Had a lovely team gathering at this location. Loved all the games we played. Drinks were good and so was food. Service was good too even though there were other parties at the venue. Will visit again!
I think bocce is an excellent activity for company team building - it's easy-to-learn, also helps your brain to create strategic thinking 😆
Fun place overall. The drinks are great, the wine selection needs Wood Family Chardonnay but is otherwise great. The food is amazing! Their chef has done an amazing job creating a diverse food menu. Stay for axe throwing which was our favorite activity.
We’d like to especially thank the folks who served us, Marissa & Derrel, they were very kind and accommodating to our party. Derrel is an excellent server! We appreciate all the friendly staff, as well, at Da Boccery. I was offered help with placing and moving our party supplies, a staff member so kindly put my homemade cupcakes in the fridge, another staff member offered me tape because I was struggling with some balloons. Your restrooms are also very clean, I was very pleased with that and the diaper changing table. Thank you for that! Those details don’t go unnoticed. It was my husband and I’s first time there, we were really pleased!! I could imagine management is very proud of the current staff. You have a great establishment! God bless you guys.
Pretty fun place with lots of activities. Arcade, foot pool, shuffleboard, axe throwing, and bocce ball. Reservations can be made for larger groups, and activities are inside and outside. There are heaters outside for the cold weather, but it doesn't keep you as warm unless you're standing right under it. Waivers must he signed using a qr code before axe throwing. Axe throwing was fun. Staff was friendly and was checking in on and off. Each activity had a time limit before we got rotated with a different group.
What an exciting place. Car broke down so as I waited for a tow truck and they were so hospitable. I ordered some fries for the wait. They had a little of everything cool. Great attentive staff, fun games, big screens and of course Boccery. They have a patio as well as tables and bars. Will look forward in making this a frequent stop.
Food was tasty. We had the beer- battered fish and a calamari appetizer. Our server was very attentive which is no small feat for our goup of 20. We celebrated 2 April birthdays and the adults and kids had so much fun. Axe throwing was a "hit" the the adults. So kid friendly. We will definitely return.
Super fun place and great food too! The axe throwing was really cool! They also have shuffleboard and bocce ball; great place for small parties or just dinner with friends.
Great place just to grab a drink, food or distress over games like bocce ball, golf, axe throwing. A few dishes are really good. I recommend the burrata for an appetizer, Followed by a pizza or the Chipotle pasta. The service ALL three times visited was on par with my expectations. Thanks and see you all soon.
We had a fun nighr, we reseved a table and played the bocce game, it was fun while having your friends around with some drinks. And if you are very competitive yoh can request fir a tape measure 😄. Kids friendly too. Their staff are friendly. They don't require facemask, but you are welcome to wear if you want.
Sept 15th review - Amazing place for a family event, team event or to generally visit for a meal There y have Bocce Ball, foot pool, shuffle board, Axe throwing (18+) and an amazing clean arcade !! Kid friendly, Adult friendly Good food & drinks ! - pastas, and cocktails We will be back :)
Good food and good vibes. Our waitress was really nice, unfortunately I forgot her name I know she has a daughter in kindergarten and we laughed about Sunday Fundays and watching football. Colin helped us perfect our ace throwing skills and showed us a hand full of techniques. We had great time.
Weekdays here are super fun! No lines. Things of open bocce lanes. Food drinks are great. Highly recommend the Hippie Dippee!
Great food at decent price. I really liked the deep fried brie. The service was great! The negative was a drunk guy was walking around messing up people's pictures.
I was here for a good friends surprise birthday party. I had not been since it changed hands and name. To my surprise, we did some ax throwing. It was a lot of fun. First you have to sign a waiver, but then you get to go into a cage and throw an ax at a target. This is such a cool twist on darts. We didn't end up playing any boccie ball but we will definitely be back!
Such a fun place. Good food, great service.
Really fun evening with good food and drinks in a beautiful location.
Great place for large or small groups, for families or couples. Just super fun atmosphere and service. Food cant be beat either. Love this spot!
Service was good, but they were short staffed on a Friday. Food was good when it finally came out. Played bocce ball, and did the axe throwing. It was fun. Atmosphere was relaxed, but it was loud inside. They have heaters outside though so we stayed outside. It's a good place for families or smaller groups. We had a group of six which seemed to be the perfect size. Any more than six and it would have been crowded during the activities unless you book them two at a time.
Great place to have a nice meal, a few drinks, and chuck some axes. Decent size arcade, party games, lots of activities. Some games are included free with your meal, mostly party games. Food is a bit pricey, but not insane. Makes sense given all of the amenities. Food was great quality and the building has a fun open feel. Good for a large party or a fun date night. Highly recommend!
The staff for us was exceptional. It's not a fine dining place hit the food was just fine. We're from out of the area but will go back if we go back to the area.
We came here for axe throwing for my sister’s bachelorette. It was amazing!! The food was great, easy reservations. The service was next level - Katherine was the absolute sweetest and so so attentive. She remembered my sister’s fiancé’s name and their wedding date!
