. I said that as I clearly didn’t know the standards they needed to help me through the experience. They then asked if they could pour the drink into a smaller cup. I had to explain that as they’d only put two shots in the drink, the coffee was so dilute I’d never taste it with that volume of milk, transitioning it into a smaller cup wouldn’t change the dilution level. The manager sarcastically picked up the smallest and said “is this the right size for you” and then slammed the original drink in the bin in a clear temper. She was rude, sarcastic and inappropriate. She couldn’t manage their shop, the staff were confused and untrained, inefficient and impolite. Avoid.
We visited this location last Friday evening to order coffee, a snack and matcha for our trip. The Starbucks website and app said they were open. We waited by the register for around 2 minutes before an employee came up to tell us they were closed. Lights were on and the menu was still lit up as you can see by the photo. I ordered a cup of iced Americano,and they gave my coffee to someone else, and I kept waiting. I told the lady that my bus was about to leave. I waited for ten minutes more,and everyone who arrived later than me took the coffee. This was ridiculous. I kept asking that it was time for me, but no one solved the problem. Finally, I left without getting the coffee. It was a terrible experience, and I even fell down to catch the bus that left immediately. My worst Starbucks experience!!
Stupid guy put a tip right on the check without my consent, I realized it when I walked away and checked the order amount in the app. I'm not petty enough to come back and make a fuss over $3 but this is just awful
Absolutely disgusting woman working the drive thru. Monday morning 5:15am on July 15, 2024. We waited at the speaker for a few minutes, so we just drove up to window since no one was responding. The woman working drive thru probably mid 20’s brown hair says “YOU NEEDED TO ORDER AT THE SPEAKER!” I said we waited there a few minutes but no one answered. She says “WELL WE ARE REALLY BUSY SO YOU JUST NEED TO WAIT!” I have never in my life been treated by someone at a drive thru restaurant, coffee shop, or to be honest anywhere like that. She was obviously a sad, unhappy person. If I could give zero stars I would.
Girl at the drive thru was rude when we ordered and paid. Also, when we went to pay with the Starbucks app she said, "i can't take that. This location doesn't accept payment via the Starbucks app on your phone because we are not corporate." But I could have ordered ahead via the app on my phone from that Starbucks location? Regardless if it is true or not, her demeanor was overall rude. I'd rather go to Dunkin' or wait hours to go to a different Starbucks during our travel.
Drive thru service was extremely slow… 30 minute wait for a grande cappuccino with only 3 cars in line. Very disorganized. We sat at the window for at least 10 mins watching the staff figure out how to make the drink and then watched it sit on the counter for almost 5 mins before we got their attention to hand it to us.
Supposed to open at 7am. I stroll in at 7:15, place is closed. There's a short line of people waiting and 1 person comes and says "im supposed to open at 7 but I am running a little behind, guys. Sorry". So I sit and wait since I had a few more minutes before my federally mandated electronic log starts up. And once that happens, I have to put my wheels to the interstate. So I sit and watch this person just mosey around doing absolutely nothing for a few minutes before I just walk out. So no coffee for me today. Thanks guys. You probably would have screwed up my drink anyway
The employees working 2/15/26 at 9:22am were nothing but disrespectful taking shit about the customers and not making sure they wanted the drink the way they asked just assumed. The one girl with the black hair gave dirty looks and talked shit like we could not hear them. Just rude all together about every order.