Great place to relax with friends, watch a game and play some games! Great place for kids. Good food and drinks selection.
Had such a fun time!! Our server Darrell was so great accommodating our group of 8. Loved all the food especially the bulgogi fries and drinks were great. We were new to bocce and the guy running activities explained it perfectly and was cheerful and helpful. The ambience of the outdoor court especially is nice with pretty vines and a covered court but designed to still let light in. We also did the golf simulator but what’s helpful to know is that it’s not just golf, there are lots of game options you can toggle through which worked out better for our group with smaller kids (soccer & basketball for example were a lot easier than golf) so that was a pleasant surprise! I also appreciated that the music was never too loud, enough for ambience but you can still have conversation/fun.
Our event was absolutely wonderful! Darrell was taking care of us and he did great job. He was on top of everything, very friendly and attentive. The food was great and the bocce ball was so fun. We will definitely be back!
Although I don’t usually play the games here it’s wonderful place to hang out. I go for trivia and usually order a few bears (great selection on tap), fries, and pretzel. Since I’m dairy free they have many dairy free options. Side note: not much gluten free options, but what gluten free option they do serve are good portions. Aside from what I order the employees are super nice and accommodating. Shout out to Chris who makes amazing cocktails. 🤙🏻
The staff was unbelievably amazing! Friendly, accommodating, and really cared about our stay. We had a party of 10, had dinner, drinks, and the video sport thingy. All amazing. All the staff that helped us went above and beyond!
Perfect experience for my son's 9th birthday party. 12 boys used 2 simulators for 2 hrs. Kid food was tasty. Those of us who ordered adult food enjoyed what we had. Katherine was an amazing host. She was very attentive and joyful. Super fun! Highly recommend!
I have to first start off with how we were greeted. CORY... you are the definition of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I felt welcomed. He greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was fun, seated us immediately with a full house, and was attentive throughout the night. This is the funnest place in Livermore! It's great for families, sports teams, birthdays....EVERYTHING. We have been seen business parties, birthday celebrations, and just a great Friday night out. The smoked wings are delicious. Drinks on point and the atmosphere is where you wanna be. Giant Connect 4, virtual games, axe throwing and of course, bocce.
Chipotle chicken pasta and pesto chicken pizza were delicious. The restaurant can be pretty noisy if you're seated next to the kids' playing area. Great stop en route to Lake Del Valle.
We had a corporate outing here last week and had a great time! The food was good and the service excellent. Great layout with different activities throughout the place. Highly recommend! Thanks
Celebrated my wife's 50th with 30 people. The atmosphere was great, the food was good and of course the activities were a lot of fun. The part that stood out to me the most - was the incredible service. They had dedicated a space for our guests to mingle and hang out while having food. Mitchell, Collin, and Danny went above and beyond our expectations and took care of everything. Thank you!
Great vibes with great food - perfect for family & friends hanging out or team building
We celebrated my husbands 70th birthday here with family and friends. The venue Da Baccery exceeded my expectations and all of my guests had a wonderful time! Catherine, our server, was outstanding and she was exceptionally great at anticipating my guests' needs, multitasking to attend to everyone, while managing her time effectively and personalizing our service. She was very organized, ensuring prompt service without appearing rushed. She anticipated our needs such as refilling drinks and checking in with us promptly after our food was served. Catherine was amazing with her professionalism and positive upbeat attitude. We were thrilled with the great food and drinks, the games were fun and best of all, Catherine made us feel very comfortable and welcome, as she provided warm hospitality and high-quality service. Thanks to Catherine, the party was a huge success and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful experience! Sandra Squier
This place is so fun! Went here for a company party recently, food was good, games were fun and staff were on it. Special shoutout to i believe his name was Ethan (if i got it wrong my bad, i was drinking lol) , he was super kind and helpful while i tried getting the hang of Axe Throwing. I even got in a few bullseyes after he helped me 😝
This is a really fun and energetic place, especially if you’re going with a group. There’s so much to do - bocce ball, axe throwing, cornhole, shuffleboard, a big arcade area, and plenty of other table games that it’s easy to spend a few hours here without getting bored. Please validate the piece counts as domino set we’ve played were all mixed. It’s also well set up for multiple groups at the same time, which makes it a great choice for holiday get-togethers or group celebrations. The food is fairly standard and a bit on the pricey side for what it is, and of course, there are a very few dessert options if you’re in the mood for something sweet. What really stood out was the service. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly, even with how busy the place was. Overall, it’s a great spot for fun, games, and socializing. Come for the experience and atmosphere, not necessarily for the food, and you’ll have a great time.
Super fun spot. Good drinks. Had the Buffalo bean dip and it was delicious. Lost a star because it smells very weird inside. Also, wear shoes or you have to wear old bowling ball shoes.
On my first visit, I expected a lively place that would be fun. It was great to be seated quickly, probably a slow night. The music was so loud we couldn't converse. The seats are metal, too hard, and too low. However, the staff was extra nice about moving us. Now, the good part! The food was delicious, all the meals ordered were enjoyed. Greek salad with steak was outstanding.
Had fun with the family here. We played bocce ball as a group of 5. We got some appetizers which we did not expect to be good but it was. We got a pizza and some buratta along with some wings. Service was amazing too. When our drinks got low the waiter came over to fill our drinks. Our only disappointment was we heard there was trivia night that night and stuck around for an hour waiting for it to start only to find out it was cancelled that night. Other then that I would go back for bocce ball again.
The service was great. The people go above and beyond. The food however is another story. I ordered the chicken and waffles. The waffle was under cooked and very nasty. I had three of my friends at the table taste it and we all agreed it was bad. We sent it back for another to make it more crunchy. And crunchy it was because it had a nickel sized egg shell in it. Omg
The food is really tasty!. The berry tart tastes homemade. We had all 3 desserts, coconut shrimp, ahi tacos, stuffed mushrooms, wedge salad, and Chipotle chicken pasta. The service was lacking. We had to get our server's attention for service throughout our meal. He MAYBE checked on us once. And we aren't a demanding group of patrons. Im going to assume he had hecka tables or something because everything else was fantastic.
The bartenders and servers were great to talk to. The food was mixed. My burger and seasoned potatoes were undercooked, but their pappaderlle was really good. Their calamari and their chicken and waffles are also delicious. I'd come back here.
This place is super cute. Our server Catherine was amazing!! such a sweetheart and she for sure made our night. The poke bowl was good but adult crunch and the chicken schnitz was also super yum!
Limited keto menu. Active atmosphere to say the least what with the wacking of axes and golf balls ringing out constantly. Missed the quiet nature of the bocce ball game now limited to 2 courts.
Fun place to get together with friends and family for any event. Good selection of drinks, and activities. My only complaint is that the food is mediocre; not bad but definitely underwhelming.
The place was not super busy on a Saturday noon. The food was good but also a little pricy.
So far have just had lunch. It’s a Sunday at 1:30pm. We sat in the bar and it took 10 minutes before anyone came over. Ordered the carne asada natchos and mozzarella sticks. Nachos were tasty but only about 5 chips had any cheese on them. Sad. Mozzarella we’re ok, but if you serve that dish, the side of marinara should be warm not ice cold. Our food arrived, nobody checked in on us until we were ready to go. Not impressed. The bar area is also surrounded by games with screaming kids. Drinks are also quite expensive. $13.75 for a Crown and Gingerale seemed pretty steep for this place. Camp di Bocce used to be a classy place for adults with great food. If not for the axe throwing option it would have been a 1-star.
First time visit, hope to see service improvement if we visit again. We reserved two lanes and they expected us to split up between 2 areas, luckily the other guests swapped with us. The tables were a mess, nothing was sanitized including the axes. Service was overall very disorganized from the start, perhaps they were still new hires but nonetheless for the prices being paid you'd expect better service. That being said the staff were very friendly albeit clearly frustrated at much of the confusion. By the time we got to axe throwing we were already 20 minutes into our limited time slot. The concept itself is very fun. If possible stick to pitchers of beer or cocktails, more reasonable pricing. The food is definitely pricey for the quality as well. Overall there was never a consistency with who we ordered food and beverage from, in the beginning there should be a better explanation of how the service works. I'm sure we would've spent more if we were asked more immediately and not 40 min in. Also again the music was great but very loud at the front desk, starting our first experience off on a sour note with all the shouting (of course the masks don't help either). We hope to visit again when they've ironed out the service.
This was my first experience at Da Boccery and my last. The head person of our workplace made reservations for us at Da Boccery on their outdoor area. Unfortunately, today it rained. We called four hours before our event at 6:00PM, and we’re assured that our Bocce/Other Game Court, had rainproof covers and that we were seated in an area where the rain wouldn’t reach us. When we got there, all excited to spend quality time together, we found out that the outdoor courts didn’t had their covers opened and we’re completely wet. Not only that, where our seating was located at, only one heater was working, so half of our table had to remain with their raincoats on (due to the cold). Next part: our table was ignored for long periods of time and our food was dry. It was surprising how staffing was moving speedily inside, yet for us outside they rarely came to make sure we were doing well and whatnot. The most surprising part is, when asked about the game courts and why weren’t they covered, one staff person said that it is in the contract (for when it rains) and that the covers are only “sun-proof”. In other words, nothing could be done about it. With due respect, this does not absolve your business from giving bad service, especially to a large group of people. It is disappointing that I have to leave such a negative review when it could’ve been different.
Food was horrible, service is better at a fast food joint. They could handle a table of 2 on top of a private party. We had a horrible experience and will not go back or recommend. Took over 45 mins to receive our food a burger and 2 tacos.
